Ordered via Uber Eats, unfortunately they did not take care when making the Sub missing the Chipotle Southwest sauce which is the key ingredient for flavour. The bread was not fresh and very hard like it had been made early and left all day to go hard. I complained about it to Uber eats but they are a waste of time and not interested.

I'm not a fan of fast food or eating on the go. I prefer to cook myself, but I was traveling with my son and we were just hungry. I had a salad and he had a SUB. We were impressed by the taste and this was topped off with exceptionally professional service. The colleague was American and tried very hard to take the order in German and advise us on the selection. There were no questions left unanswered and we agreed that a positive, lasting impression was created that exceeded our entire experience in the catering industry. If there is a little more going on now and I have a bit of a wait, which I can tell from some of the comments, then I'm happy to accept that, it's justified because the quality of service and taste are almost perfectly implemented here. The colleague serving is very valuable to the company and more than deserves praise. Even though we live 13 km away in Marzahn, we will take the long journey because it exceeded our expectations in a big way. Price/performance and overall conclusion is excellent here :) Wow

Super friendly service and standard Subway food.

We ordered on the screen. After our third attempt to remove ingredients from the sub failed, we asked the staff to please leave those ingredients out. However, they insisted that what was shown on their screen was correct. I was then allowed to fish the tomatoes and red onions out of the sub as I went.

It's now like McDonald's and Burger King... mostly Indian-looking people coughing into their hands who look annoyed and have nothing on them... because a sandwich should have cheese... I didn't have any vheddar on three sandwiches even though I chose it... in the past you could at least watch while you were eating and point out mistakes or avoid them because you said everything, but now with these machines everything is stupid

I ordered this new Taco Cheese Fiesta Sandwich because it's supposed to be good. Unbelievable that they charge €12 for a sandwich. The ordering machine was slow and often unresponsive. When I ordered the cashier yelled at me for no reason. Afterwards I had to wait half an hour for a single sandwich, even though there were only 4 orders in total. This is also because they once put too much meat in it. I ended up with this rancid sandwich out of the picture, the paper was mixed up in it, the meat was a disaster and I couldn't find my arugula in it. Overall, a horror service and a horror meal, not recommended at all.

The worst Subway I’ve ever ordered from. Every single time I order from them via Lieferando, the order misses everything, I ask for toasted sandwich, it comes untoasted. The package is barely wrapped, I trashed the sandwiches because I don’t know if the delivery driver opened it or the store doesn’t know how to wrap a sandwich. The drink is missing, second chip is missing… how hard is it to ship 2 chips, 1 drink and a toasted sandwich? The sandwich came untoasted, only 1 chip arrived, the drink is missing. It’s embarrassing, these employees should all quit!!!!

I would have liked to give zero out of five stars. You wait forever for your order, your food is half-prepared and you simply don't do anything else because employees prefer to talk to others. When you point out that your own food is getting cold (it's been there for 5 minutes without anyone continuing to eat it) you just get a mushy answer, "That's just my problem". In addition, the same gloves are used to prepare the subs, operate the cash register and play on the cell phone. Completely NOT recommended!!!!!

I had at least 10cm long blonde hair that was baked into the bread. When I called the branch, I was told that no one blonde worked there, my wife and I are both not blonde either, so where does the hair come from? When I called, I was told that I had to cancel my order via the app and that I could come back to pick up a new sub. That wasn't satisfactory due to the route, but a delivery would have been better. Just crap!!!

Nice and professional telephone contact, helpful staff on site, food great as always The store is clean as usual and the display is very appetizing. Our guests love the baguette sandwich catering So always happy!!!

If possible, I would give zero. The first employee only half listened; when you said you wanted a 30 cm sub and a 15 cm sub, he only did one. Our 30cm sub was in the oven and he was very slowly getting the 15cm sub ready for the oven, so the 30cm sub was already very cold by the time the 15cm sub was ready. The second employee was very insecure and nervous as well as poor knowledge of German, so she almost forgot the cucumber. Not recommended! Hygiene? The same gloves are used to prepare the food and receive the money. It doesn't work at all. The salad display is completely empty at 2 p.m., there were a few cucumbers, corn, olives and onions. The rest was empty and only that is available upon request. Bread is out of stock every second. Menus not possible because the lattice potatoes etc. are missing. The tables are not cleaned, the garbage and crumbs were everywhere. Nobody asks for the subway card. Subway should urgently take a closer look here!

Very friendly staff who helped me choose my sub nicely. The mood among the employees was relaxed and very pleasant, which created a cozy atmosphere. My sub was very tasty, as was the biscuit. no no. There are definitely cleaner branches and the staff is strange lately. My daily deal at lunchtime, thank God it was vegetarian, tasted very dry. When it came to the sauces, I was insulted because I didn't know the selection. Instead of telling me, I should read it myself from a sticker with thin, small writing. That probably didn't happen quickly enough even though the store was really empty. The cookie included was matchy and smelled of indefinable chemicals. All the cookies presented in the display looked somehow old, thin and matchy, which is something I remember differently in other stores. The baguette sandwich didn't have enough toppings, more sauce than toppings??? The tables are pretty unhygienic, 2 customers and you don't have time to wipe down the tables? The only positive thing is that you can sit outside in the summer and have peace and quiet.

Everything is really ok on site. The staff is very friendly and the fresh sandwiches and cookies are really delicious, especially the breakfast selection. You just have to wipe the tables more often.

Service is now so-so, staff is hectic and quickly annoyed, some are unfriendly, have been regular customers for years, then varieties are just removed like that, annoying but ok. This is a really good Subway due to its location, but the highlight is the really sweet staff member that helped us order a sandwich in German, which proved harder than expected. The staff alone is why I believe it's worth a visit.

Service ok, the three made an effort. The shop makes a somewhat dingy impression and doesn't invite you to linger. The sandwiches tasted good. However, we will leave it at this one visit.

I bought a Daily Deal double bacon in Berlin Adlershof. The leaders are OK, the boss is nice, everyone else is pissed. Now to the Daily Deal, the new concept is 🤮 Two slices of bacon in dry bread. When I asked what about the cheese - cost extra. Ok, two slices of cheddar on top €0.50 extra. Then vegetables only lettuce and tomatoes. What about the rest? Costs extra! It can't be true. Then it went to the sauces then I asked do they cost extra? No, not yet! In the end I paid four euros for stale bread with bacon, cheese, some lettuce, tomato and a small dollop of sauce. The taste seems to have gotten worse to me too. Due to this: NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! By the way, the ambience is also totally cool, and the customers have also become much smaller

The food was delicious and hygienically prepared, the toilets were clean and the employees were extremely friendly by Subway standards.

I ordered a sub (chicken teriyaki) there for lunch to pick up myself. The pickup time was given as 12:30 p.m. But when I got there almost 10 minutes early, my food was already prepared on the counter and waiting to be picked up. Instead of 12:30 as ordered, I picked up my food at 12:20. When I went to eat my sub, I discovered that my food was already cold! How can it be that my food is already cold at 12:20 p.m. when I specified a pickup time of 12:30 p.m.?? As if all that wasn't enough, I had gastrointestinal problems that evening and the next day from the food I ordered! I won't be ordering anything there again in the future!

The lady who is supposed to be the shift manager today cannot be surpassed in terms of unprofessionalism. As a customer, you are treated stupidly when you answer a completely normal question. And because she isn't able to communicate, she just runs away and leaves you standing there, which doesn't make things any better. A nice and big subway with lots of space to sit. As always, the food at Subway was great and the salespeople were all very nice. All coupons are also accepted, which I also think is great. When our coupon didn't work, they suggested we take another one, so we still ended up getting it cheap. Friendly, helpful and we would love to come back.

Leider ist das Personal wirklich nicht interessiert an einem Verkauf. Unmotivierter Mitarbeiter der die Bestellung mehr als dürftig abarbeitet. Sollte ein nächster Besuch anstehen und wieder meine Bestellung nicht zufriedenstellend sein wird diese leider nicht angenommen und bezahlt. Filiale nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir haben Online wie folgt vorbestellt: Chicken Fajita (Sub des Tages) *  Sub 30-cm (Footlong) * Sesam * Getoastet * Mozzarella-Cheddar Mix * Eisbergsalat * Rucola * Paprika (rot und grün) * Mais * Röstzwiebeln * Salz & Pfeffer * Caesar Statt Ceaser gab es Honey & Wholegrain Mustard. Mais, Röstzwiebeln und Käse waren garnicht drauf, dafür gab es dann Tomaten, Salat gurken und Gewürzgurken. Hätte ich das gewollt dann hätte ich das auch bestellt. Unfassbar wie man ein Sub so falsch belegen kann ?! Ach so und eh ich es vergesse wir haben zu 21uhr bestellt und als wir zur Abholung da waren lag die bestellung wie bei den ganzen anderen vorbestellungen Kalt auf dem Tresen. Diesen Subway kann ich niemandem empfehlen.

Schlechter Service, nicht ordentlich belegt und Mitarbeiter hört nicht richtig zu Außerdem wurde der sub des Tages normal berechnet und nicht mit dem Rabatt Sonntags keine Empfehlung dort zu essen (wenn der Typ mit dem bandana dort ist)

Zuerst das Produkt mit Zuwenig Käse belegt und anschließend mit kaltem Käse nachgebessert.

Die Subs sind lecker wie immer. Die Sauberkeit ist wie in allen Fast-Food-Restaurants verbesserungsbedürftig.

Also ich weiß bei 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern geht es manchmal drunter und drüber....aber das das Personal Sprachprobleme hat macht es nur schwerer und ich habe keine Ahnung WAS die da abkassiert haben denn da stand vieles was wir nicht so bestellt hatten.....

Essen ist immer lecker...leider ist es immer sehr voll...zur Anbiente kann man nichts sagen...es ist halt alles sehr einfach gehalten aber normal bei einem schnell Restaurant...

Subs werden schnell und vernünftig zubereitet. Deutsch und Englischsprachige Mitarbeiter, waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ambiente ist okay, es ist aber ausreichend Platz vorhanden sodass man bisher immer einen freien Platz bekommen hat.

Nette Leute. Musik vorhanden. Essen sehr gut. Gutes Feeling. Gibt nichts Besseres. Typ mit Rauschebart versalzt und pfeffert immer den Sub. Bei ihm lieber einfach weglassen.

I visited the store several times , recently staff has changed and staff was bit slow. Subway now do not have tie up with coca cola, so no fountain of cola.

Diese Filliale ist meinem Wohnort am nächsten. Leider ist dies auch so ziemlich der einzige Vorteil neben dem leckeren Sandwiches von Subway. Im Lokal ist es oft dreckig und das Personal ist genervt & überfordert. Lieber mit nach Hause nehmen und dort verzehren.

Mega Lecker und günstig durch Coupons! :) Mag den Sub des Tages und habe sehr oft genug Punkte mit der Subway Karte gesammelt das ich einen kompletten kostenlos bekomme! ^^PC

Ich komme gerne in die Filiale, junges meist tolles engagiertes Team. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Letzten Dienstag erst wieder, zwei sehr nette, freundliche junge Damen. Sandwich top und die Saucenempfehlung richtig lecker. Leider gibt's kein Posmix-Automat mehr. Alle reden von Nachhaltigkeit und Plastik Vermeidung und hier gibt's nur noch PET Flaschen. Kann ich nicht verstehen ist aber bestimmt 'ne Chef(in) Entscheidung für die die Mitarbeitenden nicht können. Sonst toller Laden, bin hier gerne.

Ungemütliches Ambiente, das einen quasi einlädt "to go" zu bestellen. Dazu wiederholt falsch belegte Sandwiches, da bei mehreren gleichzeitig von mir bestellten Subs die Zutaten teils untereinander vertauscht wurden. Chili + Jalapenos sind dann auf einem Sub für Kids gelandet. Zum Glück sind meine Mädels hart im nehmen. Obendrein mittlerweile preislich absolut an der Akzepttanzgrenze für Junkfood.

Ich bin immer wieder gerne hier für ein Sub des Tages. Die Bedienung ist super, das Essen hat eine ordentliche Qualität und alle Sonderwünsche werden immer beachtet. Es ist oft viel los, also kann es ab und an dauern, bis man dran kommt, aber trotz des ständigen Andrangs ist alles immer sehr sauber und alle Angestellten bleiben freundlich.

Ich war das letzte mal hier. Sind teurer als McDonalds etc. Getränke gibt es nur noch in pet Flaschen. Sparen sparen sparen... ich bin teilweise nur zu Subway gekommen wegen nachfüllen... diesmal habt ihr an der falschen Stelle gespart. Guten Umsatz wünsche ich noch
