If fast food then Subway. The waitresses were always nice and friendly. The ambience is ok but nothing special, just fast food.

Very friendly staff who helped me choose my sub nicely. The mood among the employees was relaxed and very pleasant, which created a cozy atmosphere. My sub was very tasty, as was the biscuit. I was able to eat my sub comfortably in the air-conditioned interior. I would love to come back, thank you!

Inept worker who couldn’t handle simple instructions of wanting two cookies and since she’s too stupid to understand that, she gives attitude towards the customer.

Every time the orders are wrong and something is always missing. Complaints are responded to in a very rude and arrogant manner. I will avoid Subway in the future!

no no. There are definitely cleaner branches and the staff is strange lately. My daily deal at lunchtime, thank God it was vegetarian, tasted very dry. When it came to the sauces, I was insulted because I didn't know the selection. Instead of telling me, I should read it myself from a sticker with thin, small writing. That probably didn't happen quickly enough even though the store was really empty. The cookie included was matchy and smelled of indefinable chemicals. All the cookies presented in the display looked somehow old, thin and matchy, which is something I remember differently in other stores. The baguette sandwich didn't have enough toppings, more sauce than toppings??? The tables are pretty unhygienic, 2 customers and you don't have time to wipe down the tables? The only positive thing is that you can sit outside in the summer and have peace and quiet.

Everything is really ok on site. The staff is very friendly and the fresh sandwiches and cookies are really delicious, especially the breakfast selection. You just have to wipe the tables more often.

For me, one of the best fast food shops ever.

It used to be better. Service is now so-so, staff is hectic and quickly annoyed, some are unfriendly, have been regular customers for years, then varieties are just removed like that, annoying but ok. That's just the way it is, but when you put together the sub yourself If you want to ask questions, you will be reacted unfriendly and even with a sigh. If you don't feel like doing this work, or you can't deal with customers, then don't work here. Lost 2 regular customers. It's a shame.

Ordered via Uber. And ordered without tomatoes and without peppers. Unfortunately, the sub was mostly peppers, tomatoes and jalapenos. Very little meat. Very little toppings on the sandwich overall.

Food was good so far, employees seemed a little overwhelmed at times, but there was no loss of service quality. Subs were prepared quickly.

It's a scam. Further, when I asked if they could put more, they told me it costs extra. Never going back again. Just go to the bakery.

Tried the Chick 'n' Cheese Sub. It was okay. I think there could have been more meat and cheese. I especially barely tasted the sliced ​​chicken. Unfortunately it was very unfriendly and I couldn't redeem the points I had collected, which I find very annoying as the app will be switched off shortly.

This is a really good Subway due to its location, but the highlight is the really sweet staff member that helped us order a sandwich in German, which proved harder than expected. The staff alone is why I believe it's worth a visit.

Service ok, the three made an effort. The shop makes a somewhat dingy impression and doesn't invite you to linger. The sandwiches tasted good. However, we will leave it at this one visit.

I bought a Daily Deal double bacon in Berlin Adlershof. The leaders are OK, the boss is nice, everyone else is pissed. Now to the Daily Deal, the new concept is 🤮 Two slices of bacon in dry bread. When I asked what about the cheese - cost extra. Ok, two slices of cheddar on top €0.50 extra. Then vegetables only lettuce and tomatoes. What about the rest? Costs extra! It can't be true. Then it went to the sauces then I asked do they cost extra? No, not yet! In the end I paid four euros for stale bread with bacon, cheese, some lettuce, tomato and a small dollop of sauce. The taste seems to have gotten worse to me too. Due to this: NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! By the way, the ambience is also totally cool, and the customers have also become much smaller

The food was delicious and hygienically prepared, the toilets were clean and the employees were extremely friendly by Subway standards.

I ordered a sub (chicken teriyaki) there for lunch to pick up myself. The pickup time was given as 12:30 p.m. But when I got there almost 10 minutes early, my food was already prepared on the counter and waiting to be picked up. Instead of 12:30 as ordered, I picked up my food at 12:20. When I went to eat my sub, I discovered that my food was already cold! How can it be that my food is already cold at 12:20 p.m. when I specified a pickup time of 12:30 p.m.?? As if all that wasn't enough, I had gastrointestinal problems that evening and the next day from the food I ordered! I won't be ordering anything there again in the future!

Showcase Subway.. super nice, everything explained calmly. Sub was nicely put together and tasty. Oh and everything looked very clean too.

The lady who is supposed to be the shift manager today cannot be surpassed in terms of unprofessionalism. As a customer, you are treated stupidly when you answer a completely normal question. And because she isn't able to communicate, she just runs away and leaves you standing there, which doesn't make things any better. Bread was burnt, the cheese that had been forgotten wanted to be put on it later and then put back in the oven, to which I asked her whether the bread would then take on an inedible shape, to which she did the things described above in response instead of telling the customer say. A nice and big subway with lots of space to sit. As always, the food at Subway was great and the salespeople were all very nice. All coupons are also accepted, which I also think is great. When our coupon didn't work, they suggested we take another one, so we still ended up getting it cheap. Friendly, helpful and we would love to come back.

It's a casual normal subway store. Nothing to say here. The prices rose again recently.

Leider ist das Personal wirklich nicht interessiert an einem Verkauf. Unmotivierter Mitarbeiter der die Bestellung mehr als dürftig abarbeitet. Sollte ein nächster Besuch anstehen und wieder meine Bestellung nicht zufriedenstellend sein wird diese leider nicht angenommen und bezahlt. Filiale nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir haben Online wie folgt vorbestellt: Chicken Fajita (Sub des Tages) *  Sub 30-cm (Footlong) * Sesam * Getoastet * Mozzarella-Cheddar Mix * Eisbergsalat * Rucola * Paprika (rot und grün) * Mais * Röstzwiebeln * Salz & Pfeffer * Caesar Statt Ceaser gab es Honey & Wholegrain Mustard. Mais, Röstzwiebeln und Käse waren garnicht drauf, dafür gab es dann Tomaten, Salat gurken und Gewürzgurken. Hätte ich das gewollt dann hätte ich das auch bestellt. Unfassbar wie man ein Sub so falsch belegen kann ?! Ach so und eh ich es vergesse wir haben zu 21uhr bestellt und als wir zur Abholung da waren lag die bestellung wie bei den ganzen anderen vorbestellungen Kalt auf dem Tresen. Diesen Subway kann ich niemandem empfehlen.

Schlechter Service, nicht ordentlich belegt und Mitarbeiter hört nicht richtig zu Außerdem wurde der sub des Tages normal berechnet und nicht mit dem Rabatt Sonntags keine Empfehlung dort zu essen (wenn der Typ mit dem bandana dort ist)

Zuerst das Produkt mit Zuwenig Käse belegt und anschließend mit kaltem Käse nachgebessert.

Die Subs sind lecker wie immer. Die Sauberkeit ist wie in allen Fast-Food-Restaurants verbesserungsbedürftig.

Also ich weiß bei 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern geht es manchmal drunter und drüber....aber das das Personal Sprachprobleme hat macht es nur schwerer und ich habe keine Ahnung WAS die da abkassiert haben denn da stand vieles was wir nicht so bestellt hatten.....

Essen ist immer lecker...leider ist es immer sehr voll...zur Anbiente kann man nichts sagen...es ist halt alles sehr einfach gehalten aber normal bei einem schnell Restaurant...

Subs werden schnell und vernünftig zubereitet. Deutsch und Englischsprachige Mitarbeiter, waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ambiente ist okay, es ist aber ausreichend Platz vorhanden sodass man bisher immer einen freien Platz bekommen hat.

Nette Leute. Musik vorhanden. Essen sehr gut. Gutes Feeling. Gibt nichts Besseres. Typ mit Rauschebart versalzt und pfeffert immer den Sub. Bei ihm lieber einfach weglassen.

I visited the store several times , recently staff has changed and staff was bit slow. Subway now do not have tie up with coca cola, so no fountain of cola.

Diese Filliale ist meinem Wohnort am nächsten. Leider ist dies auch so ziemlich der einzige Vorteil neben dem leckeren Sandwiches von Subway. Im Lokal ist es oft dreckig und das Personal ist genervt & überfordert. Lieber mit nach Hause nehmen und dort verzehren.

Mega Lecker und günstig durch Coupons! :) Mag den Sub des Tages und habe sehr oft genug Punkte mit der Subway Karte gesammelt das ich einen kompletten kostenlos bekomme! ^^PC

Ich komme gerne in die Filiale, junges meist tolles engagiertes Team. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Letzten Dienstag erst wieder, zwei sehr nette, freundliche junge Damen. Sandwich top und die Saucenempfehlung richtig lecker. Leider gibt's kein Posmix-Automat mehr. Alle reden von Nachhaltigkeit und Plastik Vermeidung und hier gibt's nur noch PET Flaschen. Kann ich nicht verstehen ist aber bestimmt 'ne Chef(in) Entscheidung für die die Mitarbeitenden nicht können. Sonst toller Laden, bin hier gerne.

I go here often. Some of the worker actually friendly and take your order seriously, but more often that some of the workers talk to each other so much that they got my order wrong.

Service Personal zum Teil unfreundlich. Tische dreckig.

Ungemütliches Ambiente, das einen quasi einlädt "to go" zu bestellen. Dazu wiederholt falsch belegte Sandwiches, da bei mehreren gleichzeitig von mir bestellten Subs die Zutaten teils untereinander vertauscht wurden. Chili + Jalapenos sind dann auf einem Sub für Kids gelandet. Zum Glück sind meine Mädels hart im nehmen. Obendrein mittlerweile preislich absolut an der Akzepttanzgrenze für Junkfood.

Ich bin immer wieder gerne hier für ein Sub des Tages. Die Bedienung ist super, das Essen hat eine ordentliche Qualität und alle Sonderwünsche werden immer beachtet. Es ist oft viel los, also kann es ab und an dauern, bis man dran kommt, aber trotz des ständigen Andrangs ist alles immer sehr sauber und alle Angestellten bleiben freundlich.

Ich war das letzte mal hier. Sind teurer als McDonalds etc. Getränke gibt es nur noch in pet Flaschen. Sparen sparen sparen... ich bin teilweise nur zu Subway gekommen wegen nachfüllen... diesmal habt ihr an der falschen Stelle gespart. Guten Umsatz wünsche ich noch

Noch kurz vor Feierabend Essen, leider sehr unfreundlich

Bei der heutigen Bestellung fehlte zunächst das Getränk. Der Uber Fahrer ist dann nochmals zum Restaurant gefahren und hat es mir nachgeliefert. Nicht schlimm das kann mal passieren. Beim Sub hingegen ist euch eventuell der Salzstreuer aus der Hand gerutscht? Ich wollte mein Sub gesalzen, ja aber nicht so viel, das es ungenießbar ist. Ärgerlich zumal man die Gründe für das Ergebnis nur mutmaßen kann. Wieder ein Versehen oder lässt da jemand seine Laune beim Kunden aus hmm...Bitte nehmt die Kritik als Anregung weil davor war ich doch sehr zufrieden mit eurer Arbeit. Gestern bspw. lief alles reibungslos mit der Lieferung, das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, so kanns laufen. Viele Grüße Ercan

Immer leicht genervte Bedienung die nur die Hälfte versteht. Sehr enttäuscht von der Frische der Zutaten. Sind mir die Preise nicht mehr wert.

Leider total verdreckt der Laden. Obstfliegen sind an der Tagesordnung.

Leider muss ich Ihnen sagen, dass die Filiale eigentlich gar nicht geht. Ich war nun des öfteren schon da. Auch zu unterschiedlichen Uhrzeiten. So eine Aushilfsbude. Ich weiß gar nicht ob ich da schon mal die gleichen Mitarbeiter gesehen habe aber ich finde die Bedienung so durchwachsen. Mal hat man jemanden, der seinen Job ernst nimmt und mal wieder jemanden der eigentlich gar keinen Bock hat und nur darauf wartet, dass er in die Pause gehen kann. Furchtbar. Eigentlich wurde das Brot samt Käse im Ofen erwärmt, aber es hat so lange mit dem belegen gedauert, dass es fast kalt war. Das Essen ist Subway Typisch gut. Mir schmeckt es gut. Auch die Filiale ist modernisiert sieht ganz gut aus. Wenn die Filiale nicht so nah am Wohnort wäre, würde ich diese nicht mehr besuchen. Aber wahrscheinlich ist der Betreiber froh wenn dort überhaupt Personal arbeitet.

Richtig schlechter service mittlerweile, die Mitarbeiter sind überfordert weil sie ständig wechseln, ganz klares Management Problem. 10 Cent für eine mini Papiertüte sind nur das I Tüpfel..

Umfangreiche Auswahl, frisch zubereitet und zügige Bedienung, es war sehr lecker und hat satt gemacht.

Service okay, schnelle Bedienung und alles nett und freundlich. Leider etwas verdreckt der Laden als ich da war. War viel los. Leider ging es mir nach meinem Sub gar nicht gut. Magenprobleme und 2 Tage Fieber. War eigentlich ganz okay das Sub, also geschmacklich. Hoffentlich ein Einzelfall.

Das Sub war gewohnt gut. Die Mitarbeiter jedoch hoffnungslos überfordert. Die Zubereitungsfläche glich einem Schlachtfeld, eine wilde Mischung an Zutaten war über den Tresen verteilt. Da könnte man zwischendurch gerne mal sauber machen. Man hatte in der Hektik keine Chance den Mitarbeitern zu signalisieren, dass man gerne einen Dip zu den Nacho Chicken Bites gehabt hätte. Ebenso fand der Wunsch, das Sub als Menü zu erhalten kein Gehör. Hier ist ein Mitarbeitertraining dringend notwendig!

Habe ein philly Cheese sub bestellt und hab in der Nacht angefangen mich zu erbrechen und hab mir von dort einen Lebensmittelvergiftung geholt. Restaurant dreckig, Mitarbeiter gelangweilt, Zutaten nicht die frischesten. Am besten das Subway Restaurant meiden bevor man sich auch ne Lebensmittelvergiftung zuführt.

Leckeres Essen aber unangenehm unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Zuviel zu wenig chicken beim chicken Teriaky. So semi entfehlbar

Die Mitarbeiter unterhalten sich lieber miteinander oder mit anderen Gästen, die hinter einem anstehen, statt sich mit meiner Bestellung zu befassen. Da muss man aufpassen, was die einen auf das Brot packen. Aber immerhin weiß ich nun, wann wer wie auf seine Pause verzichtet, um auf mehr Stunden zu kommen. Arbeitsrechtlich also auch auf dem Laufenden.

Das Sub hat mir überhaupt nicht geschmeckt, das Brötchen war nicht knusprig, total trocken und ist völlig auseinander gefallen. Die Soße macht man ja nicht obendrauf, sondern unten damit es saftig bleibt. Und dreckig war es auch, dort waren auch sehr viele Fruchtfliegen

Hat mich nicht überzeugt. Der Laden machte einen lieblosen Eindruck und ein Großteil des Personals wirkte unmotiviert und genervt. Der Kunde ist König? Hier definitiv nicht. Das Essen war wie in jedem Subway.

An Läden wie Subway hat man immer die möglichkeit sich komplette Eigenkreationen zu Bestellen, sehr empfehlenswert das Chicken Teriaki, in allem sehr Lecker und der Laden ist auch immer Sauber.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen über das Personal nicht bestätigen. Hier war es gerade (18:15 Uhr) sehr voll, trotzdem waren alle Mitarbeitenden gut organisiert und sehr freundlich.

Obwohl der Laden gut besetzt war (9 Sept. Abend), verbrachte das Personal lieber Zeit mit Lachen und Plaudern, als die schmutzigen Tische zu putzen.

Mittags freundlich und auf zack, abends unorganisiert und langsam. Insgesamt komme ich sehr gerne, aber kann auch nachvollziehen, warum Kunden gelegentlich genervt den Laden verlassen.

Bei Subway bekommt man immer leckere und frische Sandwiches.
