Delicious Chicken fajita and pretty well sitting place.

Everything was great, the service, the food and the atmosphere, everything! And it wasn't crowded, too.

I just like this sandwich style in an urban area that isn't overly gentrified. I really like it here.

Sitting place is really good. Teriyaki sub was awesome .

We bought two Subways yesterday and wanted to eat them there. When we unpacked them and wanted to eat them, we saw that the bottom of both Subways was completely moldy. I immediately returned both and got my money back. However, I don't think it's acceptable for moldy bread to be sold, and I'll report it to the health department.

We've been waiting for our food for 90 minutes now and nothing's happened.

Such terrible service, the staff are incompetent, especially the lady. They work very slowly even though they barely have anything to do, and they speak far too quietly, so you can't understand them, but they don't care either, and they make the bread really awfully.

Absolutely terrible – I didn't know you could ruin food on so many levels! I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki Sub with Extra Meat and a Footlong Nacho "Taco Beef & Cheese" through Wolt. The sub: "Extra Meat" turned out to be "less meat than normal, please." I've rarely seen a sandwich where the lettuce leaves presumably had more protein than the actual meat filling. "Teriyaki" was all that remained of the name – taste-wise, it might as well have been called "steamed air." The nachos: I didn't know you could turn a Tex-Mex classic into a culinary parody. What arrived: four (!!!) nachos, carelessly rolled in a wrap, with a few sad jalapeños and a drizzle of sauce. Was that supposed to be "Taco Beef & Cheese"? It would have been more honest to call it "Nacho Mummy." The whole thing was so far removed from the order that I wonder if Subway is secretly working on a performance art project titled "Disappointment." Conclusion: Completely wrong with the order. Zero quality. An insult to value. If they had intentionally wanted to order a parody of bad fast food, this would be a masterpiece.

Just absolutely underground. I've pre-ordered online via the app several times now and have had to wait 15 minutes each time, even though I pre-ordered it. I keep getting the wrong order. Whether the bread is wrong, the sauce is wrong or just recently I got real meat instead of meatless chicken teriyaki. To date I have not been refunded and it just disgusts me that I ate meat. The employees don't speak any German and only speak broken English. The language barrier doesn't make it possible to talk to the employees and they don't understand you at all about your order. Even if it is pre-ordered online, the orders are incorrect. The store is dirty, you have to wait a long time, and the employees are unfriendly.

Very bad service. None of the employees speak German and my food has been prepared incorrectly several times. The worst thing, however, was the last order, where I was served normal bread despite the extra charge for gluten-free bread!! Since I pre-order the food to take away during my lunch break, the error only became apparent when I was eating. Due to my intolerance it was absolutely not a pleasant experience! Highly unprofessional location!! You can do better 👎

Very poor quality, meat was added to my sub despite ordering a vegetarian option. The employees don't understand German or gestures and don't seem to have any understanding of cleanliness. The atmosphere in the store was terrible as the store manager was constantly yelling at the employees

Extremely unhygienic and incompetent location. I found a blonde hair in my food and when I complained I was insulted in a very unpleasant way by the portly older lady (Martha according to the name tag) who prepared my sandwich. The store manager was even more overwhelmed and tried to make me a new sandwich, but dropped the bread on the unclean floor and picked it up again to continue making it. When I said I was waiving both subsequent fulfillment and the meal, the same bread was simply used for an order outside the home. Disgusting handling.

Since when are you not allowed to pay with Sodexo? The information is nowhere but the main thing is to say “information is there”. Also extremely unfriendly employees and boss. I'll never go there again

I go there often and it's usually okay if the usual employees are there. Today there was a new employee there, with black hair and glasses. Totally haphazard and disorganized. I have 10 minutes. waited my turn even though there was only one woman in front of me!! Then the employee just did completely different things, like refilling the salad bar?? She also generally gave the impression that she couldn't prioritize the tasks correctly. Meanwhile the line behind me was getting longer and longer. When my sandwich was ready after what felt like an eternity and I just had to pay, she instead went to the next customer to take the order, which was the last straw. It really ruined my mood and when I asked that I would like to pay for the sandwich now, all I got was "just a moment please" 😠 So that really doesn't work

Food good but service is last. I ordered something to pick up, got there early and was able to see how my order was being prepared. When I later said that there were 2 different sauces on one sub, I was insulted and called stupid because the hot and mild western sauce were the same. That means she had read it but didn't want to use two bottles because she was of the opinion that they were the same thing.

How is it possible that if you order from your company and the Uber Eats driver comes straight away to pick up your food and delivers it less than 15 minutes later, the food is still hard and inedible? (The bread was extremely hard and the waffle fries were inedible because they were preheated too long.)

Everything was perfect, the sandwiches were well-filled and warm, the service was nice and friendly and they had a lot of fun, the ambience was similar to a small snack bar and very nice

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by Subway at 7:15 p.m. today. It's unacceptable that all the bread is gone at 7:15 p.m. and you can't get a sandwich anymore, especially when the store is open until 8 p.m. I'll be honest, we were always regular customers and always ordered for five people. But I'm really angry and disappointed. If you can't serve food by 8 p.m., then change your opening hours. Or order enough bread by 8 p.m. That means you missed out on food (and money) for five people. A little tip: Order more bread.

I ordered a 15cm daily sub and asked very politely if the lady could put cucumbers on instead of tomatoes? No, it says tomato on it🤦‍♂️ I could understand if I wanted something extra for free. But I wanted to swap tomatoes for cucumbers... was the question so inhumane? I will never use/visit this subway again! Thanks for nothing!

Unfortunately not good anymore. The employees are slow and poorly trained. The sandwiches are difficult to eat because the employees put the wrong toppings on them or put them together poorly, so that the sauce runs out the side and it looks pretty messed up. So the quality has deteriorated a lot. There were no trays or baskets for the food. The employee didn't speak German, only English. It's actually a shame, I used to enjoy eating at Subway.

The employees are very sweet, but poorly trained. Instead of the menu, only advertising was displayed at the top. The advertised app discount (50%) does not work. The prices are completely exaggerated. All in all, Subway is unfortunately rotten and no longer recommended.

So first of all the prices are rising more and more as always. And when I wanted to get the sub of the day, I saw the iceberg lettuce being put in my mouth and I complained verbally about it. When I ordered my food in this kuff I had the biggest letdown and the food was made without love, it was like slapping the food on a bald head and putting it in there. When I wanted to complain, the man with the bald head came and told me to At that moment I took the sub and threw it against his bald head. He then insulted me in Spanish and I then spat on his bald head on the escalator... I won't put up with that

Unfortunately, things are getting worse there. I am usually a very patient person when I notice that the employees are not at their best or the store is full. But my experience yesterday makes me want to write something. The employees on site don't understand you and you have to explain yourself four times on the first step. It's just a matter of choosing the bread and the length of the sub. Afterwards, the assignment between each other is probably missing and who is responsible for which work step, because my sub was lying around for 5 minutes before it was toasted. With just one more paltry minute, you were somehow put off. After the sub was occupied and the payment process started, I wanted to scan my Subway app for reward points. I was confirmed that it worked, but the points were not credited. In total, ordering a sub took a solid 30 minutes, even though there was only one customer in front...After I unpacked the sandwich at home, I was amazed when I saw what the iceberg lettuce looked like. I was simply given the stalk of a head of lettuce that was the size of a computer mouse. Simply mindless and careless. This is extremely annoying. I really enjoy being a Subway customer, but your quality in terms of the food used and the staff employed is developing in completely the wrong direction. Your prices will increase every year. The staff here at the SSC in particular is noticeably slow and prone to errors.

To take away you can sit on chairs and eat

In contrast to my previous visit, I have to say that I was a bit disappointed. The lady on site apparently didn't really want her job. There was something on my baguette that tasted very sour and ruined the other taste of the whole baguette. Prices are still expensive. I have to say the atmosphere there is very bleak. I think Subway needs a breath of fresh air. ;)

Very good Subway branch with very good service. Usually I go there as it is very conveniently located and has very good service. Recently last week I tried new offer €3.59 the pic is attached. I tried Nacho Chicken it was not good but Veggie option is very good and tasty. Just add 50 cents you can add other toppings on the offered Subs and taste good. Otherwise without offer their Chicken Teriyaki is always recommended. There is common sitting place shared with other restaurants like cafeteria you can comfortably sit and eat there.

I have come to this place often, the staff is friendly, sometimes they are quite full with online orders and customers visiting the place, but they always try to stay calm and serve as quickly as possible. I have noticed that the boss is always maintaining cleanliness and order in the place. The fresh breads, the quality food. They speak Spanish, English and German. I like their attention and kindness. I highly recommend them.

I used to come here very often. Even in Corona time, this used to be the go-to place because they changed their gloves everytime they touched money so it was very hygienic. But it seems the owner is changed recently. The chicken terriyaki tastes so bad and gamey(smells a lot meaning it's not fresh meat), the veggies in the sub wasn't fresh at all either. Our family who had the chicken terriyaki all got sick. We threw up everything for the whole night. It was the most horrible experience. There is stomach flu virus going on everywhere now and they should pay extra attention to the hygienic condition. On top of that, they changed their menu so you can no longer choose your own toppings. They just put toppings on their own and charge you extra when you want the usual veggies like pickles. It just tasted very boring. They got rid of the biggest reason we go for the subway (i.e., choosing our own toppings). We are never ever coming back again!

Albtraum Schreckliche Sandwiches. Die Lieferung war SEHR unfreundlich und passiv-aggressiv; er hat kein Trinkgeld erhalten. Die Lieferung war unvollständig. Von den 5 bestellten Sandwiches wurden nur drei geliefert. Die Pommes waren ungesalzen, kalt und SEHR fettig. Das Brot war alt und hart. Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier zu bestellen. NIE WIEDER!

Absolute Katastrophe. Die Mitarbeiter verstehen kaum Deutsch und scheinen überfordert zu sein. Durch die schlechten Deutschkenntnisse dauert das Bestellen sehr lange.

Lecker, freundlich und schnell.

Hier zu sehen ist ein chicken Breast Footlong auf Vollkornbrot. Für einen stolzen Preis von 8,29€ (Oktober 23) bekommt man dieses etwas sanft gefüllte Sandwich. Ich gehe seit über 15 Jahren zu Subway und merke wie die subs immer teurer werden und mit den Zutaten leider immer mehr gespart wird, hin und wieder bekommt man einen netten Mitarbeiter/in der etwas mehr raufpackt aber der Manager/in des Ladens sitzt denen meistens im Nacken und versucht so wenig wie möglich auf deinen Sub zu packen, was auch leider wieder in dieser Filiale der Fall war. Wie kann man für ein Sandwich was über Lieferung bestellt wurde und der weg 800m knapp sind mehr als 60 Minuten brauchen??? Es kam an und war einfach nur kalt und die falschen Zutaten waren auch auf dem sub. Da Bestell ich nie wieder - eine blamage wirklich

Ich war bei vielen Subway Stores essen, glaube ich habe noch nie so einen flachen sub bekommen wie hier. Musste mehrmals sagen, dass man statt ein Streifen Paprika auch mal mehr rauf legen kann und das nicht nur bei der Paprika. Noch nie soviel Geld für so wenig Inhalt gezahlt.

Wir haben über UberEats bestellt. Als wir unsere Bestellung ausgepackt haben, war ich sehr enttäuscht. Wir haben Italian Bread für zwei 15 cm und ein 30 cm Sub bestellt. Es kamen alle mit Sesam an, was sehr schlecht war, da ich hochgradig allergisch dagegen bin. Ein 15er sollte mit Gurke, das andere ohne Gurke sein. Gurke war auf beiden. Es ist schade, wenn man etwas bestellt und dann etwas anderes bekommt. Ich konnte meins wegen der Allergie nicht essen, war ja nicht mal etwas zum tauschen dabei. Die keine Allergie hatten, haben sich über die Extra-Sandwiches gefreut. Nur ich ging leer aus. Die Anderen sagten aber, dass die Sandwiches lecker waren.

Subs waren frisch und lecker und die empfohlene Soße zum Tuna Sub war auch mega gut 👍🏻

Keiner der Mitarbeiter kann richtig Deutsch sprechen, habe einen 30cm sub bestellt im Angebot mit einem vegan cookie. Bezahlt habe ich 10,97€ für 2 15cm subs und einen cookie. Als ich dann versucht habe den Sachverhalt zu klären kam ein stumpfes "system macht so" von den Mitarbeitern (die dauerhaft sich auf spanisch unterhalten haben währenddessen). In diesem Saftladen werde ich mein Geld zukünftig nicht mehr investieren.

Ich war heute vor Ort um 19:30 Uhr &' hatte mir ein Sub. bestellt, ich habe meine eigene Kreation belegen lassen, alle 4 Käses Sorten da ich Zeit Jahren mein Sub. immer so esse. Abgesehen davon, dass die Bedienung mich nicht verstanden hatte &' ich mich 3-mal wieder holen musste, machte sie sich über mich lustig auf Spanisch, mit ein Arbeitskollegen, weil ich 4-mal Käse drauf haben wollte. Ich spreche fließend Spanisch &' habe jedes Wort verstanden, ich finde es beschämend! Ich kann mein Sub. bestellen wie ich möchte, Hauptsache ich bezahle meine Bestellung, was ich getan hatte.

Kommunikation mit dem Personal ist leider schwer, da man kaum verstanden wird. Hier muss man wirklich aufpassen, dass auch das auf dem Sub landet, was man haben will. Im Salat waren außerdem ca. 5cm lange, schwarze Haare. Nicht zu empfehlen leider.

Schlimmster Subway überhaupt, Mitarbeiter sind völlig unverschämt, total langsam und können nicht mal vernünftig deutsch

Dort stehen Weihnachtangebote wie zahle 1 esse 2, in der App nichts davon und die Mitarbeiter wissen nichtmal von dem Riesen Aufkleber vor ihrem Laden. Wenn man schon Angebote stehen hat, sollte man diese auch Einlösen können. Extra die olle App dafür runtergeladen, Frechheit.

Super respektlos, ich wollte Kekse kaufen und die Store Leiterin reißt sie vor meiner Nase weg und sagt „sie darf die nicht haben“ und guckt mich angewiedert an und läuft weg. Geht garnicht. Gehe niewieder dahin.

Das essen war sehr gut. Leider waren bei der Bestellung plötzlich alle Mitarbeiter weg. Wir mussten fast 10 Minuten warten bis wir bestellen konnten.

Sprechen kein Wort deutsch , sind unfreundlich und gestresst. Schneidet mein Brot auf und verschwindet dann nach hinten..gehts noch ?

Dadurch das dieses Subway mitten in einem Einkaufszentrum liegt, ist es recht laut und wenige Sitzplätze, da diese mit anderen Restaurants geteilt werden. Aber okay. Mittlerweile bietet Subway ja auch einen Lieferdienst an,was mega cool ist, weniger cool ist, das man als Kunde bestellt und dann wartet und wartet, weil die Bestellungen zwischen durch geschoben werden und das eigene Essen schon wieder Kalt wird,find ich das nicht mehr so toll. Aber wie immer waren die Subs lecker.

Bei einem ganzen Chicken teriyaki kann man wohl mehr als nur gefühlt 4 Hähnchen Stücke erwarten. Sehr arm belegt. Absolut kein gutes Leistungsverhältnis. An käse und Fleisch mehr als nur gespart. Hab schon ne Menge an Subway Geschäften besucht, aber der hier bietet echt schwache Sandwiches an... Meiner Meinung nach absolut nicht gerechtfertigt die 8 Euro

Die Mitarbeiter brauchen viel zu lange. Wir standen 10 Minuten in der Schlange an und konnte dabei beobachten wie Kassenzettel in den Belag gelegt worden sind. Nach 10 Minuten wurde uns gesagt, dass wir uns für Cookies nicht anstellen brauchen und wurden an die Kasse geschickt, da haben wir dann weitere 5 Minuten gewartet, bis es uns gereicht hat und gegangen sind.

Mitarbeiter leider viel zu langsam. Es gibt in letzter Zeit gefühlt immer neue Mitarbeiter die eingearbeitet werden müssen. Dementsprechend sehen dann auch die SUBs aus. Beim nächsten mal werde ich so einen SUB aber nicht annehmen und einfa gehen. 1x ist ol 2x naja geht aber nicht wirklich aber nochmal passiert mir das nicht. Klar wurde sich entschuldigt aber davon wird mein matschiger SUB auch nicht besser. Sorry guys

Hab bei Subway immer gut Zwischendurch gegessen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist gut und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann ich alles in allem nur empfehlen.

Personal versteht einen nicht Nach dem 3 mal sagen was man haben will kommt ein ahh darauf hin 2 mal Käse Bestätigen und kurze Warte Zeit dann kommt der Salat und das vernünftige „Personal“ Ist nun Salat und Soße fertig wird kassiert anstatt zu fragen kassiert man zusammen anstatt wie gewollt getrennt Der Sub war auch nicht der den man wollte Ich würde mich ja gerne auch mündlich beschweren jedoch versteht kaum einer

Vernünftig geführter Laden! Alle anderen subways im Berliner Südwesten kann man vergessen. Dieser ist echt ne positive Ausnahme. Nichts zu beanstanden.

Zu langsam die Bedienung und sie hatte sichtlich kein Bock gehabt.

Ich bestelle meistens über die Subway App vor und hole mir das Sandwich dann in meiner Mittagspause ab. Aber auch wenn ich vor Ort bestelle, sind die Mitarbeiter*innen schnell und nett. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Liebe Grüße und bis zum nächsten Mal 😋

The staff is incredibly nice, even if the store is busy (which it normally is). They're always cheerful and very competent and fast!! Love getting a snack here once in a while!

Unfreundliche und faule Mitarbeiter

Ein Stern weil ich das essen liebe und für die sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Mitarbeiter sind Katastrophal unfreundlich. Gibt es einen Chef, sieht er das nicht oder sind sie nett wenn der Chef vor Ort ist? Ein Mann ist neu aus Pakistan oder Indien in so eine Richtung ist nett. Er ist noch neu und macht kleine Fehler. Das finde ich nicht schlimm. Mir ist es lieber ,als sowas unfreundliches. Erstmal die blonde Frau ganz grob zu kunden und der Mann der an der Kasse steht ein etwas breiter ,der glaube ich schon lange da ist. Sowas habe ich in mein Leben nicht gesehen..So unfreundlich .Da haben sich doch bestimmt einige beschwert. Und hat richtig Augen verdreht .ne gehe lieber zum kudam. Der Chef sollte mal freundliche nette Studenten einstellen .

Wieder mal lecker Nettes Personal

Die Mitarbeiter sind ziemlich unfreundlich, lustlos. Beim einreichen meines Sodexoscheins wurde es mir versagt diesen abzugeben obwohl Subway Akzeptanzpartner ist. Das Geld wurde einem Prompt aus der Hand gerissen. Das Essen schmeckte gut so wie immer, aber Mitarbeiter müssten mehr Motivation und Freundlichkeit aufweisen.

Lecker und frisches Essen und ein freundliches Personal

Laden ist sauber und hat sogar ein Angebot für Schüler & Studenten. Gute Sitzplätze vorhanden. Allerdings ist die Bedienung relativ langsam. Und nächstes mal bitte die Soße in (und nicht „auf“) das Brot machen.

Subway - das vermutlich beste Fastfood-Sandwich einer Restaurant -Kette. Ich hatte ein Phily Beef+Cheese Sandwich im OreganoCheese-Brot, mit Jalapenos und Hot Sauce. Dazu Kartoffelsnack und nen Tafelwasser. Ist wirklich lecker und macht einen nicht so träge wie manch andere Speisen zum Mittag. Der Preis für ein Menü mit 30cm Footlong-Sandwich liegt bei ca 10 Euro. Bei einem 15cm Normal-Sandwich zahlt man ca 2,50€ weniger. Einfach Mal ausprobieren!!!

Schlechtestes Subway Deutschlands

Subway, bleibt der beste Sandwichstore der Welt. Auch wenn jede Art von Sub fast identisch schmeckt ;-)

Die Mitarbeiter machen das Essen sehr Lust los. Das Brot wurde komplett zusammengedrückt und der Salat wurde einfach auf das Brot geworfen. Bei Hinzufügung von Produkten zu der Bestellung haben die Mitarbeiter genervt geguckt.

10 Minuten lang gewartet ohne das jemand die Bestellung annimmt.. Obwohl nichts los war und 3 Miarbeiter anwesend waren..
