Subway Deutschland in Berlin

The employee's German isn't great, but we managed with gestures :). The only slightly annoying thing is that the card reader is manual. The employee changed the amount from €7.98 to €8 without asking. It's not about the two cents, it's more about the principle. (The store looks nice and well-maintained.)

Kekse waren hard gebacken. Subway cookies are soft baked, these were rock hard and burnt. The employee couldn’t communicate in German or English. Very frustrating.

The cashier at the counter barely understands a word. He also refused to accept any coupons. He told me to download the app, even though I had coupons with me. Not recommended!!

Ordered from Lieferando: I waited over 2 hours and then received two completely wrong subs (wrong topping, sauce and meat instead of plant-based) and cookies were forgotten.

I went back after a long time to give the place a second chance, and unfortunately, I was disappointed again. The staff were stingy with everything. When I came in, the employee was sitting behind the till, busy with his phone. He even seemed angry/annoyed that he had to work, and that's how my sub was handled. It's a real shame, but unfortunately, no third attempt. The shop was clean, but that's understandable if there aren't any customers.

I wanted to eat at Subway today after a very, very long time, but the sight of the counter with the ingredients, which were stored far too cold and there was already frost/ice on the vegetables and in and around the bowl, made me decide to leave. The employee there was friendly, but nevertheless, I couldn't eat with a sight like that. If something's already wrong at the front, I don't want to know what else is going on. I can't comment on the taste.

The sub was alright. The biscuit was extremely hard and tasted stale, so it was thrown away.

Today, October 11th, at 2:30 p.m., I ordered a sub. The restaurant was completely dirty and filthy. A half-eaten sub from the employee was left on the countertop. Everything was covered in wasps. The sub itself was filled with absolutely no care—I had to ask for a little more salad. The answer was, "There's already salad on it." Never again. The sub ended up in the trash. Clean your restaurant first before serving customers.

Everything was clean and appetizing. But I've never had such a soft sub at Subway. It must have been in there too short a time or something... very wobbly, not at all crispy. What a shame...

The food was great, but I've never had so little topping on a Subway sandwich. €10 for a large terikaki sandwich isn't really justified anymore.

I actually really like Subway, but the food here isn't really tasty. The service was OK. It's not that busy, but they don't speak German. The atmosphere isn't that great either, right next to the main road... I don't know about you, but I really have a stomach ache right now.

The employee was stoned, made the wrong order, and when we noticed, he demanded more money from us to fix it. These people delete bad reviews. A week ago, my friend left a review, and it's now been taken down, so I thought I'd write again to see if the store is actually doing well...

Everything was fine, just like Subway. Conveniently located inside the gas station, so no need to search for a parking space—at least in the evening. The tables were dirty, so I'll take it with me anyway. The service was friendly.

A terrible first visit... We had ordered through Liefrando for pickup. When I arrived, the stoned employee was sitting there playing on his phone. I showed him a screenshot of my order number and wanted to pick up my food. The employee snatched the bag from me and asked for my name. I recited my last name three times. The employee tried to read it out loud, failed, and handed me my order in disbelief. When we unpacked the food at home, everything was fine with my sandwich. However, my friend's sandwich had the wrong type of bread and the vegan chicken teriyaki was missing. Despite being hungry, I went back to the store and at least demanded the vegan chicken teriyaki. The employee cheekily spat in my face that things were "different" with Lieferando orders and that I would have to pay an extra €3.99 for the vegan chicken teriyaki. I held up the detailed order summary to him, to which he just shook his head. 0.0 customer service. After eight minutes of discussion, I'd had enough. I didn't see the point in paying €4 extra for someone else's fault. If the staff smoked less weed during working hours, orders would be carried out correctly. Never again!!!

I eat here every Tuesday and love it. Also great for vegans.

Not up to the standard of subway.... Got the vegan chicken teriyaki, and the person scammed me out of 3 euros for supposedly extra cheese/vegan slices which were not ordered. Once I mentioned that they told me that the vegan slices, FOR THE VEGAN SANDWICH, costs extra. Which is just outright wrong and infuriating. If it is not common knowledge in a subway that the vegan cheese is included in a vegan sandwich, then I am rather disappointed in subway as a franchise and have to rethink my choice of visiting again,as this is not a standard I have experienced so far with the subway anywhere. Really disappointing store, don't visit.

Just finished eating at Subway and it was great! The ingredients were fresh, the sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it, and the service was fast and friendly. Always a reliable spot for a tasty meal!

I went to the Subway Zehlendorf as I heard that there is a new management with a discount, I got a Sandwich and Coffee with Cookie as they just added Coffee to their menu, I liked it a lot and recommended it to others.

Great experience at this Subway which i was informed is under new management! The store is clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the staff is friendly and efficient. You can really see the positive changes. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The guy who served me did exactly the opposite of what he was supposed to do, I wanted my sandwich without olives and jalapenoes and he just makes them with up listening is one would be an option. But otherwise everything was fine.

Don't even order them and advertise two 30 cm subs for €19.99, but no matter which one you choose, you have to pay €3 per sub, so the €19.99 offer ultimately costs €25.99. Today we wanted to take advantage of the app promotion where you get 2 footlongs for the price of €12.99, the guy behind the counter acted stupid and didn't know anything, the same thing in the branch on Potsdamer Straße, thank you Subway, rode it for free! !!

Just been there, workers didn't feel like working, I don't think the boss did either, it was hardly possible to eat because everything was falling apart, since I worked for Subway for 2 years, it's the dirtiest shop I've ever seen

I ordered a long Chicken Tariyaki, it was delicious to eat. Specially the bread was freshly backed. Counter customer service stuff was very friendly and knowledgeable to interact. They accept card payment as well.

Ordered via Lieferando and wanted to cancel it. Lieferando itself says you should do it through the branch, but when we called they didn't really want to process our request. The employees don't seem to speak German either, which isn't a problem per se. Still, the question is, how should someone address the concerns? I also had under my order number. trying to get information.

I ordered a long chicken Fajita here in this subway, it was delicious and testy. Specially the bread was super fresh backed. Nice customer service and they accept the card payment.

Kein Sub kam an wie bestellt. Saucen und einzelne Zutaten wurden verwechselt! Das einzige was stimmte war das Brot und die Art des Subs. Schade.

Leider war das Sub dort ziemlich entäuschend. Es wurden für ein footlong lediglich 2,5 statt 4 Löffel Tuna verwendet und es wurde nach nicht einmal 15 Sekunden aus dem Toaster genommen. Das hat es alles ziemlich trocken und unschön schmecken lassen... Auch die Bedinung war nicht sehr kundenorientiert...

Naja... Der Laden ist wirklich in nicht so gutem Zustand und der Salat war auch nicht mehr frisch. Am Ende stimmte dann der Endpreis auch nicht - höher als auf den Schildern stand. Geschmeckt hat es aber und es war gut belegt. Schade, eigentlich mag ich Subway, aber hier gehe ich nicht gerne wieder hin.
