"I loved the service there," was my wife's comment. I returned to the store with my son and was able to confirm that the service was truly excellent. And the good work is also reflected in a clean store, well-organized ingredients, and well-prepared food. It's a pleasure to frequent places like this. The food is great, the staff is friendly, unfortunately there's no toilet, otherwise it's great.

I was very pleased with the employee who booked my subcontract; he was very customer-oriented and in a good mood, he didn't just slap something on and call it a day.

My first time at Subway and the employee was totally chill. He guided me through everything in a very relaxed manner.

We ordered multiple Veggie Teriyaki for take away, at home we had to realise it was meat.

THE BEST SUBWAY YOU CAN VISIT IN BERLIN (TRUST ME) Rene and Dennis are the most professional workers I have met, no matter what day or time it is, they are always friendly, patient, working hard and being professional with everything they handel. They deserve a big Promotion and all the best really. Regarding the store, everything is clean, ingredients are fresh, nice music vibes, and there is enough seats for 30+ people.

Top branch! I was there for the first time today, just by chance, but it was the first decent sub I've had in ages! I worked at Subway myself for several years and later often got annoyed by the carelessly thrown-together subs. Everything was perfect here – fresh bread (they were even baking more for dinner), fresh ingredients, the shop and counter were very clean and tidy, and the sub was assembled efficiently and with plenty of toppings. It tasted exactly as it should! The staff were also very pleasant. :)

I can only echo the sentiments of many other reviews. This is the best Subway in Berlin. The display is always impeccably arranged, and the place is spotless. The subs are generously filled, and they always cater to special requests. The whole team is friendly and attentive, but I'd especially like to commend Rene. I've been coming here about once a week for the past two years, and whenever he's working, he greets and says goodbye to every customer with such a friendly yet unobtrusive manner. I was finally convinced I should write this review last week when he thoughtfully brought my sandwich to my table, as I'm currently using crutches. That's absolutely remarkable. Great place. Best Subway in all of Berlin! Been there several times, and always very friendly and helpful service! Finally, a place that puts a generous amount of toppings on their sandwiches and doesn't skimp on the meat, vegetables, and sauce! They always accommodate requests! Always happy to come back :)

This restaurant has seats for about 25 people but doesn't have toilets! The oulets where customers could charge their mobiles have not power. They don't care much about their clients. NOT recomended.

I have to agree with some of the previous reviewers; this is probably the best Subway branch I've ever visited. Super clean, super friendly service, super fresh, and made with love so that it not only tastes great but also looks very appealing! I'll be coming here often.

Complete failure! I ordered an Italian BMT and three cookies via Uber Eats and received a completely different order. Instead of the three cookies, I received a drink, and instead of the Italian BMT, I received something else (I can't even figure out what that was). This isn't the first time something went wrong with my order. This was the last order I'll ever place at Subway. Never again!!! Bye!

Today, June 11, 2025, at 10:12 PM, I was in the Brunnenstrasse store. I wanted to scan my loyalty card for the first time at the checkout. There, I encountered an unpleasant, overweight blonde woman who very disrespectfully said, "It's already scanned. You have to take it away so I can continue." We are customers and have the right to good customer service. The man is very nice; we like him too. But this woman's behavior was absolutely unacceptable. The store manager should issue a warning, because I've never experienced anything like this in any other store. I felt personally attacked.

We've been to quite a few Subway restaurants, but none have been this good. This place is highly recommended. The subs are hot and freshly made. The server smiled when we walked in. This branch deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you!

I ordered two sandwiches (chicken teriyaki and chicken fajita) and the quality was subpar. The chicken teriyaki was spoiled and had an unpleasant, almost inedible taste. When I went back to the branch to resolve the issue, I was treated by an extremely rude employee. Instead of helping, I was condescendingly lectured: “You can’t just eat half and then give the rest back.” Such behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer service should look different! Apparently there are significant deficits not only in the quality of the food, but also in your customer service. Yes, I did mention in fairness that the fajita was good. However, if you want to stick to the truth, you should admit that the teriyaki sandwich was completely returned - not because of a taste issue, but because it had an extremely unpleasant smell, reminiscent of spoiled meat. Your statement about the salad is also wrong. The chicken in the salad was just as inedible and what was tried had to be vomited right back up. To claim that almost all of the salad was eaten is simply misleading. Even more shocking was your condescending response when I asked what you would do in my situation. Her words: “I wouldn’t do anything.” – a completely unacceptable attitude for someone in customer service. After what feels like 30 chicken tandoori sandwiches in 2024, I'm finally writing a review! I would say it is the best subway in Berlin! Ingredients are always fresh. Staff always friendly and attentive to service! I can only recommend everyone to try this store! You can always do it, but there's usually relatively little going on - an insider tip!!

He caught us near the motel where we were and decided to have dinner there. The great service and the size of the sandwich (Footlong of 30cm with its respective additional price) is perfect to leave you well satiated, and they also charge you quite well with everything you ask for and it is included of course. The breads are a little unusual compared to what we were used to in tin but the flavor is great.

Ate at Subway again after 20 years. Unfortunately, absolutely disappointing. Extremely dry, main ingredient had no taste, bread was sticky, cheese couldn't be tasted. The sandwich tasted like toast, onions and lettuce - that was all. I'm actually sorry for every euro. Never again Subway.

Excellent Subway! The ingredients are very fresh and there is a wide variety of vegetables. My sandwich was prepared very well and tasty. The employees are extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall a very positive experience.

I ordered two 30cm subs. One had the wrong sauce on it, the other one was missing an extra ingredient (which was also paid for). The waffle fries were so cold and soggy that we unfortunately threw them away.

I've been to maybe 10 Subways in different countries by now and this one had one of the best choices I've seen. The bread was pretty fresh too. Overall good. On the other hand, my bread was torn before being used and it would have been better if the employees had changed it, but they didn't which made eating it a bit difficult. But nothing major. Most of the staff spoke English too, so that's a plus.

If you can take a break of at least 45 minutes, this is the right place for you. Not a long queue even at lunchtime and the staff is clearly motivated and super friendly. Absolutely no comparison to Subway in the GesundbrunnenCenter. The employees also pay attention to cleanliness, which is not always the case elsewhere. If Subway, then this store is my first choice.

Als selbsternannter, vielbeschäftigter Subway-Begutachter habe ich schon viele Geschäfte der Subway-Unternehmensgruppe inspiziert - Ostbahnhof, Hauptbahnhof, ich hatte sie schon alle. Doch auf noch keinem meiner Streifzüge bin ich einem solch majestätischen Sub begegnet. Ein wahrhaftiges Bild für die Götter. Der Salat ist knackig, das Brot frisch, die Kekse mit Liebe gebacken. Der Sub ist prall gefüllt, so wie ich es mir lobe. Wäre mir das Sandwich runtergefallen, hätte ich auf dem Boden weiteressen können, da es hier so sauber und ordentlich ist. Ich hatte auch noch nie einen so freundlichen Verkäufer, mit dem man ein angenehmes Gespräch führen könnte. Eine Rarität bei Fastfood-Ketten. Mit gutem Gewissen kann ich sagen - das hier ist das beste Subway in Berlin!

Ich habe mir Vorort einen sub bestellt. Wurde unhöflich empfangen von einem jungen Mann, laut namens Schild hieß er Alex wurde unter Druck gestellt und böse angeguckt. Meiner Meinung nach sollte man nicht arbeiten wenn man keine Lust hat zu arbeiten und unmotiviert ist .geht ja mal garnicht.

Employees had to point out that “it belongs on the sandwich” when I wanted something to be left out. Also you can’t wash your hands here. Who serves food you eat with your hands in the city without giving the opportunity to wash your hands??

Es ist tatsächlich das beste Subway, bei dem ich je gegessen habe. Die Qualität ist wirklich immer gleich gut, die Mitarbeiter:innen sind super freundlich und alle Zutaten immer vorhanden. Ich bin Stammkundin.

Unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter, inkompetent und dazu nicht aufmerksam, absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Tut euch den gefallen und kauft im Gesundbrunnen Center, dort gibt es nämlich auch einen Subway.

Better than American Subway by far! There are so many options for the sandwich toppings including potatoes, chicken nuggets, and fancy sauces. The options also seemed nice and fresh. However, I wish they sold regular Doritos, but that’s not a major deal. As always the food was prepared quickly and it was easy to communicate as a non-German speaker.

My wife and I entered the subway at 2050 Hrs. Last night, much earlier than the closing time of 11 PM as shown. The girl at the counter almost started preparing our order when this cleaning lady came from behind and insisted they are closed. There was no closed sign at the door, and there were 2 customers inside. I requested her that we only need a sandwich and that too for take out. However, she was adamant and we had to leave the place. It was cold and we had to run around trying to reach any place before it closed. Very disappointed by such human behaviour.

Eines der besten Subway Lokale die ich kenne. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht auch Deutsch (am Ostbahnhof verstehen die Mitarbeiter mich teilweise nicht, wenn ich auf Deutsch bestelle). Zudem sind auch die Sitzgelegenheiten super. Ich komme hier gerne her.

Das Essen ist lecker, die Zutaten frisch. Vor Ort möchte ich aber nicht essen, das Lokal ist kalt und ungemütlich. Das Personal wiederum ist sehr nett und freundlich. Kartenzahlung ist möglich, Parkplätze sind schwer zu finden und auch nur mit Parkgebühren vorhanden. Wenn man hier regelmäßig isst, dann geht es ziemlich aufs Budget. Fazit: Gerne wieder, aber nicht all zu oft 😉

Bestes Subway in Berlin. Es läuft meistens sehr schnell, stressfrei, reibungslos und freundlich. Sehr lecker.

Ich habe 2 mal Pommes bestellt das was ich bekommen habe war 1 mal Pommes in 2 Verpackungen.... Wirklich ich habe die in eine Verpackung rein gemacht und die haben perfekt da rein gepasst... Für 10-15 Pommes pro Packung zahlt man über 3 Euro... Nix gut

Im Vergleich zu anderen Subway Läden schmeckt es hier sehr frisch als auch gut. Die Musik im Laden sorgt für eine gute Atmosphäre die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Was will man mehr. Da fährt man auch lieber mal ein paar Stationen länger als zum nächst besten Subway zu kommen.

Umgezogen aber nicht ungezogen. SUBs mit Hingabe zubereitet - wo wenn nicht hier- sind echte Profis hinter dem Tresen! Überzeug dich doch selbst 🥇🌯👌

Der Subway hat vor kurzem erst aufgemacht und ich bin froh drüber da er direkt bei mir in der Nähe ist. Der Verkäufer war richtig gut drauf und sehr freundlich. Essen wie gewohnt lecker und schnell zubereitet.
