Subway Deutschland in Berlin

Honestly, folks, we got a voucher from Telekom, and the shop indicated it accepted it. Not a chance! We were turned away very rudely! So, even if I didn't have the voucher, I wouldn't eat there! It was dingy, and the employee didn't look very clean either. If Subway is partnering with Telekom, it should work. I wouldn't recommend the Subway at the Ringcenter.

Today I wanted to redeem my Telekom coupon. According to the website, the store should have accepted it, but the rude employee refused it in very poor German. Luckily, we didn't order anything because the Subway looked very dirty.

Telekom customers are not served here. The employee explained that the manager doesn't accept Telekom promotional vouchers – I find that unusual for an official branch. I replied that I would mention this in my review, but they didn't care. It's a shame, I really wanted to try the sandwich for the first time.

Hii, I like this restaurant but the staffs are super rude and they will not talk to you if you speak English.

Thursday, 2:30 PM. Closed. We drove all the way here, very disappointing.

That was a real drama. I ordered a sandwich from Bild. And then this happened... I even paid extra for cheddar and bacon, which is ridiculous.

The food arrived cold, the delivery was incomplete, and what arrived wasn't what I ordered. Not a Subway problem: The Wolt driver was terrible.

Opening hours according to Google Maps start at 9 am, but there's a sign on site saying 10 am. Okay, I killed some time. Shortly after 10 am, the window was open. I wanted to order something, but the employee was late, unprepared, and not very friendly. That's unacceptable! I actually like Subway, but this is a deal-breaker. Work on your customer service!

Wanted to redeem a Telekom coupon that was valid including today. Unfortunately the staff told me very unfriendly that they don’t accept it even though the website clearly states that they participate! He told me that „ i should go to a different subway if i want to use the code“. Very bad service here

I went to Subway today and I'm absolutely thrilled! 🥪 The staff was super friendly and took their time to prepare my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. Everything was fresh, crispy, and absolutely delicious—especially the freshly baked bread and the wide selection of toppings.

Subway – Thanks to Reza for the perfect sandwich experience! I went to Subway on a Tuesday and got the sub of the day – but not just a "regular" one. I had requested a lot of vegetables because I like my food really fresh and fully topped. Even my first request got a friendly nod, but it still looked a bit "reserved." 😄 So I asked again politely, even offering to pay more – and the result was simply perfect (see photo 📸)! Fresh, colorful, crunchy, with everything I wanted. The taste was a real highlight – you only get that when someone thinks ahead and puts in the effort. My tip: Get the whole sub of the day on Tuesdays and top it with all your favorite vegetables. And if Reza is behind the counter – even better! 🙌🏼 Thanks Reza for your dedication and the delicious result. That's customer service!

BEST SUBWAY DIESA IN THE WHOLE WORLD

Unfortunately, the employees there don't seem to really want to serve customers. On top of that, they don't really listen to what the customers choose and then the subs are thrown at you at the checkout as if the employee just doesn't feel like it.

9:40 p.m. on April 30th very unfriendly. I was told they were closed. Two people in front of me were served. Google says until 10 p.m. Finishing work early and being unfriendly. Load cooler.

Overall good but one guy with long hair, 24 April 2025 around 4:30 PM had shift and he's not making proper meal! Everytime, I see him, I have to ask him to make it properly. All other workers are making good and friendly.!

I was on my way to the conference when I thought I could grab something quick to eat at the Ringcenter. So I went into the parking garage and discovered the subway. I hadn't had a subway in ages and I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately I was completely disappointed. 1. There was only one lady in front of me and it took forever to get to it. Instead of working in parallel. While the sandwich in front of me is in the oven, the lady in front of me is already taking my order…puff cake. Every single customer waited until the previous one was served (including cashing in). I know this differently from other subways. The lady I met received the wrong change and complained loudly. It took…. A second employee was on site and did not react at all. 2. Communication was difficult because the employee could neither speak German nor English properly. Tomatoes looked mushy. I asked for freshness and only 2 slices... I was just served a lot of the mushy tomatoes. Even when I ordered three additional cookies, it was difficult. There was no knowledge of German for anything that wasn't a standard order. The customer behind me was also hoping for service when my sandwich was in the oven, but puff cake. You could see it in his annoyed look... 3. Unfortunately there was no parmesan. That would be everyone. Some other bowls were also empty. Salt wasn't offered either. 4. I also received incorrect change and it was discussed…. I only received 10 instead of 5 euros back after discussion. The money was accepted with the glove that was also used to prepare food. The glove was never changed for all three customers and activities. Money was simply thrown onto the counter, not into a cash register. There was also change on the counter. It was only later that I realized that he hadn't put it into the cash register at all... Probably went into his own pocket. The customer after me noticed the change error. Raised his eyebrows attentively. ... When I was eating my sandwich nearby afterwards, he came to me again and said he tried it again with the wrong change. 5. When I took a closer look (I admit, I was just in a hurry beforehand and quickly ran there and made arrangements with a colleague while I was waiting - since I've never been disappointed by Subway before) I also noticed that the whole place looked dingy...I was actually disgusted when I was preparing it. But then I didn't want to take the order back. 6. Unfortunately there was no seating nearby. I ate while standing, leaning against a pillar. Completely stupid. At least a bar table would have been cool. However, the entrance area may not have permission for it. Unfortunately, it's not a nice area to eat, I then noticed... Lots of junkies, construction site, noisy etc... (Of course, Subway can only do so much about that). Nevertheless, it is of course part of the ambience. 7. Cookies dried out, bread not fresh, tomatoes soggy...the sandwich overall wasn't tasty...sausage was battered...hunger brought it in. It wasn't exactly enjoyable (I eat exactly the same sandwich in other subways, very much).

Absolutely not recommended!!! I wanted to eat something with my friends, the staff wasn't attentive at all and didn't pay attention to what I ordered. While we were eating my friend found a nail in her sandwich.

Is it possible to hire staff who also speak and understand German? I told the lady several times that I wanted chicken teriyaki. Then at the end she wanted to charge me a chicken fajta for more money. Then I left without sub and without paying

I'm changing my review due to second incorrect delivery on Uber Eats. It's just sad when you pay a lot and don't even get what you ordered. There were missing sauces and ingredients, drinks and chips delivered incorrectly. That was my last order from the store despite the fact that the food was delicious. I won't let myself be fooled anymore.

Originally I ordered a big order of many sandwiches and deserts through Uber Eats but we had missed items and wrong items received. Uber Eats customer service was so bad, mainly the same auto response over and over with no actual solution. After I contacted this Subway branch the Owner promised he will fix the issue. And indeed he did. After 10 days of suffering with Uber Eats with no solution, I called the subway owner and he solved my problem immediately and offered some free items on top of my new order. Thanks so much.

Today I ate the nastiest Subway of my life and threw half of it away for the first time. On the one hand, there were only half of the side dishes, and on the other hand, what was there tasted really old. The beef was already mushy... I've never seen it before, I hope Subway's license is revoked.

You know what you're getting when you decide to eat at Subway. Unfortunately, after waiting in line for several minutes, I was ignored and customers who arrived after me were able to order before me. After a failed attempt to draw the staff's attention to it, I unfortunately had to make my next train connection. TL;DR wouldn't go if it had to be quick

This branch doesn't even deserve one star!! Was there a week ago and ordered a sub of the day. Unfortunately, the employees barely understood or spoke German, so the order took longer than normal. The toppings (salad, meat, cheese, etc.) no longer looked so fresh. As far as the payment is concerned, it didn't work at all (they charge more than should actually be paid and if you ask the employees about it, they get rude). That is not how it works!! This branch is not recommended!!
