Super tasty. Ate the Pork and Omelette Banh Mi. Pork was my favorite. It was quite busy but the food was prepared quickly. And 6.50 is unbeatable for such a delicious sandwich.

As two big Banh Mi fans, we finally made it to the stable - and were not disappointed. The location looks very nice, even if it was unfortunately lacking in cleanliness. Almost all tables were crumbled and partly smeared, although in our opinion the service was not very demanding. We had a banh mi with pork and one with an omelet. Both came in a wonderful bread, one of the best things we've ever had as Banh Mi in Berlin! Great. The herbs and sauces were delicious, exactly as it should be. The crispy pork belly was a poem. At 6.50 both unbeatable in terms of price and performance. I didn't find the service that great, almost a little unfriendly, but the food is awesome! 🤤🤤🤤 definitely try this out! Edit: I was there a few times during the week in spring 2025 and it wasn't messy and the service was very friendly. 🙏 Top recommendation!

A staple! The Bahn Mis here are addicting. Whenever you go, the quality of the sandwich will be top-notch. Love the atmosphere as well as service is always always nice! Only cash payments, though, but worth any trip to an ATM.

I got the pork banh mi and it was pretty bland, aside from the pickled vegetable. Don't understand the glowing reviews, maybe I was unlucky. One thing they nailed was the attitude of the staff, they were either indifferent or annoyed as if you just insulted their families.

Grilled pork was excellent. Very polite service. Atmosphere was nice as well.

Really delicious Banh Mi at an absolutely fair price-performance ratio at €6 for the vegetarian (also vegan option) Banh Mi with tofu. Self Service makes the whole thing quite quick and fits the concept well. Dogs are very welcome 🐕

Been there a couple of times, very consistent food, only down side is that they only serve sandwiches, but the good thing is they are always tasty and have a unique flavor, pork belly sandwich is highly recommended, place has nice seating and is nicer than your typical sandwich shop, I hated on thing tho is that u need to pay 1 euro for a glass of tap water

Flavor of the Banh Mi is great! To me is a fair 4.5, it is missing this amazing flavor that quicks in once your eating but besides that is good. I tried the tofu (4.8) and pork belly (4.5)

What a gem! One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in Berlin. We got the grilled pork and the omelette. The pork was super tender with perfectly crisp crackling on top, giving you a huge burst of flavour as soon as you bite into the roll. The omelette, while lightly fried, felt more like a fried egg, so expect a bit of mess from the runny yolk, but it really took me straight back to egg rolls for breakfast when we travelled Vietnam back in the day. The balance of flavors is spot on, not too salty, with a light mayo sauce that ties everything together beautifully. The pickled vegetables add a refreshing crunch, perfectly complementing the crispy, fresh bread, which is soft with a lightly floured exterior and soaks up the juices of the filling perfectly. It feels strange to have to write this, but the ingredients are also served at balanced temperatures, which for some reason a lot of places here just don’t get how to do right. No stone cold cucumber in the middle of your warm banh mi here! The place is bustling, the wait is reasonable, the prices are very democratic, and the atmosphere is great: very cozy. Go here. P.s. I don’t often write reviews, especially for places that already have lots of hype, but I’m adding another voice to the crowd to say that this is one of the best banh mis I’ve had the pleasure to eat. The cracklin on the pork was out of this world — crispy, flavourful, and melted in your mouth. The bread was a perfect baguette, which is so hard to find in Berlin. Even though it was the peak lunchtime rush I only waited for around 5 minutes for my sandwich after placing my order. The line moves quickly, but definitely get there close to opening so you don’t have to wait in line forever.

Hands down the best Báhn mì in Berlin. Crispy skin soft pork belly, crispy fresh baguette, pickled vegetables and sauce make this the best quick food around the area. Maybe even better than doner if you eat it for lunch. Doner is still the night king. Fast service, no beer.

Closed contrary to Google opening times. I was there at 3 p.m. And supposedly it's open until 8 p.m. But it was closed.

Fair price. Very tasty. I wish they had some spicy options and I didn't have to rely on Sriracha. Some freshly sliced Jalapeños would be enough, that why I take them home and add them rather then dine at the spot.

It's like in Vietnam! If it wasn't just 10 degrees you would get a Vietnam feeling here. The pork belly was a poem 🫶🏻 it is self-service and the tables are very suitable for groups as well as solo travelers.

Such a store should not be supported. Unfortunately the service is very, very bad. This was our third time here and every time we meet the rude shop owner. The four of us were there twice and ordered 6 Banh My. My friend ordered something else next door and we ate in the store and even asked beforehand if it was ok if my friend ordered something next door and we ordered 6 Banh My here, she agreed and paid. As soon as we sat down and she gave us the banh mys and saw my friend with another meal, we were immediately thrown out and told that we weren't allowed to eat here, an outrage!!! Greedy and disrespectful woman.

Unfortunately it has become a hipster hype shop with an extremely long waiting time. Previously a small, friendly and cheap shop next door. Well, 5m next to it was pure mass processing, it was getting more and more expensive, the other day I waited almost 50 MINUTES for a sandwich. NO ONE in this store speaks German, at least communication with the employees works. The food is and remains delicious

I can only recommend it to anyone looking for top Bahn Mi's. Cheap, quickly made Bahn Mi's that are really tasty. Also good for to go. The only negative thing for me is that you can only pay with cash, but otherwise everything is great. 👍🏼

Was running for the toilet within 2hrs of my visit. Bread for the Bahn Mi was nice but my gf said the pork smelt off and she may have been right.

Price and performance very good, but have now experienced poor service several times. The entire restaurant was full, but there were only 3-4 sauces in total. When we asked, there wasn't any more, so we had to steal the sauce from somewhere after every second bite. In addition to only offering cash payment, not all money is accepted. Preferably banknotes, with small change it becomes critical if it is less than 50 cents. She still wanted to charge us an additional bag, which we politely declined because we wanted to eat it while walking. Then the price was added.

The place is designed to look traditional and Vietnamese with its wooden chairs and tables and further decorations. We ordered the Banh Mi pork and the Banh Mi with chicken. Unfortunately, we found the bread to be quite thick and hard to eat/swallow. The seasoning on the meat was good but the meat itself was quite dry.

Very tasty Banh Mi, had it with an omelette and thought it was really good and for €6.50 it was still a fair price. The star deduction is for the service, you could be a little nicer at the counter.

Unfortunately, I can't understand the hype surrounding this restaurant. Price-wise for the portion, totally okay. But what you get is far from an authentic Banh Mi. Bread and Pork Banh Mi are closer to a German sandwich that has a bit of an Asian twist. And the Chicken Banh Mi is a huge disappointment. It's always a bad sign when you have to add Siracha to get any flavor. What about tofu, pate, carrots, chiles, Vietnamese sausage, or all the other flavorful ingredients that are missing here? Unfortunately, I've had much better Banh Mi's in various other European cities.

Prices increased, quality and taste decreased. Luckily they got out of that dark kitchen and the dark cold sitting room and moved into the adjoining rooms. I'm glad that my children have now seen through the current lack of quality and no longer want to eat there.

A simple cozy place to come for a vietnamese baguette and a drink. Its a quieter area with a gelato around the corner. I can recommend the baguettes and for a coffee to spend the lunchtime. Either crispy pork or egg is very good! There are lots of bicyclists and family’s walking there outside. Nothing much for to say as its too simple to fail!

Calling out the very rude woman behind the counter. We were in line to pay, and she wouldn't let us use the bathroom until we actually paid. And then we asked for tap water (which our neighbors got for free, as is required by law) and they refused, insisting that we pay for tap water. RUUUUUDE!

We came with our children, of course we had food, the children ordered an ice cream in a cup next door and sat down with us. The owners came straight away and sent our children away...!

Top price/performance ratio. The sandwich bread was nice and crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I had the chicken version and it tasted great with the other ingredients. The room is also really charming and you also have the option to sit outside. It's especially great if you don't have much time at lunchtime because you can quickly get something freshly prepared here.

Hi. Bahn Mi Stable has been my go to Bhan Mi place for 6 years+. Loved the place, by far the best bhan Mi i have ever had...would always recommend to people. However i went yesterday and have to say how disappointed we were....things have changed. The size of the baguette has been reduced by around 25/30% in addition way less grilled pork meat and the price has gone up. The price increase is totally fine...but why of why reduce the portion size so much???? now it just feels like all the other generic bahn mi places in mitte. Hopefully the format will change back one day???Oh well..time to find a new joint.

Overhyped in my opinion. Banh mi not authentic at all. The bread tastes like some standard supermarket baguette. Also no pate! Check out Mama Van or Saveur de Banh Mi for a real banh mi.

Best banh mi in town. I recommend the pork one. Full of flavours, crusty baguette, pickled vegetables, lots of coriander, and drizzle of seasoning.

Have been visiting the store for several years. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right here. The Bahn Mi’s are delicious, the ingredients are fresh and everything is prepared quickly. All in all, highly recommended! Since they moved two houses away, there is finally seating outside.

Only the crispy pork alone makes this Banh Mi the hottest in town. Simply a very tasty piece. Only card payments should be accepted in 2024, but some shops in Berlin are having problems with this.

Bahn Mi so good, I am thinking whether I can justify a ICE Ticket from Hamburg to Berlin just to go and grab the sandwich. Roasted pork was my personal favourite with that crispy skin, succulent pork, fresh herbs and crunchy pickles.

Following the recommendation of a relative and during my stay in Berlin, I had lunch today in this restaurant with friends. The food was tasty, I ordered a “grilled pork”. The pork was crispy despite the generous sauces. The vegetable pickles were well seasoned. Besides, as a Parisian, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bread. The BIG downside was the welcome, I don't want to call it racism but it's clear that the welcome given to my friends and I was absolutely deplorable. The oldest woman on the staff was very unpleasant, didn't even say hello to us, didn't speak in complete sentences, made her annoyance strongly felt when we asked her for information on the composition of the products, etc. In short, an interaction quite uncomfortable and disastrous, we were clearly not welcome. Despite all this, we still decided to eat there, and had the opportunity to see the difference in the welcome given to “locals” or non-black tourists. It's a shame and this is the reason why I clearly will not recommend this establishment to those around me or to anyone for that matter.

Casher seemed annoyed with us for no apparent reason. Be careful about this place especially if you have a darker skin tone.

Buen lugar rápido para recoger un Banh Mi. Estaba muy ocupado cuando llegamos allí, como 8 pedidos antes que nosotros, pero todavía era bastante rápido. El cerdo banh mi estaba sabroso, pero la piel crujiente junto con el bollo me dejó la boca un poco rascada después. Las verduras y el sabor era genial!
