The best Subway in Leipzig. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. The staff are always super friendly.

Today around 4:30 PM I ordered salami for my son – it wasn't expired, but very dark and tasted bad. Quality and appearance are especially important for children's food. Unfortunately, the staff didn't apologize.

The food was ready quickly, good for a snack, and the staff were friendly.

Friendly service; the well-coordinated team prepared the sub really quickly despite it being lunchtime. Great!

I got a vegetarian sub and was impressed by the incredibly friendly staff; they were very attentive and extremely kind. I would definitely come back!

A real experience at the Subway at Ostplatz, but unfortunately not in the culinary sense. While we tried to place an order, the more exciting reality show "The Lives of the Employees" was apparently playing next to us. Private matters were discussed at length, while guests were perceived more as an annoying background noise. Our request to place the order directly (because it was a bit more specific) was politely but firmly rejected with a reference to the ordering terminal. The only problem is that you can't even enter that exact order there. After several failed attempts and zero interest from the staff, we decided to leave the restaurant without a sandwich, but with the realization that they probably prefer conversations to serving guests. It's a shame, because we actually just don't like Subway in this version.

I ordered from Subway at Ostplatz for the first time today via Lieferando. I'm thrilled! The subs have great toppings and even arrived crispy 😊. My requests were fulfilled. The delivery person was very friendly. I'll be ordering more often from now on. Thank you so much, please keep it up 👍🏼

This is actually my favorite Subway in town! Always friendly employees, very clean branch! Fresh and good quality vegetables. However, something goes wrong almost every time! Today I had the wrong bread (instead of cheese oregano, sesame), and before that, the wrong cookie :(

Sunday evening, September 7th. It was a busy day, a million orders. Kudos to the team, who had no elbow room with six people behind the counter. Two at the front checked everything, and one in between made such a great topping that I had the tastiest sub in years. Please install a bigger counter; it must be worth it by now!

When I first walked in, I was greeted by three grinning faces. The sun wasn't shining that day, but when I walked into Subway, my day brightened. I see two of these employees every Tuesday evening, and they simply radiate such a positive vibe that invites you to linger. Thanks to their warm welcome and thoughtful advice, I've already been able to try many new subs and never feel pressured when I order. I ordered the Philly Beef twice, and both sandwiches only contained tomatoes and lettuce, even though I'd ordered significantly more ingredients. Delivery errors like this are unfortunately common. Perhaps I'll order from somewhere else in the future, which is a real shame, because I actually really love Subway.

I like to order in advance using the app. My order is always ready on time and well packaged. The staff is very friendly. The only drawback: the restaurant is not wheelchair accessible.

Waited 50 minutes, ordered at 9:10 PM, canceled at 9:57 PM!? Didn't you think of that before? Only a pig would behave like that!

Subway, what else can you say about that? We now also have ordering terminals, just don't put too much strain on the staff...

In general, the people who work there are very nice, but unfortunately bread is regularly shared very imprecisely. I don't feel like going there anymore when I don't know if I'm really getting a 15cm or just a 10cm sub. Please change that

Useful subway, with nice staff, even if you come in shortly before closing time you will still receive very friendly and complete service. The only thing that bothers me is these weird ordering computers. They look unsightly and ordering a single sub takes me about 5 minutes. Thank goodness the staff here also allows conventional orders, which is definitely a plus for me.

Is this a medium portion? This is so tiny wth. Also, the wrap was dry..

We just ordered 4 subs from the machine and were unsure whether that was the right decision. As expected, all the subs were completely dry because there was hardly any sauce on them. And we also got a vegan one because it was definitely mixed up. To those who ordered the vegan, enjoy the chicken.

Ordered from the restaurant twice and something from the menu was forgotten twice. There are no apologies or anything like that. Worst service I have ever experienced.

No churros for days and got the wrong sub instead of checking out terayaki I was allowed to have a pork ham bemme thank you Subway for having to waste my money every time

Unfriendly and selfish staff. There were four of us in Subway and we wanted to eat there. It was only 8:45 p.m. and the store still had over an hour until closing time. When we wanted to sit down, we were told by a blonde-haired employee that we weren't allowed to sit down and that we should eat outside because it was 2 degrees outside! If you want it to stay clean, don't worry about tidying it up until you close instead of asking guests to eat outside at night in the winter! 12/11/24

A very nice centrally located subway. This is also noticeable in the strong flow of visitors. The branch is always fully staffed with employees and no long waiting times.

The lady replied pamperingly after I asked how the new cola tasted. Next time I'd rather go to our southern suburbs, at least they're friendly there.

Delicious sandwiches and cookies too. Unfortunately, coffee only tasted like a paper cup. Service was very friendly. There is also a toilet (with code).

Always something like that with the franchise. Great ingredients are used here and the baguettes are definitely larger than at other subways. The staff was very friendly and relaxed, all in all a very pleasant atmosphere. The ingredients all tasted fresh too

According to Google and the signage on site, the restaurant is supposed to be open until 10 p.m. I was there at 9:50 p.m. to buy cookies for my pregnant wife. When I was there at 9:50 p.m., the doors were already closed and the “nice” employees laughed very rudely in my face and didn't want to give me any more cookies. Not recommended, very unfriendly. (I have to listen to my wife crying now. Thanks for nothing)

Unfortunately there are fewer and fewer of them in Berlin. That's why I really enjoyed my baguette. Service was perfect and the staff was very nice. Only one thing was a shame. Instead of one large portion of sauce, I wanted two small portions of two sauces. Unfortunately it wasn't possible. It's a shame otherwise the food would have been given 5 stars.

Everything VERY clean and spacious. You can sit inside and outside. The staff was very friendly and worked quickly and also filled out the items correctly (which is not the case with every hotel). Of course it tasted as always: super delicious!

Unfortunately our sandwiches were swapped. We had to cancel through Liferando and theoretically reorder. This branch currently has few drivers. Now we're sitting here with subs from the other Bianca. Yay... 😅 The positive: the subs taste good. Sorry for deducting stars, but I can understand the situation. But it's annoying.

It's near to the bus station and easy to commute

One point deducted because the employee didn't want this cute dog in the store. The dog's owner was asked to keep the dog on a leash outside. I then offered to look after the dog until the owner had her meal. The food was delicious, otherwise the employees are very nice!

I ordered a 1/2 tuna. Insanely disappointed there is nothing on the Sab and for the price. I don't let everything be done to me and I could do with more of the other things. The sab was extremely thin.

Philly beef inedible!! I have never received such poor quality from Subway! Beef was gross and some of the sandwich felt like paper.

Always friendly staff, but something usually doesn't work. Today free cookie when ordering, but no one knows instructions..gave up after 5 minutes.. Food was always fresh and delicious. Unfortunately there are no more spinach wraps and no whole grain wraps. Ammex is not accepted, then it would be 5 stars ;)

A beautiful store with a spacious atmosphere and friendly staff. The subs are always cleanly filled. However, there is one point of criticism, there is no ice cream machine!!! A little cooling down wouldn't be a bad idea, especially in summer. This should also be attractive to management, given the usual margin behind ice cream. # WiFi was great. #

Always tastes good, the selection is great, like in every Subway. The staff is very nice and occupies decently. I'm always particularly pleased that there are delicious vegan alternatives (recommendation: plant-based teriyaki). Reasonably priced.

Freundliche und schnelle Bedienung

Ich geh gern hierhin, um mal ein Sandwich zu essen. Die Leute sind eigentlich immer freundlich und machen ihre Arbeit gut.

Auch kurz vor Feierabend noch freundlich und kompetent. Das Sind wurde schnell und sehr ordentlich zubereitet.

One of the last beacons of good food out there in a sea of Subways where the bread is bland, the ingredients cold and the staff unfriendly. Here the staff is actually nice and relatable, not in a sense off licking shoes and kissing your ass nice but just about the right amount of nice. Could see myself going for a round of cold brews with them. The food is actually good as well. It's really nice going there and getting the sub yit actually order and I am a guy that likes particularly much more Pickles and Jalapeños on his sub and they don't question it, they don't argue with you, they are just doing what you are paying them for. Making your sub the way YOU want it and not how corporate wants you to have it. Speaking atmospherics, the Location as well as the lighting aren't obnoxious at all. I often find myself sitting there with my friends and having a great time eating good quality food. It's also very nicely climatised. Good to see that people don't like either freezing to death while eating their food and having a heatstroke as soon as they step outside or sweating their sub straight out while eating it and catch a nice round of hypothermia when going outside again. Overall I can wholeheartedly recommend this place if you just want some good food, nice staff and a "Feels good" environment. 10/10 every time again!

Der Wrap und das Sandwich waren sehr gut. Allerdings war die medium Portion Potato Bites so klein, das es eher eine small Portion ist. Vielleicht sollte man mal die Portionsbezeichnungen der Potato Bites ändern.

Man müsste ewigkeiten warten, weil Viele lieferbestellungen vorgezogen wurden. 4 Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke und trotzdem lange Wartezeit

Es wird alles frisch zubereitet. Es wurde auf die Wünsche der Kunden eingegangen. Egal welche Uhrzeit, das Personal ist immer nett.

Kind staff, great ingredients and while it has sometimes long wait times that's fine. It's also right next to a doctor, and when I'm at the doctor I always grab something here.

Neues, sauberes, modern eingerichtetes Schnellrestaurant. Ich war mittags dort, als einziger Gast. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und beriet mich sehr gut. Würde jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen, alles wirkt frisch und man hat nicht die schlechten Gefühle wie bei BK im Hinterkopf...

Sehr lecker und nettes Personal. Die Auswahl ist groß und gut.

Wir waren heute um 12:25 Uhr am 18.11.22 vor Ort. Das Sub war lecker. Es konnte auch keine verdorbenen Bestandteile gefunden werden. Personal hatte zwar viel zu tun, daher ist Wartezeit manchmal unvermeidlich, jedoch war dieses freundlich und hat perfekt Beraten. Auch Angebote der App wurden umgesetzt.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind imme super nett, besonders heute am hektischen Feiertag liebe Grüße an das Team von heute, ihr seid toll. Ich werde allen meinen Freunden sagen daß sie hier essen sollen
