Nice service, quick preparation and clean tables

The sub was crispy and super fresh. The service was very attentive, quick and friendly. The ambience is typical Subway, clean and inviting. You can't complain about the price because the ratio is good to the performance. This restaurant is one of my favorites and always worth a visit when I'm nearby. And the music is great. Compared to other locations in the Subway chain, the friendly staff prepare the sub very lovingly. Recommended if you want to pass the time at the train station and fill your stomach.

I was in the subway at Leipzig main station. The food was perfect and the staff were also able to respond quickly to food intolerances (gluten) and recommend foods straight away. The staff themselves were very friendly and helpful. All around a wonderful experience.

I recently visited the subway in the main station and absolutely loved it! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the visit very pleasant. The food was fresh and delicious - I ordered a sandwich with my favorite ingredients and it was cooked perfectly. The selection of fresh vegetables and different types of bread is simply great. I can only recommend Subway if you are looking for a quick, healthy and tasty meal. I'll definitely come back

Rarely have I experienced such unnecessarily unfriendly service. The employee asks us individually, but then complains that we don't order together. Then the other employee scolded us because, in her opinion, we hadn't announced the vegetables properly. Do you have to be so unnecessarily condescending and unfriendly? Only the young man at the checkout was calm, friendly and very nice. March 22nd, 2024 around 6:45 p.m.

I'm really used to better things from Subway. The employees were unfriendly, the food was just thrown together and wasn't very tasty. You can probably afford this just because you are at the main train station.

This is the first time in my life someone in subway tells me I can't put more things in my bread and pay extra for it. According to her that's impossible. If I can pay extra why is not possible? The girl who was in the night was not nice at all. Is awful to go to eat and receive a bad service I was about to leave the bread there and go home. But I do have education. I'll never buy again there. If I could erased the star I give for the service I'll do it... and the flavor... don't know cause she barely give me time to order.

One of the worst subs I've ever had. I had one of the subs of the day (Italian Sub), which was not only sparsely topped, but also quite puny and dry for €8 (30cm). I don't know if I'll ever go to a Subway restaurant again. A kebab at this price would definitely have been more filling.

War auf der Durchreise und war Super zufrieden😊. Auch das Personal sehr nett, die Dame hat mich gut beraten. Tolles Angebot, kommen gerne wieder. Tische kann man gerne mal regelmäßig sauber wischen, dafür gibt es ein Stern Abzug leider.

Ich mag Subway aber der Laden war der schlimmste in dem ich je war. Das Baguette hat total alt geschmeckt und das Personal dort...unglaublich unfreundlich! Es wurde gesagt, dass kein Kleingeld in der Kasse ist und ich doch einfach glatt 10 Euro zahlen soll. Einfach mal vier Euro draufzahlen. Also die Dame an der Kasse war von Grund auf so unfreundlich. Nie wieder

Eine sehr gute SubwayFiliale ! Sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Der Tresen ist gut organisiert und das Brot war perfekt gebacken & alle Zutaten waren frisch. Lediglich über die Tische hätte man mal wieder drüber putzen, da ich aber selber weiß wie stressig es sein kann, kann ich da echt drüber hinwegsehen.

Hat leider nicht lange genug geöffnet und manchmal sind die Brote schlecht gebacken (fallen beim Essen auseinander). Ansonsten bin ich seit über 10 Jahren ein absoluter Subway Fan.

Das Essen war immer gut, leider wurde mir heute (zum 1. Mal) gesagt, der Hund müsse leider draußen bleiben. Da ich meist alleine reise also zukünftig keine Chance mehr auf ein Sub hier. Die Mitarbeiterin selbst kann natürlich nichts dafür und der*die Inhaber*in hat Hausrecht. Ich bin dennoch enttäuscht. Dann muss ich mir wohl leider einen hundefreundlicheren Anbieter im Bahnhof als neues Stammrestaurant suchen.

Muss Mal ein riesen Lob da lassen, ich hatte den Mitarbeiter gesagt das ich zum ersten Mal bei Subway war... Darauf hin beriet er mich ausführlich und in Ruhe und gab auch Empfehlungen. War sehr lecker 🤤

die mitarbeiter waren bei meinem besuch freundlich und sehr sympathisch, die bestellung ging schnell und der sub hat wie ueblich sehr gut geschmeckt. war sehr froh, dass ich mir dort schnell was holen konnte, da ich ohne fruehstueck aus dem haus ging und nicht sehr viel umstiegzeit hatte. supi laden 👍

Der Laden hätte noch eine Stunde offen gehabt und es gab keinen Salat und keine Tomaten mehr. Schon recht schwach: Im gleichen Geschäft ein paar Straßen weiter war noch alles da, sogar alle Kekssorten!

Was war das denn?... Zu 2. Wollten wir ein Sandwich holen zum Abendessen und wurden im Laden erstmal mit einer stickigen, drückenden, warmen Luft begrüßt. Der Mitarbeiter der unsere Sandwiches machte hat viel zu leise gesprochen, es war laut dort drin, die Brettchen wo die Sandwiches zubereitet werden, waren schon sehr dreckig von den ganzen zubereiten, ein wenig könnte ich es ja verstehen aber so wie das aussah, wurde da schon mehr oder weniger mehr als 50 Sandwiches belegt, geschnitten, etc Meiner Begleitung war das zu viel und hat sich nichts mehr geholt. Der Laden an sich war nicht sehr einladend.. ob mir das Sandwich so noch schmeckt(e) werden wir sehen...

Meine Bestellung lief wie immer reibungslos, schnell & ordentlich. Extra wünsche wurden natürlich berücksichtigt und lecker war mein halbes Chicken Fajita natürlich auch. McDonald's und Burger King kommt nicht mal annähernd an die Qualität.

Die zwei Sterne gibt es eigentlich nur für das gute Essen.. Was die Angestellten angeht, gibt es wenig positives zu sagen. Dadurch dass nur eine Mitarbeiterin zur Mittagszeit da war, mussten wir auch lange warten. Außerdem war die Mitarbeiterin alles andere als freundlich… ich kann verstehen, dass sie gestresst war und das „längere“ Warten hat jetzt auch nicht das große Problem dargestellt - aber dann frech und provokant gegenüber den Kunden zu sein? Kann man sich auch sparen…

Bis auf die Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse (irgendwas war wohl wichtiger) sehr freundlich.
