Subway in Leipzig

A friend and I ordered subs and both were not properly topped like we ordered. I even had to throw mine away because it had a really weird tasting mix of ingredients on it.

New ordering system - try it out now! The boom in self-service checkouts isn't going unnoticed by Subway, so let's give it a try. An intuitive menu has been added, the ordering order remains the same, everything is very uncomplicated! Despite a minor system error, the problem was quickly found, also thanks to the usual friendly staff. I really hope that many people will be inspired by it. I cannot understand the criticism mentioned so far. So dear ones, keep it up! As usual, the food is fresh and delicious. There's nothing new to say about that ;-)

So far I have always been very satisfied with your service and found the food to be very tasty. However, since the introduction of self-service machines, I have found the ordering process to be stressful as it now takes longer. I only wanted my food to be slightly spicy and it was made really spicy. Unfortunately, the machines do not offer the option to enter such individual requests, which means that my food is often too spicy for my taste. Thank you for your understanding.

The new concept... It's shit. I went to the store today to get a sub, of course why else... Before, even if something was going on, I would be out after 5-7 minutes. Today you order from a vending machine (hello McDonalds) and then the product is prepared. If I hadn't stopped the process I would have missed my train. This is a 0 number and I will every store Avoid those who rely on it. The employees were and are super friendly here and are happy to help, but that's not an option for me. The time easily doubles. Was here yesterday and it was the worst visit to Subway in the world! The service employee was completely overwhelmed with 6 orders. And you should hire someone in Germany who speaks German. Pronouncing the numbers was a cramp for him at best and he didn't actually understand it. Counting and giving out money wasn't his forte either. The two girls who were there weren't quite as quick as I was used to. 12 minutes for a sub from the terminal order was just that.

I am more than satisfied with my visit! The employees are really nice and prepare the subs more than quickly. The ingredients were all fresh and nothing was spared! All in all a great experience! Only the tables would like to be wiped down more.

The food was very tasty, the sub was very crispy. The order was very quick, I didn't even wait 5 minutes and was able to eat my sub straight away. The employees were in a very good mood and were not annoyed like in other fast food restaurants. The atmosphere was very clean and I was able to enjoy my sub comfortably and in peace.

I recently discovered SubWay again and it certainly won't be the last time I'm here. It tasted really delicious and the sub was ready in no time!

Neither the ambience nor the service on site were satisfactory, waiting almost 15 minutes for a coffee and cookies was a disgrace then the 2 conditions came but no one served you.

The atmosphere is very calm and perfect for enjoying a delicious sandwich. The bread is extremely soft and therefore the best of all the Subways I've been to so far. The service is extremely friendly and tries to create the sandwich perfectly, which I appreciate. In general, this is my favorite subway in all of Leipzig and I can only recommend you to eat here.

Somehow the ingredients are becoming fewer and fewer... as if the employees were briefed "we have to save money, only put half of everything on it"... I've never had such a thin sandwich, despite the fact that I always order the same thing. Unfortunately, you are no longer asked whether there is enough sauce, because there was hardly any of it. Some of the salads in this shop are brown (old), cucumbers and tomatoes look dry....so I won't come here from now on....
