The food is as good as always, great and well prepared, the staff were very polite and hard-working.

Absolutely terrible. The place is unfortunately very dirty, with only two types of bread to choose from, and even the vegetables were missing one or two ingredients. Even worse, however, was that the two waitresses hardly spoke a word of German, making it very difficult to even order. All in all, never again.

First time at Subway and had the coolest employee. I had absolutely no idea, and Clemens took his time and gave me good advice. Very friendly and funny 🙌 I'll be back 🥪

Have known and eaten here since 2009, so have been a regular customer for quite some time. The quality is good, the ingredients are fresh and the staff are friendly. Last time, I even got a voucher for a really good promotional deal. However, in the summer, the store is unbearably hot and stuffy. There is no air con or circulation. The last time I visited, the staff cleaned the store 1h before closing time and no one was allowed to sit upstairs or use the bathroom anymore, even though it was a Saturday evening and there was a constant come and go. This doesn't sit right with me. If your store is still open for another full 1h you should let customers sit inside and not force them outside when it is April and still rather chilly.

Absolutely great staff, ultra likeable guy who runs the shop alone and not only speaks German to people but also English!!??? 10/10 he deserves a raise

The people who work here truly know their craft. Every move is perfect, and the team works together excellently, sharing tasks among themselves. I've never experienced a Subway where everything worked so flawlessly. All in all, a very pleasant experience!

I don't know the name of the employee this morning, but the service was first-class, from the friendly greeting to the quick sandwich preparation while I took a large order (which was continued by a colleague). And it was a sub that shouldn't have been "floating." I'm satisfied! Order: Sub of the day (Italian B.M.T.)

Very good Subway branch! The subs are always nicely and evenly filled and served quickly, and everyone is always extremely friendly and relaxed.

I ordered from this Subway via Uber. The bread was definitely too old. It was completely chewy, even after being toasted. They also skimped on the sauce... so far, the worst sub I've ever eaten.

The service was friendly but lacking in enthusiasm. The subs were extremely understated. There was probably only a small amount of topping on them that you could taste. The sauce was almost nonexistent. Those lattice fries were a disgrace. They were half-raw and soggy. Since we had takeout, I didn't notice until we got home and ate. It's a shame how quality can decline.

The employee Mr. Clemens welcomed me with his friendly and open manner. The sub was excellently served and our wishes were taken into consideration. The place was tidy and clean.

More expensive. The food doesn't taste good. You get little meat and little cheese. I don't go there anymore.

Place is not bad, staff makes an effort. They didn't clean something in the rush and my colleague and I caught food poisoning.

Great store, good location. Basically good and friendly employees. Unfortunately, the friendliness of the “boss” leaves a lot to be desired.

How one person's unfriendliness and lack of hygiene negatively affect the entire visit. The toilets are, if I'll excuse the expression, disgusting. No toilet paper, absolutely dirty area. You will be informed at 6 p.m. that you should no longer sit in the upper area and will be expelled from the seating area despite the food, although this branch is open until 9 p.m. and there are only 4 seats in the lower area. The basket with the sub is pushed so roughly towards you that the contents are in the basket but no longer in the sub. Very sad, because we have unfortunately experienced this many times with this one person.

Well located subway in the middle of Leipzig. The upstairs dining area is super quiet and chic.

Sehr nettes und geduldiges Personal, war alles in allem sehr gut.

Wir waren heute seit langem mal wieder im diesem Subway und ich muss sagen ich war etwas schockiert. 4x mal Personal im Laden, eine davon im Service und 3 davon quatschen in der Küche. Die Dame im Service war dezent überfordert mit allem aber was mich am meisten gestört hat ist,dass es echt dreckig war , überall Krümmel, Tische draußen nicht abgewischt,der Griff vom Ofen war echt krustig vor Dreck und die Bekleidung vom Personal war schnuddelig und hatte Löcher. Sowas wirft kein gutes Licht auf den Laden... ( 27.5. Um 15.30 Uhr)

Superfreundlicher Mitarbeiter, der seine Kundschaft zu unterhalten wusste und dennoch zügig beim zubereiten war. TOP

Sauberkeit nicht immer wie man es sich wünschen würde.. war heute vor Ort. 2 junge Mitarbeiter führten in einer Tour private, laute Gespräche mit viel Gelache und vulgärer Sprache. Sie mussten jedes Mal neu Nachfragen, machten dennoch Fehler.. das hat alle Kunden vor Ort genervt. Wäre ich Chef, dann wäre das der letzte Tag gewesen..

Service stimmt, Essen schmeckt, einfach mal vorbei schauen.

Essen war lecker, aber der Laden inkl. der Toilette, benötigt mal eine Grundreinigung!

Mag eigentlich kein Subway, aber allein wegen einer eurer Mitarbeiterin, die einem Querdenker gezeigt hat, das er nicht willkommen ist, gehe ich die nächsten Tage bei euch in der Filiale futtern. Seid stolz auf solche Mitarbeiter!

Langsame Bedienung. Es sind meistens 2 Personen da, aber nur eine bedient obwohl die Menschen anstehen. Die Toiletten sehen aus wie Sau.

Todo bien, comida bien, sólo que el baño siempre está cerrado.
