I ordered a sub and a cookie. Only one sub arrived. On the sub there was a voucher for a Pepsi offered with a QR code and when I wanted to open it, a Rickroll (never gonna give you up) came up for everyone who doesn't understand what that is, This is intended to fool people Here is another photographic evidence

Huge praise to Mandela and Ronny, who made my visit a real highlight with their perfect combination of friendliness, professionalism and efficiency. Mandela took my order with a beaming smile and was incredibly attentive. Not only did he implement every one of my wishes perfectly, but he also had a great sense of humor that made the visit really pleasant. Meanwhile, Ronny took care of preparing my order with impressive precision. It was fascinating how quickly and carefully he worked - simply top class! Thanks to both of them, the entire visit was a real experience. The store was also clean, tidy and inviting - you can tell that the team here is passionate about what they do. I was at the Subway on Marienstrasse today and the service was really excellent! I was particularly impressed by how attentively and hygienically everything is prepared there. The chef who prepared my sub specially changed his gloves when switching from a meat sub to my vegetarian one. This not only shows respect for different diets, but also a great sense of responsibility. The store was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and the service was super friendly. This makes you feel really comfortable as a guest! I'll definitely come back. 😊

I haven't had such a delicious and fresh sub for what feels like decades. Highly recommended, side dishes were very fresh, always recommended and a pleasure to eat there with my fellow students during my university break.

I think the many negative reviews here are due to the old staff. Now the shop has changed hands. I was there for the first time today and ordered my sub and it was really good. The nice gentleman's patience with the selection of side dishes was also very commendable. Best regards.

The employee was completely overwhelmed. We ordered two SubMelts Smokey Beast. We've eaten a lot and that was... nothing. Wrong bread, not melted, everything falling apart, a piece of bread missing? We'd rather go back to our regular Subway. Where Melt? WHERE MELT??? Hardly anything melted.

50% coupon scanned that was valid, but I was supposed to pay the price in full, even though the app had accepted that.

They didn't accept my 50% coupon and then I had to pay the full price. My first and last visit.

If my voucher was not accepted despite it being valid, it would be good if the cashier staff were properly instructed in the cash register. This meant I had to pay the full price (it was only there because of the voucher)

It took a long time and I didn't feel full even though I ate 2 pieces. Subs were very sparsely occupied. Daily deals are not worth it.

Gundula ist sehr Nett,immer wieder gerne.

Die Lokalität die sehr ungepflegt , Löcher in den Wänden, sehr schmutzige Fenster, alles wirkt abgegrabbelt. Die Leute sind nett, die Sub's okay. Es gibt keinen Getränke Automaten mehr und Servietten habe ich auch nicht gesichtet. Schade ist der Flaschen Service, da die meisten Kunden nicht den Pfand wieder abholen, da viele Leute in der Bestellschlange stehen. Nicht cool gelöst - oder bewusste Masche.

Lecker Sandwich (sollte ja Standard bei einer Fastfoodkette sein). Service war auch 1a. Nur der Cookie zusammen mit dem Sandwich im Körbchen geht gar nicht 👎 Das gesamte Ambiente könnte eine Verjüngung vertragen

Mal geht so ein Sandwich und die Cookies sind sowieso lecker!

Zum mit nehmen ballert irgendwie nicht mehr.. schmeckt zuhause dann wie Papier aber mitarbeiter sind m Nett :)

Ich war lange nicht mehr bei Subway und daher etwas überfordert mit der großen Auswahl. Zum Glück wurde ich von einer außergewöhnlich freundlichen Mitarbeiterin bedient, die mich toll beraten hat und sehr geduldig mit mir war. Wirklich toller Service! Und geschmeckt hat es dann auch noch.

War heute mit meinen Eltern da gewesen, haben alle Hallo gesagt wo wir rein gekommen sind, der junge Mann (auf sein Namensschild stand Philip drauf) , war sehr freundlich und hat auch zurück hallo gesagt. Hat uns zugehört was wir wollten und hat unsere Sub's sehr gut gemacht und war alles drauf was wir wollten und gesagt haben. Er war auch zu den andern Gästen freundlich. Aber mein Vater ist auf gefallen, dass die älter Dame die noch da war, wissen nicht ob Mitarbeiterin oder Chefin, aber hat nicht gegrüßt, nur meine Eltern angeguckt und nicht mal gelächelt, sondern Mundwinkel gezogen, fanden wir nicht sehr nett und freundlich, deswegen nur 4* wegen den jungen freundlichen Mitarbeiter, sonst hätten meine Eltern gesagt 5*, aber leider so nicht. Der Laden ist sonst sehr aufgeräumt und sieht gut aus 👍🏻😃

Der Besuch bei diesem Subway war sehr erfreulich. Der Laden war sauber und Ines wirkte trotz des hohen Gästeaufkommens sehr routiniert und war sehr freundlich. Essen war sehr gut und es gab eine große Auswahl an Belägen. Ich komme gerne wieder:)

geschmacklich war das was wir bekamen in Ordnung, mussten leider die Alternative veggie Patty nehmen, da kein veganes Chicken teriyaki mehr vorhanden war, auch beim italian b.m.t. musste ich Turkey ham anstatt des schinkens nehmen, da auch dieser aus war. Verkäufer mit der deutschen Sprache leicht überfordert und hat auch den Bacon vergessen 🙈
