Really pleasantly surprised by this subway! The employees were not only very nice to customers, but also respectful towards each other - I've experienced that before! Even anything I wasn't sure would give me a good recommendation. The food was fresh, warm and delicious, and the sub was filled to capacity without anything falling out. The restaurant itself is not very big, but relatively clean. The toilets were also clean, even if they smelled a bit like disinfectant. It would be perfect if there was also a changing facility available - but unfortunately no subway where I was had that... All in all, I'm glad I went to this subway instead of the one a few blocks before - it was worth it!

The subway was only open for half an hour today (October 13th) and the iceberg lettuce, the rocket, the cucumbers and the pickles were as fresh as the colleague felt like serving someone today... When I asked which of the chickens was the sweetest (fajita or teriyaki), he replied “this one”. What can you say… Thanks for nothing. Next time I’ll just order “this”. I wasn't asked if I wanted the bread toasted either. Luckily he made the decision for me and toasted the sub. To be honest, I won't go into the store anymore!

Staff are always friendly, unfortunately there are often errors when ordering via the app 😔 Local is ok. Orders on site are usually delivered quite quickly.

The woman at the counter was extremely unfriendly and didn't seem really competent. No questions asked, you had to improve it and in the end you were criticized. Eyes rolled. Absolute disaster, then you shouldn't go to the service!

Beware of rats!!! 1. the young man behind the counter prepares several orders at once, so that my bread, which was previously taken out of the oven, is already cold again. At the same time, we chat with others at the counter until everything is cold again. 2. the most important thing!!! The outside area is unkempt, tables are dirty. This attracts rats. See photos. Normally this is a case for the public order office! They'll never see me again!

We are regular customers at this branch. However, the service has been declining for months, so we will now get our subs elsewhere. The employees use the subs very differently. In addition, it has already happened several times that new people who were being trained were 'spoken at' in front of guests, which in our opinion is not possible - everyone has started to learn a job at some point. Today we were also charged more when paying. It was no longer comprehensible when I pointed this out (all three employees were very stressed, the store was full + many Lieferando orders). It's a shame, given how expensive the food is now. We are reorienting ourselves.

My last visit to Subway was great. The staff was friendly and attentive, the ingredients were fresh and high quality. My sub was cooked exactly to my liking and tasted amazing. I was particularly impressed by the large selection of fresh toppings and sauces. An all-round successful experience that I would be happy to repeat.

I entered the store at 10:30 p.m., well the store was already closed, but there were still people sitting outside and inside, and some were still waiting at the checkout to order. When I entered the store I was immediately told “we are closed” I said I just wanted cookies and again I was only told “we are already closed”. When so many people are still in the store and eating and even standing at the checkout to order. It couldn't be more disrespectful, an answer would have been enough: "We don't have any cookies anymore." Well, greetings go to the employee, a little more respectful next time.

So I've been there twice now, once there was a nice gentleman there who really made the subs perfectly. Last time I had a lady who unfortunately didn't do the whole thing so well, the toppings were much thinner so that the sub ended up being damn dry.

CAUTION: Do not participate in vouchers from Subway Germany!

First I found out that the branch didn't take part in the Subway promotions advertised in the app and then they wanted to charge me more than the sub was supposed to cost. Luckily I noticed it. (be sure to pay attention to your receipt)

The employee who worked there last night (6:50 p.m.) was honestly the best subway employee we had. He deserves a raise ;). He was super nice to the customers, took enough time for everyone and wished everyone a nice evening. Really great. Everything was clean and tidy. The meat somehow shimmered like glitter (don't know if that's how it's supposed to). Otherwise everything was fine and dandy. The toilets were also nice and clean and it was warm too.

We ordered two subs today and our furry friend even got some too. Friendly service, fast service, the gloves were changed several times and asked whether they should be changed (when handling between vegetarian and meat dishes), there is simply nothing to complain about. Prices continue to rise, but unfortunately that's the case everywhere these days. I'm not deducting a star for that.

Fastfood mal anders... Ob die Baguettes mit verschiedenen Belag nun besser sind, kann man nicht sagen... Ich zumindest nicht... Schmackhaft sind sie... Bei diesem Laden ist parken ein bisschen schwierig...

Nun wenn man in einen Subway geht, weiss man was man erwarten kann, der Mitarbeiter ( ein wenig kräftiger Natur) hat mich doch sehr positiv überrascht, da er seinen Job sehr penibel und sorgfältig gemacht hat und deshalb auch das Endergebnis lobenswert war. Entsprechend 5 Sterne von mir.

Guter Subway mit angemessen Preisen, Speisen wirken frisch und es schmeckt hier auch. Teils waren die Tische etwas verdreckt aber ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

Wir waren heute um ca 11 Uhr im Subway an der Podbi. Als erstes: der Mitarbeiter ist der Hammer. Großes Lob an den Herrn. Sehr Höflich, nett und bei der Zubereitung sehr flott und ordentlich. Danke dafür. Wir kommen wieder wegen ihm. ❤️ Es war auch sehr sauber und klimatisiert. Alles in allem. Super.
