Absolutely terrible service. There are at least 25 loaves of bread in the counter, but 3.5 hours before closing time, it's apparently no longer possible to order them. It would have been a shame to have placed a large order for 10 people. But hey, if you've got money, you don't need to earn anything.

Seriously, when I got to the car, I took out the potatoes. A burnt, tiny portion. I didn't notice anything about the ridged potatoes. What a disgrace. On July 24, 2025, at 4:02 PM, I bought item number 0078. I spent a lot of money. Absolutely outrageous. I'd like to include a picture, but it's not possible. 🤬

You can only order at this Subway via the terminals. The terminals are absolutely terrible to use, especially if you have vouchers. Otherwise, this used to be a really great Subway. But unfortunately, the terminals and the fact that you can no longer order that way have reduced the service to zero. What a shame!

There are often angebots, it is worth shopping.

I've been to this Subway several times now, and each time I've been extremely satisfied – but my last visit surpassed that. The employee, Dennis, really took excellent care of everything. You can immediately tell that he doesn't just do his job, but really puts his heart into it. He was friendly, attentive, took his time even though it was busy, and still got everything done quickly and with a smile. Even small special requests were fulfilled – simply top-notch! The food was fresh and delicious as usual, but Dennis's service made this visit especially pleasant. Employees like that are worth their weight in gold – thank you! I'll definitely be back.

I visited a Subway branch today and was absolutely thrilled with my visit. The branch was clean, well-organized, and the selection, as always, was fresh and varied. I would especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by employee Dennis. Dennis was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. He took plenty of time to address my requests and always had a smile on his face. His positive attitude and dedication truly made my visit special.

The ordering machines are sometimes a bit confusing regarding how to use your loyalty card. One of the staff members didn't know how to use the machines, but her colleague did. It would be good if every employee knew how to use them! Otherwise, Subway is clean and tidy!
