I visited a Subway branch today and was absolutely thrilled with my visit. The branch was clean, well-organized, and the selection, as always, was fresh and varied. I would especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by employee Dennis. Dennis was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. He took plenty of time to address my requests and always had a smile on his face. His positive attitude and dedication truly made my visit special.

I've been to this Subway several times now, and each time I've been extremely satisfied – but my last visit surpassed that. The employee, Dennis, really took excellent care of everything. You can immediately tell that he doesn't just do his job, but really puts his heart into it. He was friendly, attentive, took his time even though it was busy, and still got everything done quickly and with a smile. Even small special requests were fulfilled – simply top-notch! The food was fresh and delicious as usual, but Dennis's service made this visit especially pleasant. Employees like that are worth their weight in gold – thank you! I'll definitely be back.

The staff was very polite and attentive; you can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. The place was spotlessly clean, including the seating area. The ordering machines are sometimes a bit confusing regarding how to use your loyalty card. One of the staff members didn't know how to use the machines, but her colleague did. It would be good if every employee knew how to use them! Otherwise, Subway is clean and tidy!

First Subway restaurant in Germany with displays for ordering!

Why no coffee in the sparmenu? Only the climate killer cold sugary or water plastic bottle drinks allowed apparently. Also no vegan milk for the coffee

4 weeks ago it was even more personal and you could redeem the vouchers. Now very cold and impersonal

I go to Subway at least 3 times a week. Always in other branches. It's a shame how much customers always have to do themselves. I will not visit this branch again. In the past, you could still place your order in person. Now everything is done via touch screens, which is totally unsuitable for the consumer with this concept. The employee “kindly” helped me. But in the end it let me down, which led to an incorrect entry. The spicy south west sauce was chosen. Such a misunderstanding would not have happened if the order had been placed in person! The nice thing about subway was always being able to express your wishes when it came to the toppings for the sandwich. So I had the wrong sauce, which is what I said. My mouth has been burning for minutes. But by no means did I get an offer to make me a new sandwich. Service was once. I would never go to this subway again. If I hadn't been so hungry, I would have left the store before I ENTERED MY ORDER. I just had to voice my displeasure, but if a customer asks to place the order in person, this should be possible, or the employee will take care of the entire entry. Even if the employee tried hard, you had the feeling that every request/question was too much. Normally I would have just said something, but you just get tired of it at some point...

Small but nice shop. Has terminals for ordering yourself, similar to other fast food chains, but I had never seen it at Subway! Very cool. A bit cramped and not that much space, but toilets were clean.

Great Subway, accepts the little ones vouchers without any problems. Super nice employees who fulfill every special wish and do more of everything when asked.

Friendly service and special requests are also happy to be implemented. A recommendation: some chipotle sauce on the cheese before toasting!

I've been a loyal Subway customer for years, but the experience that employee Niklas gave me was simply incomparable! I've never had a sub so perfectly topped - every bite was a delight! Niklas has a real talent for distributing the ingredients so lovingly and evenly that you can tell he cares about his work. He was also incredibly friendly and created a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. If anyone deserves a raise at Subway, it's him! Thank you, Niklas, for the best Subway experience ever. I would definitely like to come back!
