Open until 11 p.m., but don't want to sell anything after 10:30 p.m. because the "oven is already out." Then please only set opening times until 10:30 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. and not mislead potential customers.

I recently visited the Subway restaurant in Hannover on Berliner Allee and was very impressed with the quality of the service and food. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they really took the time to prepare my order to my specific requests. The selection of fresh ingredients was impressive, and my sandwich was both fresh and delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and inviting. A great place for a quick, healthy meal in a friendly environment. I will definitely come back!

The store used to be good, I regularly picked up something here after training. Probably once a week, so I think I can judge that too... There must have been a change in management because all employees were reduced to as little as possible in order to then be paid the "extra" more evidence. For everything you get asked, extra toppings? Extra cheese? Surely not guacamole? No extra sauce? It is obvious that the employees here are trained to maximize profits and not customer satisfaction! One more thing, I don't want to sound like an Alman, but I actually have statistical evidence that this store has gotten worse. I track my diet very closely and therefore weigh my food every time... and since the change mentioned, the same 30cm subs weigh on average 200g less for the same price as before. So think about it carefully.

Near the toilet it is not written anywhere that the toilet is paid, but they demanded 50 cents from us. we would have paid without any problems if it had been written there that the toilet was paid. the waitress was very rude and threatened by the manager. I don't recommend going to the toilet there

I was there today and unfortunately I have to say that the service was zero. I'm from sales myself and I know how important service is. I ordered 2 coffees. The saleswoman did it half-heartedly and just left the coffee in the machine and went to the back I waited and then just took the coffee myself because I didn't get an answer as to whether I could take it or whether I still needed sugar and the rest of my money was a joke. I was supposed to get €4.70 back. She only put 50 cents there and the shop was empty by the way
