We are very disappointed by the behavior of some employees at this branch towards female customers! We were eating there and witnessed a customer being loudly and verbally abused. I always stand for justice and courage, and I have never experienced anything like this before. We will no longer be going there for lunch. Therefore, only one star for service!

On the evening of November 30, 2025, we were treated very disrespectfully and rudely by an employee. It seemed as if he wanted to close the branch an hour before the regular closing time and therefore wanted to throw us out of the store – in a very inappropriate tone… I will not go there again.

On November 30th at 10 PM, the guests were asked to get up because that was the boss's policy, allegedly due to a man who was 1.75 meters tall with a goatee. He was very rude to the customers and spoke disrespectfully; other customers can attest to this.

Previously highly recommended – unfortunately, it's gone downhill considerably. The touchscreen is broken, repeatedly kicking you out and ultimately canceling the entire order. Unfortunately, the machine only accepts cash, meaning you have to join the queue again... no thanks, I'd rather go to Fritsch's butcher shop around the corner; at least you can still order the old-fashioned way there.

I stop there once a week (if there were another location nearby), but I personally would never come back. Not once have they managed to fulfill my order as requested. And it's not all the employees! There's one exception, and he's a young man!

Absolutely terrible service. There are at least 25 loaves of bread in the counter, but 3.5 hours before closing time, it's apparently no longer possible to order them. It would have been a shame to have placed a large order for 10 people. But hey, if you've got money, you don't need to earn anything.

Seriously, when I got to the car, I took out the potatoes. A burnt, tiny portion. I didn't notice anything about the ridged potatoes. What a disgrace. On July 24, 2025, at 4:02 PM, I bought item number 0078. I spent a lot of money. Absolutely outrageous. I'd like to include a picture, but it's not possible. 🤬
