Subway in Hannover

I've been a repeat customer for about three years. Unfortunately, the waitress was unmotivated and in a bad mood. The sub was cold, taken out of the oven after only 20 seconds. The toppings were only sparsely thrown on. My questions were answered with annoyance. There were two subs, both cold and poorly prepared. One was cut completely in half. Order was placed today at 12:30 p.m. That was the last time.

I've never waited as long at any Subway as I did here. The employees are incredibly slow, just plain annoying. Employees are disrespectful; they can't cancel orders if they make a mistake due to their lack of knowledge of the checkout system. You end up paying too much, and the employees don't seek a solution. In the end, I had to pay significantly more than it should have cost. No solution was found; I was ignored. The men here have no respect for women.

Unfortunately, things are getting worse and worse here. The bread is once again very dry and tastes stale. The staff is very unmotivated. Waiting times are about 10 minutes with only two customers in front of them.

Fast food was a thing once upon a time. Customer focus and employees who take their job halfway seriously too. Having to wait what seemed like an eternity just to get ONE sub. 20 minutes of your life wasted because you wanted to eat something in a hurry. A single customer in front of me, two employees in the store, only one of whom was serving and the other was already cleaning the display at 8 p.m., even though the store is open until 11 p.m. I would just like to mention in passing that the cutting boards and the display, which collects condensation and food scraps, were cleaned with the same sponge. It's hard to understand something like that. The job may be stressful now and then, but if you can't carry out even such a simple task competently, you should ask yourself whether it's the right thing for you. Oh well, one less customer in this branch. I hope more people do the same. It certainly doesn't seem to be an isolated incident in this branch. Subway should conduct more unannounced test visits here.

I like to spend my lunch break here and eat a delicious sub (chicken teriyaki). And of course there are delicious cookies as a bedside table, which I also like to get in between meals.

Very friendly service, patiently and competently gave advice on how and what tastes good together. Anyone who has ever been to Subway knows that this is sometimes necessary... Very complicated to put together a baguette like that... I would give six stars for the service if that were possible. In terms of ambience, the restaurant is a bit old, but it's a great insider tip for visiting the hotel next door. It's not a minute away

We visited this branch for the first and definitely the last time. The cream cheese wasn't until the end of the sub. So the ends are very dry. The cucumber we ordered was missing. And the big hit was the churro. Rock hard and way too much cinnamon so it tasted bitter. That was the worst churro we have eaten or thrown away in our entire lives. It's a shame about the money. I would have liked salt on my sub, but this place only serves salt and pepper mix. I know this differently from other branches. So the sub had little taste. And there are no baskets there either. You have to balance your food stacked at the table, including drinks in your hand. Not so cool. We won't be coming back again.

The employee was really unfriendly and she was literally shouting at me and the contents of my food looked like the last bits had been scraped out of the bowl even though everything was still well filled in the bowl.

Good subway, small and hidden parking lot, but nice staff, you can pre-order and it's processed quickly. However, the portions (extra) are so small that they are not worth the price if you notice anything at all.

With the exception of the choice of meat and toppings, in general it’s tasty but expensive, one sandwich and a couple of toppings are 14 euros, for that money it’s better to eat 2 doners, I don’t recommend it

So I can't say anything about the ambience and service since we ordered it via Uber Eats... but the price/performance ratio was really underground. We ordered from another branch for the Superbowl and were thrilled with both the service and the quality. In this branch the food was thrown together very carelessly. The beef was significantly different compared to the last order (different branch). I have rarely had to eat such bad meat. We also ordered and paid for twice the meat and twice the cheese... in direct comparison to the last order, we were (sorry) simply screwed over here or it was forgotten... overall it was a very disappointing experience and definitely the last time. It's better to drive a little further and get really tasty subs so that the evening doesn't end like ours.

Service unfriendly/listless. Sub was very cold. Cheese didn't run. Meat was as cold as it came from the fridge. Tables wobble. I am very dissatisfied. Biscuit also tastes as if it has been there for 5 days. The radio station is also a bit anti-social with German rap.

We actually like going to Subway. We wanted to buy subs for lunch today. Unfortunately my daughter can only eat gluten-free. I specifically looked online and there was gluten-free bread to choose from. We then queued for 15 minutes. When it was our turn we were told there was no gluten-free bread. There was no notice of this on the door or scoreboard. Very, very unfortunate!!!

I was there on February 8th at 12 p.m. The stupid waitress seemed to be very experienced but was very poor service, it was terrible, catastrophe. In the past there were always young men and they were very nice. It's a shame, but I don't feel like coming by there anymore while this employee is there.

The whole food is just great and I rarely say that because I'm really picky when it comes to food but the cookie is definitely the best

Queued for over an hour(!!!!) to order two subs. Unfortunately completely understaffed, delivery and online orders are still being processed between individual customers. The employees are nice and try very hard, but unfortunately such an organization is unreasonable for the guest.

The service from the blonde employee was an absolute disaster - unfriendly, overwhelmed and completely incompetent. Tomatoes and onions were not available, the bread was still raw, and the amount of meat was outrageous. The entire meal was simply unacceptable. As if that wasn't enough, even the cookies were from the day before. And all of this at 11:45 a.m., right in the middle of regular operating hours. As long as this employee works there, we will definitely avoid this location.

The staff was very attentive. The children in the restaurant were particularly well served. I'm not saying it was the best meal, but it was good.

At lunchtime it is probably enough for one person to just work. Then you still stand there for half an hour when there are few customers because this person works in slow motion. Absolutely unfriendly, incompetent and slow. The job really isn't difficult and it's quicker too, I speak from experience. The staff doesn't seem to know how to properly serve either. The amounts vary each time and if you pay attention to it, the requirement seems to change weekly. That's probably not the case. The absolute highlight was that despite activating the right voucher with the app, you simply got another one redeemed, meaning you paid more/got less. Employees bitching at each other in front of customers were also experienced. This store is an absolute disaster.

Poor service, simply put different ingredients on it than what you told them to do. Otherwise I was always satisfied, but the new operation was just miserable. As long as it's there, I won't come by anymore

I placed an order using the cell phone app and had it put together on site. I ordered double cheese and unfortunately the employee just put cheese on it. The employee who then continued with the proof unfortunately couldn't speak German and confused peppers with jalapeños, but I don't like jalapeños and can't stand spicy food and even though she picked up a few, there were still some on them. Absolutely not okay for the price. An abnormal amount of salt was sprinkled on it. This was the worst sub I've ever eaten. Not even starting with the music station... absolute disaster

Ordered via UberEats. The store forgot 2 of 3 items and then gave me the only option to pick up the missing items myself.

It's really bad, the saleswomen there are very unfriendly, I had hair in my food. The 30cm sub was not cut. They didn't listen properly either and so the order was carried out incorrectly.

You walk into the store and think it's an ordinary store. I order my sub as usual but the staff are terrible. Food tastes good as expected. The tables are relatively dirty, they don't have any cloths and they don't give out plates. The toilet is dirty. Disinfectant is replaced with soap and there are no towels either.
