Subway in Hannover

Poor service, simply put different ingredients on it than what you told them to do. Otherwise I was always satisfied, but the new operation was just miserable. As long as it's there, I won't come by anymore

I placed an order using the cell phone app and had it put together on site. I ordered double cheese and unfortunately the employee just put cheese on it. The employee who then continued with the proof unfortunately couldn't speak German and confused peppers with jalapeños, but I don't like jalapeños and can't stand spicy food and even though she picked up a few, there were still some on them. Absolutely not okay for the price. An abnormal amount of salt was sprinkled on it. This was the worst sub I've ever eaten. Not even starting with the music station... absolute disaster

Ordered via UberEats. The store forgot 2 of 3 items and then gave me the only option to pick up the missing items myself.

It's really bad, the saleswomen there are very unfriendly, I had hair in my food. The 30cm sub was not cut. They didn't listen properly either and so the order was carried out incorrectly.

You walk into the store and think it's an ordinary store. I order my sub as usual but the staff are terrible. Food tastes good as expected. The tables are relatively dirty, they don't have any cloths and they don't give out plates. The toilet is dirty. Disinfectant is replaced with soap and there are no towels either.

I recently ate at Subway and was very pleased with my experience. The selection of fresh ingredients is impressive, and there are many ways to customize the sandwich to your own taste. The staff were friendly and prepared the food quickly. The flavor of the sandwich was outstanding and I could really taste the freshness of the ingredients. The price is also fair and reasonable for the quality you get. All in all, I would recommend Subway to anyone looking for a quick and fresh meal.

As is typical for Subway, the food is always good and fresh. The store is clean and well maintained. It just doesn't seem to matter how much or little is going on in the store, no matter how friendly you are, the employees are always in a bad mood. Eye contact is a foreign word, friendliness is rarely the case. Anyone can have a bad day, but when it's the same every time you visit, no matter what time of day, it makes me question whether the staff is suitable for working with customers. Yes, the orders are processed relatively quickly, but if I just throw everything on the sandwiches so that only half remains on them, then that's no wonder. There is an urgent need for improvement here.

I have never experienced such a bad SUBWAY. Employee doesn't know his way around and doesn't know what to do first. My sub was cold because he had to do other things in the meantime. Waffle fries were dried out and inedible, the churro was rock hard. It's a shame that the customer has to be satisfied with such bad food.

In terms of basic equipment, Subway is a good alternative to fast food. Here, however, the waitress treated you quite harshly and gave you a cold drink. The lady had zero empathy towards the customer. The gentleman at the cash register and preparation, however, was very personable. The place was very clean and the food seemed fresh.

I ordered food through Lieferando and paid for extra ingredients that weren't included. I then called the branch after finding the number via Lieferando and the lady on the phone was unfriendly and said that it wasn't her problem and that I shouldn't act like that because of two euros and a slice of cheese and my food You should just eat and not start causing problems because of a slice of cheese. It's just a matter of principle: I want to have the food that I paid for and I don't want to eat the food like that. The lady then said to me that I would like to come to the branch with the sub and that I should first prove to her that there is no cheese on it, why do I order and then come to the branch even though I have paid for delivery costs and the food and neither have the right food nor a solution to the problem. It was repeatedly applied to my face. After the fifth time, the lady on the phone picked up the phone and barked and meowed into the phone!!! Luckily, the lady from Lieferando has taken charge of the matter and is currently making sure that I get my money back in the bottom drawer - it won't just be left there. You have to cancel something like that immediately, I can just say it's anti-social, customer service is zero in this subway If the owner of this branch is interested in his shop and it is important to him that everything works as it should on site, then he should definitely contact the Iranian woman who was on the phone because I could tell that directly from her accent quit. Then they both got on the phone. I repeat how a cat meows and how a dog barks from a woman and a man - that's just not possible. As I said, if the boss reads this, he is welcome to contact me again and I would be happy to visit you on site together and I would also be happy to identify the employee for you, because you should fire her immediately - that is not only bad for your business, but... also more than just damaging to reputation. What your employees are doing is bordering on fraud, even if the money doesn't end up in their pockets. It's about the principle, but you should be able to understand that based on the pictures and my texts. And one more thing because I am very well connected. In Hanover I will tell everyone I know about this situation. As you know, there is both good word of mouth and bad word of mouth and if you have photos, videos and evidence to go with propaganda, then I would say it is facts that are being passed on

Very very bad service unbelievable I give the shop a new chance every time because I live nearby and I like the sandwiches when they are made right. Very inattentive, you have to tell the employees several times what you are doing. They then do something different, not what you said, and also make a face. Unbelievable earlier. I had to ask if my food would be packed for me. I wasn't even offered a bag. I had to do it myself and the employee was still wondering what I wanted from her. The other Pfui employee broke off a piece of my bread. She simply tore it away and I got a smaller half and generally unqualified staff to work in the service area

When you come in, the first thing you hear is that you should wait “shortly”. If you then ask after 10 minutes whether you can get something to eat today, they say that an emergency has happened. Subs are poorly topped, nothing is evenly distributed and way too much sauce. The store isn't clean and there's a loud podcast about illnesses and births.

Biggest dirty shop. Employees are mega incompetent. Instead of music, a potcast is playing loudly where people talk about skin diseases. You can't eat the sub, everything falls apart. Just close the store, that would be one measure.

In my opinion one of the best subways in Hanover. Kantplatz is in second to last place and Hauptbahnhof is by far last place.
