I'd give it zero stars if I could. We ordered through Uber Eats, the order was picked up, and then canceled shortly after. When we called, we received no help and were simply told the food had been picked up. When we asked if the delivery person was eating our order, the answer was yes, and the call ended. Subsequent calls went unanswered, even though the order was still open for a few hours. We also didn't receive a refund. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏼

It's a shame there aren't negative stars to give. Restroom 🤮 no soap, no sanitizer...then I waited half an hour for my turn, asked not to put guacamole on the side with the meat...was ignored...so I asked to crumble tortillas...this was not only deliberately ignored, but I also got a nasty grin. I said, "I'm not going to pay for this." Subway employee: "I don't want to serve you any further, go to another branch," mind you, after a half-hour wait!!! I've never experienced such disgusting behavior from a Subway employee, and I go to Subway often 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

The employee tried to hit me because I told his colleague to change her gloves. He said I don't know anything about environmental pollution, I just didn't want pork on my sandwich. It's not my fault if the employees don't speak German. It's a complete disaster. I'm going to complain to Subway as well. The young man thought we were in Iran. And he couldn't put the toppings on the sandwich properly either. Sorry, never again.

I'm never going back here! After the toasted sub sat there for a few minutes, nothing happened, and the employee in charge stood there doing nothing, I asked. He gave me the annoyed, slightly aggressive reply, "Right away," and immediately disappeared into the back room. I waited a few more minutes and then simply left because nothing happened.

My favorite Subway branch in Hanover. The ladies on the lunch shift have the place under control, ordering is super fast, and the food always tastes great!

Ordered through Uber Eats. I specifically checked the box to have the sub prepared without olives. The sub I received had olives in it, which basically ruined the entire sub for me. I called the restaurant and all I got was a lame apology. I'll never order from there again; the guys at Subway in Podbi do a 10x better job.

Ordered through Lieferando (the order was accepted by Subway). After over an hour, I inquired about it. They said the order wasn't showing up, it was an automated process. Suddenly, the order was canceled—it seems it was shown after all. Never again.

If you want a quick, tasty sandwich, this is the place to go. The service is sometimes good, sometimes a little slow, but overall, it's perfectly fine. The prices are a bit too high these days for what you get.

Never experienced such bad service. Ordered via Uber Eats at 10:40 PM, order never arrived, not even a call to say it was being canceled or anything. Worst Subway in Hanover, better to go to Steintor for a bite to eat!

I've been a repeat customer for about three years. Unfortunately, the waitress was unmotivated and in a bad mood. The sub was cold, taken out of the oven after only 20 seconds. The toppings were only sparsely thrown on. My questions were answered with annoyance. There were two subs, both cold and poorly prepared. One was cut completely in half. Order was placed today at 12:30 p.m. That was the last time.

I've never waited as long at any Subway as I did here. The employees are incredibly slow, just plain annoying. Employees are disrespectful; they can't cancel orders if they make a mistake due to their lack of knowledge of the checkout system. You end up paying too much, and the employees don't seek a solution. In the end, I had to pay significantly more than it should have cost. No solution was found; I was ignored. The men here have no respect for women.

Unfortunately, things are getting worse and worse here. The bread is once again very dry and tastes stale. The staff is very unmotivated. Waiting times are about 10 minutes with only two customers in front of them.

Fast food was a thing once upon a time. Customer focus and employees who take their job halfway seriously too. Having to wait what seemed like an eternity just to get ONE sub. 20 minutes of your life wasted because you wanted to eat something in a hurry. A single customer in front of me, two employees in the store, only one of whom was serving and the other was already cleaning the display at 8 p.m., even though the store is open until 11 p.m. I would just like to mention in passing that the cutting boards and the display, which collects condensation and food scraps, were cleaned with the same sponge. It's hard to understand something like that. The job may be stressful now and then, but if you can't carry out even such a simple task competently, you should ask yourself whether it's the right thing for you. Oh well, one less customer in this branch. I hope more people do the same. It certainly doesn't seem to be an isolated incident in this branch. Subway should conduct more unannounced test visits here.

I like to spend my lunch break here and eat a delicious sub (chicken teriyaki). And of course there are delicious cookies as a bedside table, which I also like to get in between meals.

We visited this branch for the first and definitely the last time. The cream cheese wasn't until the end of the sub. So the ends are very dry. The cucumber we ordered was missing. And the big hit was the churro. Rock hard and way too much cinnamon so it tasted bitter. That was the worst churro we have eaten or thrown away in our entire lives. It's a shame about the money. I would have liked salt on my sub, but this place only serves salt and pepper mix. I know this differently from other branches. So the sub had little taste. And there are no baskets there either. You have to balance your food stacked at the table, including drinks in your hand. Not so cool. We won't be coming back again.

For me the best subway in Hanover. Great service, lots of space and parking options are also available. Always my pleasure.

Very friendly service, patiently and competently gave advice on how and what tastes good together. Anyone who has ever been to Subway knows that this is sometimes necessary... Very complicated to put together a baguette like that... I would give six stars for the service if that were possible. In terms of ambience, the restaurant is a bit old, but it's a great insider tip for visiting the hotel next door. It's not a minute away
