I wanted to eat something with my little brother on December 15th, 2024 at 10:10 p.m. The employee (looked like he was from Pakistan or India) said that you can no longer eat there after 10 p.m. and can only order take-away. IS THAT CORRECT ? I found Mega strange because the opening time was until 11 p.m. I then chose KFC over KFC.

I only got a coffee to go from this branch, so I can't say anything about what the food is like here. But the cappuccino was also very tasty. Not too strong. The employee who served me was very friendly.

Every home order so far hasn't worked as it should. Be it the wrong cheese (or no cheese at all), the number/type of cookies (less than I paid for) or order cancellations for no reason without the restaurant even thinking of at least notifying me by phone. At first I thought to myself that something might go wrong. Mistakes are human and sometimes you're just unlucky. Since I really like Subway, I tried to order there again successfully. But after about six or seven orders there was always something, it became too stupid for me. Hence the new plan: Why not just go there, eat there or take the food with you and "monitor" that everything is correct. My impression of the employees present was friendly, but completely incompetent and not really fluent in German. Sometimes I wasn't understood at all and we communicated by pointing fingers. I find that rather suboptimal and my expectations of my employees with customer contact as a company would be different, but to each their own. In the end it worked and that's what was important to me at that moment. The food was also tasty, but thanks to the language barrier, special requests such as more cucumbers or sauce could not be accommodated. That's not too dramatic, but it was still a shame. I didn't get a green basket for eating in the restaurant and I didn't see it from any other guest either. Finally, I can only say that I have never seen such a bad subway anywhere in Germany. PS: The parking lot is unlit. There may be an opportunity to set up a few lanterns or lights. I'm not afraid of the dark, but depending on how far back you park, you have to use your cell phone to light your way.

Attention❗️If you use gluten-free bread, you should expect to pay not only €1 (as indicated above), but also €1 extra for every 15 cm. We were NOT informed of this during the ordering process. The amount of meat was 1/4 of what you would get on another bread. Should you pay an extra €2 for this?

These employees do not change gloves. You can't touch pork first and then use the same gloves to make the next customer a sandwich?! Not recommended to anyone, this branch

Subway Vahrenwalder Str. Please pay more attention to hygiene! Toilets and the counter are very unclean. Sometimes you lose your appetite, even though I enjoy eating Subway. Don't wipe the work surface with your gloves on and then grab the vegetables with the same gloves. That's disgusting. And please don't be so economical with the toppings.

The food and service were perfectly fine. The condition of the restaurant left something to be desired. The front door handle had fallen off, meaning the door could not be used to leave the building. The toilets were in a bad condition. There were puddles of urine on the floor. The faucets were loose and no longer attached to the sink. The soap dispenser was empty. The lights in the toilet were out.

As an absolute Subway lover, I would like to write a few words about the store in Hanover. An absolute culinary delight in terms of taste. Always prepared very quickly and crispy. You can see the love in the product that the sandwich artists spread there. Every wish is read from your lips. You are always greeted very friendly. You immediately feel comfortable. They really pay close attention to hygiene and cleanliness, a big plus. They really know how to put the sandwich in the spotlight. I like the humor of the employees, they always have a cool saying. Feel-good factor 100%. And no matter what you order, the greatest possible effort is always made. The employees are always open to special requests.

The last two times I ordered from Subway via UberEats were disasters. On September 26th I specially ordered a dip, but it wasn't delivered. The waffle potatoes were cold and hard as a rock. I also ordered a SubMelt that was supposed to be served with melted cheese, but it was so cold that the cheese was completely solid. On October 3rd I ordered again and this time they didn't send my drink with it. Both times I had to fight with UberEats to get a few euros back for the undelivered items. I cannot recommend this restaurant as items are regularly missing and the packaging is unsuitable for hot dishes.

Absolutely bad. Ordered via Uber Eats and arrived much later than previously stated. Priority surcharge even paid. Absolute disgrace and will never order again. Dinner is absolutely ruined with the delay of more than an hour

I have a gluten intolerance and was there on Saturday evening. Friendly and competent service, could tell right away which sauces, which meat, etc.! I didn't have any complaints about my intolerance afterwards. Thumbs up !!! And a culinary delight in terms of taste!
