I treated myself to a tuna sub at Subway today and was overall satisfied with my order. The bread was fresh and crispy, the tuna was well-seasoned and there was a pleasant amount. I particularly appreciated the selection of fresh vegetables, which rounded out the flavor of my sub. The employees were friendly and attentive to my requests when assembling the sub. The branch was clean and well-organized, so the visit was overall pleasant.

The Subway restaurant seems very inconspicuous at first. But once you're inside, it looks very harmonious. Everything was very clean and in the typical green and yellow colors. The waitress was very friendly, asked questions, and was very service-oriented. We tried the Dölicious once. It tasted like a Subway kebab. I would probably go there again. I'll definitely visit again.

I ordered twice through Wolt and had to wait an hour and a half both times. No one informed me. I had to write to Wolt customer service myself because the delivery time kept getting longer and longer. And as if that wasn't enough, my cookie, which should have been included in the menu, was missing both times. Simply terrible service.

This was by far the best Subway I have ever been to. The service was great, everything was great and the food was excellent.

The food was great, as always, but the employee who served me at lunch today—I've rarely been treated so rudely and disrespectfully. The employee was busy in the kitchen and didn't notice me when I arrived. I tried to get attention, but to no avail. After maybe five minutes, I was noticed and greeted with the words: "If you can't get attention, it's your own fault you have to wait. I don't care how long you've been waiting." My order was correctly prepared despite repeated inquiries.

Unfortunately, the service was very unfriendly, and the sandwiches were far too light on toppings. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our last visit. I actually just wanted to enjoy something delicious, but afterward, I had absolutely no appetite.

Ordered via Lieferando, waited 90 minutes and in the end my order was canceled without comment

They know how to make a proper sub. Really good!!! I can recommend Subway to anyone who cares about cleanliness and hygiene. You can literally eat off the floor here. The service is super friendly. Thanks

Always enjoy eating in – weekly. Today, July 6, I unfortunately encountered an extremely unfriendly salesperson. Uber charges prices that are sometimes over 30% higher than the local prices. On top of that, you'd have to pay delivery fees, and I always have to pay at least 3x the tip. It's a shame.

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer-centric means something different to me. The cash register wasn't working, and the employee contacted the manager. After we waited 30 minutes, the manager told us on the phone to either go to the bank or leave the food there. It would then be thrown away. What a waste of food. Any manager in the food service industry would have acted in a customer-centric manner. This store apparently doesn't need customers who frequent it very often.

Absolutely the cleanest and best Subway in the Hanover area (compared to over 12 different branches). The employees have always been very friendly and cheerful. The ingredients are very fresh, and they cater to the customer's needs and their orders. Agartha is especially recommended! So go ahead and enjoy a delicious Subway! I can't relate to the other negative reviews, and I also believe that they were deliberately negative.

Sorry, but I've never eaten such a bad SUB before, there was so much skimping on the content that I had a touch of nothing in the SUB and the bread was just far dry... so absolutely not edible. It was different.

Sorry, that's not how you treat customers. First of all, the good lady could hardly speak German and could only answer my questions in broken form. But what was the highlight was Subway's pricing policy. I had ordered a chicken teriaky and was asked what should be served with it. So far okay! But they didn't tell me until I got the bill that I had to pay another 1.60 euros extra for two small slices of cheese. Honestly, that doesn't work at all. As a guest, can I guess what is inclusive and exclusive? To be honest, 11.60 euros for a poorly topped baguette is a very, very high price. Another visit to Subway was done for me.
