Really a great Subway, the food is excellent and the only thing I regret is; that I didn't order anymore. What was really outstanding was the service, you rarely receive such friendly service, it made my day and I will certainly be happy to take a detour to experience such a nice atmosphere again.

I just got probably the worst food delivery of my life from this store! The subs we ordered have MINIMAL toppings, the bread is like rubber and both the subs and the potato wedges are so heavily seasoned that everything is inedible. Nobody can be reached on site. Absolute disappointment! I only gave it one star because I had to in order to post it!

Absolutely the best subway in the area!! My girlfriend and I regularly go here after sports and when we see Vio, we know that the sub is going to be really good. I could actually eat a sub every day, since I eat a vegetarian diet I always eat the same combination, but this tastes amazing to me. Service friendly, restaurant clean. A small note: it would be great if you ordered to take away and then put a sticker on the packaging as it opens very quickly. Until now I always had to ask for it myself.

I recently had a mixed experience at Subway and would like to share my thoughts. Basically, all of the employees, with one exception, were extremely friendly and nice. Unfortunately, one employee, presumably the boss, didn't seem to fit into the service area. Although friendly, she didn't seem particularly service oriented. My visit started with a request for a regular chicken breast sub, which was no longer on the menu. Instead I was offered the Chicken Garlic Sub. Oddly enough, however, I wasn't allowed to choose my own rubber and was instead told to stick to the Signature Collection. This was unusual for me as I'm not used to being restricted in my choice of toppings. After a short discussion, I was finally suggested what I should order using Subway-specific terms. Only after this exchange was I allowed to put together my own sub. It seemed like this had been possible from the start, causing confusion and inconvenience. However, the sub was packaged carelessly and fell apart when I wanted to eat it at home. On the positive side, I would like to emphasize that the other employees were really great. They were all kind and accommodating, and I particularly appreciated how generous they were with the sauce. Unfortunately, this was in contrast to the situation described above, where the rest of the sauce was squeezed out of the tube. Overall, my visit to Subway was ambivalent. While the majority of staff provided excellent service, there is room for improvement, particularly in terms of flexibility in ordering and care in packing the subs.
