The staff didn't know what was included in the menu. After the menu was named, a more expensive one was simply prepared without my knowledge. Furthermore, the menu options weren't suggested; instead, they were added to the order at the staff's whim. Next time, I'm going to Bünde.

I specially pre-ordered via the app (which I had to set up Google Pay for because I don't have a credit card), picked up the food, and unpacked it at home. Even though everything was listed correctly on the receipt, they managed to put the wrong ingredients AND fake sauces in ALL of the 4 subs and 2 biscuits (no, the subs weren't swapped; the bread and meat or meatless were all fine). Why bother deselecting something when it seems like too much effort to read a label? I'm incredibly astonished by this level of unprofessionalism. Jalapenos on the kid's sub, tomatoes on all the subs, olives that were specifically deselected, the wrong sauces on 2 subs... It's a good thing we're not allergic. But hey - at least the 2 biscuits were the right ones... I'd give them negative stars if I could... and considering the subs aren't cheap, I find that outrageous!

I specifically pre-ordered in the app to avoid waiting. I went to the branch at the time indicated in the app, only to be told after waiting in line for 10 minutes that my order wasn't ready and would take another 20 minutes because all the customers behind me in line had yet to be served. The pick-up time indicated in the app was 3:45 p.m., but I had my food at 4:30 p.m. What's the point of pre-ordering if you still have to wait 45 minutes? The employee was alone in the branch. This is outrageous on the part of the operator; no wonder the service suffers.

We were unfortunately very disappointed today. It was very busy, we had to wait about 30-40 minutes and the employees were extremely busy - all fine so far. Unfortunately, the hygiene was a disaster... the employees wore the same gloves the whole time, the ones they used to top the sandwiches and take the payment. Cash, the counter, everything was touched with the same gloves. But hey, we were able to overlook that too. Unfortunately, everything went wrong at the checkout. We ordered two footlong subs from the menu with a drink and cookie, as well as a churro. The employee initially typed everything in correctly, around €30. We then activated the free churro, €4 credit, and 30% off a footlong in the app and scanned the QR code. The cost was still €23 - all correct. Then another employee came over and said that this wasn't correct and that she would have to enter the subs as four half-prices if we wanted to use the vouchers from the app. I pointed out to her that the 30% coupon was valid for a full sub, not a half. She didn't let that stop her. Then we were asked to pay €46 all at once. We'd never had to pay that much before, and we usually order the same thing. I pointed out that it seemed very high, but she ignored me. I then asked for the receipt, and it showed four half subs on top of our order. We went back to the cashier and were given around €9 in change. We still ended up paying just under €37 instead of €23. But since the store was packed, we didn't want to make a fuss. Overall, though, it was incredibly annoying. I'm still wondering why the lady wanted to change the order? Shouldn't the coupons be valid? I don't understand it...

Delicious subs, very good service (even with custom requests)... And the best part: no annoying, time-consuming terminals. I used to frequent the Subway on Pagenstecher Straße in Osnabrück... That's about to change. I'd rather take the 20km detour and go to Georgsmarienhütte 😀

There's a new employee who recently joined, and he always seems stoned. He's incredibly slow, clueless about anything, and unfriendly. We had to wait 30 minutes because there were only two of them, and the young man just went out to be with his friends. Afterward, he didn't even wash his hands or anything. It's disgusting. He brings his friends in, you get bumped into, and he has zero focus on his work or the customers. The subs are always cold because they've been sitting around for so long, and he just goes out to smoke. Good, hygienic service looks different. A shame and embarrassing!

The food is a matter of taste, I like it, but the waiting times were unnecessary. But it's not surprising if there's only one person in the shop to top the baguettes, bake the bread, collect the cash, etc etc... Maybe it's different on other days, on my last visit it was clearly too long for me lasted. Addition: simply order online and pick up! Most of the time it worked very well! Addition: there are days when things don't work at all in the store! I had pre-ordered, unfortunately one wrap was missing the meat and a second one had such a meager topping as if it had run out of ingredients! And I had to wait a long time because the employees didn't know how to handle a voucher! Somehow it doesn't get any better. Last visit there was hair in the wrap!

I have to say my visit to Subway was a big disappointment. First of all, the staff was rude and unhelpful. When I was finally able to place my order, the sandwich I received was a disaster. The price for this sad sandwich was also way too high for the quality on offer. I definitely won't be back and advise anyone looking for a quick snack to avoid this place.

“Früher war Subway hier wirklich gut, aber meine letzte Erfahrung war heute sehr enttäuschend. Mein 30 cm Italien B.M.T war kaum belegt, gerade mal 3 Tomaten und 3 Gurken. Der Laden wirkt mittlerweile ziemlich schmutzig, und die Mitarbeiter lassen sich von Freunden ablenken, sogar neben der Theke während es voll ist. Nicht gerade hygienisch, besonders wenn einer davon noch popelt. Schade um den Verfall der Qualität und des Ladenzustands.” Normalerweise nur 1 Stern wert.

Wir waren jetzt zum ersten Mal bei Subway. Ich empfand das Personal als wenig hilfreich. Statt einem die verschiedenen Brotsorten zu erklären kam immer die gleiche und ungeduldige Frage: Welches Brot? Als Neukunde wird man wenig beraten sondern eher durch die Zubereitung gehetzt. Darüber hinaus wären Schilder bei den Zutaten hilfreich gewesen da nicht alles direkt "erkennbar" ist. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns gehetzt und hatten das Gefühl das Personal denkt: Die sind aber dumm.

Die Subs sind wie bei jedem Subway in der Regel lecker. Leider hatte ich nun schon oft den Fall, dass unsichere Mitarbeiter irgendwie den Sub beim Bau kaputt gemacht hatten und dann ein neuer angefangen werden musste. Dementsprechend hatte man etwas länger aufs Essen gewartet. Die Räumlichkeiten sind jetzt nicht die schönsten, aber dafür ist dieser Subway deutlich angenehmer zu besuchen, als der in Osnabrück.

Kein großer Parkplatz. Mitarbeiter immer nett und freundlich. Beim Essen ist das Problem das beim Salat oft die Tomaten wie auch die Paprika nicht gut bzw kaum noch Farbe haben das schmeckt man dann natürlich auch beim reinbeißen das geht auf jeden Fall besser.

Der Service war eher mittelmäßig und unorganisiert! Die Subs waren wie man es von Subway her kennt in Ordnung und schmackhaft. Was ich natürlich nicht so Klasse finde das vorne in der Theke die Zutaten total unordentlich waren, zum Beispiel das Thunfisch Reste im Salat Behälter lagen usw... Man sollte schon drauf achten das alles möglichst Ansprechend für den Kunden ist es sind schließlich Lebensmittel die man hier einsehen kann! Werden in Zukunft hier nix mehr bestellen die Sauberkeit lässt echt zu wünschen übrig!

Wir haben heute mit der app vorbestellt um es dann abzuholen. Als wir angekommen sind sahen wir schon, dass es sehr voll war und nur eine Bedienung da war. Trotzdem wurde unser Essen pünktlich zubereitet und sogar die Cookies frisch gebacken weil keine mehr da waren. Super!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hatte ein gutes Auftreten. Auf jeden Sonderwunsch wurde eingegangen. Es war sauber und ordentlich, jedoch ist der Innenraum schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mal ein optisches Upgrade im Gastraum zu empfehlen. Und die Schiebetür könnte jetzt auch endlich mal repariert oder erneuert werden.

Was soll man sagen… Die Subs sind super belegt alles Top und schmecken wie gewohnt lecker (deshalb auch 2 Sterne und nicht 1) aber kommen wir mal zum Problem. Das erste mal als ich dort essen war, habe ich kurz darauf richtige Magen Probleme bekommen und die Toilette wurde zu meinem besten Freund, dies ist bereits echt gut lange her gewesen und deshalb dachte ich mir mal probier ich es erneut (31.12.2022), leider war es dieses mal nicht besser. Nach dem Verzehr durfte ich erneut mit Magen Problemen kämpfen und mehr Knaller auf der Toilette lassen als draußen mit Böllern oder Raketen.

Ich war überrascht wie groß und sauber und gemütlich diese Subway Station ist. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und wirklich sympathisch. Die Qualität der Subs ist sehr gut und als ich auf die Toilette ging war ich begeistert - man hätte dort vom Boden essen können. Kein Fleck keine Spritzer alles tip top in Ordnung. Dies war gewiss nicht mein letzter Besuch.

Bewerte nur die heutige Situation. Es ist 21:15Uhr, die Leuchtreklame OPEN erstrahlt über den Parkplatz. Leider stand man mit weiteren Personen vor verschlossen Türen. Reguläre ausgeschilderte Öffnungszeiten an der Tür 22Uhr. Keine sichtbaren Infos in der Tür zu lesen warum schon verschlossen ist. Ein nettes Lächeln der beiden Bedienungen aus der hinteren Küche konnte man noch als einziges ergattern. Anscheinend alles verkauft, keine Seltenheit kennt man ja ab und an. Eine kleine Info in der Tür wäre nett gewesen, oder die OPEN Reklame abschalten, würde viele auch schon abhalten Anzuhalten. Hätte mir sonst vielleicht noch einen Cookie oder ein Softdrink gekauft, aber zu ist halt zu. Schade.

Wir lieben Subway, doch leider mussten wir heute feststellen, dass auch hier alles teurer geworden ist. 🫣 Wie man auf dem Foto erkennen kann, sind die Subs in dieser Finale sehr gut belegt. Nettes Personal, hilft auch bei der Saucenauswahl. 👍 Es gibt ein Punkt Abzug, als wir vor Ort gegessen haben, stand die Tür die ganze Zeit offen. Dementsprechend war es dort zu kalt 🥶

The white fries and thin currywurst are delicious. The staff is friendly, even when there are a few more people in front of the food truck. They always have a lighthearted joke and don't let it get to them. I'd go back anytime.
