Unfortunately the forester's lodge is permanently closed!!!

We were at the Kasinopark restaurant in Georgsmarienhütte in the evening to celebrate a friend's birthday. Unfortunately we were very disappointed overall. We ordered a platter with different types of meat. The meat was mostly old, had a slight unpleasant smell, was partly undercooked, too dry in some places and overall tasteless. The music was so loud that we could barely hold a conversation. In addition, the boss had originally promised us something different: He said that the restaurant would only be open until 10 p.m., but “as an exception” we could stay until 11 p.m. – with a small discount. Overall, we were very dissatisfied and will not visit this restaurant a second time!

Extremely unprofessional! Due to a family emergency, I was unable to make my reservation. Instead of understanding, I received a call in which I was told in a condescending tone that my behavior was “very outrageous”. That's not how you talk to guests. Absolutely unacceptable for me – never again!
