Service at the counter was nice. Eating the way you know and expect it. I only went to the toilet to wash my hands and dried them on my pants... It was correspondingly "uncomfortable" in this place. The staff can't help it if the guests behave badly.

I saw in the subway app that there should finally be sub of the day again. Unfortunately not in this subway, you leave the store straight away.

At this branch, you can only order from the machine. The touchscreen is extremely stiff and takes a very long time. The branch is clearly understaffed on a Sunday, with only one employee preparing food. After several attempts to redeem two vouchers, I gave up in frustration and ordered from my favorite Asian restaurant. At least there, you can place orders face-to-face.

Only with a card? Why am I not surprised that more and more restaurants are going bankrupt? I would never again like to decide for myself how I pay

The server was very competent and always said thank you in a friendly manner. The food was ready very quickly and tasted delicious.

I went to Subway two weeks ago and ordered a sandwich. The employee Daniela served my sub very well and neatly and pretty quickly too. Compared to what my friend and his friend got from male employees on the same day, they said the sub was too salty and everything fell out of the sub. So if I have to recommend something to you, order your sub from Daniela.

Shocking conditions!!!!!!! Three out of four visits had no sandwiches. You can only get a sub after a 30-minute wait. This is definitely due to a staff shortage; there are usually only three employees on site who do nothing. No student menu available: March 27, 2025

Sausage and bacon in the display are already gray. Shop very dirty. Employees not necessarily friendly.

Nice employees ☺️ Ambience right next to the gas station, but upstairs is ok. Rolls are often a bit sticky, even early on.

The service is a catastrophe. I was here with my son late in the evening and had cash but no bank card. The employee, who didn't speak German, made it clear to us with hand signals that the cash register was broken and that he could only process orders via the terminal with card payment. All of this is impossible, especially since you can at least hire employees who speak German. Result, we went home hungry. Went there again today after a few months. Cleanliness =insufficient- After our previous table was messed up and stuck with cola or something similar by the previous person, it wasn't even roughly cleaned or the table was wiped down. After eating I went to the toilet and almost got hit! Does Subway have no money for a cleaning lady??? Just disgusting and covered in bacteria. I don't want to see the kitchen. Sorry, but that was it! The subs were carelessly slapped together and everything except the salad was skimped on. You could look for meat substitutes and cheese was missing. There was also very little sauce. The employees don't say hello or goodbye. They have so much fun at work....unbelievable!*Irony off
