I asked if it was my number because someone called out the number and someone else handed me the bag. There was no cookie in it, even though I had ordered the menu. Let everything be sorted out. At home I discovered that the wrong sub was in there. Sorry, I understand the stress, but it wasn't full and if necessary, label your bags. The touchscreens are an imposition. And btw: if you touch food, money, door frames and cash registers with gloves, you can leave them off. Bitter disappointment. Especially that I'm now sitting here with the wrong sub

ONCE UPON A TIME WAS GREAT, BEFORE THE NONSENSE WITH TERMINALS! The sandwich is thinner than ever, the sauce is wrong and instead of double the cheese and double the salami, everything is sold individually and all for 12 euros (with Pepsi for 3 euros). Of course I only noticed this on the takeaway on the train... On top of that, the terminal is incredibly slow and you practically have to beat the thing to get it to respond... Plus you can't make any changes in a timely manner because even the screen is gone... I won't go there again until it's back to how it was before, it's pure rip-off!

Best Subway restaurant far and wide However, ordering terminals have recently been set up. On the one hand, their sensor works very unreliably and on the other hand, the error rate is greatly increased because customers and employees simply no longer talk to each other. This works perfectly for competitors with standardized products. When preparing subs according to customers' individual wishes, a terminal is not a solution. Preparation now takes even longer than before. Otherwise, I announced the ingredients for three subs at the same time so that one employee could fill them in one go. Now every single ingredient of every single sub is laboriously read off the screen while some desperate customers indicate what they actually wanted to click on. However, this is now the case for many franchisees. However, I cannot see that this helps with the skills shortage. Since the prices have risen exorbitantly, I hope that the employees in particular will benefit from this.

I've enjoyed going to Subway for years. I've known this branch for years. The staff is nice, but that's the only positive thing. Prices have risen and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The toilets are the worst. The men's toilet is completely closed; use the women's toilet. It's very dirty there, the toilet lid is missing and the glasses are pretty loose. The soap was also empty. As much as I like going to Subway, they don't offer these conditions to their customers...

Average sandwich experience at Subway 🤔 Per: ✔️ Selection of fresh ingredients as usual 🌱 ✔️ Parking spaces right in front of the door 🚗 Cons: ➖ The friendliness of the staff left a lot to be desired - unfortunately there was little motivation noticeable 😕 ➖ The bread was not fresh and rather dry 🥖 ➖ The tables were not clean, overall the restaurant seemed unkempt 🧼 ➖ Long waiting time even though there were hardly any guests there ⏳ Conclusion: Unfortunately, my visit to Subway on Weseler Straße was disappointing. The food was not of the usual quality, the service was unfriendly and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I hope something improves here. 🙁 My personal opinion – of course yours may be different! 😊

We went to Subway today, the food was great!!! But there was a saleswoman or lady who came to us who was super unfriendly. The other employee (people of color) was super friendly and gave us very good service. Super disappointed with other employee!!! She was very friendly with other German customers and had a very unfriendly tone with us! When we ordered it wasn't stressful either. I hope it changes that the person doesn't discriminate with the tone and at least speaks to the customer in a neutral tone. Thanks .

Very unfriendly staff. You order something and one employee insults you. Very unfriendly and non-customer oriented service. One employee in particular is extremely unfriendly. At first glance she seems nice, but she insults you when you pick up your order. I'm used to different service from Subway. Definitely not recommended as long as this person works there. You want to relax after work and not be insulted while picking up food. I definitely won't recommend it to friends or relatives either. Then you just drive a little longer, but you have better service and nice employees.

We've been there several times now, at the beginning we were very happy, very well served, friendly and since a certain employee has been there (new one) they've been heartlessly filled, half of them are missing, there's little sauce on them and there's hair in the food... a real shame. She is not there at all and speaks extremely unclearly and quietly.

I've been here many times, but I've never had a sub as bad as today. Ordered at the front of the terminal, with extra meat. The dude at the counter didn't even fill the scoop but 3 half full. Otherwise it will be filled twice or 4 times if there is extra meat. He also put my order in writing and still forgets half of it. He had to point it out to him three times. In addition, he was incredibly slow. Very very bad...
