I think it's so bad that they no longer have a choice of drinks without sweeteners. All drinks except water had sweeteners, which I can't tolerate and are also known to promote cancer and much more. I would slowly have to bring my own drink because otherwise I would only be allowed to drink water, but that isn't allowed either. Otherwise she's used to it.

If you could give zero stars for the service, I would. Employees were very, very slow and talked more about private things than worked + all the tables were dirty.

Disaster after switching to automatic operation. Otherwise we didn't get the food we actually ordered. The waiting time for the preparation was very long. We've been regular guests there for 15 years, and now that's coming to an end.

The best Subway I've ever been to. You walk in and are greeted warmly, and the service is so good that some others could learn a lesson. I'm often in Memmingen for work and I really enjoy coming here. Really kudos to you, your employees

I wanted to eat something here on Sunday and paid special attention to the opening times because I urgently had to move on. Supposedly open from 11 a.m. on Sundays, the store was still closed at 11:10 a.m. even though an employee was inside preparing. I didn't want to be impatient, but when I checked in at 11:20 a.m. and the employee was still acting completely relaxed, went to the back and completely ignored me outside while other potential customers were also leaving, I decided to leave too. You can be late sometimes, but you can't completely shrug off responsibility and ignore someone, that's unkind.

Some employees are super unfriendly. You won't be looked at and you'll get snippy answers. This has happened several times now.

Well...we ordered and picked up for the first & last time today. The subs were ice cold even though we were there pretty much at the time stated. We didn't get our free cookie because "cookies are no longer available" - at 3:40 p.m. Thursday afternoon. Subs were okay, we had to warm them up again at home. Really a shame

This is one of the newer branches. I really like it, especially the glazed front is inviting. There is limited seating inside, but so far I've always gotten a seat. I've never had to wait long here. The staff is friendly. But you could pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant. All food was always available. Nothing has ever sold out. As with any subway, the prices are very high.

The vegan options are very good, as is the service.

Ordered SUB and was told when packing that it could only be taken away. Half an hour before closing I asked what that was about. Got the statement in broken German “if nothing is going on, he can do it” But if someone still orders, something is going on. The guy can do me. The main thing is to eat it yourself from the counter.

In letzter Zeit schmecken die subs einfach nicht mehr, unserer Meinung nach liegt es daran das es Neulinge sind. Irgendwo haben wir ja Verständnis aber wer nix versteht hat hinterm Tresen nichts zu suchen. Egal zur welcher Tageszeit, die subs brauchen ewig bis sie fertig sind haben ungefähr 15min gewartet und teilweise musste man dene erklären was drauf gehört… Teilweise zu Wenig Soße, zu wenig käse, zu viel Tomate und Gurke.. Ich hoffe wirklich das sich etwas ändert sonst gehen wir nurnoch zur Stadt oder am besten gar nicht mehr zum Subway..

It's actually quite chilled here! Right on the road and easy to get to! Unfortunately, not much could be expected here! In my opinion, the food there wasn't entirely healthy. Otherwise, the taste was quite a bit different from real chicken teriyaki!
