I find it strange. The Subway owner is renovating his house. Workers are from further afield. Very far outside. Romania/Bulgaria. That's allowed, he has all the rights to do that, only workers who have to go to him for dinner feel like they're being taken for a ride, don't they?

We always enjoy being here. The staff is friendly, the shop is clean and the subs are always well stocked

Just never say you want your bread untoasted... and just the meat warm. This leads to endless discussions. Or if you say you don't want sliced ​​cheese, you want spreadable cheese. You're being shamelessly attacked. It was definitely the last time I was there. The supervisor in there has a tone of voice with the staff and customers that you could easily forget. Then prefer Subway Weingarten. You won't be rude to customers there.

Nice location, nice shop but the rest is unfortunately forgettable, the senior would-be boss (black curly hair) treats customers like dirt.

Vegan subs are usually cut with the wrong knife. I wonder what the employees think the green knife is even for?

A very special experience...if I want to be insulted, it's much cheaper. The head warden has a tone that makes it easy to forget whether you're in prison or a fast food restaurant. She doesn't shy away from employees or paying customers. It's a shame, I expect a certain amount of basic politeness - the store will never see me again.

The friendliness of the service staff can still be improved.

Every time I or someone goes there and the shift manager with the black curly hair is there, every time there is something. She not only insults her employees but is rude to the customers. Tell customers things they don't want to be burdened with. But if you read the other reviews, you will understand which person is meant.

Can't communicate normally, think they're something better and the food isn't prepared nicely in front of my eyes, unlike Sigmaringen Subway, it's a joke. I always think it's a shame that people like that run the business break down.

The manager (black curls) was a disaster! I have seen this woman several times now, so here is the review. The way she treats the employees is absolutely unacceptable! In front of the customers she makes such a fool of the employees that it makes you as a customer really uncomfortable and you just feel sorry for the employees. It's a miracle that she isn't alone in the store with this behavior and is occupying her subs. So if I were the young woman, I would have given the sick note a long time ago. I hope the boss reads the comments here from time to time. He also recently FaceTimed with the manager when the store was full. The whole thing doesn't seem to be really professional, otherwise the manager might have received some feedback after all these negative comments. PS: Food was good (the employee did a good job)

Yes, a subway. Not the best, not by far, but not the worst either. The food is just what it is, the ambience is simply poor, and the service is rather reserved, but ok. What's great is the cleanliness in all visible areas.

After my visit to Subway, I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed. I have to share my experience with you. I have never been served so badly. I wanted to treat myself to one of the new SubMelts and then the sandwich artist couldn't manage to read the list of ingredients properly, let alone prepare the sandwich from the FF. When I made two nice corrections to the list of ingredients, I was bluntly told "That doesn't belong in there!" responded. When she realized I was right, she said, "Sorry, I'm new here." Ok, I thought, but if you have no idea, where is the trainer? Why do you leave her all alone?... CONCLUSION: She didn't even get a wrap right. I love Subway, but unfortunately today was a disaster. (Ps: The second star is because of the good carrot cake cookie and the nacho chicken bites.)

Very unfriendly and stressed employees, questions are either completely ignored or answered with annoyance. The lettuce was already brown, not just in one spot, but completely brown. For me, this is an absolute no-go in the food industry (I trained in this industry myself) The subs themselves were so bland and unfilled that you would think the sub only cost one euro. Of course this is not the case. When my daughter asked if she could get extra mayo, the annoyed answer was "then you have to pay more". Not an issue per se, we just know it differently from sig. Firstly, the friendliness. Secondly, you just make another swerve and you're good. I thought I would give the Saulgauer Subway another chance after a year. But lo and behold, it's still the same, I won't come here anymore and would rather go to Sigmaringen. There it is the exact opposite to Saulgau

Insanely rude, stressed out employee. It's really no fun ordering here. Then it's better to be quieter, you'll have to wait longer and the atmosphere will be more pleasant when ordering. If you still want to eat something chilled out, then it's better not to go here. Your colleague was friendly and didn't let the fact that a group of 7 people came stress him out.

The food was great, it tasted amazing

Unfortunately it's no longer good here, the food is more expensive, but the quality is worse. I ordered via the app, a BBQ sub had a piece of chicken and BBQ sauce put over it. Nothing was said. The Nacho Chicken Bites tasted weird. Kind of like soap, inedible! And if that weren't enough, it's served as sparingly as if the sub cost one euro and not eleven. It's a shame we were on the road otherwise I would have slapped the boss's stuff on the counter.

I have rarely experienced something so outrageous. The boss says when you normally asked if you can get more cucumbers instead of the other ingredients, “that’s your problem!” We are not a kebab shop” and shuts me up and starts discussing. In addition, we were billed incorrectly last time and paid more. That was the last time I bought a sub here. Never again!

Just a disaster! Staff getting worse and worse, rude, bad mood, unfocused. Without the boss, nothing works. It's just sad that you can no longer enter the store if the boss isn't there.

Ήταν πολύ ακριβά πιστεύω να δώσεις για ένα σάντουιτς 12 ευρώ και να μην χορτάσεις.......το μόνο θετικό που μου άρεσε ήταν ότι η κοπέλες φορούσαν γάντια......όταν εδειναν ρέστα τα έβγαζαν και μετά έβαζαν καινούργια.......

Die Dame war sehr net und Hilfsbereit..nahm sich Zeit für meine Bestellung und am Ende hat es super geschmeckt..Philly Beef auf Horney Oat...Lecker..

Wir waren am 23.08.2023 zum Mittagessen hier. Schon beim Betreten fiel mir auf, wie sauber es hier war. Ich habe glaube ich noch nie so einen sauberen Subway gesehen. Die Dame und der Herr hinter der Theke waren sehr nett, das Essen wie von Subway gewohnt sehr gut, wenn auch recht teuer.

Bei dieser Filiale ist das Essen so wie von Subway gewohnt. Nur die Bedienung ist sonst etwas schräg. Heute aber die Managerin die ist top.

Wir haben gestern diesen wunderbaren Subway Laden durch Zufall entdeckt. Unser Handyakku war leider plötzlich leer (Handy wird bei uns als Navi verwendet, da wir aus Österreich kommen und wir sind in Bad Saulgau gestrandet. Ebenso hatten wir großen Hunger. Das gesamte Team war so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir durften den Akku aufladen und haben in der zwischenzeit die besten Sandwiches ever gegessen! Die Cookies waren wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten tolle Gespräche mit allen und haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir sind dann mit einem Happy, sattem und zufriedenen Gefühl nach Hauses gefahren. Das heute immer noch anhält. Ich kann es euch allen absolut empfehlen! Das Essen schmeckt perfekt, die Mitarbeiter sind total offen, nett und herzlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!

Super leckeres Essen zu guten Preisen + super nettes Personal, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, wenn man mal Lust auf etwas gesünderes Fast Food hat

Bin mittlerweile enttäuscht vom Saulgauer Subway. Die Preise haben angezogen und die Sub’s haben sehr sehr wenig Belag. In anderen Filialen wird deutlich großzügiger belegt.

Die honey oat Empfehlung zu dem phily beef & Cheese war sehr gut👌🏼

Essen ist okay, wobei die Chefin (?) sehr sparsam ist beim Belegen. Da sind die vorgegebenen Portionsförmchen allenfalls eine zu ignorierende Empfehlung. Viel schlimmer ist aber die Art und Weise, wie die Dame mit ihren Angestellten umgeht. Sie blafft sie vor den Gästen an. Und das in einem Ton, der völlig deplatziert ist. Wenn die beiden (wirklich freundlichen!) jungen Männer alles hingeschmissen hätten, wäre das nachvollziehbar gewesen. So geht man nicht mit Mitarbeitern um! Es war nur peinlich.

Wurde heute sehr gut beraten von der Chefin 👍und Schnelle Service. Sub war lecker. Restaurant allgemein sauber 👍

Wurden heute von Sascha bedient , er hat uns das beste Sub gemacht. 5 Sterne für seine freundliche sympathische Bedienung !!! Nur weiter zu empfehlen!

Getränke muß man Pfand bezahlen, aber man bekommt sein Pfandgeld nicht im Laden zurück.

Einer der besten Subway in der Region. ✌️ Sowohl Personal als auch die Chefin sind sehr freundlich gewesen. Essen war wie immer frisch und war vorallem sehr lecker.

Sehr guter Service. Es wird sich Zeit genommen für die Kunden und man fühlt sich gleich willkommen. Am Essen gibt es auch nichts zu meckern.

Beste sub den ich je gegessen habe

Essen war eher suboptimal, Personal kaum deutschsprachig, unmotiviert und kurz vor dem einschlafen... Ambiente ist sehr kahl und wenig dekorativ

Theoretisch ein Subway wie jeder andere, warum also bewerten? Weil die weibliche Führungskraft vor Ort einfach vollkommen deplatziert ist! Der bei unserem Besuch am 22.12. anwesende Mitarbeiter hat die Bestellung freundlich und zügig angenommen, bis die "Chefin" vor Ort vollkommen unverständlich begann sich einzumischen und den armen Kerl nonstop niedergemacht hat. Der Junge trugs mit Fassung, war wohl nicht das erste mal und lies es über sich ergehen. Allein dafür verdient er schon einen Orden. Die "Chefin" drängte sich also in den Bestellprozess und sorgte damit für blankes Chaos, da Sie zwar die Subs zubereiteten, aber an der Kasse alles aufstauen ließen. Währenddessen lies sie keine Möglichkeit aus um den armen Kerl wirklich immer wieder darauf hinzuweisen, dass er doch schneller und besser arbeiten sollte, da sie sonst schlechte Bewertungen bekommen würde... Lieber Subwayinhaber / Franchisenehmer (was auch immer). Nehmen Sie sich die Dame mal zur Seite und legen dieser ein anderes Benehmen nah. Denn das was gestern Mittag abgelaufen ist war übelstes Mobbing & Schikane in einer Tour und hat in unserer Gesellschaft nichts verloren.

Wenn die Chefin nicht da ist, sind die Mitarbeiter seh überfordert und zu langsam. Aber meine fünf Sterne gelten der Chefin die sich sehr Mühe gibt den Gästen gegenüber und ihrem Team .

Unverzichtbar weil's schmeckt! Der Service in Bad Saulgau ist top. Eine der Mitarbeiterinnen,welche schon länger dort arbeitet ist besonders auffallend freundlich und versprüht gute Laune. Es ist jedes Mal schön, dort hin zu kommen.

Sehr sparsam belegt, Subway Weingarten ist da deutlich besser. Chefin gehr mit den Mitarbeitern vor den Kunden sehr herablassend um.

Subway ist einfach, lecker, frisch zubereitet, es wird auf Wünsche eingegangen / nur eines muss ich leider bemängeln es werden zu selten Gutscheine ausgegeben denn die Preise sind nichts desto trotz relativ kostspielig mit Gutscheinen kann gespart werden und man würde deutlich mehr Kunden locken
