Subway in Iserlohn

Outdated Subway, food is very tasty. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Food very delicious, there is a large selection of ingredients. Even as a new customer it was a pleasant experience. Was lucky enough to be guided through the process by a lovely young lady called Elvane. Very friendly and competent. Gladly again. I would have loved to tip for such good service, but in an increasingly digital age it is still not possible to tip digitally. Unfortunately I can't say much about the atmosphere. My attention went to the lovely sandwich artist. :p

Food is very tasty. It feels like this is the only subway where the app doesn't work. The branch didn't participate in the old app either. In the new app you can see that the branch took part in the campaigns. You will be disappointed on site (notice from April 30, 2024 that the app doesn't work) This branch is doing everything it can to avoid participating in the app. It's strange that all the other branches don't have any problems with the app. In my opinion, a disgrace

Once again completely disappointed in this store. If I order a sub with just tomatoes and cucumbers, I expect a reasonable topping. And not just carelessly thrown away. The quantities here also don't match! Unfortunately, this has been the case several times. If you ask the employee about it, you will only be harassed. It doesn't work like that

The quality of the food (amount of ingredients and preparation) depends heavily on the respective employees/employees, as does the cleanliness in the store. So far everything has been okay during my visits.

Was there today, one of the waitresses was extremely unfriendly. It's a shame, the other one is always very nice. The subs are very careless and barely occupied. 30 min waiting time

I wanted to redeem the coupons from the app after my order was ready, but they just said "let's not participate, we need paper format"! Why??? Then throw them in the trash. She saw that I had it on my cell phone. Then it just said “don’t make the laws”. No, you don't, but that's not customer loyalty either! It's a shame, annoyed employees, incorrectly printed coupons (nowhere does it say that they have to be brought in paper format!) and therefore very dissatisfied customers. Next time I'll save the 18 km and 19€ for 3 half subs and 4 mini cookies, where Makadamia only has 2 half nuts in it and the rest is white chocolate drops.

Today was my first time at Subway and therefore my first time in this store in Iserlohn. First of all: I liked the baguette I ordered. So that's good. However, I didn't like the atmosphere. You quickly notice that the shop is quite old, so a lot of the furniture is worn out and some of the walls/floors/baseboards look very used. While you're biting into your baguette, it's obviously not that appetizing, because what does the kitchen look like? I also had a bad service experience: I ordered a sub for EUR 7.29 from the menu. The menu picture clearly shows netted potatoes, a drink and the surcharge of EUR 3.20. You can also choose between cookies and other fries. However, at the checkout the menu cost EUR 0.50 more. Now readers of this review may be wondering why this is so bad. Well, if something has to cost EUR 10.49, then I don't want a higher price of EUR 10.49. Pay EUR 10.99. Reason for the surcharge: The price of EUR 10.49 only applies to one cookie, although the menu clearly offers the netted potatoes as standard in the picture. If I show a sub, netted potatoes and a drink in a picture and then print a surcharge of EUR 3.20: Why does it actually cost EUR 3.70?! Also, when I ordered, they assumed that I wanted a cookie, so when I paid, only the sub was prepared, but not the netted potatoes. Same case: If there is a picture with net potatoes and I order exactly that: Why aren't the net potatoes the standard since they can also be seen there? Or a question about my preference would have been appropriate. Now you can think: Man, why is he so upset about this? Well, as always in Germany, it's the situation in which you bring it up that makes you as a customer angry. “Subway is not providing the right advertising materials that represent it accurately.” So of course the justification mode. It doesn't matter at all. Of course that's stupid, but it's about me as a customer. I paid too much and have to actively address this. Instead of going into justification mode, a free cookie or some other kind word would have been more appropriate than abdicating responsibility. That's a shame because, as I said at the beginning, the baguette was very tasty and I would actually come back. However, it's not the product that's holding me back, but as is often the case, it's the service experience.

I have now received a very nice and informative email from the owner in response to the app not working. I hope that Subway can really solve the internal problems. It's delicious there.

Unfortunately we were served very unfriendly by a lady! If you want to avoid customer contact, you shouldn't work behind a counter!!!

The sandwiches were quite okay. However, I found the employees a bit cheeky. We arrived 15 minutes before closing time and one employee rolled her eyes and looked at us annoyed. It doesn't work at all.

Food just like any other Subway, franchise. What annoys me and probably many others is that they almost never take part in the Subway campaigns; sometimes the employees react angrily to questions. Now the new app is not accepted either, ridiculous. Where is the franchise principle???Don't visit the store anymore, dear Uncle Dimos😉

Unbelievable, I arrive at the store and the two saleswomen are sitting in front of the door and one of them is smoking. Then, with her hands smelling of smoke, she goes to the food and prepares it. This sends a report to the health department.

Friendly staff, fresh ingredients, always happy again

The atmosphere is really uncomfortable, other customers who are waiting for their food are basically “sitting” at the table. Seems uncomfortable even for a fast food restaurant. Food was ok, nothing special but tasty. Unfortunately the waiting time was longer because it was apparently understaffed.

Service was good, had a nice young lady there who did her job very well. However, there was another employee in the staff room who didn't help with the store being full and was busy with her cell phone. She only came and helped after repeated instructions, in a bad mood.

I have always been very satisfied with Subway. Unfortunately, last time there was hardly any air in the store. I waited almost 40 minutes for two baguettes, even though the shop wasn't too busy. The employees took a lot of time to prepare... There were no more cookies… And that at 4 p.m.? I've had better experiences there.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. I ate one of the new subs. I enjoyed it very much. I also ordered a toastie - spicy salami - not my thing. Parking spaces available or park opposite at the hardware store.

Went to Subway today with the 2 for 1 deal. At first there were problems because the employees were not trained/informed. The subs were really stingy. Half a tuna sub was left over for the next day. This was moldy. Just disgusting.

Customer loyalty = ZERO It's unfortunate how difficult it is to redeem these 50% coupons. I'm really wondering what the point is. They are not activated in the app, but can be redeemed as paper coupons. Nowadays, the coupons are of course available digitally. “In the spirit of sustainability,” they must still be presented in print. If you save €20, that's a great thing. So I wanted to go, print it out and come back. Nevertheless, the boss of the Iserlohn subway doesn't want to make any compromises here and refuses to give me 50%. How can you make hungry people so angry? This literally provokes the bad review. Well, here it is: Unfortunately, rude, ill-advised and damaging to business. Buuuuuuuh!

It has the charm of a fast food restaurant, but the taste was very special, we will come back more often

Subway offers an excellent selection of fresh and customizable sandwiches. The quality of the ingredients is consistently high, and the ability to create your own sandwich makes the visit a personal experience. The friendly and efficient staff help ensure service is quick and pleasant. The cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere in the branches also contribute to my positive experience at Subway.

Personal unhöflich vorallem die mit Brille und kurze Haare. Und Schülermenü macht auch jeder anders mal mit Stundenplan mal mit Schülerausweis. Brüste von den Mitarbeitern liegen auch immer im Sub.

schnelle Bedienung, hilfsbereites Personal, Subs werden gut belegt!

Wir werden immer sehr nett bedient und kommen daher gerne aus Fröndenberg für ein leckeres Sub angereist. 😃 Einzig finden wir schade, dass die Coupons oder Aktionen in diesem Restaurant nicht gültig sind, da es nicht teilnimmt. Dafür extra nach Dortmund, Hamm oder Soest zu fahren lohnt sich einfach nicht. Dennoch sind wir immer gerne in Iserlohn.

Das Essen war in Ordnung es hätte nur etwas sauber sein können

Gemütliches Hotel am Rande der Autobahn. Den Verkehr von dort hört man kaum; dann schon eher startende oder landende Flugzeuge, auch nachts. Der Lärm hält sich trotzdem in Grenzen. Zimmer wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Sehr gemütliche Betten. Bad hochwertig renoviert. Das Hotel dient auch als Seminarhotel für Serways-Mitarbeiter (Übungsküche). Wer nach der Übernachtung frühstücken (vom Buffet) möchte, erhält einen preislichen Rabatt im Vergleich zur Laufkundschaft.

Ich war am Mittwoch den 09.08.2023 da. Mir ist aufgefallen wie schön sauber alles ist, ob die sanitär Anlage 👍🏽 oder Speisesaal, beides erschien sehr sauber und hygienisch👍🏽 und wenn man rein kommt wird Mann sehr nett empfangen. :)

Es war. Lecker... Aber es war stickig und warm und deshalb viele Fliegen.

Endlich nachdem wir einige Male in anderen Subway Filialen enttäuscht wurden, waren wir hier sehr zufrieden. Vegane Optionen waren vorhanden und bekannt und außerdem sehr lecker. Personal freundlich und kompetent! Getränke Becher mit Nachfülloption gibt's hier auch noch. Wir würden wieder kommen, wären wir nicht nur auf der Durchreise gewesen.

In stiller Stund' betrat ich Subway's Reich, Voll Sehnsucht nach dem kulinarisch' Erscheinen. Ein Hauch von Wohlgeruch umfing mich gleich, Ich konnte nicht dem Lockruf widerstreiten. Und dort erblickt' ich jenen wack'ren Mann, Mit glänzend Glatze, ehrlichem Gesichte. Er strahlte Mut und Weisheit aus, sodann, Ein wahrer Held der Sandwichkunst, schlichte. Mit flinken Händen formt' er mein Verlangen, Die Zutaten, in Kunst zusammenflossen. Und immerfort das Lächeln nicht vergangen, Bereitete er mir Köstliches Genossen. Die Glatze glänzte, wie ein Silberschild, Bewahrte Weisheit, die er mir verlieh. Sein Wissen über Saucen und Gewürz' enthüllt, In seinem Rat fand ich des Glückes Blih. Kein Haar war da, doch seine Seele strahlte, Ein wahrer Held, der ohne Deckung stand. Der Mut, den er im Innern sich bezahlte, Verschaffte ihm der Sandwich-Welt Verstand. So preise ich mit diesem Wortgelalle, Den Mitarbeiter mit der glatten Krone. Er brachte mir Genuss und Lust für alle, In Subway's Hallen, ein Held - allvollkommene.

Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen, halt Fastfood aber mir lieber als MD und ähnliche .

Diese Subway Filiale ist nichts besonderes, aber das gilt in beide Richtungen. Die Subs sind gewöhnlich lecker. Nicht mehr aber auch nicht weniger.

Essen ist immer gut und die Leute auch sehr nett. Leider ist der Laden noch ziemlich altbacken also seit Jahren noch nicht modernisiert. Deswegen 4 Sterne.
