Subway in Ingolstadt

A portion of the seating area is marked as closed very early in the evening. Customers are then allowed to sit at the unclean tables. The staff appears to be on video calls during their shifts. No mention was made of vouchers.

Service was very nice and sandwiches were amazing!

We ate there this week around 5 p.m. The subs were good! The employee behind the counter gave it his all, while his two colleagues in the dining room preferred to relax on their phones. The line was getting longer and longer, but help? None. Clean tables? Just for looking, not for sitting – "closed," even though they're open until 11 p.m. So we had no choice but to eat at a dirty table. It's a real shame – the commitment of some individuals is good, but overall, the work ethic leaves a lot to be desired.

I am very dissatisfied with my visit to Subway on Tuesday, October 21, at 7:05 PM. The employee didn't change his gloves, even though I'm vegetarian. Furthermore, the food was handled very carelessly and even thrown. When I spoke up, the employee reacted with a bad attitude, saying, "Do what you want, I don't care." This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I hope that such situations can be avoided in the future and that the staff receive better training.

Just what we needed after a long, heavy night of drinking. The staff seemed just as motivated as I was. They still did a great job! Good food, prepared quickly, without much fuss. I highly recommend it!

Went to Subway for the first time in years, and unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The two women who work there have no desire to work and spend the whole time talking to each other in Russian while serving customers, instead of concentrating on the customer and talking to them. As a result, the sub was cut completely crooked, it was already topped even though you hadn't even said what you wanted on it, and it was extremely dry. When you're done with all these unpleasant moments and hope to finally eat your sub in peace, you're unfortunately disappointed, because the girls then take drinks from the fridge and sit next to the customers and carry on loudly, laughing extremely loudly, watching you so that you think they're talking and laughing about you, and are just plain annoying. We were very happy when we were finally finished and won't be going to a Subway for a very long time.

It was around 21:27:23.(30-08-2025) when I went here with my brother for dinner. There were three boys available for service at that time. We ordered two burgers.So I turned on my mobile camera and made a little video of where they were picking up the meat and salad and preparing the burgers for us. So one of the guys said, you can't make a video here and (he checked my phone) And their attitude was very bad.And when we asked the boy's name, he didn't even tell us his name and said, "You guys do what you can."Then after eating, we asked them, "Why are you making a video of us without our permission, since you have cameras installed in your shop?" They taunted us and told us to leave our shop. Their attitude is so bad that I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go here.

That was by far the worst service... there were three of them standing there... chatting endlessly. Instead of asking if we would like to order... then in a tour while ordering my sandwich... just babbling instead of cleaning the tables... we'll never go here again...

Unfortunately, subs were just OK. There was no salt or pepper. The service was also just ok. Otherwise the restaurant was very dirty on the floor and the toilets weren't clean either. Unfortunately, the air hand dryer in the toilet was also broken and you had to leave the toilet with wet hands.

Extremely unfriendly employees. We have been there several times and were able to eat on site with our dogs without any problems, but today the dogs were suddenly no longer allowed in (there is no sign on the door prohibiting dogs) and when we asked why, we were completely ignored. We would all have liked to leave straight away, but unfortunately half of our food was already in the oven, so we ate outside by the car instead of on site. They then wanted to deduct twice at the checkout. Incompetent and unfriendly. We will avoid this branch.

Very unfriendly staff. With a dog you were sent out straight away without any explanation. Unfortunately, 3 out of 6 people had already ordered by then, otherwise we would have preferred to go to McDonald's across the street. All further questions were completely ignored by the staff and you were treated like air. Customers apparently don't need this subway. Not recommended!

Unfortunately I have to give one star to be able to rate it at all. I have rarely been served so unfriendly in a subway. The two employees clearly didn't want customers, were unfriendly, didn't really understand German well, there were no or hardly any cookies left (AT LUNCH TIME) and I've never seen the toppings on the sandwiches so carelessly in a Subway. The salad was also visibly no longer fresh, which should have been noticed by the employees. Another customer next to us complained that the fries were no longer fresh, at first she was ignored and then she was not understood due to her lack of knowledge of German. And then paid €35 ​​for it. Thanks, but with this staff I won't be coming back here.

Worst Subway sandwich in a long time. Unfortunately only half of everything was included as usual (2 cucumbers/tomatoes etc on a whole sandwich) and generally just didn't feel like entertaining the guests. Not to mention the fact that at the beginning we were left alone for several minutes in the empty restaurant. Next time I'll go somewhere else.

Our personal experience, which does not necessarily reflect the average: We wanted to buy two 30cm sub menus on Sunday evening around 9:00 p.m. The employee was sitting at a customer table and playing on his cell phone. When ordering, they said he forgot to prepare bread. There wasn't a single bread available, but I could just wait 20 minutes and then you'd be ready. Are you crazy? Just a quick sorry. The customers after us were also very upset and could only shake their heads. Luckily, a fast food restaurant opposite was able to help out. As a thank you, the clothes still smelled like “Subway”. Thanks for nothing, never again.

You worked a late shift and wanted something to eat... I was there at 10:17 p.m. and then the "dear" employee told me in the rudest tone that there was no more bread. Shop closing time is 11 p.m.!!!! Seriously disappointed with the service. The one in town is the best in Ingolstadt!!!

Guys, if the employees refuse to put more sauce on it or something isn't right, you can just turn around and walk out. Nobody forces you to buy something that doesn't correspond to your wishes. And if there is too little of any ingredient on it, just leave. They will notice for themselves and respond to customer requests accordingly next time

Everything fresh and tasty, fast service

The store has now become really bad. Employees seem totally demotivated and barely understand German. The bread I ordered was out, as was the sauce, waffle fries were only available from the day before (noon at 12:30), and blueberry cookies were no longer available either. One sandwich was totally cold. For something like that you also pay €15 per menu

No onions, dry bread and worst of all not even warmed up. Meat was still fridge cold. Absolute impudence. Not recommended.
