Subway in Ingolstadt

Thank you very much for your order, Saranda Ibraimi. Unfortunately, there was very little to no meat on it. I'm very disappointed that I got bread and salad for €21.98. Subway, you can do better, why such a downgrade? It would be best to find new employees who take their work seriously and don't hold their noses up so high without respect.

Staff and meal are really good.

Where I ate locally, everything went smoothly; the staff was nice and friendly. I paid several times through Lieferando with Klarna, but the page never updated. Each time, after about 45 minutes, I called and asked about my order, and usually they just hung up. They usually said they hadn't received anything from Lieferando. Now I don't know if it has something to do with the Lieferando platform or with the employee or Subway itself. In any case, this Subway only gets 3 stars from me because of the delivery service.

Just have to praise the lovely lady that was slaving completely alone. She somehow managed to hold on insane amount of orders and still be nice👏👏

Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied at all this time! The service was terrible. The lady was rude and very moody, and she didn't listen. A lot of things were swapped between my boyfriend and me.

I saw a cockroach while waiting for my food. It's unacceptable. I'll never visit that place again. 🤮🤢😡

My boyfriend and I ate at Subway today and were more than disappointed. Our subs weren't the best tasting. The meat was cold and unfortunately inedible. My boyfriend got the wrong sauce, and his sauce was also on the outside of my sub. The service was unfriendly and on their phones most of the time. The restrooms weren't clean either. All in all, a very bad place, and we won't be going there again.

I was at this store on June 15th at 5 p.m. The employees (a boy and a girl) were extremely unmotivated and not at all friendly. My sub had almost no filling and tasted only of bread. My girlfriend and I wanted to sit upstairs. The employees said it was closed (there was no one in the store). I'm extremely disappointed, as I've usually always had good experiences with Subway.

Hello, You want to eat here, definitely not this Subway at Milchstraße 7. The employees are unfriendly and, among other things, rude. On top of that, there are mice running back and forth in front of the Subway.

I've been to Subway Ingolstadt several times and have been very satisfied every time. The employees are always friendly, work quickly, and remain calm and attentive even when busy. I particularly like how clean the store is – the counter, tables, and restrooms are always well-maintained. The selection is as large as usual, the vegetables seem fresh, and the bread is well-baked. Special requests are easily accommodated, and even if you have special requests, you don't get annoyed – on the contrary, you feel welcome. For a quick but fresh snack between meals, this location is highly recommended. I'll be happy to come back!

Extremely unfriendly employees. The branch boasts state-of-the-art technology and an automated ordering system that isn't found in other Subway stores. Instead of using this feature as an advantage, the impression is created that service and friendliness are completely neglected. Every time you enter the branch, you get the impression that customers aren't welcome. The employees seem annoyed and disinterested, almost as if they just don't want to serve customers.

We had dinner there today! First impression really great! But then I had to go to the toilets and this business should be ashamed of itself! Such disgusting! The women's toilet was so dirty that it didn't just come from one day! My food was burnt, my baguette was black and my meat inside was so hot that I burned my mouth! Once and never again! The service was ok… was on her cell phone when we came in and was watching reels! We won't be coming back

We ordered through Lieferando and had the experience of dealing with the most incompetent employee there. Because we were missing chicken bites, we called (cost also €6) and were told that this couldn't be the case and a photo was taken. After repeating several times that you hadn't received the goods, even if a photo was taken, they were ignored. The driver then called and said he had two orders but he was sure that ours was the right one. Oh yes, the lady asked us to come to the city center with our private vehicle to pick it up ourselves. I don't know what kind of qualifications are needed to work there, but you should at least acknowledge your mistakes and make amends. But playing dumb obviously helps too. We had to apply for a refund from Lieferando ourselves. Really bad

I ordered through Wolt and paid €5 extra for the reusable salad box packaging (deposit), but didn't receive it. Then I called and the employee said that they didn't have anything like that...he was also pretty arrogant. My question... what did I pay an extra €5 for?...unnormal

I bought three cookies yesterday, no problem. I went back today for the same, waited almost 20 minutes at the counter behind three men, and when they were finished, the single girl behind the counter started waiting on the men behind me. I told her I was there before them and just wanted cookies. She told me it was impossible to order from her and it’s now machine only. This was AFTER I waited so long because I overheard her telling the men in front of me that they could order from her if they wanted. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Modern pre-order machines now cover all the ingredients you can choose?? Funny, right? I would be happy to write you an email if you provide me with an address.

Now order food with the display and then it doesn't work. Card payment didn't work at the next machine either. Cash is only available at the checkout. If you have money with you. 🤣 You don't feel like eating anything anymore and leave. Just ridiculous.

Food very good, as usual from Subway. Service was very, very friendly and attentive. As always, I had chicken teriyaki and it was warm and fresh, so very tasty. This is how people like to go here to eat. Gladly again. Update: As of today, terminals like those at MC are available to order, but this can still be done at the cheese shop. It has its advantages but unfortunately I also think it has a disadvantage. You can see that they were no longer on display on the screen. Otherwise good as always.
