€7.19 for a pile of vegetables on bread that was too dry. If you look hard you can see individual pieces of chicken. The whole thing drowned in thin yogurt sauce! Tuna was out and there was no mayo either. Never again!

We have been going to this Subway restaurant for years and have always been completely satisfied. The quality was great, as was the service and the employees worked routinely, quickly and customer-oriented. What we experienced there today was really bad. The two boys made a face like it was 7 days of rainy weather, the two were incredibly slow and one didn't feel responsible for anything and didn't take us at all... we stood in the branch for a total of almost 30 minutes and the subs were on Ending absolutely loveless and very poorly documented. So we don't know anything like that from the branch on Bismarckstrasse...we were at the branch at 5:55 p.m. and there was nothing going on...

Prices are getting higher, but quality is getting worse. Something is not right. Things like free refill are being eliminated and replaced with bottles.

Was there today at 2 p.m. I have never seen such unmotivated and unfriendly staff. So far everyone there has always been friendly and the subs are great. 2 BMT ordered. Everything was slapped on top. Just went by number. But you could spread these 3 slices each over the whole baguette or just put everything on top so that there were only 2 flavors on the front and back after placing 1 full hand of jalapenos and 1 hand of olives on top. I was the only one in the store. It wasn't a business. I don't need anything like that anymore.

Simply quick and great. Sometimes a little more commitment from the MA could be expected. But there is nothing wrong with this view.

Onion with root, salad with root, tomato also waste... Wasn't there for a year and won't be back for the next few years either..thanks for nothing 👍🏽 PS what you shouldn't forget, the prices have of course been increased 😂

Was there this morning October 18th, 2024. The ladies there are very unfriendly, the lady plays with her nose outside without washing her hands and starts serving and is disrespectful People stay away from the store.

Very unfriendly staff, kind of anti-social. This morning the ladies were there rushing and didn't even wash their hands and started serving straight away.

Just been there 9:50 p.m. on 4/7/24. Our order of 7 subs (4 15cm 3 30cm subs) was rejected. Because they don't make such large orders anymore, you have to call in advance, then one of the 15cm subs that we wanted to take with us was made as a 30cm sun. After we pointed this out to him, he said, I can separate. That didn't happen. It was then billed as 15cm sub which meant we paid more. In addition, the desired pre-order was not possible in the app and nowhere was it mentioned that you should call

Went to the restaurant today, April 5th, 2024 at around 10:15 p.m. The first thing we were told was "We're out of bread" (Open until 00:00) After a little digging, We basically got leftovers. Ok so far. I sit down, came the next cheek. According to the boss, you are no longer allowed to sit down an hour before closing time. What's that about? You want to eat a little something in peace after a long day and you are welcomed like that. By the way, this isn't the first time. After a discussion and back and forth, we sat down and ate. But it was anything but pleasant. The great thing was that the guests after us were not greeted with the sentence “We have no more bread.” Suddenly they had bread or what?! It's very clear that the employees didn't want to stay in the store for a second longer and that's why no bread was baked. One thing is for sure, I won't come back here until there are hard-working employees here!

03/22/24 wanted to get food at around 8 p.m. when three (!) employees were sitting outside and said they had a break and wouldn't be able to serve us for another 20 minutes. Very strong service 😅

Huge compliment to the nice Celina who does her work really well, is totally friendly and provides really great service and does her work with a lot of love. We were very happy and always happy. Many Subway employees can learn a lesson. #nohateanallemployees

Store in Siegen Weidenau: Your employees are extremely friendly and mostly in a good mood. We also think the quality of the subs is very good and we really enjoy going there. The subs are made with love, you can taste it❤️

Such a disaster... the saleswoman yelled at me because I had the subway app and wanted to choose an offer and she didn't want to sell it to me for the third time. NEVER AGAIN... I'd rather go to Subway Siegen.

A cozy little sandwich cabin. I like to come here every now and then to eat. The only thing I could describe negatively is the busy road, but that would be an unfair criticism. I recommend a visit.

Food top as always. The Italian B.M.T with the 4 sauce combination Honey Mustard, BBQ Sauce, Sweet Onion and Chipotle Southwest was great. Thanks to the nice gentleman in front of me who recommended the combination to me 😀👍

Find sensible workers. I went there with my wife specifically to get something to eat, but unfortunately it was very uncomfortable because a subway employee invited their friends to the restaurant on Saturday and just chilled there and discussed loudly, which was unpleasant and cheeky for us. Simply outrageous

The quality of the SUB itself has seriously declined. The staff... Oh man, I can't think of much. One bag was unfriendly and only made you stressed about whether you had made a decision (the shop was otherwise empty). The other one didn't know what to do and what not to do, and the third one in the group just hangs on her cell phone and blocks the whole time... It was the last time for a very, very long time...

Essen wie immer super Die Bedienung ( zwei super freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiterinnen) Die Gefühlt morgens immer zusammen arbeiten,geben ein super Team ab. Beide sind super freundlich und gehen auf Kundenwünsche ein. Ich gehe sehr gerne dort essen.

Super Laden besonders die Mitarbeiter sind überfreundlich. Der Junge Mann Arte... irgendwas war überaus höflich

Der erste und wahrscheinlich auch erstmal der letzte Besuch seit vielen Jahren. Ich stelle mir die Frage, wie man es schaffen kann mit einer personellen Besetzung von zwei Personen und keinem starken Andrang nicht den Bereich für die Zubereitung ordentlich zuhalten. Dennoch zwei Sterne für die Freundlichkeit. Zum Essen an sich... Der Geschmack ist in Ordnung meine aber die Qualität wäre früher besser gewesen. Ebenso das preisliche Angebot. Über 10 Euro für ein Baguette das hat schon was. Mit Getränk liegt man dann schnell bei fast 15 Euro. Dafür bekomme ich woanders sicherlich was besseres. Aber wie immer.... GESCHMACKSSACHE :-)

Essen war gut, alles recht frisch. Sogar 2 Veggie Alternativen. Mitarbeiter waren allerdings sehr langsam, das war früher mal anders. Das neue Design wirkt zwar hochwertig aber auch ein wenig kalt.

Ein kleiner Laden aber das Team ist freundlich und macht auch Mal einen kleinen Spaß mit. Wenn ich in der Nähe bin muss ein leckeres Subway sein. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Freundlich und nett, essen schmeckt. Das Glutenfreie Brot ist oft nicht mehr da. Und die Klimaanlage knallt einem beim bestellen direkt in den Nacken 🥶 vielleicht kann der Besitzer hier ja zwei der vier Öffnungen abkleben, dann ist es angenehmer zu bestellen

Am 13. Mai 2023 war ich im Subway drin. Mich haben 3 nette Subway Mitarbeiter bedient. Die 3 waren sehr nett und höflich und konnten mich zu allen Sachen beraten. Der Laden ist sehr Sauber gewesen und gepflegt. Top Essen !

Ich bin bereits seit einigen Jahren von Subway dauerhaft positiv überrascht. Diese Filiale steht in meiner Umgebung im Vergleich zu anderen Filiale am bereits am längsten. Das Personal war bisher stets professionell, freundlich & zuvorkommend. Es gab nie Schwierigkeiten mit dem Service oder dem Essen.

Das Personal verhält sich dermaßen unprofessionell, dass ich schon vor der Bestellung überlegte den Laden zu verlassen. Ich weiß, dass oft Minijobber hinter der Theke stehen, aber Leute das ist Arbeit und kein Zirkus!

Personal sehr freundlich. Essen gut. Damit das Personal entspannter arbeiten kann, sollte die Theke höher sein. Das es keine SB-Getränkestation mehr gibt ist ein großer Minuspunkt.

1h vor Ladenschluss sollten die Angestellten noch nicht über bereit stehende Staubsauger klettern müssen, um das Essen zuzubereiten

Es gibt im Dezember vor dem Subway frisch geschlagene Weihnachtsbäume. Ein leckeres Essen im Subway rundet die ganze Sache ab.

Der Mitarbeiter war nicht so der hellste, nachdem ich 3 mal gefragt hab welches Brot es gibt und keine Antwort bekam hab ich dann irgendeins bekommen, Nachdem seine „Kumpels“ dann noch kamen war es dann komplett vorbei. 2 Sterne gibt es nur weil die Kollegin auf Zack war.

Sehr nette mitarbeiter, sub war extra gefüllt, alles frische zutaten, vorallem die salzige weiße spezialsoße schmeckt sehr gut zusammen mit den tomaten und salat.

Selten so einen guten Service erlebt wie heute. Die zwei Herren waren wirklich sehr motiviert und haben ihren Job klasse ausgeführt. Würde den Laden jederzeit wieder besuchen und ihn auch weiterempfehlen.

Super Subway, ich eohnr hier zwar nicjt in der Gegend, doch war schon in virlen Subways und dieser gehört zu ab heute definitiv zu mrinen Favoriten. Die beiden jungen Herren an der Bedienung waren auch sehr nett und das Essen hat, wie nicht anders zu erwarten, sehr gut geschmeckt!
