If I could give the service 0 stars, I would. We weren't greeted or said goodbye to, nor were we politely asked what we'd like. There was no communication before or after. Eyes were rolled at simple questions and the employee made mistakes. I won't be going to this store again if this employee is working there. Some employees should seriously reconsider their job choices.

Yesterday I had a very, very friendly and courteous employee on site. The food was very fresh and delicious. The shop was very clean. Would eat there again

The service is very unfriendly and doesn't make the sub look appetizing. The meat tasted very old and the sub didn't taste good either. The tables were not clean.

Waited over 2 hours for food which was supposed to arrive after 40 minutes. I've ordered there several times, unfortunately the times have never been adhered to, but it was still easy to order food from there. I am aware that due to the large number of orders it may take longer. But waiting 2 hours for a baguette like that is an extremely long time. It doesn't taste fresh anymore and has definitely been passed around for a while or has been lying around for a while. That will be the last time. Very disappointing

Friendly, clean, and always exactly what you ordered. And most importantly: no stinginess with the sauce 👍

The operators are really friendly. It was there again a week later. Maybe Subway isn't as bad as they say. I had sub of the day and a 5 biscuit voucher.

I was there with vouchers for my children, but since the children weren't there, they didn't want to redeem the vouchers. Then I'll happily spend my money elsewhere

I sat there and was really sad. Then Darius came and saved my day! The ambience is also great.

Update February 9, 2025: A wait of over 30 minutes to order because there was only one employee present really annoyed us. Otherwise everything was good. ......... With the new owners, new life seems to have come into this shop. The staff were friendly, the food was good. We were very satisfied.

We always enjoyed eating there and ordered 3 large sandwiches 4 slices of turkey 3 slices of cheese And 3 pieces of tomatoes on the sandwich And you pay over €10 so first of all we don't eat there anymore

We've always had very tasty food, but unfortunately we found ourselves standing in front of closed doors today, even though the shop was supposed to be open for over half an hour. Two employees stand in the store grinning, with the display still full, and when asked why it is already closed, they say: “due to sick leave.” Unfortunately it was incomprehensible since there was usually only one employee there at a time and neither of them seemed particularly ill. It's a shame, but apparently they closed early for cleaning.

Subway stop! The taste and quality is like in other branches. You can't say much about the staff because they come and go and everyone has a different attitude to the work there.

The dog can park perfectly. I'm allowed to come and everyone is friendly. Come every week. Unfortunately, people don't take part in old campaigns; Krefeld is more open.
