Absolutely changing times when it comes to this store! I used to like coming here because you could get a sandwich that was also filling! Today, really a joke! Please say more and get a few crumbs of everything! Six months ago, a little more, I at least received good service here! Well, savings are being made everywhere, unfortunately here too...

I ordered Subway Palette via Ubereats. The polite man who works there called me and was wondering what that was about. He even called his BOSS because he didn't know what to do, but the BOSS doesn't even answer his cell phone, nor does management! I felt so sorry for him!!! I couldn't cancel the order because I paid via pay. Thank God we found a solution. Thanks again to the polite employee! Another thing you can't do is leave an employee who has only started for 2 months standing alone in a restaurant and NOT even answering the phone, that's a disgrace! For the love with the worker there are 2 stars but only because of him!! Please also deactivate the things that don't exist via ubereats! It works! Thank you!

Overall, my visit to Subway was okay, but with a few drawbacks. The front of the store is fine, and the employees are friendly and accommodating, as you would expect from Subway. The sandwiches were freshly made and tasted solid, exactly what you would expect from a typical Subway. However, the back area of ​​the store, particularly the toilets, is in a very dilapidated condition. This significantly spoiled the overall impression. There should definitely be some renovations here and more attention paid to cleanliness to make the experience more pleasant.

29.01.24, 17 Uhr da gewesen. Neue, überforderte und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter bekommen gar nichts gebacken. Käse vergessen, angelogen, ob die Subway Card eingescannt wurde (wurde sie nicht, hab ich dann im Nachhinein gemerkt) und auch sonst keinerlei Kommunikationsfähigkeit. Vor allem der Typ, der noch nicht mal richtig Deutsch konnte, hatte so absolut gar keinen Bock auf Arbeiten. Anscheinend sind Leute, die diesen Job machen wollen Mangelware, sonst würde man nicht solche einstellen. Meine Empfehlung: es gibt genug andere Subways in Gießen, geht lieber zu den anderen. Überall besser als hier!

The employee (mid 40s tall) was so unfriendly and annoyed. We rarely get anything, but something like yesterday wasn't possible. First he ignored us for five minutes and placed the baguettes on trays with his bare hands. After my daughter was still a bit undecided, the annoyed looks began to appear... so the first part was already done, the baguettes were carelessly thrown onto the shovels for the oven, when I asked about onions and rocket, I was told off, it was busy, there's nothing left... okay Well, I accept it, but you definitely won't do good business with this tone... and the baguettes (10 minute drive) were ice cold, a shame ☹️

Does not fully participate in the reward program from the Subway app. If you want to use vouchers, you have to pre-order in the app. You can't redeem it spontaneously in a restaurant, although you could basically set it up for collection in the cash register, but the button was grayed out (I was actually allowed to take a look at the cash register display). Absolute impudence, artificial harassment and making fun of the customer. Until something changes here, I won't go there anymore!

I ordered through Lieferando, food only arrived after 2 hours, cold and inedible. Unfortunately, I was a Subway customer for a long time, but I'll never deliver again and when I spoke to the employee over the phone, I was assured that the food would arrive warm. It's no shame Recommendation

Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse. When I wanted to order, I would have preferred to walk out without a sub. The entire counter was dirty and the cheese and meat were strangely discolored...as if they were no longer good. The meat in the sub was completely cold even though it was in the oven and it wasn't rolled up, just slapped onto the tray so that everything fell out before I even started eating. The flies were sitting on the food and when I opened the trash can I also came across flies, especially at this time of year. For all the fun, €11 without a drink...an absolute disgrace and therefore no longer worth a visit for me.

We were there today and were actually a bit horrified. The two ladies there left the store TOGETHER with six customers to go and have a smoke. Nobody else was there. A no-go to simply ignore a store. After smoking, people didn't make a lot of phone calls. They ended up chatting inside instead of filling the counter. So we didn't know if there were still cookies etc. available to buy. Either way, we wouldn't have been able to buy more because the ladies were standing outside and couldn't have seen it. That really doesn't work. However, the food was very tasty. Just a little expensive for what you get.

It was my first time in this Subway branch and unfortunately it will also be my last time. I have rarely seen an employee in such a bad mood. No greeting or farewell, hardly any communication and in a bored and mumbled way that I barely understood her. Sorry, but people don't feel welcome there. And for that money I can get a delicious kebab almost next door - at least that way I'll be full.
