First of all, the service was friendly! Once again, unfortunately, Sub is not so good compared to the nearby subway directly in Wolfsburg. Thinly topped and an extra shot of sauce costs extra. After refusing, I was kindly informed that “we” are in the system catering industry and that 3 stripes are required. Unfortunately I only know this from this Subway location. I have never - anywhere in the world - had to pay for an extra splash of sauce at Subway. With only 3 selected ingredients, I just wanted a little bit of flexibility. I won't be coming back - in Wolfsburg City the service, the quality and the surface are noticeably different...

It's always closed and Google Map says it's open and they make excuses. What's that supposed to mean? I've never seen anything like this in my life

The service here is great, everything is done with a lot of humor and friendliness, and the food is prepared with recommendations. Great store👍🏻

I went to the store and was almost overwhelmed by the heat there. No air conditioning. Bad for staff and also for the food. The staff was at least friendly. The sanitary facilities are unisex and run down. The wait for the food was longer than usual at Subway. It was also clearly visible that hardly any lettuce was put on the subs. Very unfortunate.

The shop was pretty dirty, napkins on the floor, not a single table was really clean, and every dish drop-off point was overcrowded. We had to wait over 20 minutes and there was no one in front of us. It can't be that customers outside the home are prioritized. All in all it was a bad experience for the money. More emphasis should be placed on customers in the store. There were 4 employees on site, at least one could sweep and wipe the tables.

Was in the subway today, November 7th, 2024 at 5 p.m. I had to witness how a heavily pregnant woman was insulted by an employee. Waiting time is enormous here compared to other branches.

There's a little waiting time, but that's normal at Subway, otherwise it's tasty and fresh, nice people, it's clean, it's fine :) It's a shame there's no Meat Ball Sub

Good subway. The prices are ok for Subway and there are enough seats. Apparently it's always clean here.

It's October 29th. Around 7:15 p.m., we enter the subway and are greeted neither friendly nor unfriendly. It just said: What can it be? The listlessness was etched into the two young women's faces. Before the subs were even in the oven, we were pressured into paying as quickly as possible. There were only very short and concise questions, such as: What else should I add? That's all? You felt 0.0% welcome. Once we had our subs, we found out why. The two employees had turned into customers and were eating at a table themselves. So it was obvious that they wanted to eat quickly and didn't feel like serving us. My recommendation: replace staff immediately :-)

I was there today and it was by far the best Subway I've been to so far because the employee was just super nice, the atmosphere is very pleasant and the food was just great. This will be my regular place from now on.

Small, fine shop at the bus station. Clean atmosphere and the colleague was very friendly and professional. The northernmost subway in Hamburg. Unfortunately. The product was great as always. Thanks. Today in October 2024 I was at Heegbarg again, the Subway colleague was alone in the restaurant and handled everything in a calm and friendly manner. Class . thank you for your work.
