Subway in Marburg

This subway is pure chaos. The employees are very unfriendly and the store is very run down. Not recommended!

Dealing with customers and eating is a mess... It's not possible to lean on food with your arm or throw the toppings through the counter!! Tables are not washed after the visit… an absurdity! The food was delicious but I can’t recommend the visit…

That was definitely my last visit here. - In front of the counter there is a stand with subs (without price labeling, legally inadmissible), the Legendary Teriyaki PlantBased (ready assembled - no customization possible) then cost 11.80 euros instead of 11.20 euros for the freely configurable version. This cheaper alternative was not mentioned to me. - Service and approach beyond good and bad. - Prices are excessive anyway, but that applies to the entire chain. - Sad...

The cooperation between the employees is terrible. The tone in front of the customers is not working at all. Well, cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. Ingredients that accidentally end up on the sub are taken down and thrown back into the container. Sry but that doesn't work.

But it tastes good, very unfriendly staff and the food was simply "slapped".

Unfriendly service There is no customer orientation I had been looking forward to Subways all day and said what I wanted However, something different was done as ordered. When you asked people about it, they just made fun of you Then I left the store

We were in the store this evening. The waitress was super nice and asked if the gloves should be changed to serve the veggie subs, which I found super attentive! It was clean and the subs were well stocked. One point deducted because the toilets are really getting old and are reminiscent of a Netflix thriller.

The whole place is completely outdated, the toilets don't work at all, the service is bad, the employees ask each other what to do, it takes far too long.

The food was very tasty but it was really hot in the shop.

I've never experienced anything so disgusting! There is no such thing as hygiene! The totally unkempt staff has no place there! The sub is swimming in the sauce.🤦🏻 Not edible! And the absolute highlight when I and my better half were no longer hungry... a Sub employee seriously cut the hair of a homeless person in front of the shop... So probably during working hours... disgusting... Wouldn't even give one star!!!

Incredibly hot in there, it's cool outside and yet it's so hot and stuffy inside, you can't stand it for a minute. An unreasonable expectation for customers and employees

It's a poverty that after eating you have to go somewhere else to eat because you can't get anything there

Absolute disaster, the staff is underground. The cart with the fresh baguette is pushed from A to B with the shoes, the shoes on the baguette. People gossip about customers who have left the store.

Unhygienic, stroppy and unfriendly. Customers are obviously and loudly gossiped about.

Unashamed to no end, we didn't understand you on the phone, the employee just hung up, ordered online, arrived at the store at the specified time, nothing was ready, and the old one made a fool of you and told you that you hadn't ordered anything at all, after showing you what you had already paid for They then said someone had taken the order, incredibly dirty in the store, very unfriendly person, I definitely won't be coming back here!

Thanks to Diana, Antony and Jeremy for the great atmosphere, good advice and fast service. We have rarely felt so comfortable in a subway.

Very disappointing and disgraceful! • The large portion of Waffle Fries, for €3.40, was absolutely outrageous!! (unfortunately saw it too late, otherwise they would have gone back) Originally I ordered potato bites, but I was simply given waffle fries and was only asked afterwards if this was okay. • In the middle of the day, an employee walks behind the counter with a full fly screen/fly trap, which makes the employees smile... you don't want to see that while eating... just disgusting. • The employees were new and had to ask each other simple things that they still couldn't answer. In addition, these took a very long time. • Extra requests like cheese on the daily sub are not possible and you couldn't change the bread either. Also not possible for an additional charge.

This is the worst subway ever!! Employees wipe the sweat from their foreheads and then proceed to make your sub, are not friendly at all, the place is dirty and the sub stays warm for at most 1 minute once it comes out of the oven! I'd rather drive all the way to Subway in Gießen before I ever eat there again 🤮

Unfriendly and disrespectful employees who make fun of customers instead of helping them. The waitress is talking to his family members and the guest is not being noticed! As a guest you felt rather disruptive and everything was done to ensure that the customer left the store as quickly as possible. The family discussions must continue...

Subway is the best fast food restaurant anywhere

Absolutely horror you order a menu and pay 3 half subs.... Then the staff argues instead of serving.. No system in service.... Bagett not cut mmm The store is bomb full... I won't go here again

I'll have to change my review again. I work in retail and know how annoying customers can be. I also know that this can all be quite stressful, but the customer is king. I won't let anyone tell me what to name the ingredients or how to top my sub. Also, it's really unprofessional to approach staff in the customer room... The sub was good. The service mediocre.

If you want extra things at this branch you are told: "No, not actually possible, the sub is made the way it is written there." Then you mention that you are happy to pay for the additional ingredients and then they are simply ignored. Furthermore, there are staff at the checkout who loudly announce that they are tired of it and want to go home. Absolutely crazy!

The food was a basic sub but I found it very disrespectful that a woman with a piercing told my friends that they smelled because they were wearing perfume. Unfortunately it wasn't just a comment, but the lady said several times that it was disgusting to smell like that.

I always think it's good for a quick takeaway meal. Not necessarily something for eating on site for me.

The male employee doesn't go at all. What a humble way to treat his colleague who only wanted to help him!

Ich finde Subway normaler Weise sehr gut, doch hier war es wirklich schlecht. Die Bedienung war unfreundlich und hat die ganze Zeit mit den Kunden gestritten. Eine Person vor mir wollte eine Zutat nicht haben, das hat er einfach verweigert. Auf meinem Sub war die falsche Soße und die Kartoffelwedges waren kalt und labbrig. Kein Wunder, sie wurden auch nur in die Mikrowelle gestellt. Insgesamt finde ich Subway sehr gut, aber diese Filiale würde ich nicht empfehlen.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Leider sehr viel Dreck zwischen den Lebensmittelfächern. Personal wirft mit einem derartigen unterton und Beschimpfenden wörtern umsich. Erste und letzte mal bei den heiopeis. Ein einziger mit leicht migrantischem slang war mir sympathisch und war freundlich.

Subway ist gut, leider kein Refill

Gut, war aber auch besser. Die Sanitäranlagen sind echt schlimm.

Wir wurden freundlich und geduldig bedient. Alles wurde gut erklärt. Es war viel los und dennoch wurde zügig gearbeitet. Geschmeckt hat es wie immer sehr gut.

Super freundliche Bedienung, hatte zumindest noch niemanden der mich Unfreundlich bedient hat, das Arbeitstempo ist hin und und wieder mal etwas gemütlich bzw langsam🤷‍♂️😕 an manchen Tagen läuft es allerdings auch sehr schnell und zügig, es kommt wohl doch eher aufs Personal an. Essen ist generell Top, alles frisch 😘

Im Grunde ein Subway wie jeder andere auch. Noch nie Probleme mit dem Essen gehabt, alles schmeckt gut und ist frisch. Ich habe bisher nur schnelle und freundliche Mitarbeiter dort erlebt. Sauberkeit im Laden könnte noch verbessert werden, daher 1 Stern abzug.

Essen war bisher immer sehr gut aber es ist schon sehr oft vorgekommen das die Angestellten sehr gestresst wirken wenn mal ein paar mehr Leute im Laden sind. Leider sind die Angestellten dann auch oft im Umgang mit den Kunden nicht mehr wirklich freundlich und man fühlt sich nicht mehr Willkommen sondern eher als würde man die Mitarbeiter stören.

Die Mitarbeiter beschäftigen sind lieber mit sich selbst, die Sandwiches schmecken nicht. Früher war das mal ein echt netter Laden, aber hier läd nichts zum wiederkommen ein!

Gebt Daniel eine Gehaltserhöhung der Mann ist einfach Mitarbeiter des Monats. Gruß und Kuss an der Stelle an seine Schwester

Hatten jeweils Sub des Tages . Wir kamen direkt vorm Feierabend. Die Mitarbeiter haben unser Essen routiniert und gut zubereitet und trotz später Stunde noch gute Laune verbreitet. Subs waren lecker.

Unfreundlicher und ungeduldiger Mitarbeiter, den seine Arbeit offensichtlich wahnsinnig nervt. Hab ihn noch nie gut gelaunt oder freundlich erlebt.

Sehr lecker und wird direkt vor deine Auge frisch zubereitet. Besuch empfehle ich sehr gerne weiter.

Das Sandwich war sehr gut. Preislich na ja, halt schon teurer aber ist ja jetzt überall so. Nur schade das man nicht sitzen konnte und Händewaschen nach dem Verzehr vor der Tür, ist auch nicht. Echt schade.

Der Sub war wie immer sehr lecker. Aber mir fehlt es an einer Sitzgelegenheit im Außenbereich das wäre ein Traum…

Perfekter Subway. Nette und flotte Mitarbeiter.

Es gibt 4 Sterne - Qualität des Essens sehr gut - Mitarbeiter die nicht konzentriert bei der Arbeit gewesen sind. Das ist allerdings nur eine Momentaufnahme daher wohlwollende 4 Sterne.

Eat fresh ... die Subway-Filiale kommt diesem Claim nach. Bin immer wieder gerne dort.
