First of all, the service was friendly! Once again, unfortunately, Sub is not so good compared to the nearby subway directly in Wolfsburg. Thinly topped and an extra shot of sauce costs extra. After refusing, I was kindly informed that “we” are in the system catering industry and that 3 stripes are required. Unfortunately I only know this from this Subway location. I have never - anywhere in the world - had to pay for an extra splash of sauce at Subway. With only 3 selected ingredients, I just wanted a little bit of flexibility. I won't be coming back - in Wolfsburg City the service, the quality and the surface are noticeably different...

The fact that the only employee is in such a good mood given the workload cannot be overstated. At lunchtime (or even all day???) she constantly works alone while 10-20 customers wait at the front door - unreasonable!! The owner doesn't seem to be doing anything about it either. The food tastes (system catering) like at any Subway, the prices are exorbitant (also like at any Subway) when there are no voucher promotions. But the store is clean, large and easily accessible with plenty of parking.

I was at the subway on a Sunday around 5 p.m. The time of day was therefore not a rush hour and the store was relatively quiet. When you walked in, you as a customer had a strange feeling because no one was talking to you. Two girls were in front, a colleague was in the back. No greeting/nothing. After about two minutes you received a quiet signal that it was about to start. After a total of five minutes you were served in an annoyed manner. The subs were ordered regularly. There wasn't much effort with meat etc. The classic route for the vegetables was apparently a little strenuous for the employee. My friend asked kindly if there was any salad left. Then came a stroppy answer that it was my sub's turn first. She then went to the back and got a bowl of lettuce, which fell into the other containers. She invested time in getting the leaves in question from the other containers, which is why a certain amount of time has passed. Basically solid, but as a customer it's unfortunately tiring to wait again because of that. Especially since it was easy to get to the ingredients. Everything was filled and my extra request for more sauce was accepted - unfortunately, as a customer, I was once again left with an unpleasant feeling. As we all know, looks speak more than a thousand words. The finale came with the payment. The app with the scan code did not work straight away. The employee said (again) in a questionable tone that I should just make my screen brighter. It worked, a voucher was also redeemed. Afterwards you were happy to be out again. Conclusion: The sub was good. Unfortunately we had to throw away the cookies because they were too hard/dark. (Everyone knows the typical cookies, unfortunately they weren't like that.) All in all, visiting this store “only” for takeaway was a unique experience. My girlfriend and I work in customer service ourselves and were shocked by the behavior of the two girls. They felt like they were standing on their feet more than knowing what they were doing. The service is extremely bad and I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Small note: I'm not an over-30-year-old who gets upset over little things, but you can still expect decency, respect and politeness at any age - especially when it comes to serving customers. I'd rather go to Gifhorn, where I get a much better feeling.

We went to this Subway about a week ago. We paid €35 ​​for two 30cm subs with drinks and cookies. The price is a catastrophe, especially when you consider that extreme savings were made on both subs. For me, only 4 caramelized onions were spread on the sub. We also saved on lettuce, tomatoes and all other toppings. I also can’t recommend the Philly Supreme Sub. The taste of this is okay, but you can't top it however you want, that means no lettuce, tomatoes or anything else. I think that goes against the actual business idea. So you pay 14.95 for a sub that you can't even use yourself and that saves money everywhere. If you then want another drink you quickly end up at €18-19. The bread was also very crusty and dry. We won't go to Subway anymore. You can make this cheaper and tastier at home.

I hadn't been there for many years but then decided to get married again. The first 3 times it was OK, the fourth time I picked it up I got completely the wrong sub. Of course I only noticed it when I got home, but I should have asked directly when I noticed that the employee was a bit confused because two different subs had been pre-ordered to pick up. As a little tip, there are pens that you can use to write on things ;-)

45 minutes before the end... 2 plus half... (without meat) where the 2 was 50% cheaper because of happy hour... and still paid almost 30 euros! That's just too much for one full sandwich!!! After paying I had to pay for the extra avocado cream, no one said it was an "extra"... everything was cordoned off upstairs, there was a toilet for everyone! Overall, only conditionally recommended...

We have eaten at Subway Heinenkamp very often. We noticed that when you order food to pick up, the contents are much less! Just because you're not there and can't see what and how much is being put into it doesn't mean you're ripping off customers for so much money! It's a disgrace to act like this! For 24€ sandwiches you expect a little more content and not just more lettuce leaves and not responding to the customer's wishes is also cheeky!

We had pre-ordered food via the Subway website at 10:40 a.m. On site we found out that the restaurant only opens at 11 a.m. The staff, who weren't particularly friendly, forced us to open the door and said that this wasn't even possible... our confirmation proved the opposite, so there had to be an error in the system. The staff said there was nothing they could do yet and that you should try again around 11:20 a.m. (even though it opens at 11 a.m.?!) or you could cancel the order and it would be refunded via Paypal. We had canceled the order. After no cancellation was reported in the afternoon, we contacted us by phone. We were told we hadn't gotten around to it yet but we're doing it straight away. Unfortunately nothing happened 2 weeks later so we had to open a case via Paypal... very poor performance

Der junge Mann, der uns die letzten Male bedient hat, war höflich und sehr freundlich, ist auf alle Wünsche eingegangen und hat gut beraten (App, Rabatt). Die Musik ist inzwischen nicht mehr so laut. Die Tische stehen immer noch recht eng, was akzeptabel ist, wenn nicht so viel Betrieb ist. Leider wirkt das Ambiente dieses Restaurant immer kühl und uneinladend. Schade. An den Subs gab es nichts auszusetzen.

Der sauberste, professionellste und bestausgestattete Subway in der gesamten Region BS/WOB. Servicepersonal freundlich, auf Zack bzgl. des Sortiments und bei Sonderwünschen fehlt ebenfalls nichts. Wartezeiten sehr angenehmen, außer man kommt zur Primetime, wenn in einigen umliegenden Betrieben Mittagspause ist. Wäre der Franchisenehmer in BS unterwegs, würde er die beiden anderen, dort ansässigen, Filialen mit großem Abstand schlagen.

Ich besuche gern Subway-Restaurants. Aber das was ich hier immer erlebe, ist wirklich anstrengend. Heute zum Beispiel waren 5!!!!!! Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke und standen sich selbst im Wege. Es musste anscheinend eine Lieferung bearbeitet werden. Mit mir waren 2 weitere Gäste im Laden. Es interessierte sich wirklich niemand für uns. Irgendwann wurden wir bedient. So ein unstrukturiertes Team habe ich noch nie erlebt. Man musste schon fast lachen, weil es derart langsam und konfus zuging. Es ist im Übrigen nicht das erste Mal, dass man hier ewig wartet. Essen und Freundlichkeit waren in Ordnung, aber Tempo und Struktur sollte das Team dringend verbessern.

Zuerst dachten wir na toll griff ins Klo da das halbe SUB vom Kind Knüppelhart teilweise war,aber nachdem es erst hieß muss bei dem Brot so sein wurde uns dann doch ein neues GROSSES SUB gemacht.Zusätzlich haben sie beiden Kindern noch je einen Keks spendiert. Halt ein Subway. Dort gibt es das was für die Kette üblich ist. Die Filiale ist sauber und recht groß. Man kann draußen, unten oder oben sitzen. Draußen ist halt der Parkplatz vom Mediamarkt mit ständigem Verkehr.

Das Essen ist frisch. Zu den Hauptverkehrszeiten muss man etwas Geduld mit bringen. Seid Corona ist die obere Etage leider nicht mehr benutzbar, so dass etwas wenig Sitzplätze vorhanden sind. Bei gutem Wetter kann man auf der Terrasse platz nehmen. Die Servierer folgen den Anweisungen, könnten aber an mancher Stelle motivierter wirken. Ansonsten ist das Personal freundlich.

Leider mehrfach eine Chance gegeben aber der schlechteste Subway in der Umgebung. Es wird an allem gespart. Ein so mager mit Gemüse belegten Sub habe ich selten gesehen. Auch nach der Aufforderung einfach nochmal bisschen drauf zu legen wurde ein kleines Eisbergsalat Blättchen draufgelegt. Da das alle Verkäufer systematisch in diesem Laden machen gehe ich davon aus dass es eine Anweisung gibt das so zu machen. Ansonsten in dieser Filiale chronisch unterbesetzt. Sitzmöglichkeiten auch nur noch sehr eingeschränkt.

Bisher das schlechteste Supway welches ich besucht habe. Hier gehen die Sandwich verbrannt zum Gast, Hygienemaßnahmen werden nicht eingehalten und wenn man den Wunsch äußert ein nicht so verbranntes zu bekommen wird man auch noch von oben herab belächelt. Wirklich schade, denn eigentlich kenn ich es anders. Hier sieht mich sicherlich keiner mehr.

Unzufrieden, die Wartezeit ist manchmal endlos. 20min sind meist normal. Ich finds auch uncool das die Mitarbeiter gezwungen werden Masken zu tragen bei der Wärme. The staff doesn't speak German and is absolutely unfriendly and bored. I ordered a sub and toasties, and the employee didn't even know what toasties were or how to top them and then had to ask a colleague who then put the wrong toppings on them. There was supposedly no salt/pepper for the sub, which was brought from behind after several requests. Unfortunately, the subway in the city center is now complete rubbish for us and we only go to the one in heinekamp, ​​at least there are competent employees there.
