We ordered via Lieferando, unfortunately the food was EXTREMELY late. (2 hour delivery time, 30-40 minutes were announced). The food was at least somewhat warm and palatable. Unfortunately, Cookie was forgotten, but the delivery person was at least friendly and apologized for the delay.

Opened during the cathedral consecration, only to close again afterwards. Disappointing that apart from this the branch has been closed for months.

I ordered a plant-based chicken teriyaki but unfortunately I was served normal meat. I ordered via the app so I didn't have a chance to see it being prepared. So I couldn't eat it, which was a shame

I got a Sub Taco Fiesta today. The saleswoman didn't even point out to us that an ingredient wasn't available and when we asked if she had forgotten it, she said "we don't have it, it's all". Instead of giving a discount or something else, she didn't make any objections. I find this very outrageous, especially given the price of 7 euros.

The service was truly excellent, especially thanks to the friendly and professional store manager S.U. She made the experience even better. The team was attentive, quick and implemented all requests perfectly. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, just as you would hope. Definitely one of the best Subway stores I've visited!

Unfortunately, vouchers have not been accepted since the change of ownership. Although it says online that coupons are accepted, it says on site: vouchers are not valid and app vouchers do not work. In addition, the entire staff was replaced. Unfortunately, Click&Collect is no longer available since the change. How come? It was a really useful thing.
