We ordered via Lieferando, unfortunately the food was EXTREMELY late. (2 hour delivery time, 30-40 minutes were announced). The food was at least somewhat warm and palatable. Unfortunately, Cookie was forgotten, but the delivery person was at least friendly and apologized for the delay.

The lady on counter not costumer friendly. But male worker was very friendly.

I would prefer not to give any points for the service and food. My sub was cut and topped so poorly that it fell apart and you couldn't eat it. I pointed this out to the employee (young lady with curls) and asked her to give me a new one. There were some customers there and I was told I had to wait for the others to finish. I didn't understand it at all. So I couldn't eat with my companion. After I waited 10 minutes, a new one was made for me. No apology or anything. I then asked her that this was not a service and that she could have apologized. I was then laughed at and a forced “sorry that a small piece fell off” came from her. In the picture you can clearly see that it is not just one piece. Absolutely unfriendly and not customer oriented. I'll never come here again!

Subway is a good concept in itself and a fast-food alternative to McDonald's. What really spoils everything, however, is the extremely annoyed staff. Yes, they have to ask and say the same thing a hundred times a day, but that's the biggest part of their job. So far, they've gotten everything from rolling their eyes to making annoyed faces if you think about it for two seconds too long. This is extremely condescending, especially for new customers and children who aren't yet familiar with the system. The products are certainly not high-quality, and the vegetables are quite watery. But at least they're better than burgers and the like.

Sehr unhöfliche Bedienung , die mehrmals die Unwahrheit gesagt hat... Und mich somit um ein paar Euro beschissen hat... Hatte vorher extra gefragt wegen Coupon per App einlösen... Also ich dann noch dem Bezahlen nach fragte grinste sie noch frech und sagt oh das hab ich nicht gewusst... So die Leute abzuzocken hat Subway eigentlich nicht nötig ,da sollte man mit den Mädels mal reden... Die Bedienung sieht mich zumindest nie wieder... Frechheit

The environment is not very pleasant, the tables are dirty, the food is not really warm. The staff is friendly, but not particularly welcoming. The prices are actually overpriced - almost 5 euros extra for French fries is a rip off!

The service was truly excellent, especially thanks to the friendly and professional store manager S.U. She made the experience even better. The team was attentive, quick and implemented all requests perfectly. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, just as you would hope. Definitely one of the best Subway stores I've visited!
