I had placed a large order using Uber Eats several days in advance for 7 Subway platters, which I would have needed to feed 30 teenagers. The order was accepted and booked. About 1 hour before the order was supposed to be delivered, I was sent an email saying it was canceled. But I didn't see this email because I was busy with the young people. It is incomprehensible to me that, firstly, it is canceled at such short notice and secondly, there is not even a call. I only noticed the cancellation when the food was about to be delivered. And then quickly finding an alternative for 30 people was almost impossible and resulted in lunch at 4 p.m. I've pre-ordered the records from this Subway several times, but I'll never do that again.

Staff incompetent, on a 30cm sub 4 olives and 10 corn grains. Most of them don't speak German. Unpleasant stay

Subs were tasty and freshly prepared. Employees were nice so far. Unfortunately, they do not participate in the good customer loyalty program. (No vouchers and no app) This is not how you win customers. In addition, the tables were not clean.

Amazing food and pretty good service! Had like 5 orders made but still went fast through the whole process. Little annoying the workers weren’t that good in English, was a little hard to communicate sometimes but all the orders were perfect! Amazing food as always, fresh warm and just delicious! Would recommend (except the foot long cookie, just get regular ones. The regular cookies are amazing 10/10 )

I ordered a simple mixed salad there. Unfortunately, the initially friendly customer service then reached into ingredients unnecessarily, even though everyone else asked beforehand whether they wanted them. I think that's premature, since the goods are touched afterwards...the product was okay, but I won't be eating there again in the future after this experience I don't think it's correct when dealing with the customers and then make suggestions that should be seen as mockery, so they can make fun of themselves, I left the salad with the rest, they should clear it up themselves Won't buy there again...

The shop is very run down. The toilet is really bad. And the employees themselves don't feel like going to the store. Really a shame for the price. I won't come to eat there anymore.

The ingredients are nice and fresh because it's so busy. The location is also very good, but you shouldn't sit inside.

Absolute impudence. Employees too stupid to read orders from the screen, complete order incorrect, food cold. Employees work at a snail's pace, putting on fresh gloves so that they can then touch the touchpad, cash register, etc. while checking out...

Bad management and unfortunately unclean workers

I had the plant based legendary teriyaki sub with mustard sauce and can absolutely recommend it. Even if you eat meat regularly, the plant based versions are incredibly good.
