Subway in Bonn

The first delivery order took over two hours. The driver couldn't identify the delivery and would have forgotten the drinks if I hadn't asked. The cheese I paid for extra wasn't on the sandwich. The second delivery was much faster, but the sandwich was delivered with the wrong sauce and six of the same cookies instead of the ordered assortment. Unfortunately, that was also the last order.

The order was delivered promptly. They also included a few cookies with the order :) I'd be happy to order again!

I order from this Subway regularly and am always very satisfied. The sandwiches are always freshly prepared, the ingredients are crisp and of good quality. I particularly like the fact that my special requests are always reliably fulfilled. Delivery has always been on time, and the food arrives in good condition. I definitely recommend it—I'll be happy to order from here again!

Absolutely outrageous! I went to this Subway branch on Sunday at 10:30 p.m., which, according to the opening hours, was supposed to be open until 11:00 p.m. Nevertheless, I was sent away – with the excuse that they "didn't have any bread left." I could clearly see that there was still plenty of bread left. When I asked, I only received a rude response: They didn't have to give me a reason why they were closing early. No note, no warning, nothing – they just closed, even though they were officially supposed to be open. That's not customer service, it's simply disrespectful. If you don't want to work, you shouldn't be open. That was my last time at this branch.

I'm honestly sorry, but I've honestly never had such an unpleasant employee. I've been there a total of 4-5 times now and every time she's unfriendly and doesn't make any effort at all. I just find it irresponsible and annoying, so I'd rather go to another subway. It's really bad. Not feeling like it is something else, but then feeling outrageous to put in a single French fry is something else. Never again !

Amazing food and pretty good service! Had like 5 orders made but still went fast through the whole process. Little annoying the workers weren’t that good in English, was a little hard to communicate sometimes but all the orders were perfect! Amazing food as always, fresh warm and just delicious! Would recommend (except the foot long cookie, just get regular ones. The regular cookies are amazing 10/10 )

I ordered from them, but I received a completely wrong order. Everything was wrong from start to finish; I received the exact opposite. I had to throw the order in the trash.

Sunday lunchtime, I was the only customer in the store, two service staff behind the counter chatting with each other and not paying any attention to me, even when one of them stood directly opposite me and started preparing a sandwich! Completely ignored, not even said hello. I've actually never experienced anything like that. So this branch apparently doesn't need any income and local customers are also rather annoying. Then please write it down on a piece of paper and hang it outside the door, then we'll know. Incredible.

This branch is too stingy with the ingredients. Then they can give you the bread directly without anything, it wouldn't be a big difference.

I recently ordered 6 whole subs here via Lieferando, these were delivered by Subway itself, not by a Lieferando courier. After a few years of not eating at Subway, there was definitely some anticipation. But then the delivery came: Instead of our 6 whole subs, 6 half subs were delivered, none of which we ordered, so we didn't like them either. In addition, the delivery took 90 minutes and the food was no longer warm. However, after a complaint, the 6 subs we ordered were not finally delivered to us, but only 3 from our order. The whole thing for an order value of over €40, and after another 90 minutes of waiting. So 3 whole subs that were halfway ok, 6 half subs that really didn't taste good at all. So it was a complete disappointment, both taste and service were lacking here. Conclusion: Never again Subway :)

I quite enjoy eating at Subway, but since I didn't get enough beef on a sandwich there, I could have made corned beef toast at home. I would have had more. So there has never been so little on it. Hopefully next time you won't have to remind the waitress.

Great, Subway is back at its old location after the renovation. But the prices have really exploded. A 30 cm sub is now only available from €7.99, in veggi format from €7.19, a really proud price.

To all the praise here: After the renovation (which took a very long time!) everything is still okay. But that will change, at the latest after the employees no longer feel like doing the job due to the stress. It's not for nothing that a free cookie is delivered with every order and that people are begged to please leave a positive review. Maybe think about it.

Delivery via Lieferando worked great. Subs are well topped and arrived still warm. Gladly again!

I ordered through Lieferando, one of the bags was labeled “Bon Appetit :)” and I was also given 3 small cookies. They're little things, but they made today better for me. I will order more often from now on and can only recommend it to you :)

Mitte August im Subway Bonn, Nähe HBF Ehrlich gesagt noch nie so schlecht bei Subway gegessen. So umständlich belegt, so lange gebraucht, soviel hin und her, dass alles kalt war. Viele Brotsorten nicht da. Nur eine winzige Auswahl an Getränken in Flaschen. Bei denen für die Becher alles leer, bis auf nach viel Theater Mineralwasser. Geht einfach nicht.

Eine bodenlose Frechheit! Es gab kein Ketchup

Würde gerne null Sterne Geben! Ab 22:25 bereits geschlossen obwohl er eigentlich bis 23:00 geöffnet sein sollte. Habe daraufhin versucht mit den immernoch arbeitenden Angestellten zu kommunizieren die einfach nur mit dem Kopfschüttelten und mich wegschickten. Armselig

Mitarbeiterin hat mein Sub zubereitet nachdem sie eine Kundin vor mir abkassiert hat. Ohne Handschuhwechsel. Gibt glaube ich nichts ekelhafteres als Geld anzufassen und danach mit den gleichen Handschuhen weiter zu machen. Und hinter ihr leuchtet die ganze Zeit groß "Hygiene wird bei uns großgeschrieben" auf dem fetten LCD. Welch Ironie.

über Lieferando bestellt, leider nicht gesehen, dass ich trotzdem über 30 Minuten warten musste.. die Mitarbeiterin, die heute (25.06.2021) um 13:30 Uhr an der Theke stand, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat mein Sub schnell zubereitet! deswegen hab ich auch etwas mehr in die Trinkgeldbox gelegt. Geschmacklich top! 5 Sterne!

Super Ikea. Keine Anstandspunkte. Masken werden korrekt getragen und Kunden werden darauf aufmerksam gemacht, wenn sie ihre Nase raushängen lassen.

Das war das letzte mal das ich da war. Der neue indisch aussehende "Mitarbeiter " gab so wenig auf s Brot, da schmier ich s mir lieber selber! Um alles musste man kämpfen! Und extra bezahlen. Bei jedem anderen bekommt man normale Portionen, aber bei ihm bin ich direkt danach zum Thailänder! Dieekt unten am Eingang zur U-Bahn. DEN kann ich empfehlen ! Sehr nette Bedienung und Portionen die satt machen.

Nach 20 Uhr lohnt es sich nicht mehr hin zu gehen. Habe ein sub bestellt. Weder gab es das Fleisch noch die Soße die man möchte (bbq) Tüten und Cookies sind ebenfalls nicht vorhanden und die Chance seine subcard einzulösen auch nicht. Dazu verfügt der Laden dann an 20 Uhr auch nicht mehr über Eistee. Kommt nur noch Wasser raus. Müll

Ich habe heute um 19:00 Uhr eine Bestellung per Lieferando aufgegeben. Nach ca 90 Minuten kam der Lieferant mit einer komplett falschen Bestellung an. Ich habe daraufhin das Restaurant telefonisch kontaktiert. Ein Mitarbeiter sagte mir, er rufe seinen Chef an und würde mich sofort zurück rufen. Nach 20 Minuten und ca 20 fehlgeschlagenen Anrufen meinerseits, geht niemand ans Telefon. Nun ist es mehr als einer Stunde her. Das Restaurant schließt jeden Moment und ich habe weder mein Essen, noch habe ich jegliche Auskunft was mit meinem Geld passiert. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich null Sterne geben. Edit: Das Management hat sich bereits gemeldet und die Kosten rückerstattet. Bei der Rückerstattung gab es keine Probleme. Also alles gut.

Der Service war leider nicht gut. Mitarbeiterin konnte nur eine Bestellung auf einmal von Anfang (Brotwahl) bis Ende (Abrechnung) bearbeiten, was nicht schlimm ist, nur anders gewöhnt von anderen Subways... So dauerte das Anstehen ewig. Dann wurde vergessen, Salz und Pfeffer anzubieten (fällt dem Kunden natürlich auch erst beim Reinbeißen auf), abgerechnet, Wechselgeld rausgegeben, nächster Kunde begrüßt und bedient, dabei fehlte das Menü (Getränk, Keks). Immer wieder nachgefragt, was nochmal gerade zubereitet wurde (immer noch dieselbe Mitarbeiterin, die es vor 1 Minute eingepackt hat). Ggf. Einarbeitung, könnte ja mal passieren. Aber dann war nicht genug Wechselgeld in der Kasse und uns wurde gesagt „1ct habe ich leider nicht mehr“, sodass der Preis streng genau um 1ct unterschlagen wurde, uns zu wenig Geld zurückgegeben wurde. Das ist aus professioneller Sicht ein No-Go. Bei allen Kunden im Laden fehlte das Tablett, ggf. Vorsichtsmaßnahme wegen Ansteckungsgefahr? Wurde man aber nicht drüber informiert. Einen Sub in Papier gewickelt auf den nicht ganz sauberen Tischen zu essen, war komisch. Trotz 10 Servietten leider Krümel und Sauce überall. Der Besuch war leider eher ein Reinfall, sorry!

Sehr voll- Personal hat versucht höflich zu bleiben, hat aber sehr gestresst gewirkt.

Super nette Bedienung. Ich war gegen 23:30 Uhr dort, da gab es natürlich nicht mehr alles, aber ich wurde sehr kompetent und freundlich beraten. Jetzt habe ich auch endlich mal andere Subs getestet, statt meiner Standardvariante und sie waren auch sehr lecker.

Extrem unhygienischer Laden, Fliegen im leeren Seifenspender in der Toilette. Kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden. & Wäre nett, wenn die Servicemails auch beantwortet würden
