Subway in Dresden

Classic subway. However, the branch does not participate in Subway Rewards. Apparently the scanner is defective, but I see from other reviews that this hasn't been the case in the last few months.

Highly recommended. Fast. Good. Cheap. Nice staff and perfect for in between. Any time!

On the Subway website it says that the “pop coupons” are accepted at this branch. But the employee rejected the coupons.

As usual at Subway, the food is always quite tasty, but what I find an absolute disgrace is that this store, as well as the branch in the main station, never takes part in Subway promotions. If you could save money given the very high prices...that would be customer-friendly...no, we don't do that

I actually always like the old school subway, but when I saw that the worker wasn't wearing a cap or apron I lost my appetite, is that the least of it or am I just lost?

The food was tasty, even though we were a little late, everything was still prepared for us. Very friendly.

Typical fast food restaurant. One employee was friendly, one employee was arrogant, but the boss was the worst. It's better not to shop there (and at the main station = the same operator). If you are treated so dubiously and unfriendly by the boss/franchisee then I don't even want to know how the employees are treated.

I'm not going here anymore. The device used to scan the app has apparently been defective for months. I think that's a lie. They want to withhold these advantages from customers - at least that's what they could stand for.

It's nice that you're here 🤩. The relaxed approach when ordering is positively reflected in the selection of dishes and in the support of questions about what is on offer. This brings joy during preparation. We tasted great. Only the small interior area seems a bit forced. We'll come back and try something new.

Strangely enough, the QR scanner at this branch and the one at the main train station is “broken”. By pointing out that they don't accept coupons, even though the Subway app says otherwise. Seems to have a system.

Ordered food and said it would take 15 minutes to pick up and then had to wait almost 40 minutes. All guests who arrived after us were served beforehand and our order was initially ignored.

Relatively cheap, fast, and good. One of the VERY FEW places in this city that offers are conditioning during the summer. I seriously don't know what's wrong with Germans, don't force customers to suffer 30+ degrees indoors with no ventilation. Anyhow, this place has good cheap food and air conditioning, seating area is small but serviceable. Recommend

Subway remains subway, unfortunately there is no parking there so I couldn't eat there

Subway is easy and quick food to get of you can't decide what to eat

The local people are always really nice. However, the boss (also from the Subway main station) has decided not to work or have work done the way people are used to at Subway. There are no offers from the app and you cannot scan the Sub ARD. The employees also report that the boss is a "saver"... I go to other Subway branches if possible.

The staff is now behaving very incompetently. Disruptive small talk, customer orders are mixed up. sometimes the soundbox blasts gangsta rap while you order. A colleague claims that I have a teriyaki with extra cheese. I deny it twice, her colleague doesn't care, "I trusted my colleague now". Wrong covering if not pointed out several times. And then the “sandwich artists” are arrogant when you as a customer insist not to be ripped off when paying. Sorry, but the store is really a disaster.

The young man who was responsible for the receipts was already rolling his eyes when I entered the store. It was around 8:30 p.m. There was no friendly greeting/no greeting at all He seemed very annoyed with his work and often covered his eyes. Even when the next customer came in, he slammed the sauce back into the bowl. He was just very annoyed. This young man should really reconsider his career choice. I also work in sales, but I would never allow myself to treat a customer like that.

I visited the store with a list for sandwiches, salads and wraps. One of the employees was very friendly and willing to help me. Unfortunately, another employee was less helpful and immediately rejected my request because she said she wouldn't have any more bread until 9 p.m. She also seemed more busy chatting with friends than caring for me as a customer and finding a solution. It was obvious that she had no desire to help me. That's why I went to another branch. I will avoid this branch in the future when I am in town.

We have been to this Subway several times to order... But every time I and my family are treated unkindly. The staff complains if you order more than 2 subs, even though there is no reason, they complain and say stupid things. Very very unfriendly!!

Well, this subway closed 35 minutes earlier, not at 9 p.m. but at 8:25 p.m. When asked whether it was already closed, the following answer came: we had already put everything away when it was closed and the young man was cleaning, thank you Subway

Extremely unfriendly female condition. Food was good but I've never experienced anything like it. The Blondie just complained to her customers and said rude things. I won't come back again!

Unfriendly staff, were locked up when the staff had to dispose of the garbage, staff said they didn't feel like working!

I was put under real pressure when ordering. The young man was unfriendly and did everything much too quickly. I couldn't scan my subcard for a bag, so I had to ask and the sandwiches weren't packaged properly so everything fell out. It works better in any other subway, but I'll never take the subway again. It's better to go to the main station.

Sehr leckere Sandwiches, saubere Filiale, nettes Personal, regelmäßig alles vorhanden.

Essen war okay. Die Bedienung war ein bisschen genervt. Wir haben 2 Subs bestellt und wollten diese natürlich auch verschieden belegt haben. Doch er machte einfach bei beiden das selbe drauf, damit er schneller fertig wird, obwohl kein neuer Kunde da war.

Essen war lecker, aber die Bedienung war enttäuschend.

Das Essen war gut, der Mitarbeiter der uns bedient hat, war super freundlich. Ich habe die negativen Kommentare gelesen und war etwas voreingenommen. Kann das ganze aber nicht bestätigen.

Es ist ein typischer Subway. Allerdings gibt es keine Wartezeiten.

Essen lecker, jedoch nicht so wie bestell, der Verkäufer war sehr unfreundlich, fragt nicht welchen Käse man möchte oder was man auf den Sub möchte. Schlechtes Personal!!

Wahrscheinlich schlechtester Subway Deutschlands. Auf dem Sub muss man nach dem Fleisch suchen und das Brot Punkt 1 das falsche und Punkt 2 so lange im Ofen, dass man es auch mit Sand vergleichen könnte. Restlicher Belag sehr sparsam eingesetzt. Tische im Außenbereich waren sehr klein und nicht abgewischt.

Richtig grausam das Essen 😫komplett kalt und lieblos drauf geklatscht. 😫 Der Thunfisch war überhaupt nicht mehr frisch. 45 Euro für 2 ganze subs, 2 wraps und 6 cookies + caprisonne. Die caprisonne wurde vergessen. Telefonisch konnte man jedoch niemanden erreichen absolute Enttäuschung nie wieder.

Essen hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt, kein frischer Tunfisch, hab noch nie so schlechte Subwaycookies gegessen. Für das Geld eine absolute FRECHHEIT! Ich rate jedem davon ab, dort zu Bestellen.

Bestellt da nicht, ihr bekommt nur was ihr nicht bestellt habt. Ich wollte Eistee Pfirsich, ich habe Zitrone bekomme. Ich wollte einen Choclate Chunk Cookie, hab einen dunklen bekommen. Auf meinem Sandwich waren Oliven, ich habe Oliven auf Lieferando aber nicht angekreuzt. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Der schlimmste Subway in Bundesrepublik meiner Ansicht nach. Hygiene ist 0 meiner Ansicht null Sauberkeit und alles schmeckt wirklich nicht gut wie man es von subway kennt. Immer fast nicht was man will im Bestand und dann rufen die an sagen ja wählt was anderes und auf einmal nach 30 min würd der Bestellung storniert. Eine Frechheit ist das. Und beim letzten mal waren einfach Haare von der Mitarbeiterin drin und vergammelte Tomaten

2x Meatless Terriyaki gegessen. 1x in Bautzen und 1x hier. In Bautzen war das Essen um Welten besser....

Service und Essen schlecht. Bestellte Platten waren kalt, zu spät geliefert und nicht wie im Portfolio serviert. Für den Preis eine absolute Frechheit. Bei Nachfrage einer Rechnung und versuchter Klärung der entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten wird von Seiten der Geschäftsführung sehr frech und unverschämt mit Kunden umgegangen. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Offensichtlich waren die Mitarbeiter total überfordert. Laden war voll. Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und haben ungern geholfen/braten. Kein guter Service. Schade,wir kennen Subway anders.

Ich war gerade in diesem Subway, um Sandwiches zu bestellen. Das Personal ist wirklich unhöflich und respektlos gegenüber mir und meinen Freunden, da wir Farbige sind. Während andere deutsche Kunden mit Geduld und Höflichkeit bedient wurden, haben sie uns gezwungen, vor der Bestellung zu bezahlen und sie haben uns angeschrien. Der Manager der Subway-Filiale in dieser Gegend sollte Maßnahmen gegen dieses Verhalten ergreifen, und ich werde dies auch auf Twitter posten, da dieser Rassismus unverzeihlich unhöflich ist.

Sub des Tages sollte BBQ Rib, aber sie machen was sie wollen (Schinken oder so)

Die Subs waren ok, aber der Laden ist halt echt in die Jahre gekommen. Könnte mal dringend ne Renovierung gebrauchen!

Wahren heute das letzte Mal in dieser Filiale. Situation: Die Dame die das Gemüse drauf macht sehr genervt hat kein verstanden macht meiner Tochter nicht den Johguhrt drauf sondern irgendeine Majo mit Paprika. Ich sagte ihr das es die falsche ist!! sie sagte immer wieder sie versteht mich nicht es ist zu laut. Bis der andere Kollege mir sagte was das für Sosse ist. Denkst da kam von ihr ne Entschuldigung oder wir ersetzen ihnen die Bestellung!!! NICHTS!!!! Meine Bestellung wahr auch falsch wollte keine Jalapeños macht sie die drauf!!! Diese Frau ist dem Stress und das Laute in dem Raum nicht gewachsen. Nie wieder!!!!!!!

Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und erklären nicht wie das funktioniert, hören einen nicht richtig zu. Ich habe bestellt und wusste gar nicht was Sache ist und die haben irgendwas ganz schnell gemacht und ich wusste gar nicht was abgeht. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Der Belag war in anderen Läden besser und das Personal könnte in diesem Laden auch freundlicher sein.

Nicht ganz offensichtlich zu finden. Ansonsten ist es halt ein Subway, gutes Essen, viel Varianz und eine nette Bedienung die eigentlich auf jeden Wunsch eingeht

Die Baguettes sehr gut wie immer, nur etwas wenig Platz zum Essen. Bedienung originell u. sehr freundlich!

Unfassbar das man dort nur auf schlecht gelaunte und Fresse ziehende Mitarbeiter trifft. Eindeutig Job verfehlt.

Die unfreundlichste Subway Filiale ganz Dresden. Kein Besuch vergeht ohne einen Mitarbeiter der hier eine übelste Fresse zieht. Unglaublich unfreundlich.

Good, but sometimes have troubles

Essen wie immer sehr lecker. Das große manko weswegen es nur 2 sterne gibt idt die unfreundliche bedienung mit den regenbogen haaren. Der sub wird nicht mit liebe sondern mit ordentlich hass zubereitet.

Sehr nette Damen an der Theke die sich Zeit nehmen für den Kunden. Geschmeckt hat es auch. :o) Gerne wieder.
