You've really decorated the store really well, everything just as it should be in a Subway. Given that there were 4 people in the store, we only had our food after about 40-50 minutes. It took the employee about 5-10 minutes to make a whole roll. I have never seen a slower employee in my life than yours. Completely relaxed, doesn't allow himself to be stressed, possibly on certain substances and changes gloves 9 times a minute! PLEASE hire competent people and it can work out

I ordered, half was forgotten, when I asked I was told I should order again or pick it up myself... it's a real shame, the food is great but only to be told to pick it up myself (why should I pay delivery fees if I did? I spend cucumbers and gas myself through the world) or order again (delivery fees and minimum order value again even though I no longer need food) Crazy. Child is crying because he was looking forward to the cookies and the clever solutions suggested by the employee who messed it up are not possible or would still make me pay for him messing up. Never again…

Was there twice, once the employee was rather short, not really friendly, but apparently stressed and insecure (maybe first day? There is no deduction for that). The second time that day the employee was quite nice. If you didn't notice: singular both times. One (1) employee. When there are three or four customers in the store, stress and hecticness are inevitable. I hope that this will be stepped up and more forces will be used to support each other. This also improves the climate in the store.

Come a few times a week 😋 Yesterday an Indian came in who wanted to pick up his order and immediately started insulting the team, they still managed his order and the orders of 5 others and de-escalated it at the same time, hats off

Probably the best subway I know. The employees are super motivated and friendly, so unfortunately I can't understand the rest of the reviews. Maybe this has something to do with the attitude of some customers... Otherwise, it's generally relatively clean and the food tastes like you'd expect from a decent Subway.

Terrible experience! I visited this Subway and was shocked by the behavior of an older employee with a ponytail. When we touched the glass, he shouted at us loudly to stay away because it had just been cleaned. However, the glass was clearly dirty and there were flies on the food. His rudeness was completely uncalled for and made us feel very unwelcome. This encounter has ensured that I will avoid this Subway in the future. Cleanliness and basic courtesy are fundamental, and this place failed miserably on both fronts, leaving a deeply negative impression.

WHY SO RUDE? Seriously, why treat foreigners so poorly? That senior guy with the ponytail was extremely unkind to us for merely touching the glass with a fingernail. His reaction was completely disproportionate—he yelled at us in German, then switched to English, all for something so minor. This experience was deeply upsetting and made us feel unwelcome. It’s disheartening to be treated with such disrespect over such a trivial matter. The guy was so careless, that he did not even care about the flies sitting on the sub that was being prepared(picture added in the review). All that he cared was about his precious glass. *Because of this guy, I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN*. Treating customers with courtesy should be a basic expectation, and this encounter has left a lasting negative impression. It is sad that I cannot add zero or negative points here in my review or else I would rather rate my experience -100/5. It's my sincere urge to the subway administration to take severe and strict action against the said person, provided customer satisfaction is of any importance for you.

Dear subway, This has been my favourite food service for a while now. I love the food and I visit restaurants for a good experience. Unfortunately, you have employed a guy who has spoiled the subway experience for me time and now. As mentioned in other reviews, this pony tail guy keeps yelling at us. For the first time we let it go but it has happened several times now. I just don’t get it why is he into hospitality if he cannot serve the customers properly. On top of this, the hygiene is so poor that there are flies sitting on the food which makes it worse (refer the photo) I have noticed there are undercooked chicken pieces served in chicken teriyaki. I have no idea why are the standards of this specific subway so bad. This is utterly disappointing!

His reaction was completely disproportionate—yelling at us in German before switching to English over something so minor. This experience was deeply upsetting and made us feel unwelcome. Despite his concern about the glass, it didn’t seem like the place was clean at all. There were flies sitting on the food, which was the most disgusting experience ever. He has a problem with people touching the glass, but what about the flies sitting on the food? This matter should not be ignored.

Update June 29, 2024: yeah there is gluten free bread! but it is €1 more expensive and half the size of the others. In plain language: you would pay over €22 for a normal portion of food. I actually wanted to eat here yesterday but according to the staff there was a huge problem with the oven. Today it's the turn of the other oven with problems. Unfortunately, ordering in a fast food restaurant takes a long time. Conclusion: I won't be back for a long time. Organic, regional and healthy products would be desirable. Sustainability can also have a higher priority.

Dear Subway team, Yesterday I was in the subway in Vaihingen again after a long time. The food was very tasty and the two employees were very friendly, especially the young employee did his job extremely well! He is a very friendly young man and very accommodating and responsive to customers' needs. You could sit there comfortably and eat, the atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious! Don't need a fresh cold sandwich because you'll chat and mine will cool down for 5 minutes after it comes out of the oven. Shift manager smokes outside while the new employee is overwhelmed at the counter. The boss is lying relaxed on the bench on the bus. No answers when asked who was responsible. This culminates in people shouting at you across half the street.

There is a very sweet girl, I think is the manager of the branch, her name is Anna .Great person friendly and helpful. A good role model. Other employees are also so nice funny and professional. Hmmm, I read other reviews too. People, what century do you live in? Don't make mistakes in your jobs, live. Are you sure you are perfect? Too bad for you. I have been there many times and my opinion is that they are a great team and good people work there. I can only recommend that anyone who is hungry can find a delicious meal at Subway Vaihingen. Beware of fraud!!! Dealing with customers is very bad; instead of helping, the employee argues in a high tone. Ordered Tuna SUB -> got Chicken SUB! Unfortunately the manager probably read/packaged it wrong, ignorant employee refused to change the order. The money is collected and the subs are returned without replacement.

“Shift manager” was incredibly rude, yelled at me pointlessly and wanted to start an argument. Then he kicked me out, he never wants to see me here again. The piercings don't bother me, but I don't think it's okay that he's completely drugged up. That's just not possible and then behaving like that is the height. Never again. I am very disappointed.

Although we patiently waited 20 mins for our turn , server apparently did not hear our order and continued making a delivery order. At the counter while waiting to pay the server said he wasn't working on our order so we would need to go to the back of the line again and that he wouldn't make our order. Going back in line meant another wait time of 20-30 mins. Absolute pathetic treatment and makes no sense to treat us like this. Mitarbeiter schien völlig ratlos zu sein wie man das Kassensystem bedient. Die in der App angepriesenen Angebote können wohl nicht eingelöst werden.. Im Endeffekt hab ich das doppelte von dem in der App beschriebenen Preis gezahlt für einen Sub bei dem die Hälfte der Zutaten nicht mehr zur Auswahl standen. Leider eine der schlechtesten Subway Filialen die ich bisher besucht habe. Ich möchte allerdings noch anmerken dass der Mitarbeiter stets freundlich war, auch wenn er sichtlich gestresst wirkte.

Sehr geehrtes Subway-Team, ich möchte gerne meine Erfahrungen mit Ihrem Restaurant teilen, die ich in den letzten Monaten gemacht habe. Seit Jahren bin ich ein regelmäßiger Gast und war stets zufrieden mit dem Service und den Produkten. Jedoch habe ich in letzter Zeit eine Veränderung bemerkt, die mir Sorgen bereitet. Insbesondere am Abend scheint es eine Personalunterbesetzung zu geben. Es ist mir aufgefallen, dass nur ein Mitarbeiter im Dienst ist, der sichtlich überlastet wirkt. Obwohl dieser Mitarbeiter stets freundlich und bemüht ist, führt die hohe Kundenfrequenz zu langen Wartezeiten. Bei meinem letzten Besuch musste ich feststellen, dass die Wartezeit so extrem war, dass wir nach einer geschätzten Wartezeit von einer Stunde letztendlich entschieden haben, das Restaurant zu verlassen. Ich verstehe, dass Personaleinsatzplanung eine Herausforderung sein kann, besonders in hektischen Zeiten. Doch ich denke, dass eine zusätzliche Unterstützung am Abend nicht nur die Arbeitsbelastung für Ihre Mitarbeiter reduzieren, sondern auch das Kundenerlebnis erheblich verbessern würde. Eine effizientere Bedienung würde sicherstellen, dass Kunden wie ich weiterhin gerne Ihr Restaurant besuchen. Ich hoffe, mein Feedback hilft Ihnen dabei, die Servicequalität weiterhin hoch zu halten, und ich freue mich darauf, bald wieder eine positive Erfahrung in Ihrem Restaurant machen zu können.

Wir waren am Samstag Abend 20 Minuten vor Ladenschluss da. Es gab leider noch eine lange Schlage und nur ein Mitarbeiter. Dieser war trotz der Umstände sehr engagiert und hat die lange Schlage schnell abgearbeitet. Als er unsere Bestellung aufnahm waren wir die letzten Kunden und es war bereits weit nach Ladenschluss. Dennoch war er uns gegenüber sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen bei so nettem Personal.

Habe spontan abends noch was zum Essen gesucht und die Subway Filiale war so ziemlich der einzige Laden in Vaihingen welcher noch spät offen hatte. Habe von Micha einen Chicken Teriyaki gemacht bekommen, alle Zutaten waren noch frisch und das Sandwich hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Grade mit den Studentenpreisen ein sehr gutes Angebot und v.a. im Vergleich zu den anderen Franchisenehmern in Vaihingen (BK, McD etc.) rundum der beste Laden.

Übliches Angebot von "Subway". Je nach Personal - das häufig wechselt - guter oder sehr guter Service. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kein Außenbereich. Gut mit ÖPNV zu erreichen. Keine Getränke zum selbst befüllen mehr, nur noch Getränke in Plastikflaschen.

I honestly think I got one of the best services in this Subway branch. I wanted to try the new BBQ Boss as they have a promotion (get 1 cookie!) it was delicious btw! The lady is also very nice to recommend me to add rauchige baconnaise. I also got a free cookie with the app as it is my birthday month. I always love Subway cookies 🍪🍪🍪 The restaurant itself was clean and tidy. I enjoyed my lunch here.

Leider fällt es sehr stark auf, dass die zwei jungen männlichen Mitarbeiter nicht gerade hygienisch arbeiten… der Bereich der Theke war sehr unsauber, alle Zutaten miteinander vermischt und ringsherum lauter Krümel! Die Subs werden sehr grob belegt sodass sie beim Essen auseinander fallen. Der Boden ist klebrig und dreckig, ebenso wie die die Tische. Vielleicht sollte man über die Einstellung neuer verlässlicher Mitarbeiter nachdenken:)

insgesamt eine gute Subway Filiale in Vaihingen. Hatte den Sub des Tages am Donnerstag mit den empfohlenen Komponenten von Subway, beim Gemüse zudem mit allem. Der Preis bei 30 cm ist mit knapp 7 Euro fair, sonst empfinde ich Subway als zu teuer. Geschmacklich war es gut, aber nicht mega lecker. Sättigung hauptsächlich durch das Brötchen. Käse und chicken wird nur wenig rein gemacht, kostet sonst Aufpreis. Gemüse war lecker aber eben auch keine besondere Auswahl. Eher Standardkost. Personal freundlich und schnell, aber wie immer bei Subway mit Hürden, kommt mir meist so vor als wüssten die selbst nicht alles. Ambiente ist schlicht, Lage zentral in Vaihingen. Angebotspreise kann man mitnehmen, sonst kann man ehrlich Sandwich besser zu Hause... dennoch 4 Sterne wegen des Sub des Tages. Das restliche Angebot mit Cookies spricht mich nicht an.

Essen lecker , Laden sauber, aber beim Personal unterscheidet es sich extrem. Die Dame an der Kasse war super nett, aber der Kollege , der die Subs zusammengestellt hat ... Katastrophe Man hatte den Eindruck, dass er gerade überall lieber wäre, als auf Arbeit und das hat er nicht Mal versucht zu verstecken. Als er gesehen hat, dass mehrere Kunden gleichzeitig durch die Tür gekommen sind , hat er direkt lautstark gestöhnt und lustlos gefragt , ob sonst noch was an Gemüse auf den Sub soll. Einen so langsamen und unmotivierten Mitarbeiter habe ich bisher bei noch keiner Kette angetroffen

Das Essen ist nach wie vor lecker dort, allerdings verlieren die Mitarbeiter in letzter Zeit den Fokus auf ihre Kunden. Sie sprechen vor dem Kunden über Mädchen, die im Restaurant sitzen während durch die Lautsprecher laute Techno-Musik läuft. Aktuell bietet die Filiale eher mehr für das jüngere Publikum und die Mitarbeiter haben vermutlich sehr viel Spaß bei ihrer Arbeit, aber ein entspanntes Mittagessen in der Mittagspause bekommt man hier leider nicht mehr.

Been there several times. The menu of the day is ok in terms of price. Well located in the underpass to the S-Bahn 2 minutes.

For lunch I had the soup of the day with lentils and the sandwich with falafel. The soup was tasty and the sandwich was still crisp and fresh. Good price-performance ratio.
