Subway in Stuttgart

My sub arrived completely wrong. Ordered via Uber Eats, staff too incompetent to read orders.

I went here twice in the space of a few days when visiting Stuttgart. My first early morning experience was good - the gentleman serving was friendly and efficient. The second visit was less enjoyable. There were no staff members behind the counter for a good five minutes as the queue grew and the orders started pinging in (with a ding each time) from the self service machines. Fortunately we were first in the queue but I am guessing those further down on the list will have waited a lot longer to get their subs. The quality is consistent and I would return (if the place isn’t too busy and I can see staff).

The food is not edible, the food is cold and the biscuit has no taste. I definitely do not recommend it And I won't come anymore

I was here on November 8th, 2024. The food itself is ok My sub was ice cold the first time and the rework was only lukewarm so there is definitely still room for improvement The service was also ok The waffle fries were completely soggy and also ice cold The repairs weren't any better either

Decent Subway branch centrally located on Stuttgart's Eberhardstrasse! Ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Long Sub 30 cm through Wolt and got the second one completely free of charge during a promotion. So of course P/L is very good, but rate it here as if it were the normal sub of the day. I've tried this in other branches and overall it's fine. We chose Italian bread and chose X-Spicy Chipotle as a sauce alongside mayo, which I can really recommend if you like it spicy! Unfortunately, as usual, the toppings on the chicken were too little in my opinion (more costs extra), but the taste was great. As always, I chose everything from the salad. It eats almost like a vegetarian sandwich, but overall it's ok. Everything was fresh. I'm still of the opinion that you don't necessarily need a fast food shop for sandwiches, but if you can't make it yourself, you'll be well served here. Overall, the branch is modern and clean, and its central location means it can be full depending on the time of day. Our delivery was quick. I can recommend Subway for in between, but it's definitely too expensive without any offers and unfortunately I don't have the variety either, the subs are all quite similar.

Very pleasant subway. Decent preparation, varied clean offering. 1A service, super friendly and patient. Also available for a good conversation. Despite the busy surroundings, a quiet but not boring atmosphere inside. Always a pleasure to have a snack, highly recommended.

Worst subway experience ever. Had to remind them multiple times about my order because they kept deleting it from their system... Next to me, someone from Lieferando had to wait more than 30 minutes as well

I ordered cookies for €7 at the checkout and was told that the cookies weren't available and that I wouldn't get the money back. AN IMASSION

I was at this subway today and the young man who served me was such a nice guy. With such great service as I had, I would be happy to come back. I was a manager assistant at McD and I would have liked to have had such a great employee. Addendum from 5/17/24 You should change the opening times in the shop window. It says opening from 9 a.m.

Never in my entire life as a Subway customer have I eaten such a delicious sub. Aside from that... TOP employee, whoever that was, YOU need a raise. The music was also fabulously chosen, my ears were able to recover and light up after the stress of the big city. Very clean. Sandwich war super belegt, der Laden is top gepflegt und sauber. Und jetzt das Beste: Der Landebesitzer. Ich hab noch nie so nen coolen, zuvorkommenden & lockeren Systemgastronomen kennengelernt. Er ist an seinen Kunden interessiert & geht auf alle wünsche ein. Sogar nen Kaffee gabs aufs Haus, welcher Sub macht denn sowas?!:D 5 Stars*****

Das Essen im Subway Restaurant im Stadtzentrum von Stuttgart war gut. Die Auswahl an frischen Zutaten und Belägen für die Sandwiches war groß und vielfältig. Der Service war schnell und freundlich. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war angenehm und sauber. Insgesamt war es eine gute Erfahrung, dort zu essen. Ich würde das Subway Restaurant in Stuttgart auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Personal hat glaube ich eine Rakete gezündet bevor er arbeiten gegangen ist. Essen nur halb warm. Preis überteuert.

Einfach Automaten an denen man bestellen kann und nicht mehr überfordert an der Theke bestellen muss. Essen hat gut geschmeckt, muss aber jeder für sich geschmacklich zusammenstellen

Mit Abstand bester Subway in Stuttgart und BaWü, vielleicht auch Deutschland💯🔥 Sandwiches sehr schön belegt und Qualität echt frisch! Service sehr sehr nett und höflich, alles was man sich wünscht. Gute 80s Musik läuft auch noch, ich war wirklich geschockt🤩 wenn Subway, dann EBERHARDSTRAßE 💪🏼

Alles top. Die Sitze waren nur bisschen ungemütlich.

Wir haben ewig auf eine U-Bahn gewartet die aber nie kam. Dafür haben wir in der Zwischenzeit lecker geschmierte Brote bekommen.

Nothing bad to say about this subway store, nice atmosphere, attractive prices, Freedom of choice, friendly service 10/10 would eat again. The only problem I have, is the delivery cost (if ordered from my town of esslingen, for delivery in my home it'd cost more then 20€ which considering it's sandwiches and desserts that they offer, is absurd sure delivery maybe free however in order to even get delivery you'll have to spend a minimum of 20€) TLDR it's better to order in advance for pickup then delivery.

Bin seit längerem Kunde in diesem Subway und muss sagen bin sehr fasziniert. Die Theke ist immer gefüllt und schmecken tut es mir hier auch am besten. Patrick ist immer sehr freundlich, komme sehr gerne hier her :)
