Naja, schon sehr unpersönlich Zudem war mein Brot nicht lange getoastet. Das könnt ihr einfach besser!

Der Mitarbeiter mit Brille und Tattoos am Arm, ein Vietnamese, war sehr freundlich und hat uns gut bedient. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung. Ich komme beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder✨

Waren am 22.04 zu zweit im Subway in der Eberhardstraße 49 in Stuttgart. Gegen 23:50 Uhr. Ein armer Mitarbeiter war ganz alleine da. Es waren ca. 8 Bestellungen vor uns (teilweise von Leuten, die vom Frühlingsfest kamen). Der Mitarbeiter war die ganze Zeit über- obwohl augenscheinlich total im Stress- sehr sehr freundlich zu uns. Er tat mir so leid. Ganz große Klasse! Da hat Subway wirklich einen absoluten Top- Mann! Herzlichen Dank an ihn! So stelle ich mir vorbildlichen Service vor! Komme gerne wieder :-)

Hab gerade bestellt und es fehlen 3x3 cookies die ich teuer bezahlt habe. Es kotzt mich nurnoch an, dass bei subay niemand die bestellung richtig lesen kann... ubd das beste, die angegebene Telefonnummer ist nicht vergeben.

Essen war wie immer 10/10. Mitarbeiter Luc ist der beste Mann! Wir wurden von ihm 1A bedient er ist sehr freundlich 👍🏼 kommen gerne wieder

Absolut inakzeptables Verhalten. Ich war gegen 23 Uhr vor Ort, der Laden hatte noch mehrere Stunden geöffnet. Trotzdem wurde mir vom Mitarbeiter direkt gesagt, dass ich nicht bestellen könne weil der Laden zu voll sei. Auf Nachfrage wurde ich SEHR unfreundlich abgeblockt und mehrfach unterbrochen. Der Mitarbeiter erwähnte, dass er alleine sei – dafür habe ich Verständnis. Allerdings rechtfertigt das weder den Ton noch den Umgang mit Kunden. Ein solches Verhalten ist geschäftsschädigend und wirft ein sehr schlechtes Licht auf den gesamten Standort. So geht man ganz bestimmt nicht mit Kunden um!

Wollten persönlich bestellen, wurden aber gekonnt ignoriert. Stattdessen wurden einfach die Terminalbestellungen abgearbeitet. Die Mitarbeiter hätten uns auch problemlos drauf hinweisen können, dass sie keine persönlichen Bestellungen annehmen, anstatt uns 10min dumm da stehen zu lassen.

Frech. Wir haben ein Sparmenü genommen und es war wirklich sparsam. Sub, war gut, unser Adelholzener auch, die Gitterkartoffeln konnte man an einer Hand abzählen. Die Bedienung hat sie extra ausgebreitet damit es nach viel aussah. Es war frech so wenig in einem Menu anzubieten, man findet sogar mehr essen auf dem Boden in dem Lokal. Unser Tisch war dreckig (so wie viele Tische) und nur auf Nachfrage und mit einer ordentlicher Portion Motivation konnte die Bedienung auf unseren Wunsch eingehen. Essen war wie gesagt gut, Bedienung hat sich schwer getan. Nicht nochmal

Das Kartenlesegerät am Terminal hatte nicht funktioniert und mein Coupon wurde an der Kasse erst nicht mehr akzeptiert aber durch den entspannten Mitarbeiter konnte meine ursprüngliche Bestellung im System noch gefunden werden und ich musste nicht extra zahlen. Super Service

Das Verhalten des älteren Mannes war äußerst unhöflich. Er hat mich vor allen Anwesenden regelrecht angegriffen. Ich wurde rassistisch beleidigt.

Sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter mit Pferdeschwanz. Ist mir schon öfters aufgefallen.

Das Fleisch bei meinem Sub hat geschmeckt als wäre was in der Kühlkette schiefgelaufen oder als würde es schon lange liegen. Ich bestelle schon seit Jahren Chicken Teriyaki und das heute hat wirklich ranzig geschmeckt ¾ weg geschmissen. Ich wollte die zwei jungen Mitarbeiter leise informieren. Aber es wurde nur gesagt "Das kann nicht sein" Also so ein Fleisch auszugeben ist wirklich eine Zumutung und auch die Reaktion und Kommunikation lies auch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Schwierig wenn die MA nicht auf gut gemeinte Kritik reagieren.

Nette Mitarbeiter machen immer Laune, da essen zu gehen, und die Subs sind generell einfach super.

I wanted to use my coupon at the front desk and order that way since the coupon says I can do that without having to use the app, but after getting aggressively told to use the ordering machine the moment I got close to the front desk because they needed "breathing room" when all there were was a pair of TWO people, I turned around and left. There are a lot of other takeaway restaurants around, go to them instead. This place is just a dinky joint. Ich wollte einen Coupon einlösen an der Fronttheke um auf die Weise zu bestellen, weil der Coupon sagt ich kann das machen ohne die App zu benutzen. Allerdings wurde ich sobald ich in die Nähe der Theke kam sofort aggresiv kommandiert die Bestellungsmaschine zu benutzen, weil die beiden Arbeiter angeblich "Luft" brauchen wenn dort nur ZWEI Paare standen die bereits bestellt hatten. Es gibt ein haufen andere Restaurants in der Nähe, bestellen Sie lieber dort. Dies ist einfach nur ein Saftladen.

Sehr gutes Essen zum erschwinglichen Preisen. Das Lokal war gut beheizt und angenehm warm. Das Personal sehr freundlich und geduldig bei der Bestellungsaufnahme, auch bei meiner fremdsprachigen Familie. 👍👍👍

Ein Mitarbeiter !!!! Hier sind Bestellungen und der EINE Mitarbeitende ist total überfordert. Man wartet 51 min bis das sub fertig ist! Dann lieber schließen und keine Gäste annehmen.

Terminal errors were not acknowledged by staff (a €2 surcharge was imposed without explanation). Orders at the till were also not accepted. Although this was one of my go-to spots for the midnight snack, the poor service has made it unsuitable; I recommend going somewhere else where you'll get better service for your money.

I ordered three times and each time the order was completely wrong. I don't know how they could possibly think of putting salami and chicken on a veggie sub... it's just awful there.

I waited more than 40min for my dinner. Unacceptable.

An employee (estimated to be in his mid-40s, with short grey hair and a short ponytail) is shouting, completely agitated, everything is in disarray, I receive the wrong order, the employees are completely overwhelmed and are mixing up on-site orders with deliveries, there is shouting, people are very harsh with me, absolute chaos and complete incompetence

I am absolutely disappointed in a young employee; he has been working here for a while but forgets things in orders and is completely incapable of working here (I could do better).

When I see the Subway logo, I know I have a delicious tuna sandwich here, I need to stop the day and enjoy a fresh, delicious sandwich.

I was there briefly today, October 16, 2025, at 11 p.m., and the employee said he was having a night off and asked me not to order any more. He was unfriendly and didn't do his job properly.

I ate a sub with everything there. I'll eat there again because it's fresh and unique. Or even share a large one. The advertising and signage for the sub of the day * are unfortunately misleading because it advertises €3.99, but the snack costs €5.69 or more at best. The time of day probably played a role. — After seven months, I ate there again, and nothing has changed. Everything is still fresh and delicious, see above. The clerk deserves a big compliment: He took the order incorrectly, and as a result, the customer was graciously given a larger portion. It shouldn't go unmentioned: at the same price! Great! Visited time: 01.10.2025, 22:25 Service is not good. The worker behaviour is not good. He forcefully told us to order via machine. We told him that we could wait for 1 hr. I have visited many times but i have review for this person who served service at mention date and time is not good. Please take care of it. I met him vaihingen subway also but the person behaviour was not good at that time also. We asked for student menu but he refused and we know that except Bahnhof every store accept student menu. Five of us were at the Subway on Ebertstrasse today, and the sandwich artist was alone, and it was very busy. He was super stressed but really nice. Due to the orders, he couldn't take any orders, so the student menu wasn't available today either. We all happily ordered via the terminal and waited. Meanwhile, three guys arrived and made a bit of a fuss because they couldn't get a student menu due to the stress. Instead of accepting their fate, they became abusive and started arguing and filming the sandwich artist. (Probably to make the situation look the wrong way.) I think that's completely unacceptable, especially because it was a completely understandable situation from the employee's perspective, and the three of them unnecessarily stressed things out even more. Above all, violating his right to his own image is really not okay. The employee was really nice and didn't deserve the stress the three of them were going through! The employee, about 50-60 years old, was extremely unpleasant and did not want to help us with technical problems with their devices because he was too busy (the store was almost empty).

I thought I'd created the perfect sub. But no – she perfected it. The selection? Bigger than my closet. And the toppings? Champions League-level. I said, "Just a few jalapeños," and she slid exactly four to me, with the calmness of someone who's saved many hungry souls. I ate, I laughed, I cried – with happiness. My sub wasn't just a snack – it was an emotional journey. And the cookies? The warm, soft chocolate pieces of truth. In short: If you're in Stuttgart, hungry, happy, or both – go to Subway. We were here at Subway at 2 a.m. on a Saturday night. It was packed, but Aaron (at least that's what his sign said) had everything under control. While one of his colleagues couldn't quite keep up with what was happening, Aaron was beyond amazing! Aaron, you're the face of this subway for me!

A fat guy I've never seen working there before blocked the door at 3:30 a.m. and pushed me away without a word. When I asked if I could come in, he said no, it was a 20-minute break. What's that? I (we) have been going to Subway at night for years. We work at a local store and get food there for after work. We've never experienced that before; we don't mind waiting. Instead of some joke character who acts important.

Very well-run store. Most workers are motivated and provide plenty of vegetables.

A 35+ year-old employee with a ponytail told us (in an aggressive tone) that they'd run out of cookies 1:20 before closing time, and that the sub was only available to go. Overall, a very unfriendly employee. Or rather, a very unfriendly employee (he was bragging about that the whole time 😂 ). It's a shame for the store, otherwise it was great.

This Subway is special. I always order from the machine. So far, in my three visits, I haven't had my order delivered correctly. Sometimes half the topping is missing, sometimes the meat is completely different, and today there's not a drop of sauce on the sub. It's crazy how someone can screw up such a simple job. I absolutely do not recommend this place. (Different employees were present on each visit.)

Food is pretty standard like any other Subway. There are usually two of the employees and they seem to be very stressed, but they are nevertheless helpful and nice.

Your employee Aaron never changes his disposable gloves. He prepared 4 subs with the same gloves. I don't find it very appetizing when he takes the pork salami and bacon in his hands and then prepares my sub. Kudos to your other employee of Asian descent. He changes gloves with every sub. That's how it has to be!

I love it every time I stop by Subway! The selection of fresh ingredients is huge and you can put together the perfect sandwich according to your own wishes. I think it's particularly great that the staff are always friendly and helpful and the quality of the food is always top. No matter whether you're looking for something healthy or a hearty sandwich - everyone will find what they're looking for here. For me, Subway is always a tasty and quick choice! Absolute recommendation! I found the sandwich artist “Aaron” according to the name tag to be particularly good.

I went to eat at this Subway with my wife around 5:00 this afternoon. What I particularly liked was that the ingredients were all fresh. The sandwich was topped just right. The two gentlemen who work there work very well together and are a good team. To my surprise, the restaurant was very clean and well managed. Both the counter and dining area were spotlessly clean! I have been a regular customer for a few years and today, December 31st at around 2 p.m., I was completely humiliated by an employee for half a sandwich, which I always buy, and was ripped off for 2 more slices of bacon and had to pay €6.59 for it Pay for my sandwich 🤬 update! Well, if you consider that I've been coming for years and have always made just €6 and you must have a bunch of customers for years that you can just alienate like that! Well then keep going for the great customers and have fun! I can already imagine who had to write the answer! A great example of customer-oriented politics that drives away customers you have had for years and an example of why more and more stores are being closed and you have to pay a starvation wage and people are running away from you!!! For everyone reading this, it was about 2 slices of cheap bacon that didn't even weigh 10g per slice 👎

A good subway, nothing special but solid. The sandwich was fresh and good, but it took a little longer to be ready. Still, the service was friendly and the food was delicious. A good choice for a quick lunch.

Was here for lunch today, like everywhere else. Equally good. Employee wears mask. New menus every day at a fair price. Barrier-free. No parking spaces. BMT is best. And on the large table there is a socket with a USB port. Simply mega.

Don't order there! We waited for over 1.5 hours while the delivery time counted down in the Lieferando app and then the order was suddenly canceled at 2 minutes. This is really unprofessional and unpleasant! If I could I would give 0 stars!

I went here twice in the space of a few days when visiting Stuttgart. My first early morning experience was good - the gentleman serving was friendly and efficient. The second visit was less enjoyable. There were no staff members behind the counter for a good five minutes as the queue grew and the orders started pinging in (with a ding each time) from the self service machines. Fortunately we were first in the queue but I am guessing those further down on the list will have waited a lot longer to get their subs. The quality is consistent and I would return (if the place isn’t too busy and I can see staff).

Decent Subway branch centrally located on Stuttgart's Eberhardstrasse! Ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Long Sub 30 cm through Wolt and got the second one completely free of charge during a promotion. So of course P/L is very good, but rate it here as if it were the normal sub of the day. I've tried this in other branches and overall it's fine. We chose Italian bread and chose X-Spicy Chipotle as a sauce alongside mayo, which I can really recommend if you like it spicy! Unfortunately, as usual, the toppings on the chicken were too little in my opinion (more costs extra), but the taste was great. As always, I chose everything from the salad. It eats almost like a vegetarian sandwich, but overall it's ok. Everything was fresh. I'm still of the opinion that you don't necessarily need a fast food shop for sandwiches, but if you can't make it yourself, you'll be well served here. Overall, the branch is modern and clean, and its central location means it can be full depending on the time of day. Our delivery was quick. I can recommend Subway for in between, but it's definitely too expensive without any offers and unfortunately I don't have the variety either, the subs are all quite similar.

Das Essen im Subway Restaurant im Stadtzentrum von Stuttgart war gut. Die Auswahl an frischen Zutaten und Belägen für die Sandwiches war groß und vielfältig. Der Service war schnell und freundlich. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war angenehm und sauber. Insgesamt war es eine gute Erfahrung, dort zu essen. Ich würde das Subway Restaurant in Stuttgart auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
