Very rude employee, the store was completely empty, we greeted the employee but nothing came back. He listens to music on headphones and doesn't pay attention to us at all. When we wanted to order, he said that he was now ordering from Lieferando and that we should wait now. We haven't felt so unwanted in a long time and left without ordering. Too bad!

The best subway in the area. The restaurant was very neat and clean. All the ingredients looked very fresh. Rarely have I had such a delicious sub! The nice young lady (Lina) was very quick and really friendly. I would really like to come here again.

I was just there because I wanted to pick up a little something on the way home. I came in and stood at the counter and at the table behind me the saleswoman, who had always served me averagely to friendly, sat engrossed in her cell phone. She also has a friend/colleague with her. After waiting 4 minutes and repeatedly looking over, I was ignored. Even when I passed the table while walking, no one noticed me. No “I’ll be right there” or anything like that that would have completely defused the situation.

A Turkish employee collected the money while the bread was still in the oven. As a result, it was neither clear what else was on it, nor was it in any way hygienic, because the good man then took the money first before he touched my bread again. Maybe first do some hygiene training and then explain the order in detail before you hire such a clueless guy? In any case, I'm curious to see what will happen if someone from the health department orders this anonymously and the guy does it again...

Unfortunately, I don’t trust any restaurants near the train station… absolute disaster. The three of us ordered three Footloong Subs via Uber Eats on a Monday with a note to please toast them twice. The subs arrived as ordered but were not toasted. The Cheese Oregano bread looked like foot sole and was crumbly like sand. After the first bite, you knew that this food was inedible. We called the branch but no one answered. So we paid a 10 taxi and went to the branch to confront the employee about the subs. When we arrived, homeless people were chilling in the branch. The young employee admitted to having made these subs, but avoided the discussion with trick 43: “I don’t speak German.” He didn't even look at the subs. There was no compensation, no money back and we didn't want new subs because the branch was completely filthy. Floor was sticky and not even swept clean, garbage and food leftovers everywhere. The vegetables were fresh, but the bread was completely bloated, the glass on the counter was smeared and tarnished, the cheese had melted into a chunk and the meat/plant-based alternatives also looked inedible. The health department urgently needs it!! We had the feeling that the operator wanted to get rid of last week's leftovers, nice thinking in terms of food waste, but these subs were inedible and all 3 still had stomach problems that same evening. Please keep your branch clean, clean and pay attention to the freshness of the food. This branch is a total disaster!!

The employee who runs the store alone on Sunday evening is my personal hero and definitely deserves a raise. The music here is exceptionally good!

Lettuce has almost turned brown because it's been sitting there all day, lying on top of something, probably not able to order normal carrier bags. The employee covers the ingredients with his fingertips so that you can see the bread in between. Very very weak I don't wonder why in such a big branch no one eats or sits there.

First the shop was unattended for 5 minutes. We adopted it for this time. The service was a bit slow, but that wasn't so bad. The bread was topped without feeling, and the bread was also very hard and unfortunately I couldn't eat it completely. Definitely had better experiences with Subway in the past.

The employee was very reluctant and didn't make any potato bites when asked because he currently had 'so many orders'. But there was only one order after us on site. In general he was slow. The food was still delicious, just a bit expensive and poorly prepared. Hopefully we'll meet Madlen next time.

The food was a complete disgrace. I ordered food, the bread was crumbly, dry and felt like it was 4 days old, so the sub was inedible. The order came quickly, but my order was missing a part. Never again.

Put 6! Half of the ingredients from the sub we ordered were missing. But it was only communicated halfway through the preparation. It also looked extremely unappetizing. As if I were trying to prepare a sandwitch at night with my eyes closed and a rheumatism attack! Any kindergarten child would have done better!!!

Been there several times. The menu of the day is ok in terms of price. Well located in the underpass to the S-Bahn 2 minutes.

I ordered a Plant Based Chicken Teriyaki. The employee (3/3/24 at around 2 a.m.) then put the real meat on the sandwich. Vegetarian always has a green fork so you can recognize it. I politely asked if it was vegetarian (which it obviously wasn't). He denied it twice. When I didn’t let up, he turned around and said “vegetarian is out”. They try very disrespectfully to sell a customer the real meat instead of the vegetarian one and don't even admit the mistake when asked. He responded very rudely to the friendly question about the S-Bahn within 8 minutes. Quote: “Why is everyone so aggressive today?” In the end we just went back out. Customers before us do the same.

Schlechteste Subway Filiale überhaupt. Bedienung am 16.02.24 um 1:15 Uhr hat wohl Schlaftabletten gegessen und nichts auf die Reihe bekommen. 3 Leute vor mir und nach 30 Minuten musste ich die kleine Schlange verlassen weil das zeitlich nie auf die Bahn gereicht hätte. Unfassbar und schlecht.

Ich bin nach Verkaufsschluss zum laden gegangen und die mitarbeiterin maddy hat auf korrekt trotzdem mir noch einen kranken sub gemacht der richtig krass geschmeckt hat.Musik im Laden war erstklassig genau wie das Essen und die Bedienung. Immer wieder gerne dahin,nur empfehlenswert.

Absolut unfreundliches Personal…

Extrem unhöfliches Personal. Man wird direkt angeschnauzt.

Nachdem ich mehrere Minuten ignoriert wurde, hat die Mitarbeiterin den Kollegen gerufen. Anstatt bedient zu werden, machte der sich allerdings erstmal an einem Tablet zu schaffen und arbeitete dann Bestellungen ab. Als ich dann endlich doch bedient wurde, hat er meine Bestellung auch noch falsch bearbeitet. Entweder war er überfordert oder könnte mich auf Grund seiner Kopfhörer nicht richtig verstehen. In jedem Fall bleibt ein überteuertes Sandwich von dem man die Hälfte wieder herunter sortieren darf. Die Option im Laden zu essen existiert scheinbar nicht.

Wir haben schon oft in Subways gegessen, aber nirgendwo hat es frischer und saftiger geschmeckt, als hier. Die Bedienung und auch das musikalische Ambiente waren top 👍

War heute das zweite mal hier und muss sagen, ich hatte beide male echt Glück und sehr nette Mitarbeiter/in "erwischt" Die Mitarbeiterin heute (laut den Rezensionen hier, heißt sie wohl Madi) war/ist aber unglaublich nett, sehr zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit. Absolut begeistert von meiner Erfahrung in der Subway-Filiale in Stuttgart! Diese Filiale ist zweifellos ein Juwel im Herzen der Stadt. Schon beim Betreten fiel die blitzsaubere Umgebung ins Auge, was die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm machte. Was diese Filiale wirklich von anderen abhebt, ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Die Bedienung war äußerst zuvorkommend und geduldig. Sie hatten ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und halfen mir, meine Auswahl zu treffen, während sie alle meine Sonderwünsche berücksichtigten. Ihre Professionalität und ihr Interesse am Kundenservice waren bemerkenswert. Die Frische der Zutaten war nicht zu übersehen. Das Gemüse war knackig und lebendig, und das frische Gebäck war eindeutig von hoher Qualität. Die Auswahl an Belägen und Saucen war beeindruckend, und das Personal nahm sich die Zeit, mir Empfehlungen zu geben, die perfekt zu meinem Geschmack passten. Die Sitzbereiche waren sauber und einladend, und ich konnte meine Mahlzeit in Ruhe genießen. Ich war vorhin in diesem Subway und muss wirklich sagen, dass es eine außerordentlich gute Erfahrung war. Die liebe Madi hat mich super beraten und sich gut Zeit gelassen für meine Bestellung. Ebenso war sie ein super Hilfe bei der Auswahl der passenden Beilagen und Saucen. Die Sandwiches die mit ihrer Hilfe zusammengestellt wurden haben sehr gut geschmeckt, alles hat super miteinander harmoniert. Bei so einer Bedienung, gerne jederzeit wieder!
