Completely overwhelmed staff, you wait 30 minutes on a Sunday evening!!!

It's unbelievable how high star ratings were achieved, very strange. Every time we have been there it has been extremely dirty inside and out. The “food” was like mud, by far the worst Burger King we know, plus the endless waiting times - not enough staff. McDonald's is simply better.

Went to the drive in today because Magges was closed. The cheeseburger patty looked so bad that I complained about it. The lady at the counter was nice and gave us a new cheeseburger without any problems. This patty looked a little better than the first but still really disgusting. The crispy chicken, however, was ok. As soon as I figure out how to upload pictures, I'll put one up.

Except for the fact that Asians don't understand German well, I am very satisfied. They clean well, are friendly, and the food is good. As expected, Asians seem to work quickly.

The quality of the burgers was disappointing. The lettuce in the burger looked like it was several hours past its shelf life. I wonder what about the other ingredients. Apparently the numerous scandals have not caused a rethink and food continues to be used well above the shelf life sticker. I will avoid the restaurant in the future.

Staff nice Order displays available. No pickup display. Toilets disastrous. The smell of feces was already at the door. I haven't experienced it yet either. But it wasn't any worse in the toilet than outside. Burger patty kinda small. Was it always so tiny?

You are the only Burger King in Stuttgart that is worth it!

The citizen - the patty was cold, the fries were soggy, and the nuggets weren't exactly warm either. OK, the fizz was at the right temperature and not iced.

The soft drinks now consist almost entirely of water with a minimal hint of syrup. So the austerity measures are taking full effect. Thanks, but without me in the future

I had a chicken nugget burger and extra nuggets (plant based nuggets). The nuggets on the burger were terribly hard and chewy. I suspect they were forgotten in the fryer. Many of the other nuggets were just as hard. I was very disappointed, the burger was just bad. Unfortunately, I picked it up at the drive-thru and only realized when I got home that the nuggets were wrong. If I had noticed it on site, I would definitely have returned it.

We were really shocked. Leftover food from the previous guests lay on every table. Garbage everywhere on the floor. The cola was just colored water. After asking, the gentleman behind the counter told me "the problem was known, the syrup was empty". But they don't tell you, not even those who get the drink at the drive-thru and set off with it... Really very annoying. The worst Burger King around!

Burger King is better than Asia Gourment in the same building.

It's a typical BK. Zero emotions, heartburn again after eating.

I've rarely seen such a dirty Burger King. The tables are sticky and the food leftovers from previous guests are stuck on them, the toilets are covered in pee, the floors are dirty, etc. Sorry, but there is another way, as many Burger Kings prove.

Were here on March 16th, well actually like every Kimg! It was strange that I had to wait over 15 minutes and almost everyone who came after me suddenly got their turn before me! Only when I said something did people remember it! A no go for me! In the toilets, no paper, luckily it was quick, no soap!!

Food and service good. Unfortunately there was a lot of background noise in the restaurant itself. Ringing, beeping etc. So the stay wasn't exactly pleasant. Otherwise recommended.

Employees have private conversations instead of serving guests. When I called attention to myself after a while... Was it said: "do you want something"? Of course, I would like to order ..."Yes, you have to talk to us" Service works differently, dear BK team!

Friendly staff and clean restaurant. However, employees change, not individually but in blocks. That means you have to be lucky.

Order came quickly and complete.

Food was warm. Completely unmotivated service. No smile, no greeting, not a kind word. Toilets clean. Ambience okay.

Not unlike an oversized ashtray, smoking is not allowed in this restaurant. Nasty: the toilets are on the 1st floor. No wonder that Aunt and Uncle Uschi's bowling club doesn't gorge themselves here. But it doesn't smell like wool detergent and cologne.

Unfortunately, I've only had bad experiences with the food so far. The location is great, but something always goes wrong in this kitchen for me.

Top BK on 2 levels, food fast & tasty and staff friendly, gladly again.

When will they finally get the burgers hot? 🔥 Everything is ok so far. But when we ordered 2 meals, a burger and cheese nuggets, it was a flop again. Two different versions of menus - small and large. The drink worked - unfortunately the fries didn't. Same with the pigs. One menu forgot mayonnaise on the other (it's my own fault, I could have checked it straight away) But the burgers were lukewarm. Please... I'd be happy to wait 2/3 minutes longer - but I'd like a hot burger instead.

The store has done a lot. Everything inside is new, nice and bright. Nice Asian employees at the checkout. We had salad, chili cheeseburger nuggets, gouda burger, Louisiana chicken and plant chili cheese. Everything was great and cheap thanks to the app. The Louisiana is my absolute favorite, the nice spiciness of the fruity sauce meets crispy chicken. Wow! A 5 star model establishment like in Sindelfingen. There are also drinks you can tap yourself, that would be the icing on the cake

Für ein BK, top. Hat trotzdem sehr nachgelassen. Die beste Zeit war mit dem Getränkeautomat und guten Free Wifi.

Ist ein BurgerKing. Man konnte nur Bar bezahlen, Technik sah schon sehr ramponiert aus. Essen war frisch.

Am Drive, bedient eine türkische Frau die sehr beleidigend gegenüber den Kunden ist. Sie wollte keine Bestellung aufnehmen obwohl uns gesagt worden ist der Schalter sei kaputt wir sollen vorfahren. So eine Mitarbeiterin widerspiegelt in keinsterweise Burger Kings Werte, deshalb ist so eine Mitarbeiterin eher hinten besser aufgehoben als vorne im Kundenempfang. Das war auch nicht das erste mal, das ihr Verhalten so negativ aufgefallen ist. Langsam sollte sich Burger King echt Gedanken um so eine Mitarbeiterin machen.

Zum 3 mal ist was kalt. Erste mal Nuggets 2. mal Pommes und 3. mal nun mein Whopper. Na ich bin raus. Nie aon mieses BK gehabt

Etwas langsam für Fastfood geschmacklich aber gut

War jetzt ein paar Mal dort, es war immer sauber und geschmacklich top. Wurde auch frisch umgebaut und sieht modern aus. Empfehlenswert.

Ich war Sonntag gegen 13 Uhr dort und außer mir war niemand da. Hatte meine Bestellung innerhalb von wenigen Minuten. Burger waren sehr knusprig, was darauf schließen lässt dass sie frisch zubereitet wurden. Wirklich der beste BK den ich seit langem erlebt habe.

Einfach nicht die Toilette benutzen

Für ein Schnellrestaurant akzeptabel mehr aber auch nicht . Ich kenne bessere Burger Kings

Burger King halt. Keine Getränke Refill, werden vom Personal eingefüllt. Öffnungszeiten sind nicht so toll, nach 22 Uhr muss man dann halt zum Macces um die Ecke.

An diesem Tage guter Service, essen wurde auch schnell zubereitet ohne lange zu warten. Die Burger waren gut.

Es gibt SB Terminals. Leider hat die Technik teilweise versagt. Payback Pay war nicht verfügbar obwohl extra beworben. Schade! Ist ein Drive In mit Sitzplätzen.

Burger war OK. Pommes und Zwiebelringe lätschig und fast kalt.

Halt ein Burgerking, pommes sind super

Die Burger waren warm - das ist allerdings auch schon alles was man positives berichten kann. Sauberkeit kann ich jedem zustimmen, der es als unterirdisch oder dreckig bezeichnet.

Seit der renovation echt schöner Laden, die Klimaanlage funktioniert und kühlt das Gebäude, auf beiden Etagen, jedoch ist es meist dreckig, weil die Mitarbeiter nicht genug putzen Jetzt zu detaillierten Sachen Toiletten sind immernoch gleich wie davor, nur bisschen sauberer, Mitarbeiter können kaum/teilweise deutsch und man muss die Bestellung 3 mal wiederholen, zum Glück gibt es jetzt da diese Terminals wo man bestellen kann. Drive thru ist o.k aber wenn die viele Besucher haben dann kommen die meistens in der Küche nicht hinterhery daran merkt man das die Arbeiter Mangel haben, aber mit dem Essen hatte ich nur 1 mal Probleme, da war ein fetter Knochen in meinem long chicken, aber sonst sind die Burger immer frisch und warm, genauso wie die Fritten und Nuggets, aber wenn ich ehrlich bin die Fritten und Nuggets schmecken bei McDonalds besser, aber bei burgerking schmecken die Burger besser, also sind die gleich gestellt, Personal BIS JETZT immer freundlich, aber wie gesagt die putzen zu wenig

Hedelfingenben a villamos (U9, U13) végállomásától pár perc sétára található gyorsétterem. A rendelést automata kasszák segítik, hatalmas kijelzőn jelenik meg a sorszám, ha a rendelés elkészült. Az emeleten körpanorámás étterem rész van. A közelben Rewe, Müller. Az épület előtt parkoló és buszmegálló ( 62,65,103). Autós kiszolgálás is van.

Warum es mich hier her treibt kann ich euch nicht sagen, aber eins kann ich mit Gewissheit sagen: man ist danach nicht glücklich! Essen ist einfach und lieblos - wie in jedem BK Teuer ist es, wenn man überlegt was es vor einem Jahr gekostet hat Und satt ist man auch nicht😣

War alles prima. Nur im Restaurant war es mir persönlich zu warm.

Leider keine re-fill Automaten mehr da. Sehr schade. OG ist wieder offen. Kein freies WLAN mehr. Angry Garlic Burger (aktuell) nicht bestellbar Obwohl nicht viel los ist, ist in jeder Bestellung etwas falsch/vergessen worden! Musik relativ laut. Was eigentlich noch OK wäre, jedoch sind die Boxen defekt und ranzen. Das in Kombination mit der Lautstärke ist suboptimal.

Ich werde in dieser Filiale nicht mehr essen, weil ich wegen der Unordnung im Restaurant nur schlechte Schlüsse auf die Ordnung in der Küche ziehen kann. Die Sanitärräume sind ungeputzt und riechen sehr unangenehm. PS: Wir sind im zweiten Geschoss gesessen, weil es dort Gefühl ordentlicher war.

Im Gegensatz zum Restaurant in Bad Cannstatt ist dieser Burger King ganz OK das Essen und der Service entspricht dem was man erwartet freundliche Mitarbeiter und das Essen ist frisch ohne Beanstandung wer Lust hat kann sich hier in Ruhe einen Snack gönnen

Also früher sind wir gerne in diesen Burger King, jetzt wollten wir vor zwei Tagen rein und sind mit Kind umgedreht. Jeder (wirklich jeder) Tisch war dreckig. Ich haben uns umgeschaut. Kein Sauberer Tisch frei. Es war nicht viel los. Mir verging der Appetit, wir sind zum Dönerladen gegangen (da war alles sauber) .... Schade.

Essen wie gewohnt von BK ganz gut. Dieser BK hat ziemlich stark gerochen, die WCs vorallem hatten so einen Intensiven strengen Geruch, das man diese nicht benutzen konnte. Das Personal tut das nötigste.

Nettes und aufmerksames Personal

Serviette kriegt man keins die muss man selber mitbringen. Schlechte Service waren auch mal besser.
