Auf dem Parkplatz stinkt es extrem nach Müll, da vergeht einem der Apetit

Gerade im Drive in 2 plantbased Burgermenüs geholt. Daheim angekommen, wir uns gefreut, reingebissen und feststellen müssen, dass wir Knorpel zwischen den Zähnen haben. Das mag für manche vielleicht in Ordnung sein Leichenteile zu essen, aber sorry das geht gar nicht. Habe fast kotzen müssen. Macht euren Job oder lasst es bitte. Pommes kein Milligramm Salz drauf. Seit wann ist Salz so teuer? Für mich weggeschmissenes Geld plus vor allem null Vertrauen mehr, für euch einen Kunden weniger.

Bis zum 20 Uhr, dann weiter bis zum 22 Uhr mit dem Auto, Freitag und Samstag bis zum 23:00 Uhr mit dem Auto

Die Atmosphäre ist gut, aber ich habe woanders einen viel besseren Whopper gegessen.

Beim Drive Inn unbedingt den Inhalt prüfen,heute 3 Menüs mitgenommen aber nur 2 Burger drin gewesen.Schade,ist mir jetzt schon in Bad Cannstatt,Bernhausen und jetzt auch in Hedelfingen passiert.und da fährt man nicht gschwind 15 Minuten hin und 15 zurück. Nächstel mal zu KFC,da ist mir dss nie passiert

Sauber, gutes Essen, eine Mischung aus Raststätte und gemütlichem Burgerladen. Selbstbedienungskioske, aber übersichtliche Speisekarten.

Hab einen Burger weniger bekommen als bestellt. Da es zum mitnehmen war und ich Vertrauen hatte, habe ich in der Tüte nicht nachgezählt.

War um 23.50 Uhr dort und war bereits zu. Frechheit…

Alles scheint in Ordnung zu sein, aber lasst uns lernen, wie man Käsesauce im Glas zubereitet; sie sollte heiß und nicht kalt sein und wie eine Sauce aussehen, nicht wie ein Stück Käse.

Extrem schlechter Laden. Auf dem Außengelände des Restaurants steht ein Boxautomat. So einer steht auch in Waiblingen und weiteren Filialen. Dieser Boxautomat hat 3€ von mir geschluckt, aber schlagen konnte ich nicht, weil er die Runde nicht mal gestartet hat. Als ich mich beim Personal beschwert habe, meinten die nur uninteressiert, dass dieser Boxautomat einer anderen Firma gehört. Als ich gefragt habe, ob man diese Firma kontaktieren könnte oder ob ich den Namen der Firma haben könnte, damit ich mein Geld zurückbekomme, bekam ich weiterhin die Antwort, dass der Boxautomat einer anderen Firma gehört. Bloß ist es interessant, dass dasselbe Modell auch an anderen Filialen steht. Wenn man einen Boxautomaten vor seinem Restaurant aufstellt, wirkt es komisch, dass bei einem Systemfehler aufeinmal kein Schlüssel vorhanden ist (Automaten haben ja bekanntlich einen Schlüssel, mit dem man die dann aufmachen kann). Ich kann nur wärmstens empfehlen, diesen Boxautomaten nicht anzurühren, wenn ihr nicht wollt, dass euer Geld ohne Gegenleistung verschwindet. Absolut beschämend!

Burger King ist bei uns auf langen Strecken obligatorisch, deswegen kennen wir verschiedene Läden. Hier war alles tippi toppi. Frisch, ansehnlich, vollständig, freundlich, sauber - nix zu meckern 😊 Danke!

Der Service war bei den vielen Bestellungen etwas langsam. Ich habe bestimmt 20-30 Minuten gewartet. Für ein fast food Restaurant war es zu langsam. Ich komme trotzdem wieder, da die burger und alles nicht darunter gelitten haben. Die Mini Burger sind super lecker.

Ein Schnellrestaurant, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle (U9, U13) in Hedelfingen entfernt. Die Bestellung erfolgt an automatischen Kassen, und die Bestellnummer wird auf einem großen Bildschirm angezeigt, sobald das Essen fertig ist. Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein Restaurant mit Panoramablick. In der Nähe liegen die Restaurants Rewe und Müller. Vor dem Gebäude befinden sich ein Parkplatz und eine Bushaltestelle (Linien 62, 65, 103). Es gibt auch einen Fahrdienst. Nach zwei Jahren waren wir neulich wieder dort. Der Service war freundlich, und wir bekamen unser Essen schnell.

Es ist fast food, aber sauber, freundlich und geöffnet.

Alles sauber, alles Frisch... Motivierte Mitarbeiter.

I ate there yesterday and afterwards I saw Fievel the Mouse! I haven't seen him in at least 15 years, and he ran straight into the kitchen. I think he works there, or maybe he jumped right into the deep fryer. Either way: 😾

I was surprised, it's become extremely expensive.

Fast food isn't really my thing. But the view from the first floor, especially at night, is fantastic!

Whether you're feeling a little or very hungry, this is the place to go. My meal was hot and delicious. It may be just one of many Burger King restaurants, but when you're hungry, it's simply heavenly.

The restaurant was clean, and orders were taken quickly. The burgers were freshly prepared and tasted okay, but the fries could have been a bit hotter and crispier. The staff was friendly, even if the cash register seemed a bit hectic. The good location and fast service were positives. There were minor drawbacks regarding the atmosphere and attention to detail, but overall, a good impression.

Nice experience overall, food came very fast and it was hot and tasty 😋. Tables could be more clean but it's not very bad.

Monday evening, 10:30 p.m., nothing going on, but all the tables were dirty. We loudly and clearly pointed this out to the store manager, but none of the employees seemed to care.

It's always closed early somehow.

The coffee machine has been broken for months. The plant-based nuggets are often old and hard. Coupons available in the app or on paper are often impossible to redeem.

The atmosphere was good, but the food...well, okay. I haven't been to Burger King in years, and now I remember why.

Good location right on the street and the branch manager is very nice. We were there with 12 people and received 6 packets of chips as a gift.

Unfortunately, it took over 25 minutes for us to get our food, and the burgers were cold. Furthermore, some items were missing from our order. However, the employee tried her best.

The new Burger King now even has a second floor with the BEST view I've ever seen in a Burger King. The burgers are always great, and you can't complain. Now you can order from iPads, too! It's crazy!

I've only been to the drive-thru so far, but the employees were very understanding. Coupons were easy to redeem and online pre-ordering was also easy. Wait times for food were also reasonable. It's typical fast food.

Speaking English, you will feel like some stranger or alien. Best wishes, guys!

Unfortunately, even one star is too many here. Wait times are getting longer and longer, even though it's not busy. On top of that, two or three items are always missing from the order. The staff are unfriendly. Never again, thanks for nothing.

Everything was great - one star deducted for the manager, as the store must have been 40 degrees Celsius today. Poor employees! 8 hours in there -> headaches guaranteed. No air conditioning!

Increasingly expensive, all burgers are getting smaller. Too expensive for the quality.

The store's closing hours leave much to be desired. Since the coronavirus pandemic, opening hours have become shorter. While all other stores are open at least until midnight during the week, which is already too short, this one closes at 11 p.m.!

Worst service ever!!! Waited 20 minutes for fries, a drink, and a double cheeseburger, while other customers got their food faster. Never eat here again!!! PS: The fries weren't salted and had burnt oil.

At Burger King, you generally wait longer than at its competitor with the golden M. The chaotic parking lot is also a problem, often resulting in traffic jams. Service seems attentive but not particularly fast or routine. The food is delicious. The ambiance is enhanced by a boxing machine outside the door, which immediately makes you feel at home.

Unfortunately, the burgers were far too dry. They clearly skimped on the sauce.

The staff were so disrespectful. I came in at 10:30 p.m. and was about to order, when suddenly they said they couldn't order and were closed. And they simply closed the doors before 11 p.m.

The king of the month used to be a pretty good deal. Unfortunately, the sad soggy burger I got this time was quite the disappointment. Fries were amazing as per usual. Burgerking > McDonalds, no doubt.

So there is a limit somewhere. Here it was actually exceeded today. Our food was served cold, the curli fries were raw inside. 2 chrispi chicken both ice cold, the meat less than lukewarm. The blonde with her disgusting hair down was always jumping around with her hair down. Too bad hey. What managers and shift leaders...sad.

Were here on March 16th, well actually like every Kimg! It was strange that I had to wait over 15 minutes and almost everyone who came after me suddenly got their turn before me! Only when I said something did people remember it! A no go for me! In the toilets, no paper, luckily it was quick, no soap!! Here again, 12/21/24! Well I wanted to test the Danish King, unfortunately it is only available as a junior menu!! Then Chilli Cheese Fries, according to the picture with jalapeños, came without, but with chilli powder! You can save now too!

The food is always fresh and quick. Unfortunately, the upper floor is always very dirty.

Please check always your order and what you got, because they usually forgot to add something... I ordered today to take away and I checked it at home and they forgot this time the nuggets.. I know I was silly because I didn't check it at the moment of ordering... But is not the first time, the personal is very friendly, but I don't know why always they forget something... The last time I was there I ordered to eat there and they also forgot an ice cream, luckily I realized it at the moment and I told them. But this time I can't do anything I accept my fault not checking it at the moment.. I could understand if they were under stress situation or so but in the moment there was not many people in the restaurant.. So please check always your order and don't do like me.

One of the higher quality BurgerKings for fast food restaurants. It always tastes good and I haven't had any errors in my orders for some time. Often I'm just missing a little sauce on the burgers or I get fries or nuggets that aren't too crispy anymore. But that again is the exception. Meets what you would expect from a Burger King restaurant. And you shouldn't expect anything more. I like it here, it's tasty, quick food but of course not a place for everyday lunch/dinner. Still always happy here. My favorites here are the chicken burgers (all pretty good) and the fact that you can refill your drink for free. The employees are ready to serve and work to the best of their knowledge and belief. Which is a rarity and commendable in the industry.

Went to the drive in today because Magges was closed. The cheeseburger patty looked so bad that I complained about it. The lady at the counter was nice and gave us a new cheeseburger without any problems. This patty looked a little better than the first but still really disgusting. The crispy chicken, however, was ok. As soon as I figure out how to upload pictures, I'll put one up.

By far the best Burger King I've ever eaten at! The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the food is perfectly prepared. The burgers were fresh and grilled just right, and all the ingredients were good quality. The entire visit was extremely positive - this is how Burger King should be! I would definitely like to come back.

It's nicely decorated and I liked it. But I didn't like the beef tortilla at all. The meat had a strange taste. It may be that it should be that way since I ordered for the first time. I will order the beef tortilla again to see if it tastes like that.

It's unbelievable how high star ratings were achieved, very strange. Every time we have been there it has been extremely dirty inside and out. The “food” was like mud, by far the worst Burger King we know, plus the endless waiting times - not enough staff. McDonald's is simply better.

Except for the fact that Asians don't understand German well, I am very satisfied. They clean well, are friendly, and the food is good. As expected, Asians seem to work quickly.

The quality of the burgers was disappointing. The lettuce in the burger looked like it was several hours past its shelf life. I wonder what about the other ingredients. Apparently the numerous scandals have not caused a rethink and food continues to be used well above the shelf life sticker. I will avoid the restaurant in the future.

Staff nice Order displays available. No pickup display. Toilets disastrous. The smell of feces was already at the door. I haven't experienced it yet either. But it wasn't any worse in the toilet than outside. Burger patty kinda small. Was it always so tiny?

The citizen - the patty was cold, the fries were soggy, and the nuggets weren't exactly warm either. OK, the fizz was at the right temperature and not iced.

I had a chicken nugget burger and extra nuggets (plant based nuggets). The nuggets on the burger were terribly hard and chewy. I suspect they were forgotten in the fryer. Many of the other nuggets were just as hard. I was very disappointed, the burger was just bad. Unfortunately, I picked it up at the drive-thru and only realized when I got home that the nuggets were wrong. If I had noticed it on site, I would definitely have returned it.
