The plant-based products are excellent. They taste really good. Unfortunately, the staff at the drive-thru were completely unprofessional. There were three cars ahead of me. I was up for pickup after 30!!! minutes. The employee had her microphone permanently on loud... the entire line of cars listened as she yelled at her colleagues because she had made a mistake. She had typed MIDI instead of XXL for the customer in front of me. We all got to hear her math skills loudly too... No, unfortunately, she couldn't really do that. At the end, I specifically asked what was in the bag - she gave me the correct answer: 2 burgers and 2 large fries. She also billed me for that. When I got home 20 minutes later, I realized she had forgotten a fries, which at over €4, wasn't funny anymore. Disappointed... I'm not going all the way back to complain. What a shame!

This Burger king is really good. The food here is really tasty (I usually try all the beef and chicken burgers). The meat is cooked very well usually with the right consistency. The service here is also very quick with the staff who are very friendly and assist with available options. Definitely recommended 👍🏻

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience at Burger King. I ordered the "Chicken Crunch Burger" – nowhere did it say that it contained bacon, neither in the description nor in the picture. When I noticed this, I wanted to exchange the burger for a version without bacon. The employee was annoyed and said that "you should know that." Service-minded? None. Only after discussion was I given a new burger – but without the extras I had previously paid for (extra jalapeños and cheese – the cheese, by the way, is included as standard, but was forgotten anyway). I wanted to avoid going back to the counter, as friendliness seemed to be in short supply here anyway. Anyone who values transparency, customer service, and proper food is unfortunately in the wrong place.

Ancient fries and onion rings, not even edible anymore. Even though there was absolutely no business, we still waited a long time. The prices are ridiculous anyway. €4 for a water bottle in a plastic bottle.

Yesterday I was at the drive-thru for the first time in a long time. The nuggets were cold and hard, the fries were the same, the Whopper was darkly fried (meat). The Crunchy Chicken Burger had old dark chicken on it, you couldn't even bite into it, it couldn't be worse, only the Big King was freshly made. My conclusion: never go there again or go to any other Burger King. I should have given the 41 euros to someone else.

When I got chili cheese fries, there were five jalapenos and a teaspoon of cheese on them. That's a disgrace!! The price isn't justified for that amount.

It's a normal Burger King and you can eat well inside 😌 The food is of course the standard of fast food. I come there regularly to eat when I'm in a hurry.

I ordered a vegetarian long chicken through Wolt. The salad was rotten. This was not an “accident”. Okay, it's okay that a leaf is a bit muddy and you can't see it, but everything was brown!!! I work in the catering industry myself, I know that. Disgusting!!!

Over the years, the quality of the place have been continuously decaying. This to the point that in my last visit there was no drive through, and no meat.

By far the best burgers among the large, well-known fast food providers.

takes forever for really small orders

Orders are getting messed up regularly. Forgetting small stuff like a donut, a small water or soda, etc.

Regularly visit this Burger King's drive-thru and the experience is positive. The staff is friendly, efficient and works quickly, which means there is hardly any waiting time, especially when there is little crowd. The typical Burger King dishes are ideal for on the go and are usually of good quality. Ordering via the app works smoothly and makes the process even easier. Overall, a reliable place to go for fast food in the car.

Burger not really warm. Otherwise ok

Burger prepared incorrectly, extra ingredients paid for not received and ice cold after 10 minutes. And all without a high number of guests. It's such a shame to be cheated on like that.

Another new assessment of my visit after my last bet was blocked for strange reasons. I ordered at the counter and got a cold Whopper with cheese dried on the paddy and not complete and hardly any sauce. He was dry and cold inside. Wanted chilli fries and got normal fries, chilli cheese balls and got 1 sauce instead of ordered 3... ignored or forgotten. When I said something, a "nice" lady pointed out in a "very nice, annoyed manner" that it wasn't on the receipt...maybe so, but I didn't want it and I hadn't ordered it that way. It didn't matter and I had a long haul flight and was hungry. There wasn't much going on...paid almost €23 for, in my opinion, a cold burger and poor and unmotivated service, a long waiting time for "fast food" and, in my opinion, too much money for it. I took my drink and left angry and disappointed, left the order at the front and went to take part in the street. That was definitely the last time. I'm curious if this review bothers anyone. I'll pass on my objective opinion and the experience I've had, it's not the first time I've gone to Burger Kings at other locations and can make comparisons....

An average Burger King, nothing really special.

It's always the same. Menus have remained the same. Prices have changed. Price and performance in the middle range.

It may have played a role that I didn't get there hungry until around 1:20 a.m. one night from Saturday to Sunday. The burger menu was what I expect from a burger restaurant. I wanted to use the waiting time between ordering and completing my menu to wash my hands. Unfortunately the soap dispenser in the men's room was empty. And apparently this has been going on for a long time. When I pointed this out to an employee, he took note. However, the soap was not refilled. The table where I sat down to eat had probably not seen a mop in a while. The prices of a burger menu are now around 10 euros. For this price you should be able to expect a responsible view of operational hygiene.

Good location, but quality and speed vary greatly

I was at the drive counter again today, placed an order and what do I have to realize again at home that two complete kids menus were missing 😠😠. I then wanted to call the restaurant but no one even answered the phone.... 😡 😠 👎👎 I would like to experience getting everything I ordered... But I think Easter and Christmas have to fall on the same day. Short update: I didn't order this to take away from the drive counter but from the restaurant, there wasn't really anything going on so there wasn't any stress for the employees. I asked is everything as I ordered it. Was confirmed, arrived home, what did you forget again 2x 6 nuggets 😡😡😡😡 Unbelievable....

Floor was sticky, but food came quickly. The fries were a bit soggy and I could almost count the sugar grains in my churros on one hand. The gentleman at the counter provided above-average service. He asked whether the order was correct and went through with us that everything was included. He was always polite and nice, I hope he gets paid enough for it. In contrast to her neighbors, I have never missed anything at BK.

I don't recommend anyone to have their food delivered because it feels like the food arrives after 2 hours.
