Very modern McDonalds. The food was great, it was very clean, there wasn't anything lying around anywhere and the staff was very friendly. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Some people can definitely use this as a guide

Entertainment is available in the established Mc Donalads, people with headphones walk 500km through the branch while they enjoy a warm apple turnover and keep the customers happy while they wait for their food, highly recommended

Ordered Cola and got Fanta to go. There is no sense of friendliness there. Everyone has the same indifferent expression. No smile nothing!! The employees walk just past the customers on the way to get juice and then back again.

It's very dirty. Nobody cleans and nobody cares. Some order screens were broken.. not marked as broken and they were constantly hiring people trying to make an order. My advice is to add a note so that customers don't try one unnecessarily. Placing an order was ignored. Nobody really cared. Communication from the employees was very poor. The manager didn't respond either... so this store is really terrible. No more…

Because of the quick preparation (in 30 seconds)

I redeemed a free McFlurry coupon at the machine, but the machine somehow didn't print anything out. I then went to the checkout and asked for help. The employee then redeemed the coupon from his McDonalds account and I got my McFlurry. While I was eating, the employee came and brought another one and said it worked at the machine. I then had 2 McFlurrys for free. It was a very nice and helpful employee. Also, the children's playroom was very cool because there is a basketball hoop and I played basketball there with my little sister.

Although there was hardly any activity, after 45 minutes there were still used napkins on the floor at the neighboring table. Some products were not available, offers from the coupons could not be ordered, Coke was ordered without ice and received twice with ice....

Everything is as good as it gets - fast, tasty, clean and friendly. Parking is free - we punch a parking ticket at the checkout.

One of the best McDonalds I have ever been. It is opposite the airport. It was a good choice to relax, eat, drink and wait with our children till the flight on a rainy day. The staff is perfectly kind to the customers. Good wifi.

The worst McDonald's i have ever been in. Fries weren't "fresh" ... mixed with the fries fried in the morning. Absolutely wouldn't recommend.

For me it's a McDonald's like any other, with one small exception. We went straight to the terrace and from there into the restaurant. After 40 minutes we were ready and had read 60 minutes of free parking. Puppy cake. You have to buy the parking ticket at the MC otherwise in our case you pay 9.90 for 40 minutes of parking. So before you go, have your parking ticket validated at the MC counter!

By far this is the best McDonald's ever! I don't go to McDonald's often (because it's unhealthy), but when I go, I want it to at least be worth cheating. No lie, whenever I eat here, everything is always very fresh, especially the fries! Simply a 10/10, can only recommend it!!

I can recommend that parking is very expensive if you don't buy anything there, as it belongs to Stuttgart Airport. If you buy something you can have the parking ticket scanned there and have one hour free.

It has a drive through and spacious but the approach road has to be wider as it is very narrow for pedestrians.

I've been here several times now. Every time I wanted to order a Mc Flurry or a milkshake. I was always told that the ice cream machine was broken. I think the employees don't feel like cleaning the machine. This means you can't read the menu cards because they change so quickly. Very friendly for older people.

I wanted to enjoy my hamburger and fries at Stuttgart Airport, but was disappointed when I was served the stale fries. We don't eat for free... I visit you every two weeks but today I wasn't satisfied. The service quality of companies should always be standard 🤔

Food and furnishings good. Not all machines worked, which led to waiting times. Parking for a fee or having a ticket stamped is ok, but also inconvenient and time-consuming. If you are taken to a flight, it's ok, but allow a little more time than usual with Mc.

First a tray is brought to you, then after 5 minutes the rest of the food! Half the order is wrong, ketchup was deselected and is still on it! Employees also very unfriendly

The coolest Mäcces branch I know. Great parking option. One hour free, always something free. Super nicely furnished, extremely clean. The food comes very quickly, is always fresh and tasty. I like to take a little detour. The bad reviews probably come from before the renovation.

Unfortunately very disappointing. I wanted to have breakfast at 9am when it opened, but I was told they didn't have that. Eating a burger at 9am is not the best. Best regards

Since the renovation, the most beautiful branch far and wide. Everything chic and VERY clean. Also the toilets. My order was served very quickly. The burgers look like in the brochure. Friendly staff. Conclusion: clear recommendation!

Parking for guests is free for the first hour. Orders are processed very quickly and table service is very convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. My conclusion: great for a fast food restaurant.

I've been there several times now and I'm thrilled. The decor was great, 👍 always with fresh flowers in vases on the table, the food we ordered was served very quickly and the staff when ordering was very friendly. The lady even gave me advice. Really great!

Very big McDonald's, so hardly anyone eats there or goes there. As in every McDonald's, the food is bad.

Positive: - friendly staff - lots of space, pleasant atmosphere, clean Negative: - We ordered takeout. The box with the chicken nuggets was missing. We noticed this in good time because it had happened here before. Unfortunately, we only noticed when we got home that all the dips were missing (4x sour cream, 1x BBQ). That's really really bad, especially since there were hardly any customers and nobody was stressed.

The food was prepared quickly. Everything was still very hot. It was very clean and very cozy places.

I asked about the parking lot and how it was going, the only answer I got was that it doesn't belong to us and there is a discount outside for a minimum consumption of €2. Otherwise everything was OK and please clean the men's toilet 🤮.

Der beste McDonald’s in der Umgebung! Das Personal ist freundlich und vor allem hilfsbereit. Einmal war auf meinem Burger fälschlicherweise extra Bacon statt Käse drauf. Ich habe kurz darauf einen neuen Burger zum Tisch geliefert bekommen, schade jedoch um den alten. Das Restaurant ist sehr geräumig und sieht etwas moderne als andere Filialen aus. Sauberkeit wird hier auch ernst genommen. Die Anzahl der Parkplätze ist sehr überschaubar, aber selbst am Wochenende nie wirklich voll. Das Parken kostet 9€, wenn man im Restaurant isst! McDonald’s Kunden können das Parkticket entwerten, sodass man nichts zahlen muss. Für tiefergelegte Autos: Vorsicht am Drive in kurz vor der Tafel mit den Preisen und Angeboten und den Bodenwellen beim Zebrastreifen 😁

Mittwoch nachmittag- ruhig, freundlich, schnell. Man kann dort parken. Für die Kunden erste Stunde kostenlos. Man muss das Parkticket an der Kasse entwerten.

Schöner und sauberer Mc Donalds. Bestellung ging flott und Personal war freundlich. Man wurde bedient im Restaurant. Manche Mitarbeiter waren aber ein wenig überfordert obwohl es doch relativ ruhig war. Wahrscheinlich einlernphase. Aber trotzdem waren die Kunden und Mitarbeiter respektvoll und freundlich gegenüber einander. Achtung beim Parken. Karte entwerten lassen sonst wird es teuer .

Nach dem Umbau wirklich gut geworden. Echte Blumen auf den Tischen!!! Man sollte aber nur Mitarbeiter an die Kasse lassen, die es wissen was sie tun.

A very well located place, great employees and above all a clean and like new establishment with even an electrical outlet on most of the tables. I highly recommend ! 

Schön eingerichtet, ist hauptsächlich Drive In. Als Fußgänger leider relativ schlecht zu erreichen... Wegweiser aus Richtung Busterminal wäre nicht schlecht!

Etwas umständlich am Flughafen gelegen, aber sicher einen Stop wert. Den Parkausweis vorher an der Kasse entwerten lassen ;)

One of the greatest McDonald's I've ever been in.

The drive through lady at 11:30pm on Tuesday 5th of September 2023 was so rude and behaved so arrogantly with us as if we are not paying for our food and she is doing a favour by serving us,I mean if you can't be nice with people atleast be normal...such people need to be addressed by their McDonald's bosses to behave with customers and be nice,it is basic manners and specifically if you are a person serving people in a restaurant!!!!

I wasn't inside, takeaway service was best and so fast.

Ein neu errichtetes Restaurant in idealer Entfernung zum Flughafen Stuttgart. Was viele nicht wissen: einfach den Parkschein an der Restaurant-Kasse registrieren lassen und schon parkt man die erste Stunde für 0 Euro.

Habe selten so einen sauberen Mc donald gesehen. Service top freundliches Personal schönes Ambiente komme gerne wieder :)

Cappuccino wird zum vor Ort Verzehr standardmäßig in To Go Becher gefüllt, anstatt in Porzellantassen. Umweltschutz wird klein geschrieben. Bei Nachfrage wurde missmutig der Kaffee vom Pappbecher in eine Porzellantasse geschüttet, anstatt einen neuen Kaffee zu erhalten. Wir werden hier keinen Kaffee mehr trinken und hatten uns von einem Mc Café mehr erwartet.

Ambiente ist gut, neuer, aufgeräumter McDonalds.

Vergesst nicht das Ticket abstempeln und nicht unbedingt länger als 1 Stunde...sonst wird es etwas teuer. Ansonsten: schön dass es wieder geöffnet hat!
