No joke, one of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever visited. The benches are comfortable. And there are good chairs for small children.

Cheeseburgers were cold, done probably 15-20 minutes before, not fresh. McRib was tasty, but drowned in sauce and probably heated in microwave. Next time I will order cheeseburgers with extra cheese or without pickle so they have to make them fresh. And all doors open the wrong way, you have to touch the handle when going out of WC. And I have seen people not washing their hands after toilet.

I'm just reading about validating the parking ticket here. I was at McDonald's for about 30 minutes and paid around €30 for the meal. When I validated the parking ticket outside, I had to pay another €9 for the parking ticket!

We got an iced matcha latte. Unfortunately, it's just milk with a few ice cubes in it. So it tastes just like milk, and it looks like it, too. No flavor at all. A real shame.

The McDonald's I always go to. Clean and a very friendly team. Plus, there's a parking lot right outside, with one hour free for McDonald's customers.

A very good and attractive establishment, I was able to satisfy my hunger with two burgers and a liter of Coca-Cola, I recommend it to everyone, quite tasty and good prices for the city

Excellent McDonald's, Mac menu with large fries and Royal cheeseburger for about 11 euros. Not very fast cooking, but as usual everything is delicious. Very nice Mac cafe area with a tree. Excellent music, comfortable tables. There is a small playground for children. You can order through the cashier or through the terminal. Entrance to the airport without inspections.

Not recommended – disappointing service Unfortunately, my visit was very disappointing. The first employee only spoke English, which made communication difficult. When the food arrived, parts of the order were missing. A second employee, who spoke better German, joined us – but instead of addressing the issue in a friendly manner, she reacted aggressively: She slammed something she was holding onto my table without saying a word and simply walked away. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. I therefore cannot recommend this restaurant.

The lady at the cash register with the dark hair was very helpful and nice my order was wrong and she was very cooperative and helpful and solved the problem with good German knowledge I will always come back

Parking in itself is €9! Even for 1 minute, you pay way too much! Don’t go here

Very nice McDonalds. We stopped during a long drive for coffee. The coffee and service were great. Also a nice play room for kids. Parking for Mcdonals customers is free but you need to get the card stamped from the counter.

Delicious, super clean, anytime again

The food is standard, like everywhere else. I find the staff very friendly and accommodating, even if you arrive late at night. I think the 1-hour free parking is a good option considering the location near the airport.

I wouldn't really recommend this place because the food wasn't very tasty. It looked good but it didn't live up to its promise. The service was very rude and the place wasn't nicely decorated.

Standard mc donalds experience. Very nice lady that hands out the orders. Only downside is that you need to have a parking ticket, that you have to give to the counter. Otherwise it’s very expensive.

I was waiting for a relative and got something to eat, so I parked there. Parking was advertised as free for over an hour for paying customers. I was there for 15 minutes and had to pay over €10. What a disgrace.

Everything was great! The food was good, it arrived quickly, it was clean, the power outlet and toilet worked—I didn't need anything more.

I wrote a review about a year ago that never got posted, my opinion changed since then. It’s still not a perfect McDonald’s but the quality increased and the employees are more friendly.

The nice man at the drive-thru counter was a real hoot. He even got the nice lady. I suspect the shift manager pointed out that we were missing a burger. She was convinced that's not the case at home, but we discovered he was right. Sad, sad. And here again today, I want to take inventory. They're sure to get rich with what's being forgotten. May 30, 2025: The problem has been taken care of; that's customer service 😃

At Stuttgart Airport, the parking lot is subject to a fee. The restroom is cramped but clean. Service staff is a bit slow, but okay. The food here is exceptionally hot... (Or at least it was when we were there).

The manager yelled at a server yesterday, so the atmosphere was poor and the service was deducted one star. The lobby staff cleaned the table but left ketchup stains with their rag that weren't there before. The burger is my own creation. Keto-friendly.

An employee with dark hair at the counter was totally unfriendly in terms of service, she didn't see her mistakes. Half of the products were missing and they said at one volume where is the problem 3 times in a row? I said half the products were missing, she shouldn't shout so arrogantly. Unfriendly, incompetent service. Ordered mozzarella wrap. First received a chicken wrap as a vegetarian. After a complaint and discussion, I received a wrap with just lettuce. The waitress wanted to let me know that all wraps contain chicken... Paid over 5 euros for that!!!

Outrageous!!! Outrageous!!! Outrageous!!! So definitely don't eat Falehr here. Fries cold. Inedible! Cheeseburgers worse than ever! Who doesn't know McDonald's at the Drice-in that says food has been on the "warming plate" for a long time. But I've never experienced that here before. The cheeseburger was awesome! When I say it like that, I mean it. Normally I'm very reserved with my criticism and always try to be objective - - - - - but here I just have to let off some steam. What I had to experience here doesn't describe as catastrophic. It's been 15 hours now... and I'm still mad at this shop here at Stuttgart Airport. Recently I ate at the same snack chain at Leipzig Airport... Top 1a, it's possible if you want. As I said. Here never again! Outrageous!!!

Can't understand the negative reviews. Were here for the second time while passing through. Nice courteous employees. Quick preparation. Food was warm to hot. We also had a nice chat with the branch manager. We just had to wait a bit for a free parking space. The reason is currently a construction site in the parking lot which is blocking 5 parking spaces.

Unfortunately, the employees don't understand German and don't respond to questions.

I visit this McDonald's branch several times a day because of its proximity to my workplace - and for good reason. The quality of service and friendliness of the staff clearly stand out from other branches. Even the taste of the food seems to be better here. I always enjoy coming here and can only warmly recommend a visit.

Very nice people, even when they got my order wrong i didnt notice. But the service guy he came and told me, apologized and changed it immediately. Very nice to communicate with them. Food was amazingly made and good. And we got to know people in the place over minecraft games and opened gaming subjects. Not only the people who work there are nice but also the people who eat there aswell. And we dont forget the guy who opened the door for me and my friend because we had luggage .

This is such a great McDonalds!! The food is always fresh and warm, the fries are perfectly seasoned. But much more important: The employees are so hard-working and nice (even if the customers are anything but nice!) Especially the gentleman who brings the orders to the table (between 30 and 40, dark short hair, approx. 1.85 m (shift this Saturday between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.) He was so friendly, every time he moved the chairs back exactly the way they should be and made every effort. Everyone was so nice at the checkout and at the checkout. You rarely see that these days. You can only wish for such employees.

An exceptional McDonalds near the airport. It honestly was a great experience. I travel a lot for work and see many and the food here was exceptional for a McDonalds. I truly enjoyed my meal. The workers were very kind and helpfull as well.

The first McDonald's I've seen that doesn't serve breakfast at all.

We parked here and ate something at McDonald's. My husband asked an employee whether it was correct that you could park here for free for 1 hour. She laughed maliciously and agreed. When you drive out after 40 minutes, the shock barrier doesn't open and you have to pay €9! After complaining to APCOA, they were informed that McDonald's had to validate the parking tickets. We specifically asked and the employee kept this quiet! A bottomless impudence! We will also pass this on to managers and can only encourage everyone else to do the same. Lt. This happens regularly in the comments.

I have to admit I was very pleasantly surprised. Firstly, it was spotlessly clean here. There were flowers on the tables. The food was fresh and hot.

It was a first for us here. We found the establishment very clean. Fast service. The sandwiches 🍔 and fries 🍟 were hot... which is not always the case at other McDonald's. Parking is convenient right next to the airport. Simply validate the parking ticket before leaving the establishment and you will not pay (There is 60 minutes of free parking). We also tested the MacCoffee while having a coffee ☕, a cappuccino and a donuts🍩. We had a blast. THANKS !! 🙏
