McDonald's in Stuttgart

Here. Two employees really chill out with cell phones and feet on the seating while their colleagues run. Unfortunately, McDonald's has lost a lot of weight.

Everything is fine ☺️ Restaurant was clean, everything was correct when ordering. The burgers and fries were very tasty 😋 The employees were very friendly 🤭

An employee with dark hair at the counter was totally unfriendly in terms of service, she didn't see her mistakes. Half of the products were missing and they said at one volume where is the problem 3 times in a row? I said half the products were missing, she shouldn't shout so arrogantly. Then she seriously told me to look at myself in the mirror. The boss there said she would be warned

Wouldn't be my first choice for eating out, But what don't you do when you're hungry? The staff tried hard, but was still far from professional🙄but that's a MacD here too. and not a 4 star gourmet restaurant😂😉😔

Unfriendly, incompetent service. Ordered mozzarella wrap. First received a chicken wrap as a vegetarian. After a complaint and discussion, I received a wrap with just lettuce. The waitress wanted to let me know that all wraps contain chicken... Paid over 5 euros for that!!!

Very friendly staff, gave a small child an ice cream. Otherwise typical McDonalds. Parking is free for one hour; the parking ticket must be validated by an employee.

Outrageous!!! Outrageous!!! Outrageous!!! So definitely don't eat Falehr here. Fries cold. Inedible! Cheeseburgers worse than ever! Who doesn't know McDonald's at the Drice-in that says food has been on the "warming plate" for a long time. But I've never experienced that here before. The cheeseburger was awesome! When I say it like that, I mean it. Normally I'm very reserved with my criticism and always try to be objective - - - - - but here I just have to let off some steam. What I had to experience here doesn't describe as catastrophic. It's been 15 hours now... and I'm still mad at this shop here at Stuttgart Airport. Recently I ate at the same snack chain at Leipzig Airport... Top 1a, it's possible if you want. As I said. Here never again! Outrageous!!!

New offer: "McWrap® Chicken Mango Curry" tasted good. But this wrap doesn't have a really tight fold, but rather a loose wrap.

Can't understand the negative reviews. Were here for the second time while passing through. Nice courteous employees. Quick preparation. Food was warm to hot. We also had a nice chat with the branch manager. We just had to wait a bit for a free parking space. The reason is currently a construction site in the parking lot which is blocking 5 parking spaces.

Unfortunately, the employees don't understand German and don't respond to questions.

I visit this McDonald's branch several times a day because of its proximity to my workplace - and for good reason. The quality of service and friendliness of the staff clearly stand out from other branches. Even the taste of the food seems to be better here. I always enjoy coming here and can only warmly recommend a visit.

Very nice people, even when they got my order wrong i didnt notice. But the service guy he came and told me, apologized and changed it immediately. Very nice to communicate with them. Food was amazingly made and good. And we got to know people in the place over minecraft games and opened gaming subjects. Not only the people who work there are nice but also the people who eat there aswell. And we dont forget the guy who opened the door for me and my friend because we had luggage .

Since everything is just kept warm, it's no longer of quality for me and, above all, somehow new fries that are still ice cold on the tray for 2 minutes

The fries were good, but the hot chocolate (Grande) was unfortunately only half to three-quarters full! And that's pretty annoying for the price!

The first McDonald's where you would have to pay for parking if you parked for more than an hour! 😅 It's incredibly cold inside - everyone was sitting in their winter jackets. 🥶 (Never experienced this before) Food came relatively quickly, but something was forgotten. However, this was subsequently submitted without any problems. Very friendly service.

This is such a great McDonalds!! The food is always fresh and warm, the fries are perfectly seasoned. But much more important: The employees are so hard-working and nice (even if the customers are anything but nice!) Especially the gentleman who brings the orders to the table (between 30 and 40, dark short hair, approx. 1.85 m (shift this Saturday between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.) He was so friendly, every time he moved the chairs back exactly the way they should be and made every effort. Everyone was so nice at the checkout and at the checkout. You rarely see that these days. You can only wish for such employees.

One of the nicest McDonald's I know, bright rooms, nice ambience, not too loud because of the many soundproof walls and the staff is always very friendly.

I arrived at the airport late and really wanted to eat something. When I asked, I also received disinfectant wipes, which I found very friendly. Everything was fine with the order. There were even real flowers in small vases on the tables 😍

Cheap alternative if you stay in a hotel at the airport.

It's comfortable, but it's also very fast.

Only the air conditioning is quick. But it was a bit cold in the winter when we were there.

The 5 stars are only based on McDonald's, the cleanliness, service and the overall ambience are very good. I've seen and experienced other branches there.

The first McDonald's I've seen that doesn't serve breakfast at all.

An exceptional McDonalds near the airport. It honestly was a great experience. I travel a lot for work and see many and the food here was exceptional for a McDonalds. I truly enjoyed my meal. The workers were very kind and helpfull as well.

We parked here and ate something at McDonald's. My husband asked an employee whether it was correct that you could park here for free for 1 hour. She laughed maliciously and agreed. When you drive out after 40 minutes, the shock barrier doesn't open and you have to pay €9! After complaining to APCOA, they were informed that McDonald's had to validate the parking tickets. We specifically asked and the employee kept this quiet! A bottomless impudence! We will also pass this on to managers and can only encourage everyone else to do the same. Lt. This happens regularly in the comments.

Very well equipped everything in good condition

Really difficult to communicate with the employee. I asked almost everything several times and spoke rather slurred myself. No friend or politeness whatsoever. And finally, get the change out with the smallest possible bills.

I have to admit I was very pleasantly surprised. Firstly, it was spotlessly clean here. There were flowers on the tables. The food was fresh and hot.

It was a first for us here. We found the establishment very clean. Fast service. The sandwiches 🍔 and fries 🍟 were hot... which is not always the case at other McDonald's. Parking is convenient right next to the airport. Simply validate the parking ticket before leaving the establishment and you will not pay (There is 60 minutes of free parking). We also tested the MacCoffee while having a coffee ☕, a cappuccino and a donuts🍩. We had a blast. THANKS !! 🙏

I pre-ordered online and was then able to pay in cash if I wanted. Everything happened quickly, was super fresh and delicious. I would be happy to go to MC again once a year! Then at least you'll be happy. Great team there!

We had trouble ordering through the app and Ruby was very helpful and accommodating. He was very friendly and processed the order quickly.

MCDONALD'S airport very clean, friendly staff. Discounted parking fees up to one hour free. After one hour without discount 9 euros. 2 hours 14 euros. You can sit outside. I got a pretty, very good impression. Food is served to the table.

The food was freshly prepared, warm and very tasty. The service was quick and the employee who brought us the food was friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant and calm as it is a large restaurant. The seats were clean and there was a good atmosphere for eating. Even though it got busier as the evening went on, you hardly noticed it because the place is so spacious. The only possible downside is that there are only four ordering counters, which could lead to waiting times if there is a lot of traffic. But once you have ordered, you can sit down and have your food served quickly. Definitely the best McDonald’s in the airport area – I would eat here again and again.

Very modern McDonalds. The food was great, it was very clean, there wasn't anything lying around anywhere and the staff was very friendly. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Some people can definitely use this as a guide

Entertainment is available in the established Mc Donalads, people with headphones walk 500km through the branch while they enjoy a warm apple turnover and keep the customers happy while they wait for their food, highly recommended

Ordered Cola and got Fanta to go. There is no sense of friendliness there. Everyone has the same indifferent expression. No smile nothing!! The employees walk just past the customers on the way to get juice and then back again.

It's very dirty. Nobody cleans and nobody cares. Some order screens were broken.. not marked as broken and they were constantly hiring people trying to make an order. My advice is to add a note so that customers don't try one unnecessarily. Placing an order was ignored. Nobody really cared. Communication from the employees was very poor. The manager didn't respond either... so this store is really terrible. No more…

Because of the quick preparation (in 30 seconds)

Although there was hardly any activity, after 45 minutes there were still used napkins on the floor at the neighboring table. Some products were not available, offers from the coupons could not be ordered, Coke was ordered without ice and received twice with ice....

I redeemed a free McFlurry coupon at the machine, but the machine somehow didn't print anything out. I then went to the checkout and asked for help. The employee then redeemed the coupon from his McDonalds account and I got my McFlurry. While I was eating, the employee came and brought another one and said it worked at the machine. I then had 2 McFlurrys for free. It was a very nice and helpful employee. Also, the children's playroom was very cool because there is a basketball hoop and I played basketball there with my little sister.

Everything is as good as it gets - fast, tasty, clean and friendly. Parking is free - we punch a parking ticket at the checkout.

One of the best McDonalds I have ever been. It is opposite the airport. It was a good choice to relax, eat, drink and wait with our children till the flight on a rainy day. The staff is perfectly kind to the customers. Good wifi.

The worst McDonald's i have ever been in. Fries weren't "fresh" ... mixed with the fries fried in the morning. Absolutely wouldn't recommend.

For me it's a McDonald's like any other, with one small exception. We went straight to the terrace and from there into the restaurant. After 40 minutes we were ready and had read 60 minutes of free parking. Puppy cake. You have to buy the parking ticket at the MC otherwise in our case you pay 9.90 for 40 minutes of parking. So before you go, have your parking ticket validated at the MC counter!

By far this is the best McDonald's ever! I don't go to McDonald's often (because it's unhealthy), but when I go, I want it to at least be worth cheating. No lie, whenever I eat here, everything is always very fresh, especially the fries! Simply a 10/10, can only recommend it!!

I can recommend that parking is very expensive if you don't buy anything there, as it belongs to Stuttgart Airport. If you buy something you can have the parking ticket scanned there and have one hour free.

It has a drive through and spacious but the approach road has to be wider as it is very narrow for pedestrians.

I've been here several times now. Every time I wanted to order a Mc Flurry or a milkshake. I was always told that the ice cream machine was broken. I think the employees don't feel like cleaning the machine. This means you can't read the menu cards because they change so quickly. Very friendly for older people.
