Unfortunately I have to change my rating. The employee at the drive in a few days ago was not only extremely unfriendly, but also completely incompetent. We eventually broke it off because she was getting more and more rude and nothing was working. Really sad!

Disaster. I order through Wolt and McDonalds packs the food and prepares it for pickup. The food arrives and I'm just missing my wrap. I'm calling McDonald's. A lady answers. “Yes?” I try to explain my problem to her and she says “no, you don’t order here,” right? I explained it to her again and she said “contact with Wolt is welcome, it has nothing to do with us” such an unfriendly lady and zero insight. Thank God Wolt was more able to find a solution.

As usual at McDonald’s: delicious food that is served quickly. The staff was particularly friendly, which made the visit pleasant. A solid experience for a quick and tasty meal

When I ordered at McDrive I arrived home and saw that I had received a burger that had been bitten off

The staff was unfriendly, and the menu came out wrong, so I checked the receipt and asked for an exchange, but they didn't acknowledge it or exchange it. The parking lot was large and convenient.

McDonalds 🤷‍♀️ even with friendly employees. BUT: It's a shame that you have to order every gherkin separately and they throw 3 kg of ice cream into your drink without asking. You have to vote that out. SELECT IF YOU NOTICE IT. After all, water is cheaper than cola and ice also takes up space. Practical and pretty sneaky McDonalds!

The best one I’ve been, after more than 25 McDonald’s diners. Really clean and greatly decorated. Didn’t even feel like a fast food restaurant.

Something hidden. We had a good stay

Unfortunately, for the second time, I got less than I paid for! It can happen sometimes but not a total of 3 times or 2 times in the last 4 weeks! 1st time a complete burger wasn't in the bag. Almost 6 euros gone! And just last Friday April 5th, 2024 ordered 2 burgers with 1x extra patty each. Despite the sticker on the packaging, no extra patty on either burger. 2.80 surcharge gone! Sorry! Never this store again!

Long waiting times at the drive-in, it's no wonder when the checkout fairy almost falls asleep while walking! At least the burgers were fresh and clean.

The fries and McDonald's are almost always greasy, not crispy, just soggy.

Top, always fast and error-free, even at rush hour

The best drivethru of the world. Order staff navigates us always(until now we went there over 50 times) very nice and he/she never give up understanding customer. Delivery staff always think about how to deliver foods efficiently to the customer. Such as, "wait there, we will bring your food asap" and it happens always "ASAP". They also think how we will eat foods in the car. they are not just giving materials to us automatically according to the manual.. they give us materials after thinking through what is needs of us. Atmosphere there is always good. We will come again, but I wanted to appreciate your efforts and I think this is a service.

Quick service, good quality of food, clean. What else about McDonald's?

Compared to before, this restaurant has deteriorated in every way. For example, I wanted extra mayonnaise and then had to stand back in line and then pay 80 cents. In the past you would have simply gotten 2-3 sauces for free. The burgers are also getting smaller and more expensive. And the ambience was much better back then when there were still Game Cube consoles and you could refill drinks. Today we have incompetent and unfriendly employees. And the gentleman with the Hitler beard who brings the food to the table secretly eats the leftovers from the trays that were handed out.

Food was great. Service and staff were great 👍

Wenn man etwas bestellt und mit nach Hause nimmt gibt es nicht immer die Bestellung drinnen es ist immer eins weniger und die richtigen Bestellungen macht man auch nicht

Good Restaurant, Fast food and Cafe

This has to be one of the fanciest and cleanest McDonalds I've ever been to. I mean, they even have table service. When we ordered our food, they gave us a table number and to wait at our table, and a few minutes brought our meal.

Da das Restaurant ist in einem Hotelgebäude bzw. neben einem Hotel. Im Restaurant, gibt es einen Spielbereich für Kinder und ansonsten ist, dass ein ganz normaler McDonald's.

Essen war gut und kam sehr schnell. Toiletten und Laden waren sauber. Leider gibt es nur 4 Bestellterminals, weswegen es sich dort etwas gestaut hat .

Eher ein 'schmudeliger' McDonald's. Der Eingang ist irgendwie komisch: Es ist nur McCaffee angeschrieben... Wasser auf den Toiletten funktionierte nicht. Die Abräumstatkon ist viieel zu klein.

Wie ein MC Donalds halt so ist, Service ist aber sehr gut

McFlurry war schon geschmolzen als er am tisch war

C'est un Mac Do, que dire de plus. Les vrap sont différents de ceux que l'on trouve en France mais aussi bons.

Es war richtig angenehm, wurden freundlich bedient , würde wieder hingehen.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Der Parkplatz ist etwas versteckt. Nur der MCDrive ist einfach zu finden.

Früher war das Mc Donals ein Treffpunkt für uns zum Kaffee trinken, da waren wir jede Woche hier. Mittlerweile ist es so schlimm, dass ganze "Ausländer-Familien" dort ausharren, damit der eine Teil hausaufgaben machen kann mit den Kindern und die kleineren Kinder, im Spielparadies beschäftigt sind solang, die anderen Hausaufgaben machen oder der andere "Clan" Kaffeekränzchen macht. Dadurch werden mehrere Tische beschlagnahmt und zusammengeschoben, damit auch alle aus der Familie Platz haben. Dementsprechend sehen die Plätze danach auch aus, Pommes liegen unter dem Tisch bzw. auf den Stühlen und Sitzbänken, es ist einfach nicht mehr das was es mal war, obwohl wir wirklich gern dahin gegangen sind.

Wunderbar gegessen, nach meinem schlechten Pier 51 in Degerloch Erlebnis, tut es gut zu wissen, dass es bei der amerikanischen Botschaft wenigstens gute Burger gibt.

Eigentlich bin ich von diesem McDonalds nur Gutes gewohnt, jedoch sind wir heute etwas enttäuscht worden. Die Burger waren kalt, die Pommes latschig und die Cola schmeckte abgestanden. Leider erst im Auto gemerkt und bei dem Ansturm der Besucher auf Ersatz verzichtet. Mal schauen, ob es beim nächsten mal besser ist

Die McDonald's-Filiale in der Wollinstr. hinterlässt einen zwiespältigen Eindruck. Mal ist alles so, wie es sein sollte: Schnelle Bedienung und einwandfreies Essen. Dann wieder das genaue Gegenteil: Lahme Bedienung (Mitarbeiter stehen zum Teil herum und unterhalten sich, während sich an den Kassen Schlangen bilden), und das Essen zum Teil nur noch lauwarm. Auch schon wiederholt vorgekommen: Am DriveIn wird die Bestellung richtig erfasst und berechnet. Zu Hause stellt man dann fest, dass Teile fehlen oder falsch enthalten sind. Der Laden profitiert davon, dass es zum einen in der direkten Umgebung keine Konkurrenz gibt, und zum anderen davon, dass direkt nebenan das Porsche-Werk ist.
