War in Ordnung, essen war sehr warm top

Tja, jahrelang quasi Stammgast gewesen. Wenns Fastfood geben sollte, waren wir hier. Letztens mit Freunden etwas länger geblieben. Wird ja auch McCafe angeboten, also läd es ein auch dort zu bleiben und mit Freunden etwas zu quatschen. Lange rede, kurzer Sinn: Wir haben 1,5 Monate später eine Zahlungsaufforderung über 35€ bekommen, weil wir 1 Stunde und 50 minuten auf dem Parkplatz standen. Ich möchte anmerken dass wir wahrscheinlich pro Kopf mit Kaffee und Kuchen/McFlurry über 25€ gezahlt haben. Wie gierig muss man sein, seine Parkfläche einem miesen Drittanbieter zur Überwachung zu überlassen, deren Ausschilderung nicht einmal KLAR und DEUTLICH zu erkennen ist um genau mit so einem dreckigen Geschäftsmodell noch weiteres Geld von seinen Kunden abzuzwacken. Absolut bodenlos, unseriös und lächerlich. Ihr habt euch in meinen Augen durch sowas absolut nichts verdient. Wir kommen nach über 5 Jahren regelmäßigen besuchen NIE wieder. Da Fahr ich lieber 15 Minuten länger zum nächsten McDonalds oder Burger King.

Achtung wenn ihr mal ein wenig länger braucht. Der Parkplatz vor dem McDonalds wird von Park Control betrieben und auch wenn man vielleicht 2h im McDonalds war und auch immer wieder Getränke bestellt hat, flattert euch ein Strafzettel ins Haus. Absolut lächerliches Vorgehen. Daher kann ich diesen McDonalds absolut nicht empfehlen. Da gibt es deutlich besser Standorte, bei denen auch das Parken kein Problem darstellt.

Wir bestellten drei Kindermenüs und drei Menüs für Erwachsene. Eines davon war ein Diätmenü. Die Kindermenüs wurden falsch geliefert. Das Diätmenü wurde gar nicht geliefert; alle Menüs waren identisch. Als wir dies meldeten, reagierte das Personal panisch und weigerte sich, die Menüs zu ändern. Wir erhielten das Diätmenü nie. Wir baten darum, die Kindermenüs zu ändern, aber das Personal weigerte sich und reagierte weiterhin verärgert. Schließlich warfen sie die Saftflaschen einfach weg. Wir werden dieses Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen. Es ist nicht unsere Schuld, dass die Bestellung falsch geliefert wurde.

Halbwarme Gitterkartoffeln in einer zerrissenen Tüte, dazu das Getränk unter dem Eichstrich. Dazu noch ein nicht gerade auffällig freundlicher Service. Na ja...

Eiskaffee schmeckt wirklich sehr gut ☺️.

Ein kleines, sehr einladendes und sauberes McDonald's, ideal für ein Familienessen. Nur 2 Minuten vom Porsche Museum entfernt :)

Super freundliches Personal und ein wirklich sehr sauberer Mc Donalds.

Das ist wohl der beste McDonald’s, in dem wir mit unserer großen Familie waren. Was ist gut daran? Dass es hier wenige Leute gibt, der Service schnell ist, man im WC keinen Code eingeben muss und es außerdem einen Spielplatz für Kinder gibt.

Der sauberste McDonald's überhaupt. Ein sehr netter Herr arbeitet dort und sorgt dafür, dass man sich wohl und willkommen fühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Schönes, sauberes Lokal. Schneller Service. Ich habe über die McDonald's-App vom Auto aus auf dem Parkplatz bestellt. Als ich vom Parkplatz ins Restaurant kam, war meine Bestellung schon fertig. Ich kann dieses Lokal nur empfehlen.

Keine Empfehlung Bestellung falsch rausgegeben waren auch nicht gewollt dies zu beheben. Big Mac nur in den Karton geschmissen traurig

Wir waren früher öfter in diesem McDonald’s, aber mittlerweile ist die Filiale leider richtig schlecht geworden. Man merkt deutlich, dass hier kaum noch investiert wird. Die Bestellbildschirme funktionieren oft nicht richtig. Einmal hatten wir schon Coupons eingegeben, aber weil der Bildschirm hängen geblieben ist, konnten wir sie am Ende nicht mehr einlösen. Beim letzten Besuch gab es dann auch noch das bestellte Getränk plötzlich nicht mehr. Bezahlen mussten wir es trotzdem und ein anderes auswählen oder die Bestellung rückgängig machen war nicht möglich. Es sind ständig irgendwelche kleinen Probleme, die den Besuch einfach nur nervig machen. Früher war diese Filiale wirklich gut, aber inzwischen gehen wir lieber woanders hin.

Gehe nicht oft zu Megges, aber war jetzt das 6 mal dort. 4 von 6 Mal wurde ich Beschissen. Heute einfach im wert von 25€ eingekauft und nur die Hälfte wieder bekommen.

Furchtbar. Essen wird immer vergessen einzupacken, die Terminals zum bestellen sind richtig richtig langsam. Heute was geholt, das essen schmeckt nicht, die Pommes waren nicht lange genug in der Fritteuse und Salz war auch keins drauf, Zuviel Sauce auf den Burgern, dass man den Burger nicht mehr anfassen kann. Die Colas haben einfach nach nichts geschmeckt, nur dunkles Wasser. Heute am 21.03.2026 gegen 22 Uhr, konnte ich sehen wie ein Mitarbeiter mit bloßen Händen die Nuggets in die Packung legt, die direkt zum Kunden gehen, keine Handschuhe, keine Zange, die nackten Hände!! Die Hygienemaßnahmen lassen also zu wünschen übrig. Mich wird man hier nicht mehr sehen.

Service ist , seit den Automaten, eher schlechter geworden, bis gar nicht vorhanden!!! Das man die Burger nicht auch noch selber belegen muss….naja

Falls Ihr eine Strafe wegen dem Parkplatz bekommt gibt es eine Möglichkeit ohne Zahlung aus der Sache wieder herauszukommen. Da Ihr euch nicht mehr erinnern könnt wer gefahren ist, müsst Ihr dies gegenüber der Firma auch genau so angeben. Stichwort: sekundäre Darlegungslast und BGH Urteil Sucht das, ihr werdet Musterschreiben finden.

Ich habe über Lieferando essen bestellt. Schon das dritte Mal habe ich keine Getränke erhalten. Auf Nachfrage streckte man mir am 01.02.26 anstatt des bestellten Wassers eine Cola und ein Orangensaft entgegen. Wer hat dann bitte meine Getränke ? Was ist denn los bei euren Lieferfahrern? Pommes matschig und Burger in der Packung komplett verschoben. Ich kenne die Qualität vor Ort und war immer zufrieden, allerdings scheinen die Lieferfahrer keinen Respekt vor dem Essen der Kunden zu haben. Ganz großes Minus .

Ein etwas ungewöhnlicher Ort für ein McDonald's. Man kennt das Essen und weiß, was man bekommt. Der Service war sehr gut und freundlich. Toller Indoor-Spielbereich für Kinder, sogar mit einem Tisch für die Eltern. Ansonsten sehr sauber. Ein empfehlenswertes Lokal.

Joa, wir waren Ende November über 2 Nächte in und um Stuttgart um mit unseren beiden Kindern die Automuseen anzusehen. Nach dem Porsche Museum wollten wir noch Abendessen und sind zum Mecci in Zuffenhausen. Das Spieleparadies ist ein Traum.. Allerdings ist uns heute Mahung ins Haus geflattert. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Postzustellung aber eine Rechnung liegt uns nicht vor. Diese Mahnung beträgt 44,35€. Wir haben ca. 1 1/2 Stunden dort verbracht und wirklich auch etwas Geld da gelassen weil die Kinder noch ein Eis usw. Wollten. Tja, was soll ich sagen. Uns ist kein Schild aufgefallen und finde es ehrlich gesagt auch ziemlich sportlich mit Kindern die auch spielen möchten im 1 1/2 Stunden fertig zu sein. Eine Frechheit und diesen MC Donalds werden wir nie wieder aufsuchen. Trotz des super spieleparadies

Haben uns mit meiner Frau und Freunden dort zweimal zum Essen getroffen an zwei Tagen. Wir haben die erlaubte Parkdauer von 1 Stunde überschritten und haben an beiden Tagen jeweils 35 € Strafe bekommen d.h. insgesamt 140 € für das Fahrzeug von hier und meiner Frau. Übelste abzocke, nie wieder Besuch in diesem Restaurant. Ein Stern musste ich leider geben, sonst würde es gar keinen geben.

Meine Freundin hat mir vegane Chicken Nuggets bestellt, und als sie ankamen (über Uber Eats), waren sie sichtlich alt. Die Panade war steinhart, und auch die vegane Füllung war hart und zäh. Ich würde definitiv nicht empfehlen, abends dort zu bestellen, da sie oft Produkte verwenden, die schon ein paar Stunden alt sind – das sage ich als jemand, der früher in einem Fast-Food-Restaurant gearbeitet hat.

Mein absoluter Lieblings McDonald’s. Vor allem der Herr der das essen zum Tisch bringt und die Tische reinigt ist immer super freundlich.

Food as always, bland and tasteless. I get annoyed every year. Service was quick and friendly.

Wonderful visit. There was hardly any wait, and the food arrived within 3 minutes, yet it tasted fresh and delicious. I have no complaints about the atmosphere; it was clean, and there were only a few screaming children spitting food around. The service was generally good, except for one employee who seemed uninterested in the customers' needs and whose German and English were very poor, making communication virtually impossible. That's why I'm deducting a star.

Not recommended. Ordered at the drive-thru to eat in peace 50 meters further on. Fries cold, chicken nuggets cold, Big Mac lukewarm. After a long workday, I didn't feel like complaining.

In front of the restaurant is a Park&Control private parking lot with license plate scanning. My wife stayed in the car while I went inside and asked if the parking lot belonged to McDonald's and if we could park there. I got the impression that my question wasn't being taken seriously, and I had to ask several times if I could park in this private lot while we ate. When I received a "yes," I thanked them and remarked that I could then go and get my wife. As I was leaving, I overheard them making fun of me for asking about the parking, and I also heard them say "he's going to get his wife now" several times in a mocking tone. We then drove on.

Terrible, came to relax with children and friends on Friday evening, there were a lot of people waiting for an order for more than 30 minutes. And they got a parking fine of 35€

I went to McDrive. Ordering via the app was easy, as always. The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious, as always. I'd be happy to go again.

We were here around 1:00 a.m. after a concert and had pre-ordered our food via the app. At first, everything went smoothly at the drive-thru; the code was accepted without any problems. However, as we left, we noticed that the carrot cake and the bag for the shaker fries were missing. We had also received two spicy burgers, even though we had only ordered one. So we went back. They already knew about the missing cake, but we had to explain everything about the rest and were unfortunately treated quite rudely – we were even accused of lying. After a lengthy discussion, we finally got everything and left. But then it turned out that the burger was still incorrect. When I went back in, I was again accused of having already eaten the correct burger. I was truly treated as if I were lying for a few euros. What was particularly unpleasant was that the incorrect burger, which we already had in our hands and whose toppings we had checked, was simply put back on the counter. Very disappointing – especially at this time of day, I would have liked a little more understanding and friendliness from the staff

Well, McDonald's as we know it! Fast food, but one of the good ones. The food is always fresh and served warm. Nice customer service, so absolutely recommended.

Greedy parking lot enforcement. Apparently, you're only allowed to park there for an hour, even at night? The entire parking lot is empty, but if I just want to stay there for a moment and eat in peace, I immediately get slapped with an unreasonable fine! For "overparking" – in an empty parking lot, you get a €35 fine as a customer... RUDE, especially at night!

The food was either takeaway or thrown away. As is usually the case, a large portion of fries was forgotten at this MC, which is almost a scam. One product was out of stock, so they put something else in. Mayo isn't sweet and sour sauce. The terminals are extremely slow. We had to wait 14 minutes for the second order, since only three coupons are allowed per order. This is a great way to break the habit of fast food, or at this MC, slow food.

Today I got a 35-euro ticket for eating and drinking too slowly. So, I'll never go there again.

I waited almost 30 minutes for my food and then received a €35 fine. The fries were raw, and the meat at the Big Tasty was dry and cold.

Normally, I'm happy and get what I want. However, it shouldn't happen that the already expensive Filet O Fish is missing cheese. Update: Cheese is now included again, but on top instead of the bottom. Somehow, this restaurant can't seem to get the Filet O Fish thing right!

We ordered everything online and had a pickup code for the drive-in. When we got there, they said we hadn't paid and that we'd messed up the system by using too many coupons. The app allowed three coupons, and we only used three. The app approved everything and let us pay. They forced us to cancel everything. Very rude. They sent us away, saying we could order everything again. I personally didn't think that was okay because it wasn't our fault...

We wanted to eat something small before going to the Porsche Museum and since McDonald's in Switzerland is different to that in Germany we tried a lot of things and I have to honestly say it just doesn't taste good, the double McChicken doesn't taste of anything, the wrap doesn't taste of anything and the chicken nuggets were definitely not the freshest in my opinion!

First of all, a big compliment and thank you to the friendly waitress (a short gentleman in his 50s). Very hard-working and courteous. I hope he gets a raise. I've rarely experienced such good service! The staff is friendly, everything is clean. It's a real pleasure to go here.

An absolute disaster! Never again from this branch! I went there with two friends, and we conveniently ordered via the app – with table delivery, as they heavily advertise. The restaurant was barely busy, so we thought it would run smoothly. Nonsense! We sat further back in the restaurant, while music blared loudly up front. The food took forever to arrive – and nothing came. Instead, an older employee suddenly rudely approached us at the table, asking why we hadn't come – our number had been called several times. The only problem: We had ordered via the app with a table number, and we weren't shown any number at all! He didn't seem to care – he gave us a rude slap and immediately disappeared. So we had to walk to the counter – only to have to justify ourselves again as to why we hadn't acted immediately. As if it were our fault! Apparently, he "didn't have anyone else who could deliver it." So why is this feature even offered? The food itself was a disgrace – cold, soggy, simply inedible. For fast food, this was definitely Too Slow Food. A real tragedy. Service = 0. Organization = 0. Food = 0. Conclusion: This branch is a complete disappointment. Anyone looking forward to a relaxing visit here should think twice. 👎

We sat comfortably in the back, accompanied by the finest club music at McDisco volume. Our food? It didn't arrive. But hey, who needs hot food when you're instead being yelled at by a visibly annoyed employee asking why you didn't come to the counter – even though you ordered via the app with a table number. The only problem is: You don't get an order number displayed. But that's probably just part of the game. Find the number before you starve! The next highlight of hospitality at the counter: We were informed that the man "has no one left to bring food." Sure, logical – so of course you offer it as a service anyway. Makes perfect sense. The food? Ice cold. The fries were soggy, the burgers were a tragedy. But at least the disappointment was a given. Bottom line: If you're looking for cold food, questionable service, and a hint of an escape room feeling when it comes to food procurement, this is the place for you! For everyone else, go somewhere else. Or eat toast at home. At least it'll be warm there.

Beware of parking rip-offs. We were at McDonald's for almost an hour and a half. We received a collection letter for over €65 without even getting a ticket. Apparently, you're only allowed to park there for one hour. Absolutely disgusting. Absolutely not recommended.

A few days later, a €35 fine arrived in her mailbox because she had been parked in the McDonald's parking lot for about an hour and 10 minutes. We went to get food on April 24th and it happened repeatedly that food was forgotten. We had ordered an apple turnover and once again it wasn't included. If that ever happened, it would be ok, but for now it's enough! We were also given 2 sauces that we didn't want instead of the ones we ordered. I also got a small (0.4L) cola instead of one (0.5L). But well the veggie nuggets were good… just with the wrong sauce

I was just there in the Mc Drive to spend 22.47 just to get half of it. And then the cheese wasn't even half on the burger and everything was scattered in the packaging. How can you be too incompetent to pack an order? Unfortunately I was already at home and didn't check it on site

Went there for a quick meal on Saturday because of a bachelorette party. But it was the worst decision, I started feeling sick that evening and the result was food poisoning. To date it hasn't gotten any better. The health department should take a look.

The touch screen only works 2 out of 4. And these two hinder the ordering. It takes forever to put together your payment because the system is very slow. Paying with a card takes 5 minutes. That doesn't work at all.
