Eating under time pressure – never again! I regularly took my children to this McDonald's for years because they enjoyed eating there and playing in the playground. But after my last visit I definitely won't be coming back. We placed a total of three orders that day because the children needed time to eat and wanted to play afterwards. Without malicious intent, I didn't look at the clock - after all, I was a paying customer. It was all the more disappointing to immediately receive a hefty parking fine without any accommodation. When I asked, as a long-time customer, I was hoping for a little goodwill, but instead of understanding, I was only offered a Happy Meal - as if that could make up for the situation. The fact that I had to justify my stay and my consumer behavior finally showed me that this is not about customer loyalty, but only about business. It can't be normal that you have to leave the restaurant you're eating in at the exact minute, otherwise you'll be fined. A relaxed visit with children is impossible under such conditions. From now on I will only go to stores where customers aren't constantly being turned away and where you feel like a guest and not a burden.

I was eating with my wife and 3 small children. Anyone who has children knows that it takes a little longer to look after 3 small children and leave again. After 5 weeks I got a fine for €35 because I parked for 78 minutes instead of 60 minutes! That was the last time I ate there with my family.

Basically, we found this MC to be a successful end to every day of excursion to Stuttgart. The food is as expected and Mc Cafe completes the feel-good experience and ACTUALLY invites you to linger while our little one can let off steam in the children's play area. Only ACTUALLY because according to the parking terms and conditions you are probably not allowed to park for more than 60 minutes and then you will be charged a fee of €35 when you get home. Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to be a customer because I find it unrealistic for me to streamline my process so that I don't have to wait 60 minutes with dinner, coffee and a play area. With the €35 fee on top, I find other gaming hotspots that have more to offer.

Just went to the drive-thru, ordered and only got half price. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. And the burgers I got were terrible. With unripe tomatoes and mushy lettuce. Never again.

Conclusion: I'd rather drive further away to another McDonald's in the hope that it's better there.

The food and service is like any other. But unfortunately the MC only gets 1 star because you get ripped off at the parking lot. So be careful when parking.

Were here on a Friday afternoon. Restaurant was clean and well decorated. At the beginning we sometimes got the wrong food. The parking lot is annoying because you can only park for an hour. You don't want to be rushed while eating

Slow service with a lot of staff in the kitchen doing pretty much nothing. It was late in night and there were 6-8 people in the restaurant already, but only me and 2 other were getting served with very slow service. I ordered take-out and my double choco pie was not even heated and the chocolate was not molten inside.

Haben wie immer auf den Parkplätze vor dem MC Donalds geparkt. Waren sxhon lange nicht mehr drinnen essen. Es war schon dunkel und wir haben die Sxhildwr nixht beachtet. Nachdem wir ewig auf jnsere Bestellung warten mussten, da es sehr voll war und wieder mal wenig Personal hat es etwas länger gedauert. Wir haben dNn noch einen Kaffee getrunken und einen Kuchen dazu gegessen. 2 Wochen später kam dann schon zur unserer teuren Rechnung im MC noch eine Überraschung. Pro Auto 35 Euro Strafe weil wir 20 min zu lange km MC waren und zu viel Zeit gelassen haben. Unfassbar, nie mehr bekommt MC einen Cent von uns. Abzocker in jeder Hinsicht

After almost all restaurants in Zuffenhausen were open on Sunday evening, we ended up here. Food was of the usual quality. Waiting time is absolutely okay despite it being busy. But I have never experienced such attentive and friendly service in a McDonald's, who cares about table service and the cleanliness of the tables and the place. It was worth an extra tip for us.

Nachdem wir wegen Unzufriedenheit schon lange nicht mehr beim McDonalds in S-Zuffenhausen waren, wollten wir ihm (am Drive In) nochmal eine Chance geben. Am Schalter wollte ich unter anderem einen "McCrispy Bacon TS" bestellen. Ich: Bitte einen "McCrispy Bacon TS". Mitarbeiterin: Wir haben keinen "McCrispy Bacon TS". Ich: Der steht aber auf der Webseite von McDonalds. Mitarbeiterin: Haben wir nicht. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal. Ich: Was haben Sie dann? Mitarbeiterin: "McCrispy einfach" und "McCrispy Bacon". Also habe ich dann halt den "McCrispy Bacon" bestellt, der so auch auf der Anzeigetafel zusammen mit dem Preis angezeigt wurde. Danach habe ich dann gemerkt, dass man bei bestimmten McDonalds-Filialen nie wegfahren sollte, ohne den Inhalt der Tüte Stück für Stück zu überprüfen. Das die Pommes Frites nicht gerade heiss waren ist ja hier oft schon traurige Realität, aber das nicht mal der bestellte "McCrispy Bacon" in der Tüte war ist mehr als Schlamperei. Anstelle des "McCrispy Bacon" war in der Packung ein "Big Taste Bacon" der vor allem aus einem Rindfleisch-Patty, aber nicht aus Hühnerfleisch bestand. Da meine Frau nicht ohne Grund etwas mit Hühner- und nicht mit Rindfleisch wollte konnte ich das Teil wegwerfen und meiner Frau etwas anderes besorgen. Es war wohl doch keine gute Idee, dieser Filiale noch eine Chance zu geben - und sie wird von uns auch keine weitere Chance bekommen. Schade.

Disaster. I order through Wolt and McDonalds packs the food and prepares it for pickup. The food arrives and I'm just missing my wrap. I'm calling McDonald's. A lady answers. “Yes?” I try to explain my problem to her and she says “no, you don’t order here,” right? I explained it to her again and she said “contact with Wolt is welcome, it has nothing to do with us” such an unfriendly lady and zero insight. Thank God Wolt was more able to find a solution.

Unfortunately, for the second time, I got less than I paid for! It can happen sometimes but not a total of 3 times or 2 times in the last 4 weeks! 1st time a complete burger wasn't in the bag. Almost 6 euros gone! And just last Friday April 5th, 2024 ordered 2 burgers with 1x extra patty each. Despite the sticker on the packaging, no extra patty on either burger. 2.80 surcharge gone! Sorry! Never this store again!

The best drivethru of the world. Order staff navigates us always(until now we went there over 50 times) very nice and he/she never give up understanding customer. Delivery staff always think about how to deliver foods efficiently to the customer. Such as, "wait there, we will bring your food asap" and it happens always "ASAP". They also think how we will eat foods in the car. they are not just giving materials to us automatically according to the manual.. they give us materials after thinking through what is needs of us. Atmosphere there is always good. We will come again, but I wanted to appreciate your efforts and I think this is a service.

Compared to before, this restaurant has deteriorated in every way. For example, I wanted extra mayonnaise and then had to stand back in line and then pay 80 cents. In the past you would have simply gotten 2-3 sauces for free. The burgers are also getting smaller and more expensive. And the ambience was much better back then when there were still Game Cube consoles and you could refill drinks. Today we have incompetent and unfriendly employees. And the gentleman with the Hitler beard who brings the food to the table secretly eats the leftovers from the trays that were handed out.

Good Restaurant, Fast food and Cafe

This has to be one of the fanciest and cleanest McDonalds I've ever been to. I mean, they even have table service. When we ordered our food, they gave us a table number and to wait at our table, and a few minutes brought our meal.

Da das Restaurant ist in einem Hotelgebäude bzw. neben einem Hotel. Im Restaurant, gibt es einen Spielbereich für Kinder und ansonsten ist, dass ein ganz normaler McDonald's.

Essen war gut und kam sehr schnell. Toiletten und Laden waren sauber. Leider gibt es nur 4 Bestellterminals, weswegen es sich dort etwas gestaut hat .

Eher ein 'schmudeliger' McDonald's. Der Eingang ist irgendwie komisch: Es ist nur McCaffee angeschrieben... Wasser auf den Toiletten funktionierte nicht. Die Abräumstatkon ist viieel zu klein.

Wie ein MC Donalds halt so ist, Service ist aber sehr gut

McFlurry war schon geschmolzen als er am tisch war

C'est un Mac Do, que dire de plus. Les vrap sont différents de ceux que l'on trouve en France mais aussi bons.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Der Parkplatz ist etwas versteckt. Nur der MCDrive ist einfach zu finden.

Es war richtig angenehm, wurden freundlich bedient , würde wieder hingehen.
