I've been there several times, and each time the food has felt freshly prepared. The food is prepared quickly, and the staff are always very friendly and courteous. In my opinion, this branch stands out from the others in the chain. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately I have to change my rating. The employee at the drive in a few days ago was not only extremely unfriendly, but also completely incompetent. We eventually broke it off because she was getting more and more rude and nothing was working. Really sad!

The McDonald's isn't anything special; from the outside, it actually doesn't look that nice because it looks like it's in an office building. Inside, it looks normal, nothing special. The important thing: The food was great, the burgers were a bit flat, the restrooms were still very clean at 2 p.m. (of course, that could also be the people), and the service and employees were nice. There was just one thing.

Well, McDonald's as we know it! Fast food, but one of the good ones. The food is always fresh and served warm. Nice customer service, so absolutely recommended.

Greedy parking lot enforcement. Apparently, you're only allowed to park there for an hour, even at night? The entire parking lot is empty, but if I just want to stay there for a moment and eat in peace, I immediately get slapped with an unreasonable fine! For "overparking" – in an empty parking lot, you get a €35 fine as a customer... RUDE, especially at night!

The food was either takeaway or thrown away. As is usually the case, a large portion of fries was forgotten at this MC, which is almost a scam. One product was out of stock, so they put something else in. Mayo isn't sweet and sour sauce. The terminals are extremely slow. We had to wait 14 minutes for the second order, since only three coupons are allowed per order. This is a great way to break the habit of fast food, or at this MC, slow food.

Terrible. They always forget to pack the food, and the ordering terminals are really, really slow. I picked something up today, and the food didn't taste good. The fries weren't in the fryer long enough and there were no salt on them. There was too much sauce on the burgers, so you couldn't touch them. The Cokes simply tasted like nothing, just dark water. You won't see me here again.

We were there with the kids because of the indoor play area. Since it can take longer than an hour with kids, I ended up getting a bill for €40.85 for exceeding the maximum parking time (=1 hour). That won't happen again, as I won't be visiting this restaurant again.

I would suggest working more responsibly and honestly.... there was only half a cup of milkshake and they forgot to put the fries in. Do you have to check every time if they forgot something????

Today I got a 35-euro ticket for eating and drinking too slowly. So, I'll never go there again.

I waited almost 30 minutes for my food and then received a €35 fine. The fries were raw, and the meat at the Big Tasty was dry and cold.

Normally, I'm happy and get what I want. However, it shouldn't happen that the already expensive Filet O Fish is missing cheese. Update: Cheese is now included again, but on top instead of the bottom. Somehow, this restaurant can't seem to get the Filet O Fish thing right!

We ordered everything online and had a pickup code for the drive-in. When we got there, they said we hadn't paid and that we'd messed up the system by using too many coupons. The app allowed three coupons, and we only used three. The app approved everything and let us pay. They forced us to cancel everything. Very rude. They sent us away, saying we could order everything again. I personally didn't think that was okay because it wasn't our fault...

We wanted to eat something small before going to the Porsche Museum and since McDonald's in Switzerland is different to that in Germany we tried a lot of things and I have to honestly say it just doesn't taste good, the double McChicken doesn't taste of anything, the wrap doesn't taste of anything and the chicken nuggets were definitely not the freshest in my opinion!

We ordered two happy meals. Both were missing ice cream, and the fries were completely white, as if they hadn't even been cut. They were still raw.

First of all, a big compliment and thank you to the friendly waitress (a short gentleman in his 50s). Very hard-working and courteous. I hope he gets a raise. I've rarely experienced such good service! The staff is friendly, everything is clean. It's a real pleasure to go here.

Three hungry people, a half-empty McDonald's restaurant, an app order with table service – what could possibly go wrong? Well… apparently everything! We sat comfortably in the back, accompanied by the finest club music at McDisco volume. Our food? It didn't arrive. But hey, who needs hot food when you're instead being yelled at by a visibly annoyed employee asking why you didn't come to the counter – even though you ordered via the app with a table number. The only problem is: You don't get an order number displayed. But that's probably just part of the game. Find the number before you starve! The next highlight of hospitality at the counter: We were informed that the man "has no one left to bring food." Sure, logical – so of course you offer it as a service anyway. Makes perfect sense. The food? Ice cold. The fries were soggy, the burgers were a tragedy. But at least the disappointment was a given. Bottom line: If you're looking for cold food, questionable service, and a hint of an escape room feeling when it comes to food procurement, this is the place for you! For everyone else, go somewhere else. Or eat toast at home. At least it'll be warm there.

An absolute disaster! Never again from this branch! I went there with two friends, and we conveniently ordered via the app – with table delivery, as they heavily advertise. The restaurant was barely busy, so we thought it would run smoothly. Nonsense! We sat further back in the restaurant, while music blared loudly up front. The food took forever to arrive – and nothing came. Instead, an older employee suddenly rudely approached us at the table, asking why we hadn't come – our number had been called several times. The only problem: We had ordered via the app with a table number, and we weren't shown any number at all! He didn't seem to care – he gave us a rude slap and immediately disappeared. So we had to walk to the counter – only to have to justify ourselves again as to why we hadn't acted immediately. As if it were our fault! Apparently, he "didn't have anyone else who could deliver it." So why is this feature even offered? The food itself was a disgrace – cold, soggy, simply inedible. For fast food, this was definitely Too Slow Food. A real tragedy. Service = 0. Organization = 0. Food = 0. Conclusion: This branch is a complete disappointment. Anyone looking forward to a relaxing visit here should think twice. 👎

We went to get food on April 24th and it happened repeatedly that food was forgotten. We had ordered an apple turnover and once again it wasn't included. If that ever happened, it would be ok, but for now it's enough! We were also given 2 sauces that we didn't want instead of the ones we ordered. I also got a small (0.4L) cola instead of one (0.5L). But well the veggie nuggets were good… just with the wrong sauce

Eating under time pressure – never again! I regularly took my children to this McDonald's for years because they enjoyed eating there and playing in the playground. But after my last visit I definitely won't be coming back. We placed a total of three orders that day because the children needed time to eat and wanted to play afterwards. Without malicious intent, I didn't look at the clock - after all, I was a paying customer. It was all the more disappointing to immediately receive a hefty parking fine without any accommodation. When I asked, as a long-time customer, I was hoping for a little goodwill, but instead of understanding, I was only offered a Happy Meal - as if that could make up for the situation. The fact that I had to justify my stay and my consumer behavior finally showed me that this is not about customer loyalty, but only about business. It can't be normal that you have to leave the restaurant you're eating in at the exact minute, otherwise you'll be fined. A relaxed visit with children is impossible under such conditions. From now on I will only go to stores where customers aren't constantly being turned away and where you feel like a guest and not a burden.

I was eating with my wife and 3 small children. Anyone who has children knows that it takes a little longer to look after 3 small children and leave again. After 5 weeks I got a fine for €35 because I parked for 78 minutes instead of 60 minutes! That was the last time I ate there with my family.

Basically, we found this MC to be a successful end to every day of excursion to Stuttgart. The food is as expected and Mc Cafe completes the feel-good experience and ACTUALLY invites you to linger while our little one can let off steam in the children's play area. Only ACTUALLY because according to the parking terms and conditions you are probably not allowed to park for more than 60 minutes and then you will be charged a fee of €35 when you get home. Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to be a customer because I find it unrealistic for me to streamline my process so that I don't have to wait 60 minutes with dinner, coffee and a play area. With the €35 fee on top, I find other gaming hotspots that have more to offer.

It was late in night and there were 6-8 people in the restaurant already, but only me and 2 other were getting served with very slow service. I ordered take-out and my double choco pie was not even heated and the chocolate was not molten inside.

Haben wie immer auf den Parkplätze vor dem MC Donalds geparkt. Waren sxhon lange nicht mehr drinnen essen. Es war schon dunkel und wir haben die Sxhildwr nixht beachtet. Nachdem wir ewig auf jnsere Bestellung warten mussten, da es sehr voll war und wieder mal wenig Personal hat es etwas länger gedauert. Wir haben dNn noch einen Kaffee getrunken und einen Kuchen dazu gegessen. 2 Wochen später kam dann schon zur unserer teuren Rechnung im MC noch eine Überraschung. Pro Auto 35 Euro Strafe weil wir 20 min zu lange km MC waren und zu viel Zeit gelassen haben. Unfassbar, nie mehr bekommt MC einen Cent von uns. Abzocker in jeder Hinsicht

Am Schalter wollte ich unter anderem einen "McCrispy Bacon TS" bestellen. Ich: Bitte einen "McCrispy Bacon TS". Mitarbeiterin: Wir haben keinen "McCrispy Bacon TS". Ich: Der steht aber auf der Webseite von McDonalds. Mitarbeiterin: Haben wir nicht. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal. Ich: Was haben Sie dann? Mitarbeiterin: "McCrispy einfach" und "McCrispy Bacon". Also habe ich dann halt den "McCrispy Bacon" bestellt, der so auch auf der Anzeigetafel zusammen mit dem Preis angezeigt wurde. Danach habe ich dann gemerkt, dass man bei bestimmten McDonalds-Filialen nie wegfahren sollte, ohne den Inhalt der Tüte Stück für Stück zu überprüfen. Das die Pommes Frites nicht gerade heiss waren ist ja hier oft schon traurige Realität, aber das nicht mal der bestellte "McCrispy Bacon" in der Tüte war ist mehr als Schlamperei. Anstelle des "McCrispy Bacon" war in der Packung ein "Big Taste Bacon" der vor allem aus einem Rindfleisch-Patty, aber nicht aus Hühnerfleisch bestand. Da meine Frau nicht ohne Grund etwas mit Hühner- und nicht mit Rindfleisch wollte konnte ich das Teil wegwerfen und meiner Frau etwas anderes besorgen. Es war wohl doch keine gute Idee, dieser Filiale noch eine Chance zu geben - und sie wird von uns auch keine weitere Chance bekommen. Schade.

A lady answers. “Yes?” I try to explain my problem to her and she says “no, you don’t order here,” right?
