Sometimes it takes a little longer than usual for food to arrive, but it's not critical.

Decent McDonald's. The food came quickly, and the burgers were well-made. Friendly staff. Generally, the transport links are good; you have to make a U-turn coming from the city. The only thing was that the terminals were a bit slow to operate.

Emergency solution, poor ordering because the order screen kept freezing, and poor customer service. The food was also average, considering we're talking about fast food.

Food as usual. I would also instruct my employees to clean the tables that are visibly dirty. That shouldn't be the customer's job. Not even at MCD. By the way, you can tell the management's skills by looking at their employees. If employees can barely lift their feet when walking and can't even manage to say "please, thank you, enjoy your meal," that's really low. Best regards

Worst McDonald's in the area! I got the wrong drink twice – the employees were completely overwhelmed, and they didn't even speak enough German to understand. The fries were cold and soggy. Everything was just mediocre.

It's actually a nice place, but it's pretty run-down now. Our food sat on the counter for 10 minutes because it wasn't on the pickup screen.

I've NEVER experienced a McDonald's with such friendly service! The lady who took our orders was really cheerful and super friendly. And no, I'm NOT being ironic. The food was freshly prepared and came very quickly. This McDonald's has an interesting design that makes it visually appealing. Vouchers are also accepted. All in all, an above-average McDonald's. I highly recommend it!

Price performance underground. On the way home I was tempted to go to Mac Donald again. I bought 2 double cheeseburgers for just under €8 (I'd rather go to the bakery and buy 2 good sandwiches) for a meal. I fell for it again. But the staff was very friendly and professional.

Always a huge joy for the grandchildren, a Happy Meal with Mc Flurry is always possible.

After a long time I ate the M menu at MC again. The burger is an absolute disaster. Totally disintegrated paddies and cold. Fries were okay. Drink was half full with ice. Better nothing than such a mess. And then it's extremely expensive. Never again.

As always, delicious, service extremely passive and dismissive. The main thing is that the ambience is great, but not my taste. Sorry, not everyone has to like it.

We have been to this branch many times or order there for pickup. Today we ordered again and just picked it up and when we got home we discovered that a menu was completely missing. We called there but unfortunately there was no one responsible to speak to. The lady on the phone said I could go there again and pick up the food. They wouldn't deliver it anymore. After all, it wasn't our fault and the drive wasn't worth it for us for a Big Mac meal. We don't necessarily live around the corner and so I paid for a menu and didn't receive it. I gave my child my menu so that it doesn't come without food. I would have liked people to pay more attention to orders because a situation like this is annoying.

We ordered food through Lieferando for around 35 euros, unfortunately the food was cold. It's only 3km away. Next time it's better to pick it up yourself

There are no parking spaces because they are permanently occupied. I waited 20 minutes for a parking space and couldn't get one. Dan had to go over to BK but that was also a juice shop

The McFlurry Cookie is prominently advertised in the restaurant, but the checkout employee informed me that it is no longer available. Then remove these advertisements when the promotion is over.

The ambience is very inviting and the construction is very bright. We ate the new M here. It was very juicy and generously served with salad and sauce. Just as I imagined him. The coffee counter makes a very good impression and the display of cakes is very attractive.

Just disgusting food in my opinion. Burger bread tasted like pampas and when I read about the additives in the fries, I almost felt sick considering that some of these substances could possibly cause cancer. Never again.

This is a fairly large McDonald's, but that didn't affect the speed or freshness. All the citizens were good, the fries were crispy and the drinks were carbonated.

Normal McDonalds branch with the standard offer. Long opening hours. Easily accessible. Most seats are upstairs (accessible only by stairs). Quite a rough crowd in the evenings and at night.

Well renovated, clean and good staff. The toilets are okay, could be better. Food is served quickly and staff is friendly and quick. It's just a McDonald's, not a star restaurant =)

You can't even order there, Lieferando is always closed, and you're too lazy to deliver to Hallschlag, even though it's not far at all...

Food is standard - but unfortunately the quality varies. Lately there have been a lot of tomatoes that I wouldn't describe as fresh - I've never gotten them in such quality from the competition. Lettuce and onions are always fresh, but I'm not happy with the tomatoes. Unfortunately, something is missing or wrong in every 7th to 10th order. However, the complaint is always dealt with in a friendly manner over the phone. Yes, mistakes happen, one time wouldn't be a problem. But with > 10% of orders for multiple people this shouldn't happen.

Hello, I ordered an egg burger this morning and I said in detail without bacon. I felt a bit strange because the employee didn't speak German, but I didn't think anything of it because I was so hungry. I noticed with the first bite that something was wrong, but I swallowed it beforehand and then saw that there was bacon in it. I've never felt so bad (I'm Muslim)

Very unfriendly and unprofessional employee last Saturday evening. The food was completely cold, but was not seen by the employee after the complaint. We were even insulted in his native language. Food quality isn't bad and they're quick about getting the orders out, but I shouldn't have to constantly check the bags to make sure the food is in them. Only after I have gotten home that I realize that you have forgotten something in my order AGAIN! Multiple times this location fails to fulfill orders and waste my money!!! I figured that it would be better with different staff each time, but it's not.

Half of Mc Nuggats was only lukewarm! I ordered Coca-Cola to drink. Brown, sweet broth almost non-carbonated and at almost room temperature. Well, I wanted without ice cream. The shakes in this branch all taste the same, no difference! Hot, fresh fries - extremely rare!

I really like going to this McDonald's after shopping at Media Market, but there is only one thing that I don't like: this is how the screen works where you have to order everything you want, sometimes it is very buggy and slow. But I like everything

Nice modern decor. Ordering robots cumbersome. Better not to eat. Double big Mac like lumps of meat with dry lettuce, zero taste. Effect like a stone in the stomach. Cola with ice, tasted like iced tea.

First our ice cream was made, then my latte was made in a relaxed manner…. At that time our ice had already started to melt. When the gentleman pointed out that it would be better the other way around, I was cheekily laughed at. I find it really crazy how outrageously you can behave as an employee! I have experienced that the taste of the burgers in each country is slightly different, but still similar. We were there at midnight. Food was hot and freshly prepared. Staff tries to keep the rooms clean. Only 1 order board is still working, a small upgrade to the place wouldn't hurt.

Order from the display machine? Yes, good luck with that, it's true that the thing only recognizes every fifth print. Paid by card today and the thing didn't even give out a waiting number. Since I knew what I had ordered - and because the employee hadn't meticulously asked for the slip when handing it out - I got my order, but I'm sure I won't order anything else on the device again. It's been a long time since I've eaten at McD: prices have risen a lot, but unfortunately the quality hasn't been as good as it has been for years.

The shift manager (blond hair) is very friendly and knows how to deal with customers. Never experienced so much friendliness and humor before Any time

Google why should I leave a review here? I just walked past to the Mediamarkt behind it and the last time I ate something here was about 10 years ago. So consider these rating stars as a 10 year old review😄.

2 stars deducted because no reusable tableware was offered or even available. 2 stars less because I think this is a must read these days. Along with war and selfishness, garbage is one of the biggest problems in the world.

The ice cream was runny, I was told it was caramel. Then ice was added to the liquid mass again. No matter, the main thing is that there are regular dividends ;)
