Burger King in Stuttgart

In seltenen Notfällen (sehr späte Uhrzeiten, Flughafen Aufenthalt etc.) bevorzuge ich Burger King, da es hier deutlich mehr Vegane/Vegitarische Optionen gibt als in anderen Fast Food Ketten. Dieser Burger King ist mittelgroß, und nahe genug am Bahnhof, dass man ihn schnell, auch zu Fuß, erreichen kann, aber noch nicht so überlaufen wie die Filialen direkt am Bahnhof. Als ich hier essen war (Samstag ~0 Uhr), gab es leider dennoch einige stark alkoholisierte Personen, die eben jener Auswirkung des ausgelassenen Feierns, mit Essen aus vorwiegend Fett und Kohlenhydraten entgegen zu wirken versuchten. Darum bei Atmosphere nur 3 Sterne, auch wenn der Laden sonst sehr aufgeräumt und angenehm ist. Ansonsten alles so Wie es soll.

Die Churros waren wirklich gut.

Meine Gitterkartoffeln haben alt und hart geschmeckt. Als ich sie bei der Verkäuferin reklamiert habe, hieß es nur: "Da können wir nichts machen." Bei Burger King erwarte ich keinen 5-Sterne-Service, aber ein Mindestmaß an Kundenorientierung sollte doch auch hier gegeben sein. Tische waren krümelig und der Plant Based Whopper vor lauter Sauce kaum essbar. Schade!

Dort ist es zu heiß, sie haben keine Klimaanlage.

Man kann bestellen, bezahlen, essen und gehen, ohne mit jemandem sprechen zu müssen – dank des Automaten mit der türkischen Speisekarte. Burger und Pommes kommen dampfend heiß an. Man räumt seine Teller selbst ab. Das wenige Personal ist gut, sollte sich aber im Preis widerspiegeln. Es ist ein ruhiges Lokal in der Nähe der Polizeistation.

Der korpulente deutsche Angestellte war so unhöflich, er weiß nicht, wie man mit Kunden spricht. Ich werde dort nicht wieder hingehen.

Wir waren heute zum zweiten Mal in diesem Restaurant. Das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet und alles war perfekt. Nur das Brot war etwas zu lange im Ofen. Für die Kinder gab es eine Attraktion: Wir durften an einem Glücksrad drehen und Süßigkeiten gewinnen. Der Manager war sehr freundlich. Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Unfreundlichste Burger King Filliale im Umkreis von Stuttgart. Nach Möglichkeit besser eine der anderen Filialen nutzen. Der Fillialleiter dieser Filiale sollte seine Mitarbeitenden besser schulen. Schade, da die Lage gut ist.

Wir wollten Chicken Nuggets haben stattdessen bekamen wir einen Chicken Nuggets Bürger wir meldeten das Problem aber bekamen eine sehr harsche Antwort. (Eine Rückgabe war nicht möglich) Also mussten wir den Bürger widerwillig essen und bezahlen . Nachdem wir unser ungewollten Bürger essen mussten wollten wir das tablet samt Bürger in die Tablettrückgabe tun. Diese war voll und war nicht geleert worden.

Burger King lässt keine Coupons zu reinste Katastrophe !!!

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht. Zum ersten Mal erlebe ich bei Burger King, dass es angeblich nicht möglich ist, eine Sauce hinzuzufügen oder wegzulassen. Das widerspricht komplett dem Konzept von 'Have it your way'. ​Besonders ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort war leider sehr unflexibel und unhöflich im Umgang mit meinem Wunsch. Ein kundenorientierter Service sieht anders aus. Wenn man nicht mal auf einfachste Kundenwünsche eingehen kann, verliert man leider das Vertrauen der Gäste. Sehr schade, das war mein letzter Besuch hier.

Ich war gerade da und hab ich lange gewartet für die Kasse danach hat Mitarbeiter gefragt. Was willst du? Ich hab gesagt ich will bestellen hat gesagt nein kannst du nicht hier bestellen nur in der Automat weil wir haben keine Zeit und in Automat kann man nur mit Karte zahlen und ich wollte in bar sagen. Ich habe keine Karte gehabt das ist unfreundlich und nie wieder.

Probieren Sie unbedingt ihre neuen Falafel-Burger, die sind fantastisch.

Das Lokal ist groß und sauber, die Bedienung schnell und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Ich persönlich habe in anderen Ländern schon bessere Burger King Burger gegessen, aber das liegt nicht an ihnen, sondern an den Zutaten, die sie vom Franchisegeber beziehen.

Bei jeder zweiten Bestellung fehlt was.

Ist okay ist halt ein Burger King. Wartezeiten zum Glück sehr kurz da das essen schnell zubereitet wird.

Alles perfekt die Mitarbeiter sind soo nett und das essen ist mega.

Boden war extrem klebrig, mir wurde das falsche Essen gegeben und das Personal hat es gar nicht gejuckt (war auserdem unhöflich)

Fast Food - was soll man dazu sagen

Nach einem Besuch in der Staatsoper haben wir in der Umgebung vergeblich nach einer Möglichkeit gesucht, noch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Schließlich sind wir in letzter Minute vor der Schließung erleichtert bei Burger King gelandet. Trotz unseres späten Erscheinens zu viert waren alle Mitarbeiter*innen freundlich, geduldig und sehr entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank!

Ich komme eigentlich gerne, aber gestern war einfach Chaos. Man musste ewig warten und dann waren die Pommes noch halbgefroren und das Patty verbrannt. Der Mann war total unfreundlich und hat die Kunden angeschrien.

Die Angestellten dort servieren einem das Essen mit einem Lächeln, da sie Ausländer in Deutschland sind. Erwarten Sie nicht dasselbe 😁 in einem Restaurant mit deutscher Bedienung.

Ich hatte dank Resa ein tolles Erlebnis bei Burger King. Sie war sehr freundlich. Ihre positive Art und ihre Professionalität haben den Besuch viel angenehmer gemacht. Es ist immer schön, Mitarbeiter zu treffen, denen ihre Arbeit und die Kunden wirklich am Herzen liegen. Vielen Dank, Resa, für den hervorragenden Service!

Super nette und motivierte Mitarbeiter. Hier werden die Burger besonders gut zubereitet. Der neue Whisky-BBQ ist auch genau mein Geschmack. Danke, dass wir heute zu zehnt kommen konnten und wir so klasse bedient wurden.

Die büger Soßen haben kommisch geschmeckt leider

Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert! Die pommes schmecken nach pooritze und der chickenburger ist furz trocken und schmeckt auch widerlich. Von der sauberkeit müssen wir auch mal sprechen die tische sind auch alle schmutzig. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht besser. Könnte ich 0 Sterne geben dann würde ich das machen.

Ich habe bei Burger King das Junior-Menü bestellt. Der Burger war frisch und das Spielzeug eine nette Geste. Die Pommes waren allerdings nicht knusprig, sondern etwas weich und matschig. Außerdem war zu viel Eis im Getränk, und die Wartezeit war länger als üblich, da es sehr voll war. Für eine schnelle Mahlzeit okay, aber diesmal nicht das beste Erlebnis.

Ich habe Curly Fries bestellt, die unangenehm rochen und überhaupt nicht lecker und heiß waren. Es sah so aus, als wären sie in übermäßig gebrauchtem Öl frittiert worden. Hoffentlich werden sie beim nächsten Mal frisch zubereitet.

I am shocked by the conditions at the Burger King branch [Theodor-Heuss-Straße]. There is no functioning air conditioning. The air is stuffy, barely breathable—staying there is almost unbearable. Not only do customers feel uncomfortable, but above all, I think of the employees who have to work here for hours under these conditions. This is not only unpleasant, but in my opinion, inhumane and hazardous to their health. How can a company of this size allow employees to be exposed to such temperatures and conditions? It should be a matter of course to ensure a work- and customer-friendly indoor climate—especially in the summer. I sincerely hope that Burger King addresses this problem quickly and seriously—out of respect for customers and especially for the people who work there.

The burger was good but the fries were awful.. You could feel they were re heat and so they were kinda soggy and there was so much salt in the fries I was literaly dried up, there was also a mistake in the menu they gave me a ketchup instead of fries sauce and the music was SO LOUD. They kept putting it louder and louder. At least it was good music but come on...

Employee apparently gave my order to other client and insisted that it was my responsibility to control this. Although I had the bill with the order number and the other client did not. Had to argue with said employee and manager for five minutes to get the product I paid for.

You can't call it fast food anymore, it takes forever to get your food. Employees have no idea what they are doing and can't find food on the computer. After 5 minutes of searching and pointing out that he had overcharged, they let me pay and only then told me that the ice cream machine wasn't working.

The place is in the shopping center area, its good for grabbing a quick burger when you are exhausted from the shopping . They got great veggie menus too. Best thing is they got washrooms upstairs.

The toilet in this restaurant has been closed for weeks. This means that as a guest you do not have the opportunity to wash your hands or use the toilet. That's a no-go.

The food wasn't freshly prepared. It was clear that it was warmed. The iceberg salad in the sandwich was pale and the bread wasn't from the same day. I won't repeat it again and visit this place.

Die Mitarbeiter richtig respektlos und in meinem Fleisch war ein ekliges Haar, seine Antwort auf das Haar war „du solltest davor kommen bevor du den Bürger gegessen hast“ obwohl das Haar mitten im gleich DRINNEN war ! Geht da nicht hin habe bis jetzt noch Bauchschmerzen.

Sher got bad. Toilets completely filthy. Staff cannot pack orders completely I ordered several onion rings via Terminal and Crispy Chicken 3 days ago for several people. At home I discovered that no onion rings had been packed. Almost 5€ (thanks to the coupon) didn't get it. The crispy chicken made me and my wife feel sick to our stomachs. All in all just horrible, never again.

I was there last Wednesday and since then I have had diarrhea, severe stomach cramps and nausea! I only ate a cheeseburger and fries and almost a week later my entire stomach continues to be upset...Never again!!!
