KFC in Stuttgart

I ordered something online and wanted to pay for it on site. The employees have really good skills at ignoring customers at the checkout. Just because the store manager is American doesn't mean he can do business like he does in the USA. Customers should be noticed.

I recommend anyone who wants to eat there not make this terrible mistake! The food quality is 0-10. The service and food is just not acceptable, really cold food and not cooked properly by them. The employees are playing talking to other people instead of working, I would say this kfc needs to be closed. Since yesterday I haven't been feeling so good about your food.

Although the mall is always busy at lunchtime, the staff is friendly and the food is freshly prepared. Other than a reasonable wait during peak hours, I haven't had any problems with this store.

It doesn't work at all!!!! The employee simply adds 50 cents to me even though it only costs €6?? If you pay €7 you should get 51 cents back, but you only get 50 cents back and the staff simply doesn't care that you want to order. They see that you are queuing and waiting at the checkout, but ignore it. In addition, the orders are always wrong and the food doesn't work at all. Should close immediately.

Firstly, we ordered a box of 24 and not an 18, and the food was ice cold, the fries were flaky and the sauces were missing. I tried to call probably 20 times but unfortunately without success. Once and never again, I and my entire family and all of our friends will order from you. Not even worth a minus star here. Rip-off. Almost 30 euros for nothing. Unfortunately you have to give one star

The worst service ever! The employees are chatting with smilies (good) and eating from my fries (wt*) .. another employee is driking from the cups that might be filled later for customers .. in the waiting list were about 14 orders in one second they are ready to pickup, but none of them is really prepared!!!!

Too much fat, parts should be crispy, not gristly and greasy.

I've experienced many KFCs, but this one at Milaneo is a disappointment. The food here has little to do with the typical KFC taste. The chicken wings taste stale, the burger seems like a failed experiment. If you're hoping for the real KFC feeling, you'll be disappointed here. 1/5, Big Tasty Bacon would be a better choice.

An unkempt place to eat. But the food was okay, the tables were very dirty and sticky, a pile of dirt on the floor... the cleaning staff wasn't particularly enthusiastic.

**Extremely disappointing experience at KFC in MILANEO** (Mr. Kiley) I went to KFC in MILANEO yesterday and had a very unpleasant experience there. The service was extremely listless from the start and later even disrespectful. I ordered 8 pieces of chicken and politely asked if I could get three chicken drumsticks. The answer I received was completely incomprehensible: I was told that I could only get one leg because supposedly only four legs were prepared per hour. This explanation makes absolutely no sense. When I then kindly asked if I could pack two legs, the employee, Mr. Kiley, became visibly annoyed and went to the back without a word to pack my order personally. He was actually responsible for the cash register and there were already employees in the kitchen who could have taken over. The next disappointment came at home: the chicken pieces were extremely dry and the legs were simply inedible. It was obvious that this was done intentionally. I have rarely experienced such poor quality at KFC and was really shocked. I will definitely not visit this branch again!

Ordered two menus. My best friend had to exchange her mayo for a new one because the lady at the checkout said to press it and warm it up 🤢 Cell phone is used with gloves during working hours in a food restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for the food and it was called “a few minutes”😅 The fries were missing for me and I got 2x fries instead of 1. The cashier with the cell phone doesn't seem to care.

Yesterday we had dinner here with my husband. I wouldn't give anything a star. Unfriendly people work there and don't feel like talking or taking in customers. After eating there, my husband and I both had severe stomach pain and vomiting and the food was very, very fatty. This was the first and last rehearsal dinner here at Milaneo KFC. Never again!!!

There are better branches with friendlier employees who can count content better...

Never before have such great employees offered top-notch service, you feel comfortable and welcome, and from now on it is my favorite KFC branch that I will visit more often. Really great!

The food is cold. The staff is lazy, the order took 10 minutes while the staff just lazily walked around the bar. The cola turned out to be without gas. No napkins were provided.

The order was given incorrectly and when we politely pointed this out we were treated very unkindly. One employee was particularly unreasonable and only handed over the missing items from the order after the shift manager was requested. At the end there was a cheeky comment in front of all the other waiting customers. We have never experienced anything like this anywhere. Very disappointing experience, we will never visit KFC again.

Rarely have I had such an extremely poor price-performance ratio in a fast food “restaurant”. We ordered at the e-counter. Chicken pieces or something like that. 6 pieces. Okay, there were 7, but the smallest one was just the size of a €2 piece. 🥺 The rest wasn't much bigger. Distinguishing the fries from the mashed potatoes was impossible. It would probably have been best if we ate them with a spoon. The whole thing for €1o per person. ...if the Colonel could see that!!!

There are five of us and it takes forever to complete an order. Half of the workers stand around and don't do anything that's why two stars.

Ordered at the kiosk. However, only one of 4 was open. Maybe we could have opened one more. The food was complete but of poor quality. Bites were cold and soft. Crispy is different. Fries were cold, unsalted and soft. Lampig is putting it rather nicely. Plus everything is overpriced. Almost the same in Switzerland.

Worst KFC in the area. My order is incomplete and the fries are cold and unsalted. The employees work at a snail's pace and can't get it together. Waited 25 minutes for my incomplete cold order. Sauces are missing and chicken bites are missing. Like every time. An absolute disgrace for this price. How can you have such bad and incompetent employees. If you paid your workers more than a starvation wage, perhaps qualified people would also work there. Really a disgrace!

It tastes so bad, but you can never find a place to sit

Ich musste eine Stunde auf mein Essen warten aber als ich darauf hingewiesen habe ging es dann ganz schnell.

Die Bestellung war schnell da, bestellt wurde am Display mit Touch Screen. Das Essen war lecker. Nur der Preis ist etwas zu hoch, für das, was geboten wird. 10,99€ für einen Bacon & Cheeseburger mit Pommes und einer Pepsi.

Nada fuera de lo normal, como siempre, mucha gente, hay que esperar por los alimentos, y los precios normales, nunca encuentras un paquete que se adapte a tus gustos, siempre tienes que pedir algo que incluye opciones que no son de tu total gusto o le falta algo.

Ein Burger war nur noch lauwarm. Bestellautomaten waren außer Betrieb. Der Herr an der Bestellannahme war freundlich. Insgesamt wirkte alles aber unkoordiniert.

Essen wer es magt ist hier richtig und vorrallem wenn man nur was holt kann man aus dem Bereich raus und Gemütlich zur bahn schlendern. Sehr laut und sehr viel Trubel um einem herum unterhalten kann man nur sich anbrüllen

KFC im Milaneo Einkaufszentrum halt. Gut wie immer, und überall auf der Welt.

Hat eine Weile gedauert, bis ich alles am Terminal gefunden habe, dann war aber alles ok.

Small outlet in a big mall. Service is poor. All are working people or Asians. I felt very bad that, they give service for Germans with smile and others not and not even proper answer. Especially Red dress guy in the enclosed picture. I had take away kfc hot wings and the hair or filament are still on skin... And not worth of 14.99 euro. However, taste is good.

Die Wartezeit betrug ca. 30 Minuten. Der Wartebereich ist etwas ungünstig gelegen, da an Tagen mit viel Kundendurchlauf im Milanei die Wartezeit sehr unangenehm wird. Die Bestell-Terminals sollten links platziert werden, um den Durchgang der Menschen zu erleichtern die einfach nur vorbeilaufen wollen. Die Schlangen an den Bestell-Terminals beeinträchtigen den Kundenverkehr massiv. Das Essen war sehr frisch/noch heiß. Die Mitarbeiter waren teils sehr freundlich, teils auch etwas gestresst.

Ist halt ein KFC 😅 Aber im Gegenteil zur Konkurrenz hatte ich noch nie Probleme bei KFC es hat immer geschmeckt und es hat noch nie was gefehlt bei der Bestellung 👍🏻

KFC halt, bekannte Qualität. Das Ambiente der Fressmeile im Milaneo finde ich persönlich nicht so toll.
