KFC in Stuttgart

Yesterday, between 7:00 and 7:45 p.m., I was at the KFC Milaneo branch and ordered the "Big Deal" meal for €4.99. After I ordered the food and paid by card, the employee suddenly told me that there was no Coke or any other beverage available from the machine because it was broken—even though he hadn't informed me of this before ordering. He offered me some kind of "Capri Sun" juice instead. I declined this offer because that wasn't what I had ordered. I told him to give me a Coke or another carbonated drink. He then spoke to his colleague in a foreign language, which I won't mention here so as not to be labeled as racist against a particular ethnic group. They laughed, and then he cheekily said to me in German: "I won't give you anything, sorry." I then asked him to cancel the order. He returned €5 to me in cash, even though I had paid with a card. He didn't apologize for the incident. I haven't eaten at this branch in a long time because I know they treat customers poorly, the food is always served cold, and the employees barely speak German. Nevertheless, I wanted to give them another chance. But I deeply regret it. I really can't recommend anyone have this bad experience. There are plenty of other restaurants right next door that treat customers with respect and provide good service.

My food was wrong, I got the wrong drink, really bad service, because they couldn’t even understand what I even ordered, never buying anything from there again. Paid 15,49€ for a box of chicken tenders, wrong fries, and wrong drink. Complained to them, and they said it’s the same as my little sister.

The waiting time and the employees next to the cap were a disaster! However, it was tasty

Normally 5 stars but unfortunately the one and only BOSS BURGER (my true love) was removed from the range a while ago.

The staff even gave me my chicken the next day (with proof). If you explain things in a friendly way, point, and ask, they're really great guys.

Employees aren't wearing gloves when topping burgers or removing chicken wings, and they're not washing their hands either. This has been observed several times by the entire staff. Afterward, they immediately turn to their phones and scroll through TikTok. No wonder you get stomach problems here.

How can it be that a chain like KFC does not have more than half of the products they offer, they gave us only two options of which it was obvious that they had been done for an hour and they were trying to get rid of it. The chicken was super dry on top, they made a mistake in the drink, I asked them to change it and they didn't even throw it all away, they made me half of one and half of the other. The only thing was a girl who attended to us in Spanish, very nice, the others didn't understand it, not even with her colleague translating, in short, I recommend it…

A really nice store that is well placed in terms of marketing. But this is so destroyed by the poor service. All the things in our order cost 30 euros. We had to ask several times about our missing things and the service employee did not have enough basic knowledge of communication/language to understand us. I am very disappointed and would have expected more for the money. UPDATE: the fries were also not salted.

The food is sometimes perfect, sometimes nothing to taste. And the much bigger problem is that they always forget something from the box or set. Sometimes fries, sometimes no ketchup/mayo or sometimes no coleslaw.

Despite ordering in advance via the app, there was still a waiting time of over 5 minutes. Neither the burger nor the wings were crispy, just lukewarm and not fresh in taste.

Very busy as this is located in a Mall. Usual KFC taste👍. But this is the only KFC branch who does not offer gravy..Or maybe the staff did not know about that🤷‍♀️. Otherwise some KFC branches in Stuttgart do offer gravy for Dips additionals.

Worst KFC branch (Stuttgart Milaneo) we have ever been to. The staff is totally overwhelmed and you wait 45 minutes for the food, which is only lukewarm. This branch is an imposition.

This looks like delicious fried chicken. Helpful and kind staff, very fast. 5 star environment because the location is excellent.

Because it's in a food corner, it's difficult to rate the ambience. Everyone from the other food providers eats together here. Kentucky itself was great. Delicious food. Order via terminal and prepare quickly.

Hello dear customers, I wouldn't recommend you go to KFC there. The food is prepared slowly, without love or passion. (see pictures) The food looks very poorly treated. I waited 20 minutes for 2 simple chicken burgers and while waiting the employees: danced, talked (little coffee), did everything slowly, annoyed each other, and just walked around/stood around. They don't wear gloves but trample cardboard boxes on the ground, then pick them up and put them in the trash, which they open with their hands and then they make our food again. In summary: -No hygiene -MOTTO: It can't be slower -Spouted the food -long waiting time -unfriendly

Obviously you don't expect high quality food from KFC. But the service was surprisngly poor. We had to argue for 10 minutes to get our order correctlt.

This KFC branch is located in the Milaneo shopping center, so it is quite crowded at peak times and offers little space, and opening hours are limited. Unfortunately, you should also check your order here, the staff doesn't seem to check the simplest numbers such as the number of items ordered, despite oversized receipts. For example, I ordered the 3 hot wings several times during a promotion and only received one order, despite paying in full. But I was subsequently reimbursed. In general, KFC is pretty decent if it's freshly prepared and you understand the ordering system. The Colonel Burger is quite good, but I think you could offer sauces other than the white one, for example a hot chili would also go well with it. The hot wings were delicious as always, I have nothing to criticize. In general, as everywhere else, the prices have increased, but promotions are okay. In Stuttgart I prefer other branches; in general it depends a lot on how the staff and the branch are set up.

I ordered something online and wanted to pay for it on site. The employees have really good skills at ignoring customers at the checkout. Just because the store manager is American doesn't mean he can do business like he does in the US. Customers should be noticed.

I recommend anyone who wants to eat there not make this terrible mistake! The food quality is 0-10. The service and food is just not acceptable, really cold food and not cooked properly by them. The employees are playing talking to other people instead of working, I would say this kfc needs to be closed. Since yesterday I haven't been feeling so good about your food.

Although the mall is always busy at lunchtime, the staff is friendly and the food is freshly prepared. Other than a reasonable wait during peak hours, I haven't had any problems with this store.

It doesn't work at all!!!! The employee simply adds 50 cents to me even though it only costs €6?? If you pay €7 you should get 51 cents back, but you only get 50 cents back and the staff simply doesn't care that you want to order. They see that you are queuing and waiting at the checkout, but ignore it. In addition, the orders are always wrong and the food doesn't work at all. Should close immediately.

Firstly, we ordered a box of 24 and not an 18, and the food was ice cold, the fries were flaky and the sauces were missing. I tried to call probably 20 times but unfortunately without success. Once and never again, I and my entire family and all of our friends will order from you. Not even worth a minus star here. Rip-off. Almost 30 euros for nothing. Unfortunately you have to give one star

The image of the burger speaks for itself. In addition, the fries were unsalted and ketchup - despite ordering - was only given out upon insistence.

Largest juice shop Ordering takes what feels like a year and not because it's too full, no because employees think they're chilling on their cell phones and then the food comes out cold, the employees at the checkout are for the ton and can't do their work You should train the people there before you send them to work, ideally because the store is closed

The employees are chatting with smilies (good) and eating from my fries (wt*) .. another employee is driking from the cups that might be filled later for customers .. in the waiting list were about 14 orders in one second they are ready to pickup, but none of them is really prepared!!!!

Too much fat, parts should be crispy, not gristly and greasy.

I've experienced many KFCs, but this one at Milaneo is a disappointment. The food here has little to do with the typical KFC taste. The chicken wings taste stale, the burger seems like a failed experiment. If you're hoping for the real KFC feeling, you'll be disappointed here. 1/5, Big Tasty Bacon would be a better choice.

An unkempt place to eat. But the food was okay, the tables were very dirty and sticky, a pile of dirt on the floor... the cleaning staff wasn't particularly enthusiastic.

**Extremely disappointing experience at KFC in MILANEO** (Mr. Kiley) I went to KFC in MILANEO yesterday and had a very unpleasant experience there. The service was extremely listless from the start and later even disrespectful. I ordered 8 pieces of chicken and politely asked if I could get three chicken drumsticks. The answer I received was completely incomprehensible: I was told that I could only get one leg because supposedly only four legs were prepared per hour. This explanation makes absolutely no sense. When I then kindly asked if I could pack two legs, the employee, Mr. Kiley, became visibly annoyed and went to the back without a word to pack my order personally. He was actually responsible for the cash register and there were already employees in the kitchen who could have taken over. The next disappointment came at home: the chicken pieces were extremely dry and the legs were simply inedible. It was obvious that this was done intentionally. I have rarely experienced such poor quality at KFC and was really shocked. I will definitely not visit this branch again!

Worst quality and worst KFC. The smallest portions and the zinger menu was very small and dry. Incomparable to other locations, poor quality.

Ordered two menus. My best friend had to exchange her mayo for a new one because the lady at the checkout said to press it and warm it up 🤢 Cell phone is used with gloves during working hours in a food restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for the food and it was called “a few minutes”😅 The fries were missing for me and I got 2x fries instead of 1. The cashier with the cell phone doesn't seem to care.

Yesterday we had dinner here with my husband. I wouldn't give anything a star. Unfriendly people work there and don't feel like talking or taking in customers. After eating there, my husband and I both had severe stomach pain and vomiting and the food was very, very fatty. This was the first and last rehearsal dinner here at Milaneo KFC. Never again!!!

There are better branches with friendlier employees who can count content better...

Never before have such great employees offered top-notch service, you feel comfortable and welcome, and from now on it is my favorite KFC branch that I will visit more often. Really great!

The food is cold. The staff is lazy, the order took 10 minutes while the staff just lazily walked around the bar. The cola turned out to be without gas. No napkins were provided.
