Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter!!

Es handelt sich um das Einkaufszentrum Milaneo! Dort gibt es keine Möglichkeit, Softdrinks nachzufüllen, deshalb konnte ich keine höhere Bewertung abgeben.

Mann kann nicht mal eigene Wünsche äußern, unhöfliche Mitarbeiter lassen nicht mal zu reden um problem zu lösen.

Ich wollte 3 Original Bites kaufen und wenn meine Bestellung kam, haben die mehr als 6 Original Bites gegeben. Danke.

Ich liebe KFC-Hähnchen, aber die Preise sind übertrieben und das Personal unfreundlich. Die Wartezeit war lang. Auf eigene Gefahr.

Die Bestellung war fertig, aber es erschien keine Nummer auf dem Bildschirm und es wurde auch nicht gesagt, dass sie fertig sei; das Essen wurde kalt.

Ganz gut. Sie hatten die Kartoffeln vergessen, haben sie aber schnell nachgereicht. Sehr lecker. Hat uns geschmeckt. Die Kartoffeln waren natürlich etwas weich.

Sehr enttäuscht, das Hähnchen ist zwar gut, aber die Portion ist eine Lachplatte, kleiner geht's nicht...dafür ist der Preis gesalzen, die Pommes sind eine Katastrophe, matschig, lätschig und schmecken nach nix. Wir werden nicht mehr hier essen...

Leider war das bestellte Menü dort nicht lecker wie erwartet! Die Pommes waren nicht gut gebraten und nicht gut gesalzen.

Es war ein Samstag Nachmittag. Verständlich dass es viel los ist aber da die Orderautomaten nicht so gut funktionieren.. na ja

Das Essen ist gut; am besten kommt man von Montag bis Freitag, da es samstags meist sehr voll ist!

War unnormal beschissen, der burger war das einzig gute und es gibt nicht mal Servietten

Man hat mir keine tücher gegeben für mein Salat keine Gabel und meine Soße war auch nicht drinnen

Sorgt dafür, dass eine Person jede Tüte kontrolliert, bevor sie rausgeht, ob alles drin ist, was der Kunde bestellt hat. ES KANN NICHT SEIN, DASS JEDES MAL ETWAS FEHLT, WENN MAN BEI EUCH BESTELLT.

Der Laden befindet sich im Einkaufszentrum Milaneo. Wir mussten lange auf unsere Bestellung und dann auf unser Essen warten. Ich war vor zwei Jahren das letzte Mal dort, heute haben wir es wieder versucht. Die Bestellung wurde lieblos auf ein Tablett geklatscht, der Burger war traurig und widerlich. :( Die Verkäuferin war nett. Ich glaube, wir werden diesen Laden endgültig von unserer Liste streichen.

Der Service war schrecklich. Ich wollte bar bezahlen und bin zur Kasse gegangen. Die Mitarbeiterin hat die Bestellung falsch aufgenommen, sie hat nicht zugehört und nicht nachgefragt. Am Ende habe ich nicht das bekommen, was ich wollte.

Das Personal an der Theke hatte eine sehr schlechte Einstellung und war unhöflich. Das Essen entsprach überhaupt nicht der Werbung. Das Hähnchen war nicht knusprig, kalt und schmeckte schlecht. Ich rate allen davon ab, hierher zu kommen. Es ist einfach Geldverschwendung.

Echt schade, dass wir heute dort waren. Wir haben ca. 50-60 € ausgegeben und Hühnchen gegessen. Danach hatten wir alle starke Bauchschmerzen. Vielleicht war das Hühnchen zu alt oder die Küche ist nicht besonders hygienisch. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen. Schade, dass man keine Bewertung unter einem Stern abgeben kann.

Letztes Weihnachten wartete ich ewig auf meine Bestellung. Die Wartezeit war viel zu lang, und außerdem fluchte der Kassierer auf Hindi, was wirklich unangenehm war.

Leider war meine Erfahrung sehr schlecht. Ein großer Teil der Bestellung hat gefehlt. Als ich zurückging, um das Problem zu klären, wurde ich nicht respektvoll behandelt. Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich selbst dafür verantwortlich sei und die Bestellung vor dem Mitnehmen hätte überprüfen müssen, obwohl der Fehler eindeutig beim Restaurant lag. Dieses Verhalten ist unprofessionell und entspricht nicht einem guten Kundenservice. Ich hoffe, dass der Umgang mit Kunden verbessert wird und Verantwortung übernommen wird.

Bisher hatte ich super Erfahrung mit KFC. Aber der im Milaneo ist furchtbar! Essen schmeckt nicht. Pommes sind Roh und ungesalzen. Die Burger wurden zusammen geklatscht, es sah überhaupt nicht appetitlich aus. Die Mitarbeiter kommen leider garnicht hinterher. Es ist ja super das die sich alle so gut verstehen aber bitte macht eure Arbeit dabei. Über 12 Bestellungne in Bearbeitung und nur eine Frau packt die Bestellungen zusammen. Einzeln wurde eine Person aufgerufen. Es hat wirklich ewig gedauert. Dann war auch noch das Essen kaum genießbar. Sehr schade !

It took way too long and the service was absolutely terrible. The food was so-so.

I ordered a Spicy Teriyaki Hot Wings Bucket. It was neither spicy nor tasty. The fries were good, though. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find a seat here, as it's a shared lobby. I probably won't be going back to this KFC.

I ordered via the self-service kiosk and wanted to pay in cash at the register. After what felt like forever, the manager told me that card payments were the only option. I then ordered again at the kiosk and this time paid by card, which finally worked. I had to wait an unreasonable 20 minutes for my food and then noticed that my original order, which hadn't even been paid for, was still there. (Conclusion: Incompetent, unfriendly staff, and the food wasn't particularly good either).

Poor establishment, always something is missing, you wait for half an hour, no respect for the customer

They do not consider the order instructions when placing online orders.

Their food is delicious and sensible.

KFC fast, fresh and delicious food

We were waiting for a very long time. My friend even grew grey hair while waiting for our food. The Array on the screen isn't sorted. The screen for ordering isn't scrollable and u end up ordering stuff u don't want. And there is definitly not enough cheesecake on the cheese fries.

It was my first time shopping at KFC. I ordered a sandwich for €5.99. First, I had to wait half an hour for it to be ready, and then I received something I wasn't expecting at all. I didn't get what I ordered, and what I did get was very disappointing. It looked different in the picture—it was filled with meat inside, but I don't know, it all seemed overdone. When my order arrived, the bread smelled bad, and although it looked hard on the outside, it was still raw inside. It seemed like they had deliberately charred the bread to hide something.

Making people pay and then taking so long for the food to arrive that customers get annoyed and just leave is obviously a business idea... We ordered three small burgers and waited 55 minutes. Only after we called again did they start processing the order, as it had obviously gotten lost in the shuffle. On top of that, the burgers were cold and looked like they'd been thrown together haphazardly. Never again at this KFC!

Never again... We waited over 30 minutes for our food. You had to search for the lettuce and sauce in the burger. The chicken pieces were practically just skeletons, and we paid over €70 for three people!

The burger actually tastes very good, but they were extremely stingy with the chicken!!! What a shame about the burger.

Shitty store says you can order online, they're open until 8 PM, and they don't deliver anything after 6 PM... Shitty store

I was totally satisfied with my visit to KFC! 🍗 The food was fresh, hot, and super delicious—exactly what you'd want. The chicken, in particular, was nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The staff were very friendly and worked quickly, even though it was busy. The restaurant was clean and cozy—perfect for a quick but delicious snack. I'll definitely be back! 👏

It's too late to open the door.

It's just KFC, and my girlfriend loves it. They seem to have new fries, more like wedges, and they're absolutely delicious. I was there on Saturday after lunch, around 1:30 p.m., and the wait was OK. You can expect longer waits around lunchtime.

Yeah, it's pretty great when the waitress doesn't know what chicken tenders are.

I don't recommend it at all. They are extremely slow. Orders are incomplete. You're better off eating elsewhere.

The staff were friendly, and the food came quickly. The restaurant was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. If you're craving really good fast food, KFC is definitely the best choice! 🙌🔥

We were very disappointed with the service at this KFC. The staff didn't even ask us what kind of drink we wanted—the order was simply charged immediately. We also ordered "takeout," but the food was served to us on a tray as if we were eating in. A complete lack of customer service and no standard of service at all. I really can't recommend this place—it's just frustrating.

KFC in a shopping center from which you can't expect any miracles, ordering either through kiosks or with the staff, which in my opinion is all the same, a long waiting time from ordering, they obviously have other work to do than prepare the food. The burger was acceptable, but I wouldn't pay more than the price they ask for it, in my case €3.69, as a canapé to taste, why not, otherwise you can eat better elsewhere.

There was a booger on my chicken wings [see attachment]. The tables were littered with leftover food, ketchup, etc. The staff was rude and difficult to understand. Some people in the kitchen weren't working and were just standing around. For me, it was my first and last time at KFC, and I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone.

I had a strange experience at this branch. The food was ready quickly, but the employee was completely indifferent. The naan was as expected—but what about the chicken piece? It was square, smelled unappealing, and tasted like an old rubber boot. I had to put it back in the box because of the smell. Very disappointing. It really makes you wonder how the food is prepared here. 🤢

The waiter at the front desk had a very bad attitude and threw my fried chicken on the table after it was ready. And I waited a full fifteen minutes! If I have to wait 15 minutes to get into a fast-food restaurant, why should I go to a fast-food restaurant? If the service attitude isn't good, why bother working in the service industry?

What a meal we had today! No salad! The chicken wings were so small, it was a rip-off! Salad instead of corn! The corn was so small! It was a rip-off! The burger cost €14.99 and the meat was so small, it was a rip-off! What I got and what I paid for was not right! You need to contact consumer protection as soon as possible! I wanted to return it and then go and eat at Nordsee, but my decency said leave it and eat it! Never again! It's a thousand times better in VS and SINGAPORE!

This has to be a joke that you can get such tiny nuggets for €9.99. Once and never again!

BAD SERVICE, THEY HAVE A PERSONAL PROBLEM WITH WHITE PEOPLE 🫥 My meal took 40 minutes to arrive, and the staff made the menus for what felt like 20 people who ordered after me, who weren't white. I told them to hurry up with my meal because I didn't have forever. They heard me but didn't do anything. The packaging is also of such poor quality. It tore because I had to hurry because the service took too long. €10 wasted for nothing, such a shame! DON'T GO THERE!

Today I was sick, I ordered a nugget and added the sandwiches, a cheesecake, Dude, think that's really bad, I am a Muslim, as I'm crying, eating and drinking, she said, cheese, she eats the cheese,🥹🥹🥹🥹 And after a year, a new employee actually treated me like garbage, an empty meal, an empty sandwich, and small pieces of potato chips that were counted a lot. I went there because I wanted to eat chicken, but it was a bit salty compared to other KFCs. One piece was a bit fried... But I was still able to eat it and fortunately I had space to eat it. The overall rating is 3.7 points.

The unfriendliest employees. They stare at you stupidly instead of taking your order. They prefer to speak Arabic. They confuse ketchup and mayo; instead of orange swizzle sticks, I got Coke. They talk among themselves and take far too long, as if they were personally slaughtering the chicken in the back. Never again KFC. It's time you hired decent shift managers. May 26, 11:45 a.m.

Yesterday, between 7:00 and 7:45 p.m., I was at the KFC Milaneo branch and ordered the "Big Deal" meal for €4.99. After I ordered the food and paid by card, the employee suddenly told me that there was no Coke or any other beverage available from the machine because it was broken—even though he hadn't informed me of this before ordering. He offered me some kind of "Capri Sun" juice instead. I declined this offer because that wasn't what I had ordered. I told him to give me a Coke or another carbonated drink. He then spoke to his colleague in a foreign language, which I won't mention here so as not to be labeled as racist against a particular ethnic group. They laughed, and then he cheekily said to me in German: "I won't give you anything, sorry." I then asked him to cancel the order. He returned €5 to me in cash, even though I had paid with a card. He didn't apologize for the incident. I haven't eaten at this branch in a long time because I know they treat customers poorly, the food is always served cold, and the employees barely speak German. Nevertheless, I wanted to give them another chance. But I deeply regret it. I really can't recommend anyone have this bad experience. There are plenty of other restaurants right next door that treat customers with respect and provide good service.

My food was wrong, I got the wrong drink, really bad service, because they couldn’t even understand what I even ordered, never buying anything from there again. Paid 15,49€ for a box of chicken tenders, wrong fries, and wrong drink. Complained to them, and they said it’s the same as my little sister.

Normally 5 stars but unfortunately the one and only BOSS BURGER (my true love) was removed from the range a while ago.

I've eaten from here several times but always forget something about my order and the quality can't be compared with other KFCs

The staff even gave me my chicken the next day (with proof). If you explain things in a friendly way, point, and ask, they're really great guys.

Employees aren't wearing gloves when topping burgers or removing chicken wings, and they're not washing their hands either. This has been observed several times by the entire staff. Afterward, they immediately turn to their phones and scroll through TikTok. No wonder you get stomach problems here.
