The service is bad the food quality is bad it tastes like it was from day's before and they don't wash their hands I saw the guy touch his face and Head and then making burgers without gloves and I don't think the oil is fresh it tastes like it was not changed overall worst KFC I have ever been to 1 star

KFC in a shopping center from which you can't expect any miracles, ordering either through kiosks or with the staff, which in my opinion is all the same, a long waiting time from ordering, they obviously have other work to do than prepare the food. The burger was acceptable, but I wouldn't pay more than the price they ask for it, in my case €3.69, as a canapé to taste, why not, otherwise you can eat better elsewhere.

There was a booger on my chicken wings [see attachment]. The tables were littered with leftover food, ketchup, etc. The staff was rude and difficult to understand. Some people in the kitchen weren't working and were just standing around. For me, it was my first and last time at KFC, and I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone.

I had a strange experience at this branch. The food was ready quickly, but the employee was completely indifferent. The naan was as expected—but what about the chicken piece? It was square, smelled unappealing, and tasted like an old rubber boot. I had to put it back in the box because of the smell. Very disappointing. It really makes you wonder how the food is prepared here. 🤢

The waiter at the front desk had a very bad attitude and threw my fried chicken on the table after it was ready. And I waited a full fifteen minutes! If I have to wait 15 minutes to get into a fast-food restaurant, why should I go to a fast-food restaurant? If the service attitude isn't good, why bother working in the service industry?

What a meal we had today! No salad! The chicken wings were so small, it was a rip-off! Salad instead of corn! The corn was so small! It was a rip-off! The burger cost €14.99 and the meat was so small, it was a rip-off! What I got and what I paid for was not right! You need to contact consumer protection as soon as possible! I wanted to return it and then go and eat at Nordsee, but my decency said leave it and eat it! Never again! It's a thousand times better in VS and SINGAPORE!

BAD SERVICE, THEY HAVE A PERSONAL PROBLEM WITH WHITE PEOPLE 🫥 My meal took 40 minutes to arrive, and the staff made the menus for what felt like 20 people who ordered after me, who weren't white. I told them to hurry up with my meal because I didn't have forever. They heard me but didn't do anything. The packaging is also of such poor quality. It tore because I had to hurry because the service took too long. €10 wasted for nothing, such a shame! DON'T GO THERE!

I went there because I wanted to eat chicken, but it was a bit salty compared to other KFCs. One piece was a bit fried... But I was still able to eat it and fortunately I had space to eat it. The overall rating is 3.7 points.

The unfriendliest employees. They stare at you stupidly instead of taking your order. They prefer to speak Arabic. They confuse ketchup and mayo; instead of orange swizzle sticks, I got Coke. Yesterday, between 7:00 and 7:45 p.m., I was at the KFC Milaneo branch and ordered the "Big Deal" meal for €4.99. After I ordered the food and paid by card, the employee suddenly told me that there was no Coke or any other beverage available from the machine because it was broken—even though he hadn't informed me of this before ordering. He offered me some kind of "Capri Sun" juice instead. I declined this offer because that wasn't what I had ordered. I told him to give me a Coke or another carbonated drink. He then spoke to his colleague in a foreign language, which I won't mention here so as not to be labeled as racist against a particular ethnic group. They laughed, and then he cheekily said to me in German: "I won't give you anything, sorry." I then asked him to cancel the order. He returned €5 to me in cash, even though I had paid with a card. He didn't apologize for the incident. I haven't eaten at this branch in a long time because I know they treat customers poorly, the food is always served cold, and the employees barely speak German. Nevertheless, I wanted to give them another chance. But I deeply regret it. I really can't recommend anyone have this bad experience. There are plenty of other restaurants right next door that treat customers with respect and provide good service.

My food was wrong, I got the wrong drink, really bad service, because they couldn’t even understand what I even ordered, never buying anything from there again. Paid 15,49€ for a box of chicken tenders, wrong fries, and wrong drink. Complained to them, and they said it’s the same as my little sister.

Employees aren't wearing gloves when topping burgers or removing chicken wings, and they're not washing their hands either. This has been observed several times by the entire staff. Afterward, they immediately turn to their phones and scroll through TikTok. No wonder you get stomach problems here.

How can it be that a chain like KFC does not have more than half of the products they offer, they gave us only two options of which it was obvious that they had been done for an hour and they were trying to get rid of it. The chicken was super dry on top, they made a mistake in the drink, I asked them to change it and they didn't even throw it all away, they made me half of one and half of the other. A really nice store that is well placed in terms of marketing. But this is so destroyed by the poor service. All the things in our order cost 30 euros. We had to ask several times about our missing things and the service employee did not have enough basic knowledge of communication/language to understand us. The food is sometimes perfect, sometimes nothing to taste. And the much bigger problem is that they always forget something from the box or set. Sometimes fries, sometimes no ketchup/mayo or sometimes no coleslaw.

Despite ordering in advance via the app, there was still a waiting time of over 5 minutes. Neither the burger nor the wings were crispy, just lukewarm and not fresh in taste.

Very busy as this is located in a Mall. Usual KFC taste👍. But this is the only KFC branch who does not offer gravy..Or maybe the staff did not know about that🤷‍♀️. Otherwise some KFC branches in Stuttgart do offer gravy for Dips additionals.

Worst KFC branch (Stuttgart Milaneo) we have ever been to. The staff is totally overwhelmed and you wait 45 minutes for the food, which is only lukewarm. This branch is an imposition.

Because it's in a food corner, it's difficult to rate the ambience. Everyone from the other food providers eats together here. Kentucky itself was great. Delicious food. Order via terminal and prepare quickly.

Hello dear customers, I wouldn't recommend you go to KFC there. The food is prepared slowly, without love or passion. (see pictures) The food looks very poorly treated. I waited 20 minutes for 2 simple chicken burgers and while waiting the employees: danced, talked (little coffee), did everything slowly, annoyed each other, and just walked around/stood around. They don't wear gloves but trample cardboard boxes on the ground, then pick them up and put them in the trash, which they open with their hands and then they make our food again. In summary: -No hygiene -MOTTO: It can't be slower -Spouted the food -long waiting time -unfriendly

Obviously you don't expect high quality food from KFC. But the service was surprisngly poor. We had to argue for 10 minutes to get our order correctlt.

This KFC branch is located in the Milaneo shopping center, so it is quite crowded at peak times and offers little space, and opening hours are limited. Unfortunately, you should also check your order here, the staff doesn't seem to check the simplest numbers such as the number of items ordered, despite oversized receipts. For example, I ordered the 3 hot wings several times during a promotion and only received one order, despite paying in full. But I was subsequently reimbursed. In general, KFC is pretty decent if it's freshly prepared and you understand the ordering system. The Colonel Burger is quite good, but I think you could offer sauces other than the white one, for example a hot chili would also go well with it. The hot wings were delicious as always, I have nothing to criticize. In general, as everywhere else, the prices have increased, but promotions are okay. In Stuttgart I prefer other branches; in general it depends a lot on how the staff and the branch are set up.

I ordered something online and wanted to pay for it on site. The employees have really good skills at ignoring customers at the checkout. Just because the store manager is American doesn't mean he can do business like he does in the US. Customers should be noticed.

I recommend anyone who wants to eat there not make this terrible mistake! The food quality is 0-10. The service and food is just not acceptable, really cold food and not cooked properly by them. The employees are playing talking to other people instead of working, I would say this kfc needs to be closed. Since yesterday I haven't been feeling so good about your food.
