Everything is great, I recommend it

The chili cheeseburger is cold in a nearly empty restaurant. The cheese on top tastes terrible. The fries are soggy, lukewarm, and fried in ancient oil. Absolutely disgusting and inedible. The restroom smells like the worst motorway service station. No soap. Wow. The KFC in Stuttgart Wangen doesn't even deserve a star.

Very bad personal, they got my order wrong and after i paid and i gave them my settle with command number they throw it away and refused to change my order. I am very upset and i strongly reccomand you not to come here if u dint have mental stress. Food is good but the personal is awful, they literrary throw my food in garbage saying it was "mistake" and gave my order incomplete because of that

Chairs and tables felt sticky to the touch. I ordered two sundaes and a milkshake—one of the sundaes was only half-filled, which seemed disappointing. The milkshake was fine. The toilet had an unpleasant smell, even worse than those at Stuttgart main station.

I took the food with me because everything wasn't that clean. The chicken pieces were very, very, very small. I ordered a double Zinger burger and paid for it, but there was only one inside. I recommend checking everything before you go! I was there last time.

The entire order was delivered incorrectly, and this wasn't the first time. Avoid this KFC.

The food was disappointing. I mean, the chicken was okay, like usual at KFC, but otherwise... I mean, the burgers we had were dry, and the raw potato should have been used as fries, but they stayed raw. They also forgot something in our order, which happens, but yeah, not good. The only real positive is that I'll never come here again.

A convenient place to sit down and grab a bite to eat. Orders are fast, and there's free internet. The restrooms were very clean. The food was delicious. Recommended.

If there's ever an advert for false Advertising, it's a KFC burger. Wings are always good though. Getting a bit expensive like everything else.

The food was as expected, and the amenities were okay. Only the toilet smelled strongly, hence one star deduction.

It's a very nice establishment. There's unlimited soda. When ordering, choose the smallest drink size and you can keep adding more as you go.

The tables and floor were dirty everywhere. The food was cold/lukewarm. I complained, and they served me exactly the same cold food from the "warm" display case. The fries happened to be freshly made, and at least I got some of those. The chicken was just as bad after the complaint as it was before, despite the mixed products (tenders, bites, pieces, Korean crisps).

You have to be prepared for the fact that you'll hardly be able to understand anything at the drive-in, as it's on a noisy main road. Plus, the guy at the microphone speaks very poor German. Hence one star deducted.

The tables and chairs weren't clean, the restrooms were dirty, and this was a perfectly normal weekday when there was nothing going on. The food wasn't flavorful enough, and the prices were way too high.

I ordered through the KFC app and paid directly. When I got there, I was told no order had been received. The money was still debited. Very disappointing: no help from the staff, and no clear solution. I won't be ordering from there again for a while.

The waiter's attitude was very bad and he was very aggressive. There was no ice in the Coke.

Unfortunately, the tables, chairs, and general cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The tables were greasy and covered in leftover food. The burger was tasteless. The competitors can do better. The chicken wings and filet bites, however, were outstanding. All in all, the restaurant isn't worth a visit for the prices charged.

KFC is always a great experience, but unfortunately, this location wasn't. All possible dispensers were empty (servings, straws, soap, etc.), the tables were sticky, and the tray carts were overflowing.

The crispies are extremely small. We've visited this store often, but only once were the crispies regular size.

This KFC should be a model for every branch. The atmosphere was very relaxed. It's never really full anyway and there's always space. The food was good, of course, nothing lacking, but that's the same in most branches. That's why the food and atmosphere get 5/5 stars. The service was almost perfect, but I want to be a bit more critical here. The 4/5 stars comes from the following four things. For the first time, the butter and mayonnaise were missing from our order, but these were provided immediately upon request. The third thing that leads me to the 4 stars is the serving. There were two of us eating and we only had one serving, although with the amount of food we could have expected a few. But of course you could have asked for more napkins too. As you can see, these are just small service issues that can be overlooked or are not a big deal and are understandable; this can happen when you have to place a lot of orders in a day. The last thing is the seating - you can see all the seating options and they are (after trying out all the options) rather uncomfortable. But you can clearly see that the points I listed that lead me to 4 stars instead of 5 in the service category are things that the average customer probably won't even notice or bother, or might even consider it better than in other stores. Conclusion: All in all, a great store and a model for all other stores. A great experience. And I left feeling full and satisfied.

Ordering on the touchscreens doesn't work because the software freezes at some point or doesn't recognize the touchscreen. This happened at three different machines. The tray you receive is so bent from the dishwasher that it's just a wobbly mess. €14 is grossly overcharged for these errors. I won't be going there again, as they apparently interpret AI as "no interest."

Unfortunately, the fries took a long time to arrive, and that wasn't a problem. For the first time, the service is much better than their own products.

There is nothing on the menu, compared to Polish KFC it is terrible poverty. What is available to choose from is probably what was available in the 20th century in the states. Dirt everywhere. Food cold and not good.

The KFC in Stuttgart was so-so. I ordered a Crunchy & Bites Bucket with fries. Unfortunately, of all the orders in the restaurant, we had to wait the longest. The fries weren't cooked through - a shame given the amazing price. The crunchies tasted okay. Unfortunately, there was also a sauce missing, which is why things got a bit dry...

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening. First of all, a person in front of me slipped in the entrance area and was injured. A sign with the danger of slipping would help. I got my food relatively quickly, everything was okay, but the breading was a bit rubbery in my mouth.

The place was great, clean and the service from the employees was the best ever. Keep it up the best. I was also another day at Drive-Thru, i was amased how fast everything went.

Like many KFC branches, it's a bit dingy. The food was delicious if you like KFC. The staff was nice.

Incredibly expensive! Tastes like fast food

Had gone there to pick up the food I ordered via uber eats. The employees mistook me for an uber eats delivery agent and kept asking me to go to a different entrance. After I insisted that I am indeed not working for uber eats and that I’m there to pick up the order I placed via the app, they made me wait around for another 15 mins before giving me my order. What was even the point of pre-ordering if I still have to wait that long at the shop to get my food? All that for fried chicken and fries which didn’t even taste half as good as usual KFC.

This is a typical KFC, but everything was very tasty and fresh. The employees were very friendly and nice. I would love to come back

Worst KFC! I walked in and it was dirty as a pigsty and very loud. The food took a long time and came out cold and unsalted. The employees forgot half of it and then told me you had to pay. The vending machines were completely filthy and sticky. The toilets smelled like sewers. But by far the worst was a woman breastfeeding her baby in the middle of the restaurant and walking around completely shirtless. She had to stop eating. Of course, the employees didn't say anything.

We were here last time. The staff was extremely unfriendly. The fries were unsalted and soggy. There weren't enough bites in the bucket, and we didn't get the water we ordered, even after asking repeatedly.

WE WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! The taste was ok, except for the fries, just limp. Last time we were there I was the only one who got a stomach ache, I thought it was just pain. But this time my sister and I got the stomach pains, after we made our way home my sister and I got really bad stomach pains that didn't go away even after taking one tablet.

I was there today at 11.55 a.m. and the restaurant room was almost empty, which doesn't surprise me, as the employees find it more important to clarify private matters and simply ignore the customers. They definitely don't know who pays your salary.

My fries were half raw, I complained about that and promptly got them re-fried (this time through). This can happen to anyone, but it's still nice that you can quickly complain about something like this without being looked at askance. Always the best KFC there, I've been a regular customer here for years. I love it

Best KFC branch in Stuttgart! Unfortunately there are only the ones in Milaneo and the one in Mühlhausen, the latter was my favorite for a long time. However, the branch in Hedelfingen is a bit larger, also offers free refills, is nice and modern, it was clean when we visited, the toilets were also well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The food, of course, like everywhere else at the chain, although we think that sometimes it tastes better, like here. The hot wings were very tasty, breaded, spicy and fresh, and also very juicy. They were just perfect. I can only recommend it to everyone. If you're going to treat yourself, do it right. So a big bucket of side dishes and we also treated ourselves to several dips. I can actually recommend the garlic dip, it's definitely worth it. Price/performance is of course at the top end of KFC, but in my opinion it is clearly preferable to the usual ones, especially since there are always decent voucher promotions. Since we easily drank 1.5 liters per person and everything tasted delicious except for the apple juice, it was worth it. Open weekdays until 11pm, would recommend coming no later than 10pm to still be able to enjoy it like we did :) The branch has its own parking spaces and is also easily accessible by subway; the tracks run directly in front of the branch. Unfortunately, the only real point of criticism is the opening times on weekends. For a big city until just midnight is totally incomprehensible. If you go to the cinema, you can actually only go to Sindelfingen, as it is the only one in the area that is open significantly longer.
