Better McDonald's than KFC. But it's a matter of taste. It also smells too much like fat to me.

Every table was sticky and there were old, dried stains everywhere (including on the benches, which my children noticed) Ordering went quickly, but today it felt like everything was extremely salty or too salty?! Milkshake was once again not possible, and Pepsi Lemon wasn't available either.

It's not always completely clean. The breading always tastes old and is so dry. The fries are horrible.

Despite the fact that it was open until 11 p.m., everything was already dark here at 10:15 p.m. on Friday evening.

As soon as you arrive, the ambient air smells of frying fat. The food itself, as far as the food can be called that, is just dripping in fat. I have never experienced more terrible chicken meat.

An era is coming to an end. After many years, KFC has now discontinued the 2Hot4You sauce. The successor is ok in terms of spiciness but far too creamy. For us that was it with KFC 😬

In itself, I wouldn't be upset if errors happened in the service. But: almost every DriveIn visit always has at least something missing - whether it's the sauces, paper towels or even whole burgers! Every now and then I complained and the response was friendly. But let's be honest: if every visitor always forgets something, in a mild mood you can talk about negligence towards your customers and if you interpret it in korinthenkacker style you could assume rip-off calculations. How can it be that as a customer you always lose out - after all, the money is what you pay for it and in the end you don't receive any service. I really wish that the service would take a minute longer and do everything properly instead of disappointing the customer again and again.

Given the time is 11 p.m. It was pleasantly quiet. Individual Wasen visitors staggered in. Late shift, looking forward to the end of the day. Toilets were terribly dirty.

Clean, fast and friendly. The ambience corresponds to a typical fast food restaurant. Food corresponds to the franchise accordingly.

Nothing particularly good for hunger in between meals

Ladies and Gentlemen I ordered from your restaurant via Uber Eats and took advantage of the ‘buy one, get one free’ promotion. Unfortunately one of the burgers is missing from my order. I ask for clarification on this misunderstanding. Thank you in advance.

It's KFC, they have to be up to standard, so Fastfood wise, very good fried chicken. Easily reachable with tram or car. Update: the worker can chit-chat, that I understand, I don't understand why they had to shout . If they want to shout, then turn up the songs then, I want to eat chicken and chat with friends, not having white noise background

Hot wings better than any frozen chicken wings, delicious fries and the best chocolate milkshake (all other fast food chains can compete against this!) make for a top menu for me every time. Without exception, the employees are neutral, professional and extremely friendly to me every time. I can only imagine how one would have to behave in order to be treated unkindly here. The prices are absolutely on par with other fast food chains. Probably, as is so often the case, a case of (un)realistic expectations. :) Greetings

Was there recently shortly before the store closed. The ambience and service is terrible. I got what I wanted. I only give 2 more stars for the 5 bites that I got for free. Otherwise the food is dry and cold and cannot be enjoyed.

Very tasty and great quality! That was 2017 Ate at KFC today 8/2024. The fries were a disgrace, cold and soggy. The corn cobs are getting smaller and mushy. The poultry was quite okay. The price of 30 euros is already steep. Of course everything is becoming more expensive, but the focus here is on maximizing profits. Very unfortunate.

The very last thing, waited over 2 hours for the food (ordered via Lieferado). And when you call and ask, they just hang up in annoyance. First and last time. I cannot recommend this store!!!!!

Food sometimes ice cold if you get it after 3 legislative periods and asking four times. Then half of it is missing and the taste isn't really the same either. The staff sometimes speaks German more or less well, the ordering columns are usually out of order and what comes out of the drinks dispensers only has a limited resemblance to what it is supposed to be. Unfortunately the prices are completely excessive for the amount of food. Complaints are responded to with a shrug of the shoulders.

Price like everywhere else, you can eat outside and inside, very clean in all areas.

The food is ok if you like it, but the service was virtually non-existent. The cleanliness and the ambience was a disaster, tables, floor drinks station, were dirty, sticky, just disgusting. But I've already experienced this in a KFC in Berlin Mariendorf. Seems to be part of the restaurant's branding. Too bad

Nice place for family and kids, but I felt salt is more on Nuggets, and chicken fries. I visited many times with kids.

The crispy chicken at KFC was a highlight in the past, but unfortunately the quality has deteriorated extremely. Hot wings only taste like unseasoned breading, fillet bites are not crispy at all and chicken pieces are almost as big as hot wings themselves. The fries were also soggy. The best thing from the box was the coleslaw, at least it tasted good. Unfortunately, this is not a single experience but at every KFC across Germany. I'd rather go to McD or BK

Here you can only get Cola cero and no regular Cola. So we went back and marched again. That's really nonsensical.

Standard KFC, clean and small area to sit outside. There are enough parking spaces available. Orders are placed via screens and service is quick.

Unfortunately not recommended. Pick-up display was probably defective, so the staff called very unpleasantly. All the drinks dispensers were empty and you had to ask someone to refill them. Food was cold, old and dry. The wrap was so dried into the paper that half of it was stuck. The only person who was nice and had fun was the gentleman with the broom, at least he kept the shop clean. . Thanks, but I'd rather avoid that in the future!

Typical KFC, sometimes clean and sometimes messy 😅 But the employees are very nice and generally it tastes delicious here.

For seven euros I got 1 burger which had 1 wing and sauce, nothing else, medium sized potatoes and 2 wings, they forgot to give me the sauce from the start, the service is not very good, in the place “7 up “There is an ordinary mineral water, half of which is missing at the checkout. I really don't recommend coming here to see what's on the electronic menu. At McDonald’s you can buy much more and tastier things for the same price.

They save money on food, they put 1 wing and ketchup in the burger, that’s all, instead of 7up mineral I don’t recommend going here

Typical fast food. I think it's better than rated and, above all, pretty tasty. Our complaint was responded to immediately (fries totally soft and cold). We then received several fresh free fries. Great thank you! Hygiene in the restaurant (floor, tables) could be improved.

Is getting worse and worse. Cardboard-crisp rolls, miggy chicken wings (the breading suggests more and hides everything), weak fries, the salad dried out, the sugar syrup on "All you drink" underground ‼️ Go somewhere else or do it yourself.

Something was always missing from my order... and once something was completely wrong. It's 3. And last time I order something... 16 euros 3 chiken menu... without chicken... got refunded... only 4.5 euros

Just disgusting 🤮 never veggie in kfc again. If you buy small chips the packaging is too big but you pay more. The staff is unfriendly and doesn't even really look at what you've ordered or whether you're on site. Veggie burger tasted like plastic 😵 never again. If I hadn't been so hungry I would have thrown everything away straight away, but as a tasty Swabian: what you pay for is what you eat 🤣 but the burger ended up in the trash

I ordered food here. The stated waiting time was approximately 40 minutes. In fact, my order wasn't delivered until 120 minutes later. Call…. After 20 attempts still no success and therefore gave up in frustration. When the food was delivered, it was already cold and I was asked to give it 5 stars. What can I say? If there were minus 5 stars, I would have chosen this for the food and service. Thanks but never again!

Experience was ok but I find that the Chicken was thicker in my memory years back and I also find the current prices a little high with little options for Students.

Pretty rancid and dirty there, you just want to get out and you quickly lose your appetite. Long waiting times and dirt on every empty table.

They didn't care about service. We came in the last 30 minutes and they started cleaning everything up and didn't let us order almost anything on the menu. They said they already cleaned up so they weren't willing to cook anything that would take over ten minutes. Our food was cold and not what we asked for.

One of the better KFC branches. Clean and orderly. Staff is friendly and quick. Toilets were clean and OK.

The food is rather average and not particularly good, but I think the prices are high. The toilets are often dirty and have a very strong smell, so there is still no soap left to wash your hands, etc.

My first time at KFC.....we wanted to sit outside. Benches had dirty bird droppings and other things on the tables. Inside, indistinguishable stains on the seat furniture and the tables as well While we were there, no one cleaned the tables

I always eat hot chicken and always the same amount, always freshly baked, the fries are solid. The only thing is that instead of ketchup, the saleswoman put mayonnaise on us, which I rarely consume. The saleswoman speaks weak German and in my opinion someone younger, prettier and kinder should be appointed in such a place, this em is an older lady, without a smile on her face, em ugly em doesn't know German, terrible!

What a pity…….. If the taciturn and extremely unfriendly lady behind the counter doesn't spoil your meal, then the workmen who work on the floor in the children's area will certainly do it. Their vacuum cleaner has frequencies that are unbearable!!!!!!

I ordered takeaway. Something was missing when I picked it up, so I pointed it out to the employee. I asked if everything was safe now and she answered yes. When I got home, part of the order was still missing and some of the chicken wings were wet and soggy, very strange..

I was there today and there was hardly anything going on at 1:45 p.m. and I only wanted 3 pieces of chicken. I was told there weren't any at the moment 🤣🙈 they would have some again in half an hour... THIS is a fast food restaurant and I don't want half Waiting for an hour🙄😫 Employees could hardly speak German. Fries were half raw, few and mushy and the chilli & cheese was absolutely disgusting... So the franchisee should clean this up!!

Fries not cooked through, milkshake machine broken (the machine itself was ready), highly unmotivated staff at the checkout (everyone! Order terminal broken), staff not standing at the counter but preferring to chat instead of serving. Never here again!!!!!!!

The food was cold, the waitresses were supposed to be able to speak German, and worst of all, the pictures didn't reflect the truth. The large fries weren't even close to big, after I complained they said it came from above. Very very bad.62.79 for otherwise spent. Never again

Schneller Service! Essen lecker

Today we ordered here for the first time. After 1.5 hours the order finally arrived. I asked the driver if he had been on the road the whole time because it was cold then. Unfortunately he didn't speak German, but the food would definitely be warm. Do you want to make fun of people? 1.5 hour old fries and the meat was the same. We won't let this happen. The entire food is a joke and completely overpriced.

Waren heute bach Jahren wieder hier, Pommes sind die dünnen. Nicht ganz heiss. Cola aus dem Spender man kann, so oft hin wie man will. Das ist es echt Positiv. Chicken lieder nicht heiss. Barrierefrei. Parkplatz ca. 30 Stück.

Kentucky ist der beste Ort in ganz Stuttgart, um seine Durchsichtigkeit zu verlieren. Um korrekt Fett anzusetzen, bedarf es einfach jeden Tag Masthuhn, und zwar bis zum Schlaganfall. Auf Nachfrage gab es leider keinen Rabatt für Stammkunden, und ein Abo wollte man auch nicht aufstellen. Bitte aufpassen: Seit Neuestem versuchen sie, die Leute mit veganen Alternativen in die Irre zu führen! Lasst euch davon nicht täuschen.

Sehr dreckig, das Personal hat keine Lust und es fehlt immer etwas. Hab mehrfach bestellt und nie war die Bestellung vollständig..

Achtung metalstühle Nicht stabil Brechen einem unterm Hintern weg und man fällt auf den dreckigen Boden. Es kam leider nur ein oh sorry.

Muss echt sagen dass das Essen von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter wird und nun nicht mehr schlechter werden kann.Heute war ich wieder da und de Pommes waren extrem ölig das Hähnchenteil auch und an den Ecken ungeniessbar.Burger sind einigermassen akzeptabel.Das Beste in Wangen ist der Mitarbeiter mit griechischem Namen und der andere der die Örtlichkeiten säubert.Wünsche mir dass das Essen wieder geniessbar wird.
