Subway in Stuttgart

Das Essen war in Ordnung. Der Service war freundlich, aber sie hatten keine Ahnung, wie man glutenfreies Brot zubereitet. Nachdem wir gesehen hatten, wie sie mein Sandwich belegt hatten, war eine Kontamination sicher.

Ich komme fast jeden Tag hierher, nur wegen der Cookies 😭 und Nihar ist einer der Gründe, warum ich immer wiederkomme. Ein superfreundlicher Typ, immer herzlich und entspannt. Er sorgt dafür, dass man sich hier immer wohlfühlt.

Das Essen und der Service war in gewohnter sehr guter Qualität. Auch die Zubereitung ging trotz Sonderwünsche sehr gut, die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich. Auch die Tische waren sauber und ordentlich. Die Musik könnte etwas leiser sein, stört beim bestellen sehr... Was noch zu bessern ist, richtet sich an den Besitzer: die Toiletten sollten öfter gereinigt werden, die Wasserhähne und Händetrockner gewartet werden, funktionierten teilweise nicht. Wenn der Trockner nicht funktioniert, sollte wenigstens Papier verfügbar sein.

Der Mitarbeiter war extrem unhöflich und unprofessionell. Von Anfang an sprach er aggressiv und respektlos mit uns, als ob er uns gar nicht bedienen wollte. Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass er unsere Bestellung ohne Angabe von Gründen ablehnte. Ein solches Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel. Kunden sollten mit Respekt behandelt werden, und davon war hier weit entfernt. Es hat uns den gesamten Besuch verdorben. Ich hoffe, die Geschäftsleitung nimmt dies sehr ernst, denn so sollte man nicht mit Kunden umgehen.

24.03.'26 Sehr, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Innen im Subway war auch alles sehr sauber. Der Sub war sowas von mega super lecker. Die Zutaten waren alle frisch. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐von⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Die schlimmste Filliale in Stuttgart. Mitarbeiter versuchen trotz Sub des Tages volle Preise abzurechnen. Auf Nachfrage heißt es, dass der Kollege neu ist. Die Ausbilderin/Chefin kann ebenfalls nicht rechnen. Bitte prüft hierzu eure Kassenzettel vor Verlassen des Ladens. Meine Empfehlung an den Vorstand ist, dass zusätzlich zu den vorhandenen Kassen ein Taschenrechner zur Verfügung gestellt wird!

Personal teilweise unangemessen im Umgang mit Kunden

Es ist ein typisches Subway: gutes Essen, faire Preise und schnell erledigt. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber wirklich nett und man kann sich gut mit ihnen unterhalten. Sie machen einen super Job. Ich komme bestimmt wieder, wenn ich mal wieder in der Gegend bin.

Anständiges, nettes Personal, etwas teuer.

Die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern aufgrund der mangelnden deutschen Sprache war holprig. Essen war gut. Die Lage ist auch gut.

Die Mitarbeiter bei Subway waren sehr nett und der Service war wirklich schnell – das Essen war zügig zubereitet. Leider waren die Toiletten sehr ungeputzt und wirkten unhygienisch. Deshalb insgesamt 4 Sterne.

Schlechte Qualität, habe ich in Deutschland, noch nie gesehen. Sehr schlecht auf DEUTSCH geredet

Subway ist zwar eine riesige kette, die einzelnen Läden sind furchtbar triste filialen Null wohlfühlatmosphäre. Null Wärme. Auch das konzept der zusammenstellung der sandwiches ist unglücklich. Und dann sind subways auch noch echt teuer.

Ich habe eine Lebensmittelvergiftung (habe heute nichts anderes gegessen). Danke.

Die Angestellten sind freundlich und lächeln.

Recht langsamer Service, sie lassen sich sehr viel Zeit, auch wenn einige warten. Trotzdem waren sie freundlich und bei der Bestellung war alles in Ordnung. Würde nur wiederkommen, wenn ich viel Zeit zum Warten habe.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich hatte den scharfen Gemüseburger. Vielen Dank an Subway für den Studentenrabatt! Dadurch konnte ich mir eine vollwertige Mahlzeit zu einem günstigen Preis leisten. Sehr schneller und toller Service!

Ist ein Sub wie überall auch aber der Mitarbeiter, welcher Alex hieß hat den 3/4 Minuten bestell Prozess einfach so cool gemacht dass so Sachen wie das Leck an der Decke einfach irrelevant waren on top haben wir auf seinen Rat einige Dinge zusätzlich drauf machen lassen was dem Sub soviel besser gemacht haben!! War ein starker Besuch

Ella hat ein wunderschönes Lächeln, da braucht man keine Soße.

Die Menge entspricht nicht den Standards der U-Bahn. Der Thunfisch reichte nicht aus, um das gesamte Brot zu bedecken.

Nice place for vegan and vegetarian people. Staff is friendly and they change their gloves by request. You can count your calories intake from your ordered food which really helps to fitness freaks.

This Subway is one of the best in the city. Quiet. Friendly staff. So far, I've only had one error after an online order, which was immediately resolved with priority.

The food is good, like in every Subway. The service varied greatly: from friendly to grumpy. The ambience inside is ok, but outside it is very dirty.

I come by every week and I always receive very nice and good service from Alex. If you have the time, you can put together the right sub with Alex each day. He always has delicious new ideas 🤤

According to the receipt we were served by 'Alex #2'. How can you work at a fast food chain and deliver such absolutely perfect service? The person was in a good mood, was super friendly and put as much sensitivity and love into each of these subs as if he were using them for his best friend. We celebrated it. The children were also excited. Thank you Alex, that there are people like you behind these counters.

I stood in line for 15 minutes, then was told there was no bread left. Open until 10 p.m. and bread empty at 8:45 p.m. Disappointed with this branch several times

We were very well served and advised by Alex. And the food was very great. Everything is great

You can read it in several comments. Alex is not only super accommodating but also tries to fulfill all your wishes if possible (thanks for the tons of olives! ;-)). I don't expect more from any employee, but he also manages to entertain throughout the entire stay, a bit of small talk, a bit of jokes, a few sandwich tips - I would trust Alex with any job, whether babysitter, best man or house salesman. The sandwich was really good too.

One star is already too much for you, my son bought 5 cookies and instead of dividing the cookies into 2 bags, all 5 cookies were put in one bag. Of course the bag tore after 5 steps in front of the Subway door after my son complained about it from dear Angelika (the best sandwich maker in town) pointed out that it was her own fault. Really ridiculous, and then having people tell me that I'm causing problems because of €3 while you work at Subway for €12 an hour is really embarrassing. Conclusion: instead of simply giving the child new cookies, managers were called because the situation was unmanageable for dear Angelika. Too bad Unfortunately, there were no new cookies.

Unfortunately very disappointing. We ordered from this Subway (via Uber Eats) and were unfortunately completely disappointed. Our sub platter was cold and didn't contain any of the 4 sauces we ordered. You had to look for the Waffle Fries (Large) with a magnifying glass…. 150g looks different to me.

The service there is indescribable. The employee, his name is Alex, was so polite and gave such good advice. He even came to the table afterwards to bring salt and pepper and fried onions Hammer, let the boy do some magic for you You won't be disappointed!!!!

A very big compliment to Alex! He pointed out to me directly about the price increase regarding the ribbed potatoes. In addition, upon REQUEST, he added a random sauce to my sub which tasted absolutely unique in combination with my sub!! He was also extremely friendly from start to finish, something I hadn't experienced in many Subway branches. This man made my day!! (Ps: Alex, you definitely have to tell me what sauce that was :D) I hope the next time I'm in Stuttgart that you'll be there too✌🏻

I was there at the restaurant on August 14th, 2024 at 10:25 a.m., but unfortunately the employee with the black hair was not polite and nervous and disrespectful, which was very bad for me

⛔ There were 2 Asian employees, one of whom could speak 0% German or English. I asked a normal question "what's the sub of the day" she shouted in her own language to her colleague "something I didn't understand" ⛔ I asked the lady to speed up a little because my light rail will be coming soon because I have to go to work. Instead of making my order, she was more busy taking the bread out of the oven... ⛔ Even when it came to the toppings, she was rather annoyed and the vegetables were from the day before and the salad was yellowed. ⛔ Bad service and bad taste. Subway says 100% Bye Bye at least at this location

I entered the restaurant on July 19, 2024 at around 8:50 p.m. with my girlfriend 😃 Maybe the two absolutely nice and courteous young ladies who were on duty that evening will remember us. The staff's demotivation is written all over their faces. The employee said she had to be on first name terms with me, yes it can be done.

I am shocked and outraged by the behavior of an employee in this store. The employee behaved in an extremely racist manner, which is completely unacceptable and shameful. Such actions must have no place in our society. I call on management to take immediate and decisive action against such behavior and take the necessary measures to ensure that it does not happen again. Racism must not be tolerated!

Disrespectful employees. The grandma screams at foreign guests and intentionally screws up their subs and is only halfway polite to the German speakers. Very unenjoyable don't come here fr.

One staff here is very very rude, I don’t know if she’s just being racist or she hates women, apparently she’s nice to all the white men in the restaurant, she smiled at them, she made them perfect food. But when she was making mine she literally threw food on the bread and the beef was only on half of the bread, and when it’s done all the beef and cheese were everywhere outside, I told her it wasn’t okay, she started to shout at me, says the bread wasn’t good. ( since when that’s a customer’s problem?) and she refused to make a new one. And she threatened me with police. She is blond, around 40years old, she was also not born German (cause she was screaming at me she’s been here for 20 years and I’m an outsider) the look on her face was so horrible, so I don’t know where she stood to be racist to Asians. I only described her look and where she might come from cause I want the manager to know which one she is), then later on her colleague came, she heard what happened and she defended her and she threatened me with police too when I ask her to apologise, then they make up lies and twisted the story right in front of me. I’ve come to Germany 100 times this never happened to me before. No one can be that rude to their customers.I hope Subway pays attention to the services, apparently I’m not the only one that complained about it. But being bad at serves and being racist are two different levels. Germany is a friendly country, I came here to watch the games but I didn’t expect to be threatened and to be treated so horribly because “where I came from”.

I recently ate at Subway and absolutely loved it! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. The selection of fresh ingredients was impressive, and my sandwich was made exactly to my liking. Particularly noteworthy is the quality of the food - everything tasted fresh and delicious. The waiting time was also very short, even though the restaurant was busy. I will definitely come back and can only recommend this Subway restaurant!

According to Subway, officially on the homepage there is a promotion and this store is participating. Come here especially and the employees think that they know this but until the boss knows nothing about it and therefore you don't get it... That's totally annoying.

If you have the chance and Natasha is the one, jackpot! Ask about their favorite sub. World class!

Exceptionally friendly staff (Vera) prepared our subs exactly according to our wishes with a lot of dedication. We have rarely received such friendly service. The only drawback: My bread had probably been sitting for a while because it was a bit dry on the edge. Therefore a star deduction. The ambience isn't really inviting either, but that's the same problem in all subways. That's why we always take the subs to go.

It's a shame that you can't give out stars. Waited 2 hours and the food arrived completely wet from the rain. It's also not possible to call and file a complaint because they don't offer a call option. Really very very bad. 65€ just given away 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. ABSOLUTE DRUNK LOAD.

Never again have we ordered via Lieferando and since the time of the order (4:36 p.m.) it said a delivery time of 30 minutes! I contacted Lieferando after 1.5 hours and couldn't even cancel because Subway apparently said the driver was already on the way and would be with us in 30 minutes (i.e. at 6:38 p.m.)! Previously it was said that Subway had given Lieferando a delivery time of 6:15 p.m. 6:38 p.m., no one there, I'll write to Lieferando again and say that Subway has extended it to 7:11 p.m. Guys, I ordered 2 subs, is it that difficult? After more than 2 hours I canceled. I've rarely experienced something like that.

Should change a €50 note at noon at 12.55 p.m. because apparently there was no change in the cash register. I don't get my food beforehand... I ate anyway and then I was able to pay and there were some 10€ and 20€ notes in the cash register... Very cheeky service! Being lied to as a customer is not okay!

Bester Subway in Stuttgart ich war ja schon in mehrere Subway Filialen aber heute Mittag um 13uhr wurde ich von einer netten Blondine so gut bedient, was ich seit jahren nicht mehr erlebt habe. Ich würde wieder kommen nur wegen dieser Mitarbeiterin. So ein Service muss belohnt werden.

Der Subway am Milchhof Defintiv weiter zu empfehlen die Mädels Ella und Giada waren selbst zu später Stunde noch sehr motiviert. Für Ihre Arbeit sollten sie definitiv gut bezahlt werden. Der Slogan im Laden rechts neben dem Eingang sollte heissen: "Unsere -Mitarbeiter- Deine Kreation" 😊!

Bin sehr zufrieden. Endlich ein Subway in Stuttgart welches man auch mit dem Auto gut erreichen kann. Genügend Parkplätze in der Nähe.
