Ordering is only possible at the vending machine because they don't want personal contact with guests. The salad was wilted, and not all substitutions were possible. Unfortunately, I definitely don't recommend this place.

On Sunday, July 13, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., the staff, which was staffed by two women, were very unfriendly. A large sign says that you should order from the vending machine. If students then want a student meal, it is no longer possible to do so at the checkout. Since these two women do not cancel the order, the students can then order a student meal. In addition, card payments are only possible at the vending machines, so another option for students is lost. The money is taken out of the pockets of the children, some of whom are still children. Would not recommend it. I will never come back ;) The unfriendly staff makes the otherwise delicious food tasteless.

We arrived 7 minutes after the store opened. As soon as we walked in, we noticed the look from this one blonde employee. We were walking to the terminals, and a friend wanted to use the restroom. We'd never been there before, and we had no idea where the restroom was. Suddenly, this blonde employee started yelling at us because we didn't all say "Hello" the first second we entered the store. She was so rude to us. We ordered at the terminals and got takeout. You don't want to spend another second in this store. The staff shouldn't be surprised if you leave without saying goodbye. Just because she's having a bad day doesn't mean she has to let it out on her customers. A real disaster. Once and never again. (Blonde with tattoo on left arm)

I ordered from Subway today via Lieferando, but unfortunately, my order never arrived. I then called Subway directly and asked if the driver had perhaps already arrived. The employee on the phone answered immediately and was extremely nice and helpful. Although it wasn't actually her job, she took care of it immediately and called Lieferando to resolve the issue, which I really appreciate. After about ten minutes, I called her again, and she explained that everything was sorted out. At the same time, I also contacted Lieferando and am now receiving my refund. I was so pleasantly surprised by the service that I immediately ordered again from Subway, and this time the food arrived super quickly, in just 20 minutes. As a small gesture, they even included a free cookie. I thought that was simply fantastic, especially since Subway couldn't be blamed for the mistake. The employee on the phone was truly exceptionally friendly and dedicated. Unfortunately, I didn't remember her name, but she deserves enormous praise. The food was delicious, as always, and the extra cookie really made my day. I'm more than pleasantly surprised and incredibly grateful. A huge thank you to the Subway team, and especially to the employee who took such great care of me. I can truly recommend this location to everyone; it's a great store with fantastic service!

I missed my Goat Mike. I'm starting to worry about where he is. Toilet attendant Mike is my only motivation for going to this dump. The employees are only friendly to regular customer Mike, but they're absolutely terrible to everyone else. The wait was awful, but otherwise, it was OK. Despite that, I'd think twice about going back to this place.

Delicious. Just Subway. Compared to other Subway branches, it's really good. But wow, the employees are sometimes completely alone (at least once). I don't mind waiting, but I think it can be stressful. But I find the ordering terminal really stupid. I don't understand why you HAVE to use it now. It kind of ruins the Subway atmosphere.

Unsatisfactory experience at Subway Bad Cannstatt I recently ate at Subway in Bad Cannstatt - unfortunately for the last time. The breads were only half filled with ingredients, completely different from other Subway branches. This seems like a deliberate attempt to rip off customers. I absolutely cannot recommend this location and will be complaining directly to Subway.

The new order terminals at Subway are a disaster. You click stupidly through every single ingredient because there is no “Everything on it” button. The order takes forever and the employees have to go through everything again. Personal contact? It doesn't exist anymore. There could also be machines there – it would be just as impersonal. Subway has lost its spirit.

The worst fast food experience of my life. You can't blame the operator for taking certain things out of the program, but you can blame the operator for not wanting to accept orders. Customers there can/must only place orders using the Bonnier machine. You can also blame her for not being able to take criticism. To my legitimate criticism, she said she wasn't interested. And asks what she should do now? I told her to forward it to Subway so that maybe something could change. She then said that she had to work. There were no customers on site or were already eating. I wish this person a bag of fleas paired with the arms of a T-Rex. And of course she goes bankrupt.

It was more like sandwich not subway. The guy who was making subway was very odd. Since my german is not good, I tried ordering my order in english. However this guy was not accepting untill I searched and gave order in german. Very next movement some more forigners came they gave order in english and surprisingly this same subway guy was speaking english very nicely. Maybe I am brown so he was not treating me well. But subway is international brand. That's the reason I chose it.

My wife and my sister had to go to the toilet and the waitress said the women's toilet was closed and should go to the men's toilet, after about 5 minutes. I got 2 young girls the keys to go to the toilet, very disappointing something like that and we 4 people gave almost 60 euros

I WAS LOCKED IN THE TOILET!!! The employees laughed!!! Irresponsible! I asked about the toilet and the employee said I should go to the men's toilet (up the stairs and to the right). I ran upstairs and closed the door behind me. Suddenly the door handle fell to the floor. I tried to get the blade on it to get out as I suffer from very bad claustrophobia, panic attacks and heart problems. I couldn't breathe, screamed and knocked. I tried to open the window but you could only open it halfway. Suddenly an employee came, opened the door to me and laughed at me. On the way down I said louder and made it clear to him that if I stayed in there any longer I would faint!!!! I would like someone in charge at this branch to see my complaint and do something about it so that it doesn't happen to others. I'll visit the store again in the next few days and see if anything has changed. If not, I will take further steps.

The prices are competitive and the personal is really friendly it offers 1 above all others YOU CHOOSE THE INGREDIENTS from what I already know about subway they still take priority of choosing at most 1 to 2 old vegetables (after the riping process) another thing is you eat a full bread sandwich from them and yiut ACTUALLY FULL unlike some fast food restaurants where you're hungry after 1 hour has past all in all 10/10 would recommend

Leider ist eins bei diesen Franchise Unternehmen eins nicht zu erkennen und zwar Konstanz in der Zubereitung der „belegten weckle“. Es kommt vor das man einen Sub zubereite bekommt wo ich das Gefühl hatte, so gut haben nicht mal Adam & Eva im Garten Eden gegessen. Und dann wieder so schäbig und sparsam belegt weil Zutaten fehlen und die Fachkraft offensichtlich kein bisschen Initiative oder Willen zeigt zu arbeiten. Somit will ich sagen es ist stark Mitarbeiter abhängig. Und natürlich geben sich die weiblichen Mitarbeitern mehr Mühe. Also sie geben mir zumindest das Gefühl als Zahlender Kunde.

Wie in fast allen SubWay Filialen auch hier das Problem mit den Zutaten , man hat Anspruch auf alle, entscheidet sich aber nur für 4-5 und da wird ohne Ende gegeizt! Hab schon überlegt das nächste mal aus trotz alle Zutaten in Anspruch zu nehmen. Geschmacklich natürlich Top, das Ambiente seit der Renovierung auch !

You can order your own food with automatic food ordering system, its cheap as well and both veg and non veg sub is great

Subway is better. Why isn't the cheese toasted? There are only two types of bread, and one of them has really hard seeds in it, which is why a piece of the tooth broke off.
