Subway in Stuttgart

The food is so disgusting, I and my two friends all had to throw up, don't go there, 100% food poisoning guaranteed.

Waiting too long, even just for a Coke – 25 minutes, employee ignored.

Unfortunately, around 7 p.m., not all the bread varieties were available, and my bread was hard. It didn't taste very good. My local Subway always has fresh bread of the appropriate quality, no matter what time it is. Disappointing.

I'm not a frequent Subway customer, so I don't know much about it. I specifically asked for the Sub of the Day for 3.99, and that's exactly what I wanted, but I still had to list each ingredient individually, and I was charged the regular 5.99. Of course, I didn't get a receipt either. Very unprofessional. You might as well skip the special if you can't order it. The tables were dirty.

The food itself is good… but the young gentlemen at the counter don’t seem to be in the mood… so a “hello” or something similar would be appropriate

We were there at lunchtime. It was a bit busy. The staff was friendly, and there were three of us, so the wait wasn't too long. The sandwiches were well-filled and tasted good. The price/performance ratio was okay.

I was just there. I waited 5-10 minutes at the empty counter to place my order and ended up not being served first, even though I said I'd wait longer. Extremely rude. Never again!

It's very rare that I eat at Subway, but I wanted a change. I realized I don't like the food 😅, but the employees were really funny and friendly, highly recommended 👍🏻

Very unfriendly staff!!! My boyfriend went to the checkout to get his food. The employee said something, and my boyfriend didn't understand. He asked, "Pardon?" The employee shook his head and turned around! They just threw the cheese into my boyfriend's wrap!!! Totally unfriendly and rude!

Definitely my last online order at this Subway. It's nice to be the second time I notice something missing from my salami sub at home. Not just anything, but the salami. I called the first time and got a "sorry." Now, the second time, I get another "I'm sorry, and that shouldn't happen." Since the employee was very nice and assured me they would report it to their supervisor, I'm giving it two stars. Otherwise, one star would be too many. I would have expected at least some compensation or a voucher for regularly buying sandwiches for around €40. The voucher for the churros and the 30% discount on a long sub were also not honored. Very disappointing

Subway is usually a place I enjoy eating. But I won't be coming back here. We ordered at the kiosk and completed everything, but when we went to pay, both screens went black. When we asked, they just told us to order at the counter. They didn't do anything else to help us. Also, half of the items I had ordered earlier were no longer available. But the real problem is the service: grumpy staff and dirty tables. We had to eat our food elsewhere because it wasn't clean. Customer needs are clearly not being met here. No thanks…

We ordered two subs to go online to save time. Unfortunately, that didn't work at all because our order was prepared incorrectly. Only after repeated inquiries was our ordered food prepared. The service at the restaurant was also very uncoordinated. The quality of the food was exactly as expected from Subway, although the toppings were a bit sparse.

The menu at this Subway in Milaneo is really a joke... These are the medium fries for my sub, a total of 6 pieces... When I asked, they said that they were the normal size. It's a shame, I actually like going to Subway and I know it differently from other Subways! 😊 In any case, I won't come here anymore.

In terms of quality, my sub corresponded to what you are used to from the Subway brand. What I didn't like here at the Milaneo were the staff, who weren't particularly friendly, and the sub, which wasn't filled enough in quantity.

We ordered 5 menus. Paid around 60 euros and had meat in it. This is a disgrace!!!! So sorry, that doesn't work at all!! Even though I mentioned it, the employee still didn't put more meat in!! So never again!!!

Went there and ordered 2 subs from the machine. We stood there for 10 minutes because the employees always served the customers who ordered after us and at the counter. And for the price, 2 small subs aren't worth it.

Food was okay. Good for something small and not expensive. But people saved a lot with us and didn't look very happy. Except Lam? Lamb? Liam? He was full of energy and was active, cleaning up and looking for little things to improve. Great man.

It was a lovely place and alright food I felt like my ingredients werent best spread out in my sandwich but it was an overall fast and good service. Ausser Lam gave really good and lovely vibes, great service in particular. Lovely time

The Subway in Milaneo changes employees like some people change their underwear. New employees are constantly being trained, which is why you always have to have a lot of patience as a customer. In terms of taste, once you find out what you like, it's relatively good. The problem is the prices. For a sub that isn't currently on offer, you pay just under 10 euros. Unfortunately, it's far too expensive for what you get there. The amount of ingredients varies depending on the staff member serving. Sometimes the subs are well filled, sometimes they feel empty. In my opinion it's only worth it if there are specials or for the sub of the day.

Die MA sind beim Arbeiten fast eingeschlafen und wirkten sehr schlecht geschult. Die Fehler haben sich nur so angehäuft, was ihnen aber offensichtlich egal war. Die Subs an sich waren sehr lieblos zubereitet und die Zutaten wohl nicht mehr die frischesten.

Naja, nicht unbedingt mein Fall. Im Prinzip ist das Essen nur ein Brot mit Belag darauf. Man sucht sich eines aus und das wird dann frisch gemacht. Zuhause kann ich das auch, vielleicht nicht mit dieser menge an Auswahl, aber da schmeckt es genauso gut. Leider habe ich kein Angebot gesehen, vielleicht übersehen, wo ich mir mein Brot mit dem belegen lassen kann was ich möchte.

War wohl damals doch alles besser, trotz extra Portion Käse war nahe zu nichts im Brot zu finden. Zumindest die Cookies kann man essen 👍

Essen ist lecker. Personal ist mal super, mal nur komisch, abhängig von der Besetzung. Das Ambiente ist halt Fast food Restaurant... Die free Refill Geschichte gibt's auch nicht mehr. Ist übrigens nichts für Rollstuhlfahrer. Eingang hat mehrere Stufen, Ausgang ebenfalls. (Rollstuhlfahrer sollten das Marstall Center nutzen wenn man auf Subway nicht verzichten möchte. Leider KEINEN Lieferdienst. Sehr schade. Sonst alles ok soweit.. Wenn man vor Ort ist und kein Rollstuhlfahrer ist...

Bei meinem Besuch gab es leider weder Oliven noch Mais auf Lager, was ich echt schade fand.

Die Behälter wo die Zutaten drinnen sind ,sind meistens tief gefroren und im allgemeinen finde ich es dort eher schmuddelig.

Ist ok. In einer Mall erwartet keiner ein gediegenes Ambiente. Je nach Tag und Uhrzeit ist unterschiedlich viel los und dementsprechend variieren auch die Wartezeiten. Essen ist wie bei jedem Subway, Cookies sind lecker und soft.

Portal unterbesetzt Mitarbeiter haben keine Bock auf Kunden wird die Tische nicht sauber gemacht und du muss selber sauber machen wenn du dort essen willst.

Leider nicht ganz so hohe Qualität, wie es sein könnte. Gurken waren an den Behältern angefroren, das Brot war zu lange im Ofen oder schon etwas lange an der Luft. Alles in allem sehr durchwachsen.

Food was good just slow service! Not staff fault, I think it was due to being able to order from a machine and people queuing to order via staff too! 2 ways of ordering and only 2 staff!

Endlich gibt es die Bestellterminals auch bei Subway. Leider werden diese abgeschaltet sobald zu viel Andrang ist. Anschließend dauert alles noch länger und es bildet sich eine lange Schlange mit entsprechender Wartezeit. Gepaart mit den unfreundlichen Mitarbeitern kann ich diesen Subway leider nicht empfehlen.

Ich verstehe immer noch nicht wie es Subway in den letzten Jahren geschafft hat so schlecht zu werden. Das Gute zuerst: Die Subs sind lecker. Leider schafft es die Kette nicht annähernd seine Betriebsabläufe in den Griff zu bekommen. Wie kann es sein, dass 10 Leute in der Schlange stehen und nur eine (!) Person für die Zubereitung der Subs inkl. Belegung und gleichzeitig für die Kasse zuständig ist. So entstehen lange Wartezeiten und man ist genervt. Das Problem ist in fast jedem Subway zu sehen. Hier sollte grundsätzlich und nachhaltig nachgebessert werden.

An sich sehr gut, ich hatte nur das Gefühl dass die Mitarbeiter mit meiner Bestellung nicht ganz einverstanden waren. Ich kann es auch verstehen wenn jemand 3 verschiedene Sandwiches bestellt und man die anderen Kunden aufhält. Aber Freundlichkeit gehört zu so einer Arbeit dazu. Das wünsche ich mir für die Zukunft. Das Essen war top !
