After over 2 hours the order finally arrived. Instead of the 3 subs we ordered, we only got 2. After waiting for another hour, the third sub finally came, but with half the wrong bread and no sauce, no compensation or anything.

Food tastes good but simply incompetent. We ordered via the app, arrived and it didn't have the order on the screen. Then they also prepared the wrong thing...

Favorite subway in Regensburg. Super friendly staff.

Putting it together is extremely annoying

The branch just wants to make maximum profit. Ordered a sub today via Lieferando. Order accepted. After 20-30 minutes the order will be canceled. For no reason. But the store is still open for 1-2 hours. Then you shouldn't offer delivery if you cancel the orders. Never again Subway.

My visit to Subway today was great. The ingredients were fresh, the sandwich was perfectly prepared, and everything went quickly and smoothly. The branch was clean and inviting – exactly how you would want it to be. I'm already looking forward to the next time!

The employee at the Subway branch Robert Bosch Straße in Münster is really extremely friendly and it's always a pleasure to get the subs ready from him! So careful and delicious! He's really the reason we always love coming back! A big shout out and thank you to this nice young man!!

The shop was extremely dirty... It felt like it hadn't been cleaned for a week! The ham in the counter was gray and visually really disgusting. Staff totally unmotivated.

To be honest, I found the service really unfriendly. When I asked for a little more sauce (which has never been a problem before) I was told it would cost money.

It tastes like any Subway, that's how it should be Service is nice, others here complain about smoking and hygiene, but with gloves it's not a problem. Unfortunately, not all breads are available, but they almost all taste the same anyway. There is WiFi and good seating there, a bit cold and drafty in winter due to the S-Bahn, but even more pleasant in summer. Vouchers are accepted 👍🏻
