Correct staff, lots of selection and accordingly adjusted pricing. Absolutely recommended!!

We ordered and the food didn't arrive until after 1:50. Everything that could possibly be done was wrong. Wrong bread, wrong toppings, just everything wrong, it was cold and inedible. We spent so much money on that too. After such a long delivery time, they could have at least given free drinks. We won't be ordering here anymore. Driver was nice though.

I have been a customer there for more than 10 years. Always good. Never had anything to complain about. The only wish would be automatic ordering machines as is already normal in other fast food restaurants. But otherwise always satisfied.

The shop is extremely dirty, the meat stinks, I assume it's been expired for days but still just cover it with sauces and then serve us. Never again

What's wrong with Subway? The staff are quite unmotivated and annoyed, quickly get into stressful situations and top the bread incorrectly or sparingly. The manager is obviously a Green voter and she discusses this loudly with customers! So I'm keeping my distance from Subway for now and don't support voting green...

Forensic scientists find guacamole in this sub. My taste buds didn't find any. I thought it was a bit cheeky that the sub had something with guacamole in its name...

My absolute favorite subway in Hamburg. The food is always delicious, the staff is very friendly and competent, you always get exactly what you order!

Juice shop I ordered via Lieferando 1.5 hours before closing time, only for the delivery time to be changed 4 times. Ordered at 8:30 p.m., it was supposed to be delivered at 10:50 p.m. Subway closes at 10 p.m. At 9:55 p.m. (i.e. after 1.5 HOURS) the order is canceled!!! It always just said it was received and not that it was being processed! Thanks for nothing
