Service force was very unfriendly I got food poisoning from eating it

Went to the subway late at night and was served by Dariush, very friendly employee!

I order here regularly via Lieferando. Previous orders were always delivered complete and warm. I live about 1 kilometer away and a delivery time of max 40 minutes is fine for me.

Great subway restaurant. The food is of great quality, always fresh. Very nice people, great service. We have already ordered Subway plates several times for our meetings. These are always welcome and eaten by both customers and employees. Top recommendation!!

I was there with my colleagues and we ordered the Daily Sub. Everything was fine until we finished eating and went out, we felt so bad but didn't think anything of it!! We both vomited our hearts out!!! We called there and the honorable employee told us that it must be your fault?????? Brazen cheek!!! Honorary man of the day then says goodbye at the end and has to hang up 👏

Just before closing time we got another sub. At first I thought I wouldn't get any more, but I was convinced otherwise. Dariush still prepared a very good sub for me, which I really enjoyed. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to. I can only recommend it.

The staff doesn't ask which bread and puts whatever is on the list on it. In addition, you can only use 1 coupon and no more. If I have 2 or more coupons, I should be able to use more.

Nice little shop with a nice saleswoman. Location is very central, parking spaces are free in front of the front door at certain times.

We went to Subway with the kids for the first time. Given the diversity, they were overwhelmed. However, the staff present was very friendly and helpful and explained everything with a lot of patience! Every request was met with a genuine smile. We rarely experience that anymore! My daughter was immediately offered a cookie to replace the missing toy. The potato wedges could have been a little warmer, but the rest was perfect and tasty. The ambience is small and simple. However, absolutely clean and friendly. My son (and I) would prefer it to either of the two big fast food chains and the rest of the family enjoyed it too. It's a shame that it was just spontaneously in transit and not nearby. We would definitely become regular guests here (that's mainly due to the friendly staff)!

It's just Subway, but the service here is bad. Make a lot of mistakes and don't fix it. Quote: 'It tastes good with this too' etc. Maybe you have an allergy to it or something Outrageous Don't go there again Otherwise Subway quality ok Ambiance just like any other subway

Ordered over an hour before closing time. Delivery time supposedly 57 minutes after waiting 3/4 hours for the order confirmation. (By the way, it takes 15 minutes from us to the shop by bike). Then after 57 minutes a notification that the order had been canceled... Now the 3rd time that this has happened... and now certainly the last time.

Unfortunately, Subway likes to rip you off and try to invent short-term rules. Unfortunately, the entire staff behaved very rudely and seemed very demotivated and uninterested. The sub was also comparatively very bad. Unfortunately it was very dry and the vegetables in particular no longer tasted fresh.

The last visit was once again a failure. The employee with mediocre language skills was equally unfriendly. Maybe it was because I disturbed him while he was napping in the back room. This isn't the first time I've had to wait for staff to enter the store. They have set up a bell, a small plus point... Unfortunately, the branch doesn't invite you to stay because it's right on a main road, so the shop is only suitable for take away. The cheese now costs extra, which is probably due to environmental and cost factors as well as politics. The bread is made of cardboard and the topping of healthy ingredients is becoming increasingly sparse. I hope I've learned my lesson and avoid Subway in the future - which I still viewed as quite positive next to the eighty bakeries, one hundred and fifty hairdressers and ninety-three nail salons in Kleefeld.

The store manager put together the tastiest sub I've ever eaten. Very friendly and accommodating! Toilets and guest area just clean. That's how it should be!

Yummy! But the ambience just screams "ugly". Just come for food. Service has always been nice so far :) Recommendation:. Turkey and sweet onion sauce. Tasty tasty

Service is very poor because employees are very unfriendly. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great either.

I've been in Hanover for a long time and unfortunately made the mistake of going to this subway. You knew from the look of the extremely bad-tempered young employee that the food was prepared very carelessly. He showed very disrespectful behavior, was unfriendly and rude. In addition, he didn't look at you when you talked but instead looked at the table. If you are so dissatisfied with your job you should change it and not let your frustration out on customers, so much for that. I've been to a lot of subways in Germany but unfortunately this one was the worst I've ever visited in terms of service and food. I then drove to a subway about 2km west (2 minutes just along the main street) and received great service and very tasty food.

Been there for the third time, twice, good service today, poor service, listless, waited a long time until someone showed up, didn't say hello, and when I had questions, I had no idea, I had no idea, I was sad when the customer had questions about the product and the young man was listlessly silent when asked about the product, I had no idea not or we don't have that anymore we don't have that anymore we don't have that anymore that's what it tasted like, too bad.

Seating is limited but there are a few parking spaces behind the house.

Very nice staff. I was just there to have a snack and I haven't left a chain restaurant so excited in a long time. The young lady behind the counter who really lives her job deserves special mention. I've never had that before at McDonalds and the like.

Subway is Subway, if you like it you won't be disappointed here. Everything was clean, there was parking behind the shop, great! What was special about our visit was the service. The employee "Ali" was extremely polite, very quick and highly professional. It's a shame that you can only give 5 stars for the service.

Der beste Subway in dem ich je war alles schmeckt wie frisch aus dem Garten gepflückt alles an der Salat Theke ist knackig und frisch einfach nur grandios 👌

Das Essen war sehr lecker und sehr frisch , bester Subway in Hannover wo ich gegessen hab, super sauber und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ich wurde euch empfehlen da zu essen.

Ohne Zweifel der beste Subway in Hannover. Super nette Leute, Zubereitung ist perfekt und man kann sich über nix beschweren. Man wird immer freundlich gegrüßt und der Laden ist schlicht aber einfach nur gut. Sowas kann man von den sonstigen Filialen in Hannover nicht behaupten außer ein Paar ausnahmen. Würde jedem empfehlen dort einmal Essen zu gehen. :)

Die gepflegteste und am besten geführte Subway-Filiale in Hannover. Freundliche Bedienung, saubere Toiletten, Parkplätze im Hinterhof kostenfrei verfügbar.

Dafür, dass der Typ alleine den vollen Laden geschmissen hat: Respekt! Der Stern Abzug geht auch auf meine Kappe. Ich war breit wie ein Thunfisch, kam rein und da wars voll hell 7nd alle haben mich angestarrt. Oh achja: An einer funktionierenden Lüftung ist noch niemand gestorben.

Essen war lecker, dennoch Personal so unmotiviert und langsam.. waren 20 min dort drin. Wollten eigentlich vor Ort essen aber uns hat das dann so runter gezogen, haben das Essen wo anders verspeist… Wenn man kein Bock auf seinen Job hat, dann sucht man sich lieber einen anderen

Das Essen war wirklich gut. Aber ich habe noch nie so einen unmotivierten und gelangweilten Mitarbeiter gesehen. Mir fehlen die Worte dafür. Fazit: Gutes Essen Der Mitarbeiter sollte nochmal geschult werden auf Produktberatung und Kundenservice.

Der Laden ist klein und süß, man kommt schnell dran

Bin hier seit mehr als 7 jahren kunde und bin dort immer gerne hingegangen besonders nach 20 uhr wenn die happy hour losging, da die subs dann günstiger waren. Das sie die happy hour abgeschafft haben kann ich bei den ganzen preiserhöungen verstehen. Was mich aber stört ist, dass dies ohne info an den kunden passiert ist. Man hätte es kurz erwähnen können bei der bestellung oder noch besser einfach ein zettel ins fenster kleben mit der entsprechenden info. Als ich es dem mitarbeiter sagte kam nur als antwort " woher soll ichs wissen". Bodenlose frechheit. So verärgert man nur seine kunden und sorgt dafür das diese nicht wieder kommen. Es gab dann ca nach 1 monat wieder eine happy hour mit preiserhöung. Noch 2 monate später genau das selbe ding. Happy hour abgeschafft und wieder den kunden nicht informiert. Und wieder nur paztige und freche antworten bekommen. War jetzt mit sicherheit das aller letzte mal da.

Überdurchschnittlich kleiner Laden mit hochpreisigen Subs

Die Mitarbeiter verstehen mich nicht. (Sprechen schlecht deutsch) und nehmen dich als Kunden nicht ernst. Traurig. Wenn Subway nicht einfach gut schmecken würde, hätte ich gar keine Sterne gegeben.

Ich kann mich nicht beklagen. Vollkorn, Chicken Teriyaki, plus Bacon und Getränk. Keine 5min im Geschäft gewesen, musste aber auch nicht anstehen. Service und Geschmack Daumen hoch!

Die Subs sind immer lecker und frisch. Ich komme sehr gerne, wenn es Angebote gibt (in der App) oder am Sub des Tages-Tag meiner Wahl. Es gab mal ein Problem in der App, dass die Subway Punkte nicht gebucht haben aufgrund eines Fehlers mit dem Wlan. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter haben mir geholfen meine Punkte doch noch zu bekommen. Finanziell eine Kleinigkeit, aus Sicht der Kundenzufriedenheit allerdings Top.

Recommendation: 30cm Sesam meatless Chicken Teriyaki Honey Mustard

Ist das gesunde Fastfood für mich.
