This place doesn't even deserve one star! I ordered a vegetarian half sub about a week ago and it was absolutely inedible! The bread was completely dry, as if it were several days old, and the sauce tasted expired and was slightly flaky on the tongue. There were also pieces of meat on the Gouda cheese at the counter, and when I asked if I could have Gouda cheese on my sub, but preferably without meat, an employee said, "I don't know if the cheese is vegetarian, but it's American cheese." Also, the pickles at the counter looked like they had been frozen, were very soggy, and tasted horrible. Overall, it was awful, unhygienic, and the staff were extremely ignorant. Absolutely not recommended and not worth a visit!

Unfortunately, the bread was completely dry, the vegetables were no longer fresh, and they were extremely skimping on toppings. After baking, my bread sat for ages without any toppings. When I asked, they didn't toast it again; instead, I was yelled at. So everything was cold when I received it. Overall, it was a very unfriendly and unhygienic place. It's a shame; I once gave this place 4 stars.

The sandwiches were really good and plentiful, no complaints about the quality, and the place itself was clean. However, €28 for two 30cm teriyaki chicken sandwiches and two drinks seems excessive. Furthermore, the bathrooms were in terrible condition: dirty and vandalized. A little more attention to hygiene wouldn't hurt. It's a shame, because with a little more attention, the experience would have been much better.

I arrived at 10:42pm, according to Google the restaurant should be open until 11pm. However, the entrance was already blocked with an advertising sign and everything seemed to have already been cleaned. Even though there were two guests inside and obviously still eating, I was refused entry. Very disappointing, especially if you rely on the stated opening time.

The first and last time we got something to eat here. I pre-ordered via the app so I can pick it up quickly and on time so I can catch my train. Despite pre-ordering, I had to wait forever until someone took care of me. There were two ladies there. One prepared the guests' subs and the other stood at the cash register and did something at the cash register. I don't know if it was the manager or something, but I was ignored and left standing there for a while. Then after about 3 minutes the lady said what I wanted. Yes, what...pick up my order. Then I got it too. Unfortunately, I was only able to check at home whether everything was complete. Unfortunately it wasn't. I had a sub as a menu (drink plus 1x cookie) and 3 additional cookies. Unfortunately I only got 3 cookies. Unfortunately the sub wasn't that good either. Apparently the bread was toasted for too long. It was sometimes very, very dark and really hard... I don't know that from other branches. I won't go here again.

I went to the store 3 hours before closing time to order something. When I came in I was asked if I wanted to order something to eat because they were going to clean up first. That would take about 20 minutes, then they could eat again. An absolute disaster. I went there at lunchtime! The shop was empty. There were 2 employees and I think the branch management behind the counter. They talked and I was allowed to stand there for at least 5 minutes until you were finished talking. One employee was an intern! He just did what he wanted, I said wholemeal bread, he used cheese oregano, etc. There was a lot of savings on the side dishes. Everyone is very rude and unfortunately I put my hand on the counter and now it sticks. I do not recommend this store under any circumstances. Although there was an exclusive coupon in the app for a free 15cm sub, the “manager” wanted to tell me that I had to buy a 30cm sub and would get 50% off 😂 when I showed her the coupon several times plus the associated guidelines that said “ 15cm sub for free after free choice” she continued to insist that it was supposedly in the guidelines that I had to buy a 30cm sub to get a 50% discount 😂 she called her superior who told me the same thing as she did in very bad German 😂 apparently Both of them missed the job and had no idea what they were doing, after a long discussion the manager agreed to accept the order and type it into the cash register and lo and behold, the 15cm sub was free and in the app It also says there was neither an apology nor compensation, miserable staff. Apart from that, I eat at Sub Way at least three times a month, my expectations are very low, otherwise you wouldn't dine in such an establishment, but the food I was served is bottom drawer.

Staff is unfriendly and not exactly competent. Assign subs incorrectly because they swap them. They don't understand you properly and become unfriendly if you have to repeat yourself several times. Hygiene seems to be a priority here, the knife used to cut the subs is full of sauce from who knows how much previous subs and apparently isn't even cleaned. By far the WORST service I have ever met in my life. There was absolutely nothing going on, the store was empty, and she cheekily said that I had to hurry up with the selection because she didn't feel like letting me choose something quickly, so I told my friend on the phone what was available. Then I told him there were ribs, and she said “ribs?” and at the same moment put them on the bread, even before I could say that there shouldn’t be any ribs on there. (I understand that it's actually better not to place an order with a phone to your ear, but because the store was completely empty, I thought it couldn't be that bad). In the end, the woman at the counter just put whatever she wanted on the bread and after I wanted cheddar for my sub, she said “yes, I’ll put it on the other one now too,” but there was supposed to be something completely different on it. Before I could explain to my friend on the phone that the woman had completely messed up his sandwich, it was already in the oven and the lovely lady just cheekily said to me, yes, you can't do it over the phone, you have to order faster. Uh, what? The whole principle of Subway is that you can top your sandwiches with anything you want. And I already tried to hurry up because I wanted to announce two orders. She looked annoyed the whole time and as soon as the sub was out of the oven she quickly put sauce on it and immediately disappeared to the back so that I was allowed to pay for the nice guy who didn't speak German very well. I've rarely seen such an unsympathetic person, this woman made me so angry. I would have preferred not to pay for the second sub. And that's what I'll do next time something like that happens. Then I would rather leave the store instead of letting the lovely woman waste food from Subway. Don't get me wrong, I understand having a bad day, but people who work in service should still be able to be nice to their customers, especially when the store is empty and there are at least 2 people on staff. I work in the catering industry myself and know that, so I know exactly that this woman had no reasons at all for her actions.

Serious is different. Today three guys who looked like they were from the mafia marched past us in line with the sentence “we work here” but without a Subway shirt. We were at Subway for probably 30 minutes and during that time they only briefly fiddled with the cash register and stopped the young man who was actually working from working. Were you slapping him on the back too hard the whole time and saying “we’re proud of you” like 15 times or so? The young man also found this visibly unpleasant and was certainly not a friend of them. In my review I would like to share my experience in your juice shop. Unfortunately you have to give one star. It is unfortunate to mention that I encountered several problems during my visit. First of all, an employee had obvious difficulties with the German language, which proved to be a hindrance, especially when checking out. Although I have nothing against foreign employees, I still expect a certain level of politeness and helpfulness, especially when customers ask questions. Unfortunately, the employee's reaction to my questions was rather unfriendly and rude. I was also appalled by the lack of hygiene in your shop. Both the service and the friendliness left a lot to be desired. The baguettes I purchased were also rock hard and when I raised this I was told that this is always the case. This was extremely disappointing. Another problem was the unhygienic toilets, which apparently are standard. I sincerely hope that management takes action to address this issue as soon as possible. Overall, my visit to you was extremely unsatisfactory and I seriously doubt whether I will visit your store again. It is important that customers are treated appropriately and that hygiene standards are maintained.

Ordered Turkey&Ham. Employee says this hasn't happened since the beginning of 2024. I should just take a ham and add chicken breast, the result is the same. What he didn't say is that the three slices of chicken breast cost an extra 5 euros. There was also the extra cheese and everything as a menu. It used to cost around 11 euros. I dropped over 20 euros for it today. I always liked Subway, but I'll never go there again. No wonder you're going broke.

War schon lange nicht mehr bei Subway essen. Früher hat es noch richtig frisch und gut geschmeckt. Aber das Baguette was ich heute bekommen habe hat einfach nur alt und nicht gut geschmeckt. Die Zutaten in der Salatbar sahen echt nicht mehr gut aus. Hätte ich das vorher gesehen wäre ich wieder raus gegangen. Ich persönlich werde nicht mehr bei euch essen.

Ich bin zutiefst entsetzt über die Hygiene dieses Saftladens. Service und Freundlichkeit sind Fremdwörter. Verunreinigtes Essen (Haare im Essen etc.) und unhygienische Toiletten sind hier Gang und Gäbe. Ich hoffe die Geschäftsleitung unternimmt schleunigst etwas dagegen. Definitiv mein letzter Aufenthalt. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin die lieber telefoniert und sich über Ihre Kollegen aufregt als zu bedienen. Auslage dreckig, genauso wie die Tische und Bänke. Extrem schlechter Laden.

Wir wollten heute 6 menü‘s holen. Das Personal sehr unfreundlich, wir wurden angeschrien der Mitarbeiter wurde sehr laut. Der Filialleiter sollte sich Gedanken machen Wegen dieser Arbeitsplanung werden wir nie wieder bei einem Subway essen das steht fest! Und das wird natürlich auch in unserem Freundes und Bekannten Kreis weitererzählt.
