The first and last time we got something to eat here. I pre-ordered via the app so I can pick it up quickly and on time so I can catch my train. Despite pre-ordering, I had to wait forever until someone took care of me. There were two ladies there. One prepared the guests' subs and the other stood at the cash register and did something at the cash register. I don't know if it was the manager or something, but I was ignored and left standing there for a while. Then after about 3 minutes the lady said what I wanted. Yes, what...pick up my order. Then I got it too. Unfortunately, I was only able to check at home whether everything was complete. Unfortunately it wasn't. I had a sub as a menu (drink plus 1x cookie) and 3 additional cookies. Unfortunately I only got 3 cookies. Unfortunately the sub wasn't that good either. Apparently the bread was toasted for too long. It was sometimes very, very dark and really hard... I don't know that from other branches. I won't go here again.

Food is bad for a Subway, but overall still okay. The price of €5.49 for a poorly filled half sub of the day is cheeky.

There were 3 bucks in the place, the service was bad and it was the worst experience I've ever had.

I went to the store 3 hours before closing time to order something. When I came in I was asked if I wanted to order something to eat because they were going to clean up first. That would take about 20 minutes, then they could eat again. When I asked why this was done in the middle of ongoing operations, I was told that otherwise it would have to be done in the evening after business hours and the employees wouldn't want to do it.

Bread was burnt, shop not clean, toilet dirty, employees unfriendly and disorganized. Bread super unevenly topped. I'm not coming back.

The employee on August 19th and the employee around 6:30 p.m. didn't communicate with each other, let alone ask you what you wanted. The tables were so disgustingly dirty. The sandwich was so disgustingly prepared, as well as heartlessly prepared. Everything was slapped clean! I have such a stomach ache. It's really a shame what has become of the store!

Terrible! The gentleman with glasses wears gloves but for what? If you brush your face with it then you cash in and touch the money and then use it to finish off the sub. Simply disgusting. In addition, the store is dirty from front to back. Whether floor, tables, chair or bench. My sub, the current offering Nacho Classic, the bread was so dry and hard. No wonder if you leave it in the oven for ages and then serve the next guests!!!

This business is a disaster Employees do not communicate with each other and then the customer has to pay an extra price if the food is prepared incorrectly, goodwill and admitting their own mistakes are zero. In addition, the store is quite unclean, other branches are much cleaner.

The store was mostly empty and still super unhygienic. How can it be that even though there is no one in the store, every single table is covered in crumbs or smeared? What does it look like when there's a lot going on? There were also 3 employees there, one of them could have wiped the tables. The bread was also completely dry, which is different from other Subway branches. If anyone wants to eat at Subway here, I recommend the branch on Berliner Allee, it's worlds better.

This one employee (forgot to ask his name) with his hat backwards spoke perfect English and made an amazing sandwich

An absolute disaster. I went there at lunchtime! The shop was empty. There were 2 employees and I think the branch management behind the counter. They talked and I was allowed to stand there for at least 5 minutes until you were finished talking. One employee was an intern! He just did what he wanted, I said wholemeal bread, he used cheese oregano, etc. There was a lot of savings on the side dishes. Everyone is very rude and unfortunately I put my hand on the counter and now it sticks. I do not recommend this store under any circumstances. Everyone was quite unfriendly, even the management, who complained because I paid with a €50 note...

The staff could have been AT LEAST polite. The bread is almost burnt.

The two of them were behind the counter. While one works at a snail's pace, the other does nothing. Really nothing...and when I wanted to order I had to stand a few cm to the left. Thought I would be served. Nope. The only thing he does: just look stupid. Honest. You notice immediately: They really don't want the job and just collect the salary...the wages...they don't actually earn either, because you actually have to work for that. I also looked around. The manager of the store treated the presumably relatively new employee in a completely unfriendly manner, putting him under even more stress. He had a few questions/difficulties when registering and paying and she got very annoyed and turned on him. The sub wasn't particularly good either.

I was just there. The guys at the counter are just very friendly and polite.. This is rare these days.

That was the best time on the subway in forever. There's nothing wrong with the food and the atmosphere is fantastic. However, I would give the staff 6 stars. Super nice and friendly. Extremely recommended

Although there was an exclusive coupon in the app for a free 15cm sub, the “manager” wanted to tell me that I had to buy a 30cm sub and would get 50% off 😂 when I showed her the coupon several times plus the associated guidelines that said “ 15cm sub for free after free choice” she continued to insist that it was supposedly in the guidelines that I had to buy a 30cm sub to get a 50% discount 😂 she called her superior who told me the same thing as she did in very bad German 😂 apparently Both of them missed the job and had no idea what they were doing, after a long discussion the manager agreed to accept the order and type it into the cash register and lo and behold, the 15cm sub was free and in the app It also says there was neither an apology nor compensation, miserable staff. Apart from that, I eat at Sub Way at least three times a month, my expectations are very low, otherwise you wouldn't dine in such an establishment, but the food I was served is bottom drawer.

I'll definitely go to the branch tomorrow! The employee delivered my sub bread to me in a bottle and I am highly allergic to seeds! I called, instead of a hello, welcome to subway, etc., I only received a hello as if we were friends. When I explained my concerns, they hung up and after 20 calls, no one was answered. The worst subway I've ever been to. The employee made the subs wrong. We told him the wrong sauce probably 8 times. He ignored us I can't recommend anything near the train station, I'm really pissed off

Absolutely rude waitress, no hello goodbye or even a smile. I couldn't even finish saying my ingredients before she closed my bread. And she didn't put my sandwich, my cookie and my drink on the menu. I really like the subway but this one should be avoided because of this waitress!

Staff is unfriendly and not exactly competent. Assign subs incorrectly because they swap them. They don't understand you properly and become unfriendly if you have to repeat yourself several times. Hygiene seems to be a priority here, the knife used to cut the subs is full of sauce from who knows how much previous subs and apparently isn't even cleaned. In addition, some of the subs were really burnt

Unfortunately, the bread was completely dry, the vegetables were no longer fresh, and the toppings were extremely skimpy. After baking, my bread sat for ages and wasn't topped with anything else. When I asked, it wasn't toasted again and instead I was shouted at. So everything was cold when I received it. Overall it became a very unfriendly unhygienic place. It's a shame, the store once had 4 stars from me.

By far the WORST service I have ever met in my life. There was absolutely nothing going on, the store was empty, and she cheekily said that I had to hurry up with the selection because she didn't feel like letting me choose something quickly, so I told my friend on the phone what was available. Then I told him there were ribs, and she said “ribs?” and at the same moment put them on the bread, even before I could say that there shouldn’t be any ribs on there. (I understand that it's actually better not to place an order with a phone to your ear, but because the store was completely empty, I thought it couldn't be that bad). In the end, the woman at the counter just put whatever she wanted on the bread and after I wanted cheddar for my sub, she said “yes, I’ll put it on the other one now too,” but there was supposed to be something completely different on it. Before I could explain to my friend on the phone that the woman had completely messed up his sandwich, it was already in the oven and the lovely lady just cheekily said to me, yes, you can't do it over the phone, you have to order faster. Uh, what? The whole principle of Subway is that you can top your sandwiches with anything you want. And I already tried to hurry up because I wanted to announce two orders. She looked annoyed the whole time and as soon as the sub was out of the oven she quickly put sauce on it and immediately disappeared to the back so that I was allowed to pay for the nice guy who didn't speak German very well. I've rarely seen such an unsympathetic person, this woman made me so angry. I would have preferred not to pay for the second sub. And that's what I'll do next time something like that happens. Then I would rather leave the store instead of letting the lovely woman waste food from Subway. Don't get me wrong, I understand having a bad day, but people who work in service should still be able to be nice to their customers, especially when the store is empty and there are at least 2 people on staff. I work in the catering industry myself and know that, so I know exactly that this woman had no reasons at all for her actions.

The dirtiest Subway store I've ever eaten at. Crumbs and chunks of lettuce everywhere. The tables stick like little children's hands... The staff had nothing to do for a long time but they didn't clean during that time.

Serious is different. Today three guys who looked like they were from the mafia marched past us in line with the sentence “we work here” but without a Subway shirt. We were at Subway for probably 30 minutes and during that time they only briefly fiddled with the cash register and stopped the young man who was actually working from working. Were you slapping him on the back too hard the whole time and saying “we’re proud of you” like 15 times or so? The young man also found this visibly unpleasant and was certainly not a friend of them. And we have never waited so long for a sandwich (7 people in front of us, waited 30 minutes).

I come here often, whenever I have to change trains in Hanover on an important business trip. The staff are polite and quick, the bread is very crusty. There are even power outlets where I could charge my iPhone. Sent from my iPhone

In my review I would like to share my experience in your juice shop. Unfortunately you have to give one star. It is unfortunate to mention that I encountered several problems during my visit. First of all, an employee had obvious difficulties with the German language, which proved to be a hindrance, especially when checking out. Although I have nothing against foreign employees, I still expect a certain level of politeness and helpfulness, especially when customers ask questions. Unfortunately, the employee's reaction to my questions was rather unfriendly and rude. I was also appalled by the lack of hygiene in your shop. Both the service and the friendliness left a lot to be desired. The baguettes I purchased were also rock hard and when I raised this I was told that this is always the case. This was extremely disappointing. Another problem was the unhygienic toilets, which apparently are standard. I sincerely hope that management takes action to address this issue as soon as possible. Overall, my visit to you was extremely unsatisfactory and I seriously doubt whether I will visit your store again. It is important that customers are treated appropriately and that hygiene standards are maintained.

The app is supposedly not available even though it is stored in the app. When asked about it, the staff immediately responded in an unfriendly manner and said that it was my fault that I didn't ask if the app worked... Are there much better and nicer subways!

Was absolutely delicious. The Signature Series is simply delicious, but as a menu it has become quite expensive. €17.44🫣. More expensive than McDonald's or the normal standard sub menu. At that price you really can't have a menu too often, not if you want to eat signature.

Ordered Turkey&Ham. Employee says this hasn't happened since the beginning of 2024. I should just take a ham and add chicken breast, the result is the same. What he didn't say is that the three slices of chicken breast cost an extra 5 euros. There was also the extra cheese and everything as a menu. It used to cost around 11 euros. I dropped over 20 euros for it today. I always liked Subway, but I'll never go there again. No wonder you're going broke.

War schon lange nicht mehr bei Subway essen. Früher hat es noch richtig frisch und gut geschmeckt. Aber das Baguette was ich heute bekommen habe hat einfach nur alt und nicht gut geschmeckt. Die Zutaten in der Salatbar sahen echt nicht mehr gut aus. Hätte ich das vorher gesehen wäre ich wieder raus gegangen. Ich persönlich werde nicht mehr bei euch essen.

Ich bin zutiefst entsetzt über die Hygiene dieses Saftladens. Service und Freundlichkeit sind Fremdwörter. Verunreinigtes Essen (Haare im Essen etc.) und unhygienische Toiletten sind hier Gang und Gäbe. Ich hoffe die Geschäftsleitung unternimmt schleunigst etwas dagegen. Definitiv mein letzter Aufenthalt. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin die lieber telefoniert und sich über Ihre Kollegen aufregt als zu bedienen. Auslage dreckig, genauso wie die Tische und Bänke. Extrem schlechter Laden.

Wir wollten heute 6 menü‘s holen. Das Personal sehr unfreundlich, wir wurden angeschrien der Mitarbeiter wurde sehr laut. Der Filialleiter sollte sich Gedanken machen Wegen dieser Arbeitsplanung werden wir nie wieder bei einem Subway essen das steht fest! Und das wird natürlich auch in unserem Freundes und Bekannten Kreis weitererzählt.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal zudem gab es auch freche Sprüche, als ich meine Bestellung aufgegeben habe, wurde an meinem Fleisch gerochen. Die Cookies sahen aus als wären sie vom Vortag.

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter.Telefonieren laut während der Arbeitszeit. Auf Nachfrage nach Salz hieß es das es Salz und Pfeffer nicht mehr gäbe im Haus da ja genug Gewürz in Dressings wäre.Wir bestellten 2 Toastys einen scharf und einen nicht scharf da die nette Dame mit dem selben Handschuh mit dem sie meine Chilis angefasst hat den Toast meiner Freundin auch belegt hat war ihrer auch total scharf …..kein weiterer Besuch geplant.

1 hatte musste ich extra zahlen weil die einfach drauf machen und man dann nein sagt und die es runter schütteln Husten ins essen , das essen ist kalt und ekelhaft

Ich habe vorort Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Mitarbeiter sind trotz vieler Kunden ruhig und gelassen geblieben und waren Freundlich. Das belegte Baguette selbst ist besser als bei manch anderen Subway Läden.

Essen wie immer bei Subway, gut und schnell. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter mit viel Geduld, war mit meiner entschluss wackeligen 10 jährigen Tochter da. Haben sich bei unserer Bestellung wirklich Zeit für "ihre Extras" genommen. Außergewöhnlich war der Filialleiter, total nett und super umgänglich. Echt guter Service dort. War ein toller Besuch im Laden. Leider wird die Innenstadt von Hannover immer schlimmer und dreckiger, ich fühle mich dort nicht mehr wohl.

Ende September 2023 Halbes Sub des Tages gekauft, anstatt 3,49€ habe ich 3,99€ zahlen sollen. Dachte ok, ist wohl teurer geworden und habe es so hingenommen, jedoch zuhause dann festgestellt, dass jedes halbe Sub des Tages aktuell immer noch bei 3,49€ liegt. Und gestern bei einem anderen Subway auch nur 3,49€ gezahlt wie sonst immer...

I am generally a big fan of Subway for the flexibility it grants you in customizing your sandwich. Nevertheless, I want to explicitly highlight my positive experience in this Subway branch in Hannover! Everything tasted quite fresh and the staff was super nice inspite of the high load! I recommend it!

Sandwiches are good as usual but available options depend on the time quite often. Service peraons also seem too slow and often long lines are there.

Ich finde Subway toll! Besser als jede andere Kette. Sub des Tages ist echt eine Faire Sache. Es schmeckt immer toll! Nur mit dem Käse wird echt etwas gegeiert, aber sonst, relativ gesund und lecker. Kann man nichts aussetzen.

Ganz nett allerdings eher war das Brot schon sehr cross als würde es schon ein bisschen länger liegen

Super aufgeschlossenes Personal. Ich wurde beim Betreten des Ladens freundlich begrüßt. Trotz des Ansturmes vieler Kunden, ging es schnell. Der Laden war sauber und ordentlich. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder!

Der Cappuccino war lecker und die Toiletten waren sauber.

Wir waren etwas später am Abend da und es gab nurnoch 2 brotsorten. Alle unsere Brote waren schon von vorne rein zu lange im Ofen weshalb es ziemlich verband und trockengeachmeckt hat. Aber das Gemüse war in Ordnung. Im Vergleich zum Subway in hildesheim konnte dieser bei unserem Besuch leider nicht mithalten. Nur die sitzmöglichkeiten sind besser.

Oben kann man schön das Leben beobachten. Der Service hat, aber so offensichtlich keinen Bock auf seinen Job, dass ich ihrem Wunsch nach keiner Arbeit fast nach gekommen wäre. Essen ist halt Standard subway. Leider war mein Wunsch auch noch ausverkauft.

Sagen wir einmal so: An Zutaten wird hier nicht gegeizt und die Sandwich sind sattmachend. Der Preis.....finde ich etwas zu Hoch. Wer so etwas mag, der ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wenn auch im Sommer etwas zu warm um Drinnen zu sitzen.

Essen war leider echt nicht gut. Gebe nicht 1 Stern, da wenigstens der Cookie geschmeckt hat. Sah auch Hygiene-technisch gar nicht gut aus der Laden + einige Mitarbeiter tragen keine Handschuhe, beim umräumen der Kästen, indem die Lebensmittel drin sind. Und die Mitarbeiter waren in diesem Fall sehr verschwitzt!!🤢 Vor allem ergibt die Toilette keinen Sinn. Wenn der Trockner läuft und man den Wasserhahn anmacht, dann wird man volle Kanne nass..! Geht gar nicht!

Wie bei Subway üblich läuft alles super. Oben ist leider sehr schlechte Luft.

Sehr nettes Personal und leckere Subs

Sehr unhygienischer laden, kassiererin sehr nett bzw alle Arbeiter waren nett und das essen hat mir geschmeckt aber es war sehr verschmutzt und unappetitlich. Eisberg salat war braun😂

Diesen Subway erwischt man manchmal völlig leer, mit nur einer einzigen Angestellten. Ansonsten genau das was man erwartet. Wird schnell eng, da Schlauchig gebaut.

Cookie gut. Der Sub alles andere als das; Brötchen was zu hart um zu essen. Salat war sehr braun. Halbwegs nettes Personal.

Ich liebe Subway und auch diese Filiale gibt mir ein gutes Gefühl. Netter Service und leckere Subs
