Subway in Magdeburg

It a small size subway store with variety of option to choose from. They have sub of the way which I personally like. The best part is that it is open even on Sunday and holiday so you don’t need cook. It’s best for people living near the university but make sure you don’t eat out daily.

This is from this morning, at 10:07. I just ordered a foot long cookie, but it was given like this. At first I thought it will dry because of the packet but the cookie is not eatable. Bad service!

Order terminals make no sense if, after completing my order, five to six other people manually queue up to be served first. Waiting time is 30 minutes after completing the order.

The workers need to be attentive. We always have to stand there pointless for 10 minutes!. Disrespectful!! Food is good but the service is very poor!.

Very good salad, everything fresh, and the chicken was also very good. The young waitress was also very friendly and made everything perfectly.

I paid 20 € and noticed that I still had 5 €. I should have packed the 20 € and then they were no longer there at the checkout 😞😞😞😉

Very friendly and patient employee

Nice little shop. The staff are very polite and you can even have a chat when things aren't hectic, so it's not all just a rushed, hurried process. The food was delicious; I always love how much freedom you have to choose and the variety of options. The atmosphere is okay—just a small snack bar or something with, I think, eight seats and, unfortunately, no customer restrooms. Overall, very nice.

The staff are very friendly. The sandwich was very good and generously tossed. I'll be back 😊🫶🏻

Footlong hair - after eating half, I wanted to wrap the other half, but then I see a hair in the sub - I went to the front of the employee and showed the hair, then they just laughed and didn't say anything more about it - Half of the sub was thrown away, but no new one was made - disappointing, as I have otherwise been here often

This is truly the Subway branch with the slowest employees. Other places move so quickly, but here they're always calm. At least the prices are quite low compared to other Subways. However, the atmosphere is anything but inviting.

This subway doesn't accept card payments and the app doesn't work either

No card payment possible and the subway app doesn't work either. We spoke to the employees and they said it wasn't our problem

Staff is very rude. Every time they don't have enough veggie patty. Every time staff denied for veggie patty sub. If you don't want to sell veggie sub then why did you put options in your menu remove it from your menus.

Very, very tasty, unfortunately very cold but you can live with it :) much better than the ones from the main station who can learn a lesson from you. We will definitely be ordering again soon, thank you very much.

Unfriendly staff send you out during opening hours for no reason and say it will close soon... It was Wednesday, 11:30 a.m New addendum after 2 years Unfortunately, the condition is still not recommended. The subs are all cut with the same knife, which is not clean... so sometimes you end up with different sauces in the middle than you want...

3 euros for these potato bites... Not a single chip was taken out and for the price it was an absolute disgrace. With the sauce €3.69 and even though it's the small fries I was absolutely shocked by it. Absolutely ridiculous.

How carelessly do you want to “slap” a salad together? Subway employee: YES! Really people. I know your job isn't easy but it's already impossible. Rather mediocre. Half of the ingredients were actually gone on Saturday evening. What was still there was ok and tasted good. Staff friendly - toilets disaster. Can you get more out of this central location on Uni-Platz?

There is chaos in the toilet room

The employees are incapable of redeeming a coupon and as a result I had to pay twice as much.

There was hardly any sauce on the sub and it was completely squeezed by the waitress. It took forever but they still had enough time to have conversations in their strange native language

You will be ignored on site for ages until the employees have finished speaking. Cookie was old and hard Sub soft and limp Felt no sauce It seemed uncomfortable and unhygienic on site. 0/10

You should clean the tables and floor more often

Freundlich. Aber es kann nicht sein, dass Tomaten, Paprika und Mais gleichzeitig aus sind. Extra teures Signature sub bezahlt und dann nur die Hälfte der Sachen verfügbar...

4 Subs bestellt und alle waren genau richtig belegt! Gerne wieder

Solider Store, flinke Personal, sehr freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt : Das Angebot in der Lieferando App müsste mal überarbeitet werden.

Bedienung freundlich. Es gab aber Kommunikation Probleme. Die Toilette war ne Frechheit, echt eklig. Essen wie immer gut. Hoffe nur die Küche wird besser gereinigt.

Der kleinste und leckerste Laden in Magdeburg.

Ich war 12:30 an einem normalen Wochentag dort, jedoch wurde mir gesagt, dass das Brot alle ist und ich mir etwas anderes suchen soll. Der Subway am Hassel ist deutlicher besser. Sowas ahbe ich noch nicht erlebt :/

Essen wie erwartet, weil typisch Subway. Bedienung sehr geduldig und freundlich. Lokal klein und nicht wirklich einladend; haben dennoch dort mit 4 Personen gegessen. Toilette durfte nicht benutzt werden, was ich sehr kritisch sehe. Angeblich nur für MA. Schade. Das gibt Abzug in der B-Note.

Leckeres Essen, nette Bedienung

Food is good, the place is clean, service is okay.

In letzter zeit sehr schmutzig.tische mit essenresten..Jalapenos auf dem Boden.Schmutz und Laub im ganzen Laden.Und die T shirts der Mitarbeiter sollten mal gewaschen werden. Essen war fairer Weise sehr gut.

Subway halt. Der Service war gut. Lt. Begleitung hat's geschmeckt. Ich war nur als Begleitung dabei.

My customized egg sandwich was very good

The taste of subway is same everywhere. The staff who makes our subway are always in rush and they don't put stuffing and the veggies and sauce good. Its like gor name sake they are putting the veggies and sauce. Please get a staff group that is patient enough to make our subway good.

Ich wollte mir heute Abend um 20.42 Uhr in dieser Subway-Filiale ein Sub holen, wurde aber von den Mitarbeitern, die vor der Filiale standen, mit den Worten "Wir haben geschlossen!" zurückgewiesen. Als ich darauf hinwies, dass laut Internet (Google und Subway-Homepage) die Filiale bis 21 Uhr geöffnet hat, entgegnete mir eine Mitarbeiterin ziemlich schnippisch "Na ja, die Zeiten werden im Internet ja ständig geändert". Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Ich habe mich zum einen über die Fehlinformation geärgert, noch mehr aber über die Antwort der Mitarbeiterin. Eine solche Schnoddrigkeit ist meiner Meinung nach als Dienstleister im Umgang mit Kunden völlig fehl am Platz. Schade, denn diese Filiale ist prinzipiell in der Lage, schmackhafte Sandwiches herzustellen. Dafür der zweite Stern.

Die Rezepturen scheinen verändert, nicht zum Vorteil des Kunden, wie mir scheint. Auch nicht mehr jedes Gemüse vorrätig am Abend gg 19 Uhr

Das wohl langsamste Subway ever. Leider nicht nur einmal, sondern reproduzierbar.

Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und auch die Subs waren lecker. Werde definitiv wieder hingehen
